This made me smell like a jiffy lube

Molecular nonsense.

The sillage on this is great even after 10 hours but the thing is u won’t smell it but the people around u will and it’s completely different on paper it need to be on skin and even better in the air off someone

I bought it because of a review talking about its similarities to Another 13 by Le Labo which is my favorite fragrance of all times. It’s definitely not a dupe, but it belongs to the same family of clean/skin scents. To me, it’s actually closer to Molecule 01 than Another 13. 07/10✨

Smells like commodity’s paper but added citrus. Love it, it’s excellent.

Анонім★★★★★

just smells like a woody musk and dries down to be a bit more citrus

My work horse of 7 years. Never fails. Can be worn anytime, in any mood. I used to be gifted the old testers of this as the store I worked in stocked it and the manager knew I loved it. I usually wear it alone but have recently loved layering Eau des Sens by Diptyque to get me through the London heatwave.

Анонім★★★★★

Soooo rubbery? It's interesting and stronger than I expected, not fully unpleasant but also very intense at first wear, the rubber kind of calms down a bug and then it's just a nice normal skin scent, but there is an undertone of hot tire throughout

Анонім★★★★★

This is not a skin scent. The projection is huge. Modern musk-amber.

This shocked me. It hit like straight up celery. But synthetic celery. Whoever said it smelled similar to Angel Dust should have their olfactory system tested. Straight scrubber. Just yuck.

IDKW is a stellar fragrance. When I sprayed it on a test strip, I thought 'this might be perfect.' It was so good and I was so excited to try it on. My only concern was how fresh it is, since that's not usually a quality I gravitate towards, but I was excited to see how it worked with my skin. Once I smelled it on me, I knew I needed a bottle. I can understand how it would be stellar for layering, and reminds me of Molecule 04 a little bit in that way. I am a little concerned about growing anosmic to it (which can happen with synthetic notes). I tried layering it with my all-time favorite fragrance, Moonmilk, and it did nothing. So I am intrigued to see what in my collection it pairs well with. While it is fresher than what I usually go for, I think this is a perfect summer fragrance for me, because the heavier, warmer fragrances I tend to love can be a bit much in the summer heat.

I don't know what it is about this that I don't enjoy, but it smells very dusty to me, not fresh at all.

I would say I don't understand the hate for this but I didn't like Another 13 for reasons similar to what people are saying here. Just can't really smell it, and what I do smell is average at best? But this one for me is special. Like others have said (who like it), this totally stands on its own. I wear it and have this pleasant scent bubble for a few hours. Layer it with something that makes sense, and the je-ne-sais-quoi element comes out. I'm surprised musk isn't in the note breakdown but maybe it is in there, or maybe this house's version of Iso E Super has musky nuances? Idk but it smells slightly funky in a good way.

Анонім★★★★★

"cured" my anosmia to musk for some fuckin reason. GAME CHANGER.

I gave this a couple tries and luckily I only have a sample but meh. On my skin (and def try on skin not a paper strip!) it smells liked a monotone very dry woody musk more along the lines of Angel Dust but even drier and more of an earthy note in the background like moss or vetiver. I don’t care for vetiver and it does not care for me. This just isn’t for me. Next.

Анонім★★★★★

literally just smells like black pepper to me. genuinely makes me cringe

Анонім★★★★★

I don’t get it, it just smells like bergamot (and not a very interesting one), and layering it doesn’t make sense, no matter what I try: spraying it over and under scents, on clothes, by itself, and so on. It doesn’t transform anything, just makes it a grossly sour, skunky bergamot.

i pissed in a gatorade bottle. i ashed my cigarette in it. in front of me, there is a tree stump. i dumped the cigarette piss bottle on the tree stump and bent down and took a big ole whiff. i don’t know what either man

Анонім★★★★★

Honestly smells like wood varnish mixed with a woman's secret spot. dont know how else to describe it. hard pass

Анонім★★★★★

I really like this one, especially the opening but I don’t get any longevity or presence - and I am one to dislike anything beast mode. I was gifted the bottle and can see going through it fast but wouldn’t pay retail price for this 🤷🏻♂️

I really liked this scent when paired with other fragrances, it gave it a more woodsy animalic quality and i couldn't stop sniffing myself. On it's own it's okay, but coming from someone who justifies perfume prices all the time, this one just isn't worth it for like 200+ lmao. As a gift I would accept it with open arms though

This scent has taught me to bite my own tongue. How you feel about this scent will likely depend heavily on your skin chemistry. On the test strip, it really didn't smell like anything at all, but it definitely blooms on your skin. It starts pleasantly citrusy and airy and dries down to a steady sweet, unrelenting sandalwood. I usually get a headache with woody scents, and this one is no exception. Maybe my nose was tired when I first tried it, but as the day went on it seemed to get stronger and stronger. Super duper civet-y towards the end, as if the thing were sitting on my wrist rubbing its ass glands all over me. Whew! Unfortunately, it seems like this might not be a safe blind buy, but on the right skin, I think it can smell beautiful. Maybe layer it with something else to subdue its strong woodiness.

Анонім★★★★★

sweaty pencil. However, layered over other scents IDKW makes fragrances “jump” off my skin. I don’t know what this is but it’s been fun to experiment with.

Анонім★★★★★

I absolutely hate it. It is repulsive and doesn't even wash off

Анонім★★★★★

i got a burst of musky clean laundry smell when i sprayed. definitely a brightness from the bergamot, something zingy, a little synthetic. i understand why people like it and am curious about using the last little bit of my sample to layer with another scent. i just can’t tell if i go a bit nose blind to it or not? i wasn’t expecting to want to smell more of this one, but part of me wants to buy a decant for further research. i would say i’m intrigued by this more than straight up liking it. the name is very accurate. edit: 4 hours in and there’s a really strong, sharp scent that’s developed that i don’t think i love :(

Анонім★★★★★

smelled this today, definitely necessary to smell on skin. i like it the more it wears, however at the 1-2 hour mark it smells very woody and gives a more masculine leaning smell rather than feminine. your skin + wood

I wear this scent often as I find it's very basic and non-offensive, and everyone I've asked has either liked it or felt neutral. It's very complex, hard to pick out the notes if you were blind smelling. People have told me it smells like clean vanilla, which I don't get myself personally. I very much get the bergamont note, and I'd say it smells like a strong cup of Earl Grey tea, no milk or sugar. I haven't layered it yet as I'm mostly content with the way it smells on its own. Great starter fragrance for someone who wants something not overwhelming and palatable to the general public.

I Don’t Know What by DS & Durga I found this by accident. I was in LA, TSA made me toss my bottle of Le Labo Santal 33, and I was heated. Ended up in a small boutique inside the hotel lobby, started smelling around, and landed on this. Instant recovery. This is one of those scents that doesn’t announce itself loudly but pulls people in. It sits close, almost like it’s part of your skin, but something about it keeps catching attention. I’ve had more men ask me what I’m wearing than women, which says a lot. Guys don’t ask unless they’re serious about buying it. It opens clean and soft with a kind of airy brightness, almost like warm skin after a shower. As it settles, you start to notice a smooth, musky woodiness with a slightly salty, radiant quality. The base is where it really lives. It becomes this transparent, almost glowing skin scent that just lingers and quietly projects. Notes are built around Iso E Super, bergamot, vetiver acetate, civettone, and a subtle fir balsam. That combination gives it that diffusive, almost magnetic effect. It doesn’t smell like a traditional cologne. It smells like you, just better. I went through multiple bottles before realizing it’s marketed as an enhancer meant for layering. I’ve never layered it once. It stands completely on its own. Performance is steady rather than loud. It stays on skin for hours with a soft but consistent trail. This is not about projection. It’s about presence. This is clean, unique, and quietly addictive. More understated than flashy, but it leaves an impression. Easily one of the most complimented scents I’ve worn. Grade: A+ Projection: A+ Longevity: A+ Compliments: A+ $: ~$250+

Mmmmm, solvent.

This shit is fire! It isn’t super complex, but also isn’t like anything I’ve smelt before. I haven’t gotten a chance to layer it yet, but on its own it’s a musky woody bergamot scent. It is very addicting and I can’t stop smelling my wrist. Year round scent for sure. It’s unisex, but I could see how some might think it’s masculine leaning because of the woodiness in the dry down. Could very much give hot lumberjack on the right man, but could also see a hipster in silverlake wearing this. It’s supposed to be a fragrance enhancer and I’m a layering queen, but I prefer this one by itself. I got a high partial bottle from a reseller, personally couldn’t see myself paying full price for this.
