Salty, not sweet creamy caramel. Fast and faint, sharp caramel messed with citrus. Citrus messes also the sweet pea, wich would be nice without it. No backbone, bad sillage, cant smell it after few minutes.

Sweet, creamy, warm, bright, citrusy, musky, floral, warm spicy, fresh, powdery, feminine, sensual, flirty, playful, charming, whimsical, dreamy, luminous, radiant, delightful, tempting, addictive, alluring, inviting, cozy, comforting On me this opens with a zesty burst of fresh and brighter citruses, and a soft touch of fresh sweet pea. As it dries down it begins to resemble the OG Candy, so you can definitely pick up of the fact that it’s a flanker. It wraps the citruses and sweet pea in sweet, creamy, and decadent caramel, warm and cozy benzoin, and soft and powdery musk. I’m also getting some sensual and powdery vanilla This is a really lovely Candy flanker, however it is quite similar to the OG as I’ve mentioned. Candy L’eau is brighter, more citrusy, and a bit lighter than the OG. It’s a very easy reach that works for all occasions. Although I think this is suitable for year round wear, it also feels more like a spring, summer, and early fall version in comparison to the OG. For reference, some of my favorite gourmands include: Kayali Yum Boujee Marshmallow, Kayali The Wedding Silk Santal, Kayali Vanilla 28, Kayali Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar, Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato, PDM Oriana, Kilian LDBS, Celeste, Bianco Latte, Gucci Flora Gorgeous Orchid, Burberry Goddess, The 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods, JPG Classique Pin Up, Valentino DBIR Ivory, DBIR Pink, D&G The One Desire, Black Opium Glitter, Black Opium Le Parfum, Ellis Brooklyn Marshmallows, Phlur Heavy Cream, SDJ Summer é Amor, SDJ 39, SDJ 62, VS Vanilla Lace, VS Glitter Hustle, BBW Whipped Honey & Vanilla, BBW Beach Nights, BBW Boardwalk Marshmallow Clouds, BBW Firreside Flurries, BBW Aspen Caramel Woods

Lemon soda, pencil shavings, musky caramel. To my nose it’s kinda like D&G Light Blue and OG Prada Candy made a baby.. like literally and powdered the baby lol. It’s shower fresh but feminine. I personally prefer the strong warmth from the OG more. It’s cozier and makeup powdery where this one is more bubbly and clean. I wanted to like this one more because the bottle is gorgeous, but OG scent wins for me. My husband was not a fan, he actually got an “ethanol” type smell which might be the “herbal medicine” vibe some reviews mentioned.

After seeing that Wes Anderson and Roman Coppola made a series of beautifully filmed Prada Candy commercials, and finding that so odd and intriguing that I simply had to watch them, I became curious about this fragrance, so I bought a small dabber on eBay, along with samples of the other Prada Candy fragrances just to compare. I am obsessed with this now and very sad because it's discontinued. I wish they'd bring it back, it's my favorite of the Candies! I feel like you can wear this anytime, day or night, and it's just so feminine and sweet without being too "little-girl" like.

This has more sillage and longevity of the edp. This so chic and French girl coded. Buy backups while you because this WILL disappear

Echoing jjluvsm9. I got this and it smells awful - zero caramel or benzoine. It must have gone off so careful when you buy used.

Ooooh that first spray! Musky, floral, sweet cloudy marshmallow notes… I really need this. Absolutely different from the other Prada Candy. I wouldn’t have guessed there was caramel here. More like sugar when melted to make caramel or cotton candy. All the notes are enveloped of a cloud of musk with sweet notes. Disappointed by the dry-down and longevity though, however I enjoyed layering it with other perfumes, worked well with Elie Saab, MFK or Narciso Rodriguez perfumes. _____ Projection, sillage, longevity : 6/10 Originality, presentation : 8/10 Quality, value : 7/10 7/10

I got this second hand as it’s discontinued now. I’m not sure if the previous owner was storing this perfume correctly as the juice is yellow and it smells like herbal medicine. Actually it smells very mature and like a 1980s perfume, it smells really old. I don’t know if it’s just mine or the actual scent itself. My rating: 1/10 bad batch?

this smells like herbal medicine to me 😭😭😭 i was shocked from first spray i literally didnt expect this to smell like this at all based on the reviews

Анонім

i have sincerely enjoyed this since i got it - so much, i bought a backup bottle. i sprayed it on absentmindedly before bed tonight and i’m so disgusted i wonder how i’m going to sleep. way too musky, way too powdery. literally stomach-turning. praying it’s temporary and my sense of smell returns to normal very soon.

The best Prada Candy without a shadow of a doubt. This is pure class! No sticky caramel. Only pure yumminess, powder heaven! I refuse to accept this is discontinued, so I will keep purchasing any bottles of Candy L’eau I find. <3

This Candy actually last on me, which is a great thing because I love it! If this wasn't discontinued this could easily be my signature scent. Now I really have to save and savour the little I have left in my bottle. The citrus note combined with the caramel is divine! I think it smells like a delicious caramel-vanilla tea. It also reminds me of B&BW's "Snowflakes & Cashmere" which is my favourite scent from them.

Анонім

I really like this. It’s like being in a cloud of caramel cotton candy with bursts of citrus, if you drown yourself in it. And it doesn’t last long enough. But if you’ve got the money to burn through a bottle, treat yo self! It’s lovely.

By far my favorite of the Candy line that I’ve tried! It’s soft, sweet, girly. I love the original Candy, but sometimes I feel like it’s too powdery for me. This one is softer and sweeter. Still has a powdery undertone, but much lighter. This is a Candy for everyday. Daytime wear, work wear, etc. The lasting lower isn’t amazing, but I’ve had that problem with the entire line, tbh. Sad it’s been discontinued. I’m going to savor my bottle!

Once again, this was a scent I just adored years ago but when I started to really learn about fragrances, I thought I could explore and find something I love better. Finally I've cracked and bought myself a 50ml bottle on eBay, and I'm so glad I did. I just adore this scent, and I think part of the reason I love it is nostalgia. I wore this scent during so many good memories. This was my first ever blind buy, after seeing the fantastic ads directed by Wes Anderson. I wanted to have the vibes and energy Lea Seydoux had in those commercials. Advertising really is so powerful. And I think those mini movies do more or less capture the energy of this scent. Sweet, flirty, and polished without trying too hard. Less in your face than the OG candy. Still quite sweet but curbed by the addition of citrus and removal of vanilla, in my opinion. The sweet pea takes it in a more girlish direction than Candy. Overall it smells kind of lipstick-y. I'd compare it to Kenzo Flower that way, but I enjoy Candy L'eau much more. No hint of anything indolic and a smaller amount of notes keep the lipstick quality of this scent more approachable. The dry down is my favorite part. I now understand what people mean when they say a rollerball takes a scent straight to the dry down. I originally bought this as a rollerball and now that I have a spray bottle, the opening is totally different. Still lovely, but when it settles down I just adore it. I'm generally a fan of scents with smaller pyramids. I think a handful of notes just settles better on my skin than more complex scents, and I find them to be more playful and versatile. I think this scent is a great example of that. I have to agree that the sillage and projection are not fantastic. It becomes a skin scent after a while and I can smell it for a few hours. I smell it on my clothes for much longer. For me, that's something I'm okay with because this scent makes me so happy. It is not the most unique scent in the world, it is not especially inventive, it's just very pretty and simple in the perfect way for my tastes. I haven't been able to find a good dupe for this. I'm gonna give up trying to find one and just stick to buying this. I wish it hadn't ever been discontinued.

Such a good scent. It reminds me of makeup powder or a vintage cosmetic pouf. The scent is so fleeting though, which probably why I burned through a bottle so fast. It lasts longer on clothes but doesn't last on skin for more than a couple of hours.

I find that this is Prada Candy’s older, sophisticated sister. I get the OG Prada Candy DNA coming through with some baby powder, but in a good way. The baby powder smell makes it less cloying and more soft and delicate. While it’s not something I reach for often, I find that every time I do, I feel feminine and classy. I could see a bride wearing this on her wedding day.

Анонім

I am so sad that this got discontinued. It was the best in the whole prada candy collection , and i haven't found anything that reminds me of this just yet. The caramel and musk go so well together and give this warm cozy scent to your skin. Because of the musk i feel like it isn't too sweet or overpowering. Really hope they bring this back

Анонім

This smells like an old school lipstick. Not impressed. Glad I just got a sample of this.

Анонім

This has some spiciness in it and some sort of syrup like smell. But still I really prefer this over the original because it’s more versatile and feels like you’re inside a cloud. Good comforting and delicious. Beautiful for winter to feel cozy and joyous but still it’s suitable for all seasons. Lasts good for 3 hours than turns into beautiful skin scent that makes you feel like a baby.

Анонім

It opens very fresh and gently becomes a warm, gentle, delicate caramel-coconut blend. So good! Don't know if full bottle worth, but delicious!

I have Prada candy, gloss, kiss, night and this one. This is the one I don't like at all.It isn't a hate, it is just a NO. It is generic, unimpressive doesn't really smell like the candy line, it is barely flowery and the notes combo is just all over the place. Flat, unimpressive, forgetful. This was a blind buy based on the positive reviews here, I even considered my self lucky to have found it since it is a discontinued perfume. I bought 2 and I am just sad I cannot return the opened one as well (already returned the second sealed unopened bottle). Do not feel as if you are missing on sth if you hadn't had the chance to try it. This one is just 'bleh', and the caramel note by the way doesn't come through. Pass!

Анонім

Damn not sure if I got an authentic one, but this opens up VERY sharp, almost ambery, slightly citrusy at first, very reminiscent of other grown up perfumes with an intense sharp ambery opening, and a light floral aromatic heart, see Gucci Guilty's sharp vibe. Im not really seeing much similarity to the OG Candy. This remains quite sharp, with the citruses, musk and sweet pea taking over. It is colder, fresher/drier with the lack of vanilla, and its "high pitched". As it settles, some benzoin muskiness comes forth. There is a vintage smell to this imo, more grown up and I think this escapes the Candy family as far as its vibe and character. Its subtle sweetness is close to the skin, not at the projection. After about an hour on the skin I start detecting some similarity to the OG. Prada Candy has intense sweet, more gourmand, deeper tones though, it is warmer, and has lots of powderines - highly addicting. Its smoky caramel note is smoothed out by the powder and vanilla, while the benzoin is not sharp, but balsamic, oriental even. It fits the Candy name better. Prada Candy is more youthful even though it is still heavy on the benzoin and the powdery note. The citruses and light floral accord in the L'Eau stay strong on my skin and I keep smelling this kinda smoky balsamic caramel/benzoin combo in the background, mixed with a damp muskiness. I like this one, it's just not unique to me. I expected something closer to the OG or completely new, something more flirty. I love all of the Candy scents (havent smelled the Night version). This one would be my least favorite. Some reviews that describe this scent as addicting are true, this develops on the skin and does become very distracting and attractive, but again not unique, along the lines of Gucci Guilty. I used to hate Prada Candy, but now I love it, possibly it has been reformulated to be less heady, but the Candy L'Eau is not as groundbreaking. It is def a like. I'd possibly invest in a big bottle cuz I despise rollerballs, its like they kick you straight to the drydown.

I smell the sweet pea in this more than anything. For what it is, it’s way overpriced. Sillage and longevity are nonexistent. Smells nice for about 10 minutes.

Анонім

This has been the candy favorite of mine up until it’s discontinuance 🙁 I love to layer this with dames new musk, combination is heaven.

Анонім

This perfume doesn’t last. I’ve had this for a month and sold it. And it’s far too mediocre to be worth having. Smells powdery, very unremarkable. On clothes or skin it doesn’t matter, the lasting power is atrocious.

Анонім

To my nose, this is almost identical to Candy EDP, but a bit more musky. I think both are lovely.

Анонім

This is one of my favorite summer fragrances. I love L'eau. I also have Kiss and Floral which smell great but have poor longevity. L'eau has much better performance and smells divine. The citrus and floral open to introduce a perfect level of sweetness in the dry down.

Анонім

The main reasons why I got this one was because I knew it had been discontinued, the mainly positive reviews and I managed to find it at a semi decent price. It is beautiful, opening with light citruses, a very mellow floral sweet pea note (the note that intrigued me the most) which I wish was stronger and soft soft caramel which is a note that is present throughout but it is so light that within an hour of spraying it, I can only smell it if I put my nose to my skin.. literally. The longevity is pretty crap too and I can only get light wafts of caramel from around the 2 hr mark. I was expecting it to be a lighter fragrance because of the EDT concentration and I am someone who appreciates a lighter fragrance but this one is too light, IMO. Overall, I am glad I got it because I really like the scent, the bottle design and because it has been discontinued but I am disappointed in it's performance and it would not have been something I repurchased.

so sad they discontinued this perfume..
