Smells like HEM incense sticks, maybe with a little tint of melon (no melon listed in the notes wtf?) in the opening, in the drydown I can't sense any other note rather than the proeminent incense note The bottle feels really uncomfortable to hold in your hand (I have big ass hands), the atomiser is probably the worst I've ever used in my life, it's shooting drops of perfume on you at high speed instead of a mist, which is, peculiar I would say It's ok if you're using it when running errands, neither the best nor the worst CK fragrance out there

This is a kind of green fragrance that remind me of 90's . This is sharp ,fresh , little screechy. I like this fragrance but I don't see resemblance to Fahrenheit , rather its is more similar to eternity for men in green bottle.

Smells ABSOLUTELY amazing, but not long lasting

Budget friendly fresher Fahrenheit, what's not to like ? For the price and smell this is great.

I'm gonna keep this review pretty simple since i'm not crazy impressed by it but i'm not saying it's a bad fragrance !! it's just ur average "that's good, that's it." fragrance. Smells pretty cucumbery and minty upon spraying, then gets very sprite-like (yes, the drink) with the nutmeg, has some nice green earthy tang with the prominent bay leaf note at the heart, then dries down to a peppery-sweet fresh spicy cypress + incense. kinda musty or probably bc i've encountered guys who were musty that wore fragrances with similar dna. Churchy but in a fresh way and not the usual Sorcinelli reputation of "churchy" Not a standalone fragrance made for bold statements but definitely solid for layering I've layered this with French Avenue's Exotic Rose (MP Radical Rose dupe) and it was an easy 10/10 This reminds me a lot of Encre Noir but more like if Encre Noir was a clean water in a mossy forest during a cloudy afternoon and not a murky BO swamp water (or someone's bath water who didn't shower for 2 weeks).

Opening is very spicy and dominated by nutmeg, smells exactly like fahrenheit. But later is wears off and becomes clean and fresh, I'd say it's purpose is very simmular to Boss Bottled Unlimited, it's a perfume that I'd wear a suit(or something formal overall) with.

It appears that CK has put this back into production, and that's good news. CK Man is complex: it's tart, green, coniferous and woody, all rounded off by creamy amber. The dominating violet leaf note makes the scent tart, peppery and spicy. CK Man is masculine, well balanced, and a pleasure to wear on any occasion. Its only downside is that the crappy atomizer only spits out teeny little spurts, so you'll need to overspray (I use 10 sprays) in order for it to project or last at all. If oversprayed, it lasts about 7 or 8 hours and projects moderately, so not bad at all.

Indeed smells really fresh, almost mint like. But the longevity is shameful, if you expect multiple hours of freshness, forget this one.

This smells soooo goooood! I can smell the violet leaf, ROSEMARY, bay leaf, MINT, CYPRES and sandalwood. It also has an incense effect, which I really like. Not a really big fan of the drydown, but it's giving seductive

Good fresh smelling fragrance.

This was wonderful! If you miss this discontinued delight, just buy Abercrombie & Fitch's First Instinct Extreme, as it's the exact fragrance to me anyways.

I consider today’s fragrance an interesting entry in Calvin Klein’s portfolio — perhaps in part because I’m particularly fond of violet leaf notes. The real highlight of Calvin Klein MAN, however, is its heart: this stage truly won me over. The base, on the other hand, feels a little flat and dull, which slightly undermines the overall impression. Even so, the composition that Ann Gottlieb created remains modern and engaging, with a clear, masculine character. Its relative obscurity may also work in its favour; it’s a scent that can catch people’s attention without straying beyond the safe territory of mainstream perfumery. Throughout, it maintains a certain degree of elegance, making it well-suited to occasions such as business meetings. My rating: Worth getting to know. (5/7)

i would say this is my boyfriend's (current) signature scent, and i simply love it. it smells very fresh and clean, a bit musky, and very very cold. i don't know how else to describe it - it smells like pine and cold air with a tiny bit of tobacco sweetness. i guess the sweetness comes from the wood or incense, as there is no tobacco in the notes. i can definitely smell the mint as well. i love that it has violet leaf in the notes, as violet is one of my favorite fragrance notes; i think it makes it quite romantic that our scents are connected in that way! lovely everyday fragrance for an outdoorsy mountain loving man ♡

Longevity is the only issue. Otherwise this is an absolute banger and winner. A beautiful, masculine, and calming fragrance that we could easily imagine in a niche bottle. I love it. It's a linear offering, but there is nothing wrong with it; it's semifloral, with a warm base of vanilla and spices that make it very comforting in a masculine way. Then, the real magic must be a note of violets that gives this petrolish vibe, very subtle but enough to make a dent. There is nothing citrusy; it goes in the warm, spicy, floral, ambery realm. Not a hyped fragrance, which is unfair

A recommendation as an everyday scent. It’s actually not bad — the quintessence of a normal men’s fragrance, with a hint of Fahrenheit, though not fully — it’s like a Fahrenheit Sport, which probably doesn’t last very long.

I wish it smelled longer, but it's good smell.

This, now a classic, is fragrance which is great to start (and use it occasionally) with designer fragrances. Its aura is good, moderate longevity and it will keep the feel of cleanliness all the time. Good fragrance for all ocassions and ages.

A floral, summery men's scent that progresses in a straight line from beginning to end. Nothing special but not bad either. I think it's a fresh and pleasant scent that is okay to have in the closet. Sillage is low, longevity is below average, scent quality is average.

On first take, for a flash of minute, this looks like a retread of the already well-trodden Dior Fahrenheit model, with that burst of gasoline violet mingled with citrus that the top notes promise. But, in no time at all, at least on my skin, this mutates into a thoroughly American spearmint bubblegum, with only distant spars of spice that linger before settling into that summery, nutmeg kissed calone that is familiar to anyone taking the sun by the pool in the wherever US. The violet returns towards the end, like a distant echo, from a bed of warm, familiar woods. In short, those anchoring for Fahrenheit are better off with Mercedes-Benz Intense. This is billed to Gottlieb but both Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud, behind Acqua di Gio and L'Eau d'Issey, and Harry Fremont, he of CK One and lots and lots of Lauren, had a say in this, and it shows. Is it commercial, not niche in any way? Of course it is. Original? Arguable, if you like losing debates. Is it strangely enjoyable? Well, any kid who has taken pleasure from chewing mint flavored gum on a warm summer day, grass waving in the wind, would not think twice about the answer to that. Is it a great value? No kidding.

Crass opening, that is very much comparable to an aerosol deodorant spray. Violet is the first thing you’ll notice, not unlike Fahrenheit. I then get nutmeg and a woody mix. I think if you could detect the amber it would feel a bit more rounded, but I don’t get it at all. For the price point it’s solid, but I can’t see myself wearing this daily. I feel like you’d end up with headaches.

I liked ... clean and fresh

Hard to rate. Opening is a sharp scent like Fahrenheit petrol like (it's the violet) dries down to a sensible masculine scent for older men. Pretty standard solid scent but it's gone to a skin scent in an hour. Maybe it's just me. I love CK products all the way back to 1985 Obsession but this one is like a modern toned down Dior Fahrenheit without the super strong petrol smell. BTW petrol smell is from the type of violet used in a scent. It's not always a bad thing for me but a little headache inducing. I will try it some more and change review if needed. It's cheap so little to loose. After trying several days, I can't get on board. It's OK just no sillage, projection or longevity. The violet is too harsh too. I do not like Dior Fahrenheit at all probably the same reason.

For me, it works best when I apply Al Haramain’s Sultan and then layer this fragrance on top. It adds longevity and complexity, making the already good fragrance even better

Was just gifted this by my brother. On my wrist i smell a cool fresh icy fragrance with a hint of the legendary farenheit. The atomizer could be better. Not powerful like the JPG fragrances or the EDP clones which are flooding the market. Sillage & Longevity Okaay... Not bad for the price he paid so would rate it 6/10

Very mid-late 2000s. Fun, clean, inoffensive... Devoid of any character or personality though. A scent for people who don't think about scent. Dumb reach, spray on and leave the house vibe. You get a vague citrus, you get the violet leaf. You get the very 2000s blend of nutmeg/cinnamon and mint. And yet, I don't hate it. In fact, I'll be wearing it when I don't wanna feel like the fragrance snob who has to spray on Amouage's Reflection just to do his shopping or Dior Homme Parfum to walk his dog. A&F Fierce toned down. Fahrenheit's grandson. Narciso Rodriguez for him's castrated nephew. Fragrances like this are heroic. They do the job no fragrance wants to. Unsung heroes of this game.

Outstanding fragrance. Dry down is so beautiful, reminds of a peaceful summer sunset. Very masculin. Great for office + casual wear.

I get a family resemblance to Truth. As if you took Truth and spiced it up a bit with the nutmeg. It has the same soft profile - it’s not big and in your face, just subtle and clean. Very balanced and inoffensive. Which is what I probably like about it most. It’s a masculine scent but not an obnoxiously masculine one. I would say it’s office safe, but depends on your office.

got as a gift, sweet and woody. kinda simple and boring but its decent. 6/10

This feels like a pretty underrated scent. It's a mildly sweet, ozonic, aromatic scent driven by violet leaf. I don't get much nutmeg or other spiciness in the opening but it comes through a little bit in the drydown. The comparisons to Fahreneit aren't completely off but this like the CK version of Fahrenheit Aqua or Cologne. It's very mid-2000s in the sense it's not really sweet (like current stuff) and it's quite aromatic but missing the overload of early 00s white musk. This is an office-friendly, masculine release that is completely pleasant and brings something different to the table than you're likely to find in today's releases (without feeling very dated). There's an underlying tonka that isn't listed but is very present (as in things like YSL L'Homme) in the drydown. Sandalwood, incense, amber - nothing that I can find, even looking for the notes. Longevity, for me, isn't as bad as everyone is saying. I get 5-7 hours, not a beast, but a good workday scent with low-to-moderate projection for an hour or so before it settles down. Not sure if this got watered down but mine is from 2008. This is a 7.25/10 for me. You could easily wear this as a daily office scent. For what it's worth, and likely not a lot, but I've received multiple compliments from coworkers on this one.
