Pure XS

The opening is very vanilla-forward, but the citrus soon comes through. The ginger then takes centre stage, coming across quite intensely on my skin, before a woody base emerges. The combination of citrus and ginger adds a certain freshness to the fragrance. It's pleasant, but there's a little too much ginger for my taste. I would have preferred more cinnamon, which I can't detect at all. It's nothing extraordinary, but it's a perfectly decent fragrance that I can see appealing to quite a few people.

Honestly this fragrance isn't bad but the vanilla is so too strong for me and wouldn't recommend buying this unless you really love vanilla. also bottle design is mid.

it's decent, i was really expecting this fragrance to have a more "woody" and "spicy" kind of smell, i get only a tiny bit of vanilla through the scent profile, it's the citrus note that overpowers most of the other notes in the Fragrance, overall it's a decent summer smelling fragrance that has a fresh profile, but in my opinion it's somewhat simple and makes my other scents look more appealing, the notes i do get from it are sort of a broken timber and vanilla, followed by the citrus note that becomes a little too much (depending on your own nose), there is a very big difference between the smell of the fragrance just in the air or on a tester strip, and the actual scent it gives off when applied to skin, i will say the atomizer is GREAT and the bottle is just as impressive, a very sexy design for a decent scent. great casual use fragrance but nothing too impressive in my opinion but everybodys nose is different and opinions of this will definitely vary. Atomizer 10/10 Bottle design 9/10 Scent 6.5/10 (all people will view this differently) 7/10 overall in my own opinion :)

Came back to warn any blind buyers, so it's opens up quite nice with a zingy also fizzy like freshness but don't be fooled it's smells nothing like coke, and as it drys down it's becomes a basic flat spicy vanilla scent which is reminiscent of Invictus victory (new batch's) which unfortunately I do not enjoy and I wish I didn't fall under the influence of Curly fragrance, dammit attractive women can really be my weakness...

My favorite of all time .. sugary coke with lime and cinammon .. first time i had s*x i was wearing this .. it was special to me this fragrance im serious

Sexy vanilla coca cola

Great great scent, but new batches last only 1 hour.

The opening really reminds me of a Lynx deodorant, maybe from the citrus and vanilla combo. You can smell the citrus clearly with some vanilla and a little bit of spice to it. Once it dries down then the vanilla and warm spice kicks in, the citrus is still there but not as strong. I definitely do get the coca cola vibes but it's not that like strong. It is really unique in a good way, yeah there's stuff better than this for winter, but this is great stuff and quite interesting for the price you pay. Projection is just maybe above average and longevity is around 6-8hrs on my skin 7.8/10 for me

This smells divine. Absolute timeless masterpiece. 10/10 smells amazing Do yourself a favour and sample this fragrance. Solid about 7-8 hours, you’re gonna fall head over heels for it.

Smells like cough syrup to me, very harsh on the nose and I thought i would like it based on the notes, but this is horrible imo. Performance is weak aswell. Not for me. 4/10

It’s a subtle scent that is difficult for others to notice unless they are very close to you.

A nice scent, I wear it in the office, doesn't pull compliments, but I know it smells nice. Can totally see why people say it has a coca-cola vibe, that relates, I would describe it as being a boozy, sweet, cola vibe scent, with moderate longevity (6hrs), projection and sillage, that is decent for the price point. Opening - 4/5 Longevity - 3/5 Projection - 3/5 Sillage - 3/5 Dry-down - 3/5 Price - 4/5 Overall - 3.33/5

I got the 2019 batch Good longivity and performance Smells like the best Coca-Cola vanilla. 9/10 Got some complements for this one

It’s similar to Paco Rabanne Ultrared. Would be no need to own both. I find Pure XS to be better scent and last longer than Ultrared. Really nice cologne here for the colder months.

Banger. Got it a few weeks ago. Wearing it today and I love it even more. Resinous light sweetness in the drydown. In a world of sweet fragrances and especially Paco Rabanne, this is still pretty unique. I have a newer batch with a normal style cap. There may be some notes that keep this from being blind buy safe, but they're the ones that make this stand out from others and I love it. Still easy to like and wear. 1/29/26 I really love this stuff after wearing it here and there for weeks. It has a clean aspect to it, that makes it more versatile than one might think. A little more mature than one might think as well.

In my opinion, one of the most underrated vanilla-ginger fragrances. I really enjoy the spicy and strong vanilla cola scent, although some might find it a bit too heavy and childish The scent projects really well over a long period of time, around 8 hours It's also quite affordable, you can get 50ml bottle for around 45$

Smells of a relaxing warm evening holiday that just smells of some good stuff. Vanilla is blended lovely with the cinnamon and leather to give that warm spicy scent with the fruits giving it some sweetness. This is one of my favs and always repurchase this when done the bottle. Projection - roughly 8 hours with 5 sprays(Long lasting) Sillage - sillage is good especially for an EDT but that it the only down side with the fragrance sadly.(Moderate)

Pure XS came out in 2017 and my tester bottle according to the batch code is from late-2017, so I have the first edition. This scent shows just how mainstream designer fragrance trends have changed because now it's all about the loud and super sweet scents. Pure XS is subdued and mature by today's standards. I'm not getting the vanilla Coke association. Instead, I'm getting a spicy scent with some vanilla sweetness and cedar in the background. This scent is more unique and complicated than I had anticipated. It has different stages and gets better as it develops.

Took only a few minutes to feel sure that I liked this. A few minutes more and it seemed uncannily familiar. Smelling it side by side with Mercedes Benz Man Gray, they are quite similar in style. If you like one, you'll surely like the other.

Where to start... Well it's good, but not love at first sniff, the fragrance opens up with a sweet and spicy mix of the vanilla, cinnamon, some ginger, and myrrh, I do get some Coca-Cola vibes, but not as much I hoped for, the opening quickly transitions to the vanilla, cinnamon, and a lot more myrrh, giving a bitter edge, with spicy sweetness, when you smell it up close you do get the churchy incense from the myrrh but from afar it's as described, towards the end it's a sweet sugary vanilla, I wish it was more boozy on my skin, but I get none, as for the longevity and projection, it's moderate to soft on my skin, but I tested it on my brother and it was moderate to loud, and I get 12+ hours just from the first spray out of the box, 2024 batch, and I blind bought it, it's a safe blind buy for someone who likes sweet scents with some bitter smokiness, it's something you have to test on your skin to see if you like it, but if you have the money, which it doesn't cost too much, it's worth it, I don't regret as I need more winter casual scents, also as for people saying this so similar to victory, it's not victory is a peppery, chocolate vanilla, this is a spicy, bitter vanilla, both are good, I prefer victory, but wear what you like(not secretions tho) cheers.

I finally added this to the collection, and I'm glad I did. There will be no doubt this a Paco Rabanne fragrance. You have to enjoy sweeter fragrances to like this, imo. I love it, easy pick up around 60 bucks.

Nice cheap easy wearer , soda stream cola syrup fresh vibes, mixed with a blast of citrus and vanilla and slight booze note in the background - it is sweet but not a migraine sweet , it does fade pretty quickly to a close to skin scent but it’s not designed to be an air horn scent.. a few more extra blasts and it stays 3-6hrs - Good for everyday work go to especially spring autumn and winter - the newer bottle lid is a bit cheap /tacky but for £30 ish it’s not going to put you off and it’s better than the old hinge one imo. Smells late 90s but not old fashioned. Good one for the collection. 7/10 … slight biased as my late pop used to wear paco Rabanne og back in the day.

after trying a couple of times, this is a really boozy scent. too boozy after the first freshness subsides. I dont get cola scent much. just tiny bit at start. love the first grapefruit. Edit: overspraying this makes it lasts longer and it smells great in the air. I tried sniffing it directly and its really boozy. But the citrus really shine here in the air. I give this a 6.7/10.
