Gucci Premiere

Beautiful perfume. I find it to be a more floral and less intens version and without powdery note of Gucci eau de parfum. It is something in between Gucci eau de parfum and Guci eau de parfum II. Beautiful. The only down side is low projection and lasting power. I find all premiere flankers to be weak in projection and with medium longivety.

How incredibly sexy it is. For me, it’s very animalistic. I can’t break it down into notes - for me, it doesn’t unfold that way - I perceive it as a whole. But it’s spicy, languid, warm, sexy, and arousing. I feel the atmosphere of the 2010s (perhaps someone around me smelled like this, or I caught it by chance on stunning women). It sounds expensive. And you know, sometimes I feel like I’m not quite good enough for it. Because with a fragrance like this, you want to wear luxurious, beautiful lingerie and a sexy dress with stockings and high heels. It’s only perfect in cool weather. The sillage appears immediately. It shimmers and plays right away. In heat, I’ve tried it - it suffocates, overwhelms, and loses its charm, sitting tight and close to the skin.

Perfect for summer, spring and autumn. Light but chic. A bit of bergamot, a bit of blackberry, soft suede effect. Caressing florals. Perfect for an office, too. "I smell nice" scent, nearly a skin scent but it catches on a breeze. Wears very well and makes me feel pretty and comfortable. In my vast collection it is an easy reach, very safe and I remember I have it. 7 hours and it did not change and I still feel it. It reminds me in style of the also discontinued Flora.

I agree with those that stated this is pretty basic. It’s pretty, absolutely. But I don’t find it making the statement I was hoping for! It definitely is a fragrance that could be worn in any weather, day or night. It’s pleasant but sits close to the skin on me. The florals and fruity notes are delicate. The patchouli comes forward the most on my skin. I don’t get a huge amount of projection. I love the bottle design, so it would look great on my tray, but the fragrance itself is just a like. I think it may perform better in the cooler months so I’ll try it again in the fall. Perhaps then I will enjoy it a bit more then. About 2.5 hours later, this perfume has really developed into a really pretty scent! I actually pick up more florals than I did in the top!! I still think the cooler months would be better for this fragrance to show it’s beauty but it definitely is more enjoyable after a couple hours!

This perfume is the first every sexy scent I've ever enjoyed, its not overpowering or musky, something you'd be comfortable wearing around town but also on a fancy date. It has a tangy orange note that softens the white floral note, it is also creamy and woody, a very relaxing but energizing scent. I like to put this on before bed and enjoy it as I fall asleep, when I wake up I can still smell it on me but only on my skin. The dry down is honestly the best part of this fragrance it melds with my skin in such a beautiful way. This has overtaken my old perfume that I've used for years as my new signature scent, unfortunately I only discovered this perfume after its been discontinued but ebay had some so I got myself a small bottle, this is now my favorite perfume in my collection if your thinking about trying it its diffidently worth trying if your debating it.

Night Dreams from Al Haramain is very, very similar.

It works well in an office environment. I started to like it as a subtle elegance then. A nice surprise - something to reach for when you do not want to offend anyone or smell of parfums. After 2 years of active dislike I started to like it. It's casual and easy to wear, I feel safe in it and smelling "nice". Safe choice for medium temperature.

This is genuinely my favorite perfume of all time, an absolute head-turner and compliment magnet. I don't know why everyone is talking so poorly about it or calling it basic (and it must not be basic enough if I haven't been able to find something that smells similar on me). This perfume smells like oranges and jasmines and lasts 12 hours+ ( and even longer on clothes) even on hot days. It is a very classy and unique fragrance that projects extra well on those who have an acidic pH and may have trouble finding perfumes that project floral notes on your skin without smelling too herbal or artificial. I would love to see this fragrance come back in any way; it is truly the best of the best. 😍

This is one of the more 'meh' perfumes I own. It's rather heavy, the middle and base notes are all that stick around after the initial spray and after a few hours it turns into a linear musky/woodsy scent that's not pleasant. 'Generic in a Gucci high-end kind of way' is a perfect explanation of this fragrance. I would pass on this one, it's dated and easy to forget. Purchased from: Dillard's

I got a bottle of this dumpster diving years ago. The bottle was beat to hell so I didn’t feel like trying to sell it. I never heard of anyone talking about the scent anyway. What I can say about it, is it is strong. Beast mode. Your scent bubble will be huge and you’ll leave a scent trail that sticks around. I’d rather apply this outside than anywhere indoors. I love strong fragrances but I just find this one intrusive. My partner says he hates florals, yet he actually likes to wear this one. I ended up really disliking it though and hid it from him, lol.

As others have said this is a very basic scent which works for me since I happen to be a basic b. If, however, you are looking for something unique or interesting you won't find it here. Someone below said that this smells like a rich auntie with a french manicure and I do think that's pretty spot on. It smells very much like the blonde upper middle class mom at school pick that drives a white suburban, always has her hair and makeup done and , at this point in time, never leaves the house without her Uggs and her Stanley travel mug.

Gucci Premiere was my go-to date night perfume. I felt so sexy and warm wearing this. The orange blossom perfume of goddesses! Miss this one…

This is a nice perfume for someone who only wants a very light & soft scent. It’s has a soft floral scent, but other than that it is very simple & boring for those who are after a bolder scent. It is not unique & is very weak, so I would personally not recommend this perfume to anyone.

It smells like an expensive hairspray. I see this scent on a rich 30-something that spends her weekends at the spa; and regularly goes to that hip salon in the city for blowouts. Its a simple, linear scent. It’s not my vibe but, It definitely oozes rich auntie with a fresh French manicure.

This is pretty disappointing. It smells aggressive and harsh in the bottle, and on my skin at least it doesn't settle down to a more mellow fragrance. I don't get white florals, I get window cleaner - it also comes surprisingly masculine on my skin, hence why I have marked it as unisex as I do think that this can be worn by someone irrespective of gender. I got a free sample of this and expected to like it more than I do, but I think I'll struggle to finish the bottle.

It's smell just fine and I am disappointed as I was expected it should be better. This scent stays close to skin and disappear fast in a hour. I regret buying it.

Honestly, it smells like a mix of laundry detergent and hair spray. As if you accidentally sprayed your fresh, out-the-machine laundry with some hair spray while getting ready. Its good, smelling from the bottle its annoying, but then u put it on and move around and the breeze is actually quite nice.

I owned this for a few months to a year and decided it was "fine". Like others have mentioned, I also came close to selling it tonnes of times but just couldn't bring myself to do it. This was before the Gucci renaissance, a period where most (if not all) scents being released by them were mid-range and boring. It's not really all that good a fragrance. It's not terrible, but it won't turn heads. I have this weird nostalgic attachment to it, but I think most of that comes from wanting something back after I let go. It's a good Spring time scent for when you don't want people to approach you and shout "Damn, you smell good!". I kinda wanna track it down again and give it another wear for old time's sake.

I've almost sold my bottle of this so many times. Then I wear it and I'm like.. No I'm going to keep it becausef it smells amazing on me. I just rarely reach for it out of the many fragrancs that I have. it opens with a bright and sweet citrus (bergamot) with a hint of the blackberry in the background. I definitely get that effervescent vibe on my skin. Then the white florals shine through while the sweet but also tart bergamot is still very much there. And it still smells bubbly. Once it dries down, the woodsy notes and the patchouli comes out. But for me, the bergamot and white florals remain trough out the entire wear-time. The woody-ness adds some depth and makes it smell so sophisticated. Its giving rich, boss bitch vibes. And I'm so down with it. It's a unique and beautiful scent. The bottle is tacky but I'll put up with it since I really enjoy the juice

Can't even describe what this smells like only that it is unlike anything I've ever smelled and super sexy. I first smelled this on my sister when I was in middle school and I had to have it too. Sadly discontinued but I still have some juice left and I wear it on special occasions and brings back so many memories. It's a perfect date night scent ❤

I loved everything about this fragrance I wish I could get my hands on another bottle !

I had walked into a store in a bad mood. My day was hectic and i had decided to take a five minute break to pop into a perfume store on my way and get a few suggestions for woody perfumes. I got a few tester strips, had two sprayed on my wrists, and off i was again. A short time later as i was rummaging through my bag i got a whiff of something tasty. I looked around me confused because that particular confectionary i smelled wasn't popular around this place, and, to my knowledge, there was no store selling candy anywhere near. A few blocks away i smelled it again, as i was trying to remove my hair from my face. It was one of the perfumes i had sprayed on my wrists! Over the course of the next couple hours i couldn't get enough of it- it smells like black licorice! My afternoon was made even more hectic as i tried my hardest to be done with everything fast enough that i would have time to visit the perfume shop before it closed so i could sacrifice my funds to acquire a bottle of Premiere. It definitely wasn't the woody perfume i went looking for but this unexpected scent of my favourite black licorice was all it took to convince me. I still have no idea why it smells like black licorice on me. There are no notes to suggest it could smell like it, but i am not complaining. It lasts a moderate amount of time on my skin, at least six hours, without leaving behind much scent on the clothes. It projects quite prominently during the first hour or so, but eventually it starts to stay closer to the skin. It disappears quite suddenly, because even though it's intensity dies down alongside the projection, it doesn't really become fainter and fainter until it disappears, it just stays there until suddenly you realize you can barely smell it anymore....

This is such a strange perfume. It is not modern but also does not feel outdated. It is full of contradictions. For me this will be my office scent. It feels safe enough. The citrus gives it freshness that makes it ok for spring and summer. The musk and woody notes make it more interesting and make both the citrus and white flowers more bearable for me and less boring. I feel like I should dislike it but I don't. My husband said it smells like laundry. I don't think this is always a bad thing. It is a bit sad that the perfumes I love are rarely office safe but this is surprisingly acceptable safe choice.

I remember spritzing this perfume on my wrist, shortly after it was created. This is a gorgeous perfume ON. You can't trust something like perfume to just smell on a card stock paper, you really need to try this on your skin. This is like an algebra equation. A + B = C A = Perfume B = Your Chemistry/YOUR SKIN C = The Aroma that happens when the perfume intermingles with the skin This was truly fabulous on my skin when I tried it. Definitely worth exploring further. ------------- Oh heavens, has it come to THIS? I'm finally USING ALGEBRA! It is a MIRACLE - of sorts!

Weirdly astringent floral. It irritates my nose and throat. Harsh, powdery, dry, mature. A hint of pepper.

The leather and wood notes shine in this one, making it different and sexy. This is a tough fragrance to describe. It smells expensive to me, it's balanced well, the patchouli is barely ther (which I prefer), and it isn't heavily floral or dainty. This is more unisex I'd say but a statement fragrance for sure. It was a love at first sniff for me.

This is my absolute favourite Gucci perfume. This is quite elegant and flirty with great longevity and sillage. A LOVE for me. It draws me in and puts me in a Happy Place. I will always have this in my collection!

This smells like everyone's fluffy-haired glamorous aunt in the late 1990s. A powdery and indistinct musky floral.

It has some of the gucci by gucci DNA but is also like a mix of gucci bamboo and armani mania, it is sophisticated yet playful, lasting but not projecting too much. Nice signature scent material
