It smells good, but super juvenile. I like this for something like a lake day or pool party. However, it doesn’t project at all, and doesn’t last long. Doesn’t have the gross sourness of the Le Parfum version.
what a beautiful fragrance this is. starts out citrus and somewhat mildly sweet, and turns into a clean semi-sweet coconut sunscreen. projection isn’t great, but it lasts on my skin for 8 hours or more. Better than the Parfum, it’s just too sweet. This is for your summer daily, parfum is for the summer club nights at the beach.
This is such an amazing fragrances i cant get enough of it. Best coconut/tropical scent for everyday wear.
Its better than le beau le parfum in my opinion. Le beau le parfum is has a harsh synthetic opening. The edt is just more simple and easier to wear. Just not really for formal events.
8.2/10 Lovely coconut scent that isn't going to blow anyone away. This isn't as fresh or summery as people say in my opinion. Don't get me wrong you can wear it in the summer, but I feel like the coconut is a bit too sweet for high heat. It's just a versatile please fragrance. Smells a bit like coconut conditioner I use.
The best JPG for summer and my favorite out of the Le Beau line. Fresh tropical and very coconut heavy, just wish it had a little more longevity (I mean it is an edt) but otherwise it’s amazing
This stuff is sneaky good. I prefer it over the le parfum, against popular opinion it seems. A little less sweetness. I know officially only three notes, but it seems much deeper than that. I cant stop sniffing it throughout the day. Refined, smooth, sophisticated, but yet fun, a vibe. I would say this can be worn anytime with exception of maybe really cold temps or very formal events. Not that it couldnt, but I would likely reach for something else in those situations. Performance for me is prob about 8-10 hours, with projection being moderate for about 3-4 hours. A+ and solidly in my rotation.
7/10 - Very pleasant, sweet summer tropical scent with a noticeable coconut note. Does really well on the coconut sweet vibe.
Gorgeous! Fragrances for men tend to be a bit same-y to me, but this is truly a gem! Tropical coconut, airy vanilla, and a fresh spiciness; not overly mature, but not juvenile either. The PERFECT spring/summer daytime scent for just about any man! Longevity and sillage are on the weaker side of average, but it's an EDT, so that's to be expected. Spraying from a tester, but the bottle is absolutely beautiful. Love that dark teal with the gold accents! Handsome, solar, sexy, and perfectly decadent. Once a suitor comes my way, he'll certainly be receiving a full bottle of this from me at the earliest gift-giving holiday. 9/10!
I love. I traded it, and that was a bad decision. I wore it from Macy’s the other day, and when I smelled it on me, it was so good.
Not good .. very light and goes away fast .. was my favorite scent in 2020 but now its so weak
that fresh smells when first spraying and after sometime is very very good but im not a big fan of the creaminess ngl
i love but not least long
I love this fragrance, it's smells similar to le parfum but I think it's sort of sweet and just better In my opinion the price is nice also 9.6/10
Beauty in a bottle. This right here is fresh, it's clean, it's coconuty, it's desserety goodness. It's like the elixir of a summer time yum-yum. You can't go wrong with this ever. This is truly the greatest Jean Paul Gaultier fragrance of all time. It's youthful, it's seductive, and it's mass appealing. This may be one of the safest blind-buys you can get, though I will admit it is slightly synthetic. Definitely pulls compliments and is arguably unisex depending on who you are. I can almost promise you, your singificant other will love this one. Amazing scent. 9.4/10
People say it’s weak but I got 8-9 hours and people could smell me leaving trails so idk
Out of all of the JPG's, this one isn't my favorite, and it's not because it smells bad. Being that this is an EDT, if you are considering buying this, just know the longevity is weak. If strong fragrances are your thing, go with the EDP. I prefer strong projecting fragrances, so that's just my taste. However, the scent smells great. The coconut accords this fragrance has is sweet and subtle. I do recommend this if you're running errands around town in the high heat, it does the job.
This smells great. It's the best in the Le Beau line because it's the most versatile. It doesn't smell like you have syrup sprayed on you but it still has solid performance. This gives driving along a tropical beach in a convertible vibes. Airy not too sweet beachy . It is a bit more lactonic than expected. I really like that this doesn't smell too youthful . It can be worn by everyone. Performance is a good 6 hours. Light sillage . Projects for about an hour. 8/10. I would have preferred some coconut water and maybe a touch of cashmere. But that's just my taste.
Slightly synthetic coconut drink in a little. May be too sweet for hot summer days.
Coconut?? Mint?? Tropical?? Are you kidding?? It’s nothing more than a typical JPG-style lavender bomb with a noticeable hint of vanilla..
This kinda remind me of channel allure extreme without the mint
Great scent, coconut note makes it rather unique. However, the performance is mid and it smells slightly synthetic.
sweet coconut in a bottle, pulls compliments, lasts 4-7h with decent projection. fairly priced, nice bottle, linear but still smells good.
4 mevsime uygun harika bir koku yumuşak kremsi kokular seviyorsanız baya uygun sadece kalıcılığı düşük 3-4 saatte bir tazelemek gerek
Best fragrance from JPG, my favorite fragrance of all time. It is such a classic, so refreshing and the perfect summer smell. Is not overpowering like other JPG, has a nice mix of silage and longevity. The perfect versatile fragrance for anyone. EDT>EDP 100/100 Smell 90/100 Performance
This is to me the best fragrance from Jean-Paul Gaultier. It is better than Le Beau Le Parfum as the coconut note is more prominent and the overall scent of the fragrance is more preferable. The fragrance opens with a bright opening of coconut with a touch of bergamot being replaced by the sweet and almost woody tonka bean note. The fragrance is sweet but still fresh and coconut-y for the summer, perfect for going out in town or at the beach during the summer.
Love this fragrance and it’s beautiful dry down. Once you apply, you’ll get a coconuty bergamot blow that’s sure to intrigue anyone who’s a fan of coconut or citrus notes, I’m both personally, and this is the only fragrance I’ve smelt that’s done it well without smelling like heavy syrup (Le Beau EDP) or fresh cut grass with a hint of coconut (Le Beau Paradise Garden). Now, right after that opening past 30-50 minutes you’ll smell a lot of coconut with the bergamot still present, just not as strong but it does rightfully so that the smell is so enjoyable and you won’t wanna stop smelling your wrist. After that, around 1.5 hours you’ll smell the final note, the tonka bean, and it’s not possible to explain how well it wraps as a whole this cologne, it’s gonna leave that sweet coconut bergamot smell on your wrist that’s not possible to overspray (if you do you’ll only smell alcohol) and is sure to get you compliments. It’s hard to choose off of what fragrance TikTok or instagram tells you to get, and going in person and getting a smell at what the fragrance world is all about is such a moment that everyone needs to experience, because, this is easily my most preferred Le Beau off of the line, does it very well, doesn’t fell heavy or weak, radiates just enough so people sitting around you will smell it, but not enough to choke a room with your cologne, combines coconut and bergamot, but doesn’t smell like spoiled coconut or steroid coconut syrup, and most importantly, it’s not mass appealing, it’s not gonna be everyone’s favorite, but that means not everyone will be rocking it because they’re afraid of the opening note, but let it sit on your skin, I’ll guarantee you, you won’t be the only one having trouble takes at this fragrance. Overall, love this release, would definitely buy again, and it’s done perfectly, there’s nothing much to add, the minimalistic note layering is already set to perfection, the price is fair for what you’re getting, and if it’s spring or summer for you, don’t walk, run to buy this asap, it’s getting gatekept online and it’s hard to find a men’s fragrance that receives that treatment. I hope you’re feeling like buying this, because I can already see myself wearing this cologne until it is bone dry, there’s so many spring, summer, beach, sunset, park occasions that are in favor of this beautifully done Jean Paul Gaultier Le Beau EDT.
Very nice coconut, 8/10
Le Beau is pleasant but a little boring in all honesty. The opening is a big blast of sweetness that calms down within the first hour. As the sweetness calms coconut and vanilla blended together nicely appears along with what is possibly a slight hint of citrus. It’s so faint it’s really quite hard to tell. The sweet, coconut, and vanilla is all tied together nicely by milky note. I think it comes from the coconut aspect but I really like it. On the performance front Le Beau is quite impressive. For longevity I saw about 6 of wear time on my skin and clothes. A 5/10 here. The projection was quite good as well, projecting just outside of my arm’s radius for about 2 to 3 hours and falling to a nice skin scent after that. A 7/10 here. Le Beau is a 6/10 for me overall. It’s a very nice but basic tropical coconut vanilla fragrance. I do really enjoy the cream or milk note in it. I am admittedly not a huge coconut person but my biggest issues with it is the fact it doesn’t feel very wearable to me. The combination of vanilla and sweet make me think cold weather but the coconut makes me think warm or hot weather. That all said, it does smell good and it performed well, I just don’t think this is one for me.
