Pandanus amaryllifolius is a tropical plant in the Pandanus (screwpine) genus, which is commonly known as pandan. It has fragrant leaves that are used widely for flavouring in the cuisines of Southeast Asia, some South Asian cuisines and in Hainanese cuisine from China.
