Invictus Victory

For some reason, it smells like a hubba bubba bubblegum but on the drydown you'll get that amber note and vanilla note. Definitely suits more for the youth people.

Nose Note #1116 I first had MA Victorioso Victory and thought it was pretty bad. Terrible performance, smelled cheap. Nonetheless I didn't lose faith. Well, the OG is definately miles better. Way more complex, the scent is pretty rich. Rather youthful. Has this chocolate vibe, or maybe vanilla coke. And performance, the performance is great! Well, you get what you pay for. I'd say this is a pretty good deal. Any Rabanne is. If Alhambra was just tolerable, Rabanne is nicely pleasant and even has some complexity to it without anything pretentious. 7.2/10

i get a vanilla ambery scent and 9 hours on my skin with this overall a very nice sweet fragrance that performs the only downside is the price 9.1/10

Interesting take on sweet vanilla amber, pretty solid just not anything special. Smells a bit more mature then most designer vanillas.

smells bubble gum. definitely smells like bubble gum. the notes always give the bubble gum. repeating again, smells bubble gum. exactly the smell of a cute soft playboy with a hoodie and light blue jean, wearing converse vibes. a safe space for me during cold weather. projects good. perfect option for younger guys.

Amateur, hobbyist level interest in fragrances so far, but Invictus Victory is my all time favorite cologne I've ever smelled so far. I'm on my 2nd bottle, and not once have i picked up this supposed lemon/citrus note people are talking about... A little typical designer mass appealing, but it's the perfect warm, smoky, spicy date night scent. Female approved, too.

This isn't the most complex or daring fragrance, but I don't really get the hate. It's a night time / colder weather sexy scent which lasts a long time, especially on clothes. The opening is fresh-spicy then the rest is a nice warm ambery vanilla. I typically layer it with other scents though, as the base notes are strong and versatile with other fragrances.

The opening was spicy and zingy, citrusy, kind of synthetic smelling. Very lemony but dies down after a few minutes. I notice the lightness of the lavender start to come though but it’s still very sharp and spicy from the pink pepper. The olibanum is giving a slight greenness. At the 10-15 minute mark this fragrance starts to thicken up with the typical vanilla, tonka bean and amber combo that’s done by so many other scents. Smells nice, not overly thick or cloying but nothing special.

Smells synthetic to me.

Glad I tested this one before blind buying it at a good deal. Not a bad scent just smells very similar to Prada ocean EDP which I own and prefer. The vanilla is extremely similar, this just has a more artificial citrusy undertone whereas the Prada is more woody and ambery with a light resinous touch

Smells cheap and nauseating, beforehand I only had experience with MA Victorioso Victory/Nero and I had the same sentiment towards that perfume and I was hopeful that they just did an extremely bad take on Invictus Victory. But no, they duped it extremely well and this scent in general is just bad, literally sickly sweet and in my opinion there are way better alternatives for this price range for winter even within the invictus line

It's a strong sweet fragrance so you'd be lying if you said it does not get your attention. But on the grand scheme of things, it's nothing special. Just a chocolatey Ovaltine-like deodorant-adjacent scent.

EXTREMELY strong. I unknowingly put 5 sprays of this on and was told to take a shower.

This fragrance was okay. It didnt stand it to me in anyway nor anyone else that smelled it. The initial spray is atrocious to the point I didn’t want to spray it on me. Smelled like cleaning supply and that alone killed the fragrance for me. The mid of the fragrance is Kind of powdery and it’s nothing impressive. Overall I’d give it a 4/10.

This fragrance basically answers the question: “What if the Invictus line stopped going to the gym… and started going to dessert?” Because this one is sweet, warm, and dangerously edible. But honestly… that freshness lasts about as long as a New Year’s gym membership. Within minutes the scent moves into warm sweet territory with vanilla and tonka bean starting to show up.  The vibe is: sweet spicy warm slightly dessert-like Some people even say it smells like chocolatey vanilla or sweet amber.  In other words: This is not a fresh sporty Invictus anymore. This is Invictus wearing a leather jacket in a nightclub. The Drydown (where the magic happens) After about 30–40 minutes the fragrance settles into its main personality: creamy vanilla tonka bean amber soft woods  This is where it becomes super addictive. The drydown smells warm, smooth, and slightly gourmand — like a mix of vanilla dessert and masculine amber. One reviewer described the vibe perfectly: “Sweet, spicy, and bold.”  And honestly… that sums it up. Performance is one of the stronger points. Typical numbers: Longevity: around 8–10 hours on skin  Projection: strong for the first 2–3 hours  Sillage: noticeable scent trail  Some community users even report 12+ hours depending on skin and sprays.  Basically: This fragrance sticks around long enough to finish the night with you. Compliment Factor This scent is a crowd-pleaser machine. The vanilla-tonka combination tends to get strong reactions because people find it warm and attractive. Many reviewers call it a high compliment-getter thanks to its sweet and sensual scent trail.  Translation: If someone hugs you while wearing this, they’re probably going to notice. When To Wear It This is not a summer beach fragrance. Best situations: Date nights Clubs Parties Cold weather Evening events The warm sweetness works best in fall and winter, while hot weather can make it feel too heavy.  Wearing this in a heatwave is basically asking for regret. Final Thoughts Rabanne Invictus Victory Eau de Parfum is basically the “sexy dessert fragrance” of the Invictus line. It’s warm, sweet, bold, and very easy to like. Is it the most sophisticated fragrance ever made? No. But for dates, nightlife, and cooler weather, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Rating: ⭐ 8.5 / 10

This is just not for me - way too powdery and “old man” for my taste

Scent is great if you want to smell like chocolate/edible. Not versatile at all, so not a safe blind buy. Ideal for very cold evenings. My bottle is still 95% full and it’s been sitting on my shelf for about 2 years. If you like stronger with you intensely you will like this. I would still get the absolu over the OG. Overall decent fragrance. 7.5/10

I used to like this a lot when it first came out. Fast forward to 5 years later and it’s just not my style anymore. My nose has truly matured. This smells pretty much identical to Paco Rabanne's pure xs and anyone who says otherwise is just splitting hairs. My bro loved that one when I gifted it to him so I’ve also decided to gift him this. He’s a lot younger than me so these scents are perfect for him & all dudes in their early-mid 20’s just like the entire Invictus line.

Lovely smoky dark vanilla scent, was my signature scent for a long time, PR outdid themselves on this one. 9.7/10

My apologies that this didn’t go up yesterday, some issues arose with my travel plans and I didn’t have the time to get it up. Invictus Victory is a solid scent, it’s not a unique fragrance however. It has a basic warm spicy sweet aromatic vanilla amber scent that I feel like I’ve smelled a million times before on myself and out in the world. It all goes on easily, without any type of unpleasant opening and dries down into the exact same scent as the opening. There is however nothing wrong with what, Invictus Victory is pleasant and easy wearing, I’ve smelled a lot worse from houses that where innovating. This is one of those fragrances you can apply without thinking about and get a nice scent, along with decent projection and longevity. I got about 6 solid hours of wear on skin and clothing with it projecting off a little outside of my arms length for the first 4 hours and fading closer to the skin for the next two. I will note that this fragrance can easily overpower with a small number of sprays and I think 4 would be the max I would use next time. Overall a solid fragrance that I would rate a 7/10; basic but easy to wear and enjoyable. That said I suspect a lot of people will have something similar or better in their collections already.

Pupated it’s still the same scent. I jsut get yeah lots of the pepper in the opening also but drys downto chocolate later

I used to love this fragrance, I don't know if the new batches are more peppery, but that's what it comes off as, overbearing pepperiness, it's still a nice scent, but nothing like the chocolatey goodness it once was, I think my nose has developed since.

Compliment Beast! This one got me into fragrances as a whole. Absolutely love it. One of the best vanilla fragrances that I have smelled. Will try elixir next.

Crazy longevity and a really good fall/winter fragrance. 9/10.

I love it so much, my gosh! The opening is indescribably serious. It is aromatic and citrusy, with a hint of sweetness that comes from the incense, making it a total pleasure bomb. This balance of citrus at the top that evolves into a smooth vanilla sweetness is not very common in designer fragrances. The con that I have is that it's definitely synthetic and has a little bit of a home freshener scent if you push it hard. But for sure super mass appeal. It is not a loud scent, but it isn't fresh enough to use on hot days. IMO, the sweetness hits the sweet spot for evening wear, which is why I prefer this one over the Elixir version.

Going off memory because I don't own it. Tested it once and it came across like a seductive root beer. Very sexy to my memory. Don't know about performance or anything else. But strictly according to smell I thought it was really nice
