Cheirosa '62

They had NO idea they will make the industry lose their minds trying to dupe & sell their own version of this DNA, Like Its INSANE. I feel like the same way people feel about the BCR540 DNA, it is the same way I feel about this one, I used to enjoy it,I really did and went trough a couple bottle because its genuinely a crowd pleasing nice scent but now I wont & cant do it anymore. I also feel like u pay a good Price for what u get so cheers to that.

I was a bit late to the game with this one! I’ve already owned it more than a year now, and also had the cream. It smells absolutely divine. And I don’t care if it’s basic, it’s popular for a reason. The notes are pistachio & warm caramel, with heliotrope that gives it a slight floral touch. The sandalwood then makes it smell creamy and the sweetness of vanilla. Everyone knows about it, but I cannot recommend this enough. It’s a gourmands lover dream. This is THE it girl of gourmand perfumes. This is perfect for the summer and even the winter. Personally I think It’s more of a summer scent for me, but you can get away with wearing this in the winter, as it’s a gourmand. Cannot recommend this enough, I need a lifetime supply of this. This and the cream, shower gel, & oil will make you smell edible asf. The only problem is that it does not last. At all. I spray this on me and while I would still be able to smell it if I smelt my t shirt, I just don’t get whiffs of it within around 30 mins of spraying, which is to be expected from a body mist but considering the price, it’s disappointing!

I love this scent specifically; all the dupes can run and hide from me because you cannot compare. Such a perfect sweet summer scent for a bombshell! And the body mist lasts so long, unfortunately the EDP version isn't so long lasting idk why. Ill pair the two anyways though! Also I'm not too big on this being a fall scent, It just smells so much like summer to me.

I absolutely love this, and I think it completely deserves its popularity. I'm not a fan of most summer fragrances, because most of them are very fresh, floral or fruity, which often pulls sour to my nose. But this is perfect. Sweet, caramelly, so beautiful. I'm not usually a fan of pistachio fragrances, but I like it in Cheirosa 62. I love vanilla and I usually gravitate more towards autumn/winter fragrances, so finding a summer fragrance that I like is sort of a miracle. I will say the longevity is not the best, I have to respray it throughout the day, but since the price point isn't that high I'll let it slide. Overall, a beautiful fragrance, I recommend you try it if you're more into the "cold months" perfumes but you're looking for something for the summer :)

i know its just a me thing because i have it with so many perfumes but it is that generic perfume smell. i get no caramel or vanilla, the florals and sandle wood are so strong for me, i had to sell my bottle.

Its greatest strength is its easy-to-love sweetness. The combination of caramel, vanilla, and pistachio creates a cozy, playful fragrance that feels youthful and uplifting. It is perfect for casual days, holidays, and layering with other perfumes, e.g. Yum Pistachio Gelato. However, the sweetness can become quite linear and familiar, with limited complexity and modest longevity typical of a body mist. While enjoyable, it lacks the refinement and depth of a high-quality gourmand perfume.

yummy! The pistachio opens in a way that isn't artificial. It's very warm and sweet despite being a summer-marketed fragrance. I could see myself wearing it year-round or at least layering it. It has some tangy/lactic notes (from the sandalwood?) that I actually really like on my skin. Wish it wasn't kind of expensive for the quality. fwiw I think I like the bum bum cream version even better

its super creamy, not very out of this world levels of depth but yummy! i love this for the beach, or for layering :) # expensive as hell tho

Wanted to get it because of the hype, but discovered I am not into these super-sweet, toasted flavors. I was looking for a fun tropical scent, and this is giving biscuits. I like it after a few hours, because then the toasted smell gets away and what lingers - even the next day - is sweet, tropical, and fun. But the first hours are very overpowering and strong for me.

I wanted to like this, I like gourmand, I like all the advertised notes, I tried this on in the store... but upon closer inspection, there is a very faint cough-syrup cherry that is enough to turn me off. I think it's the almond, but to me, there is some kind of sickly guava or creosote off-note buried in there. Too bad, I wanted to like it, but the off part was enough where I had to wash it off, just can't get into it.

An okay feminine gourmand for summer, rather simple. Caramel, pistachio, vanilla, salt. Beach vibes, simple and unpretentious mainstream scent. Quite strong for a body mist. Not my vibe, but I guess it does its job as a beach perfume mist.

I love this, but it is VERY heavy for me. I absolutely hate smelling it on other people, too, and it seems like everyone wears this. It's definitely a gorgeous scent, but I like it better for sleeping than wearing during the day simply because I feel like it's strong and might bother others.

It's an okay gourmand, but I'm getting a little guava or cough syrup that is off putting to me.

A really lovely summer scent. A bit pricey but still beautiful.

I loved this scent for several years, and now I have a deep appreciation for it and understand that it will be this generation's landmark comforting scent for the children raised around it, even if I no longer wear it very often or gladly. It's one of the only fragrances I've used up and had to purchase a replacement. A warm, intoxicating, delicious, comforting vanilla caramel pistachio ice cream scent. Makes me feel like it’s summer despite being gourmand. It lasts a long time for a body spray, too.

I am a big fan of realistic gourmands (ex. Chocolate Greedy, Devotion), meaning I want to smell food (desserts) when I spray the fragrance on my wrists, not perfume. Cheirosa 62 does not smell like something I could eat (smells like body lotion to me). Yes it is sweet, but there is so much florals here (very heavy on the heliotrope) that, to me, its still very much a perfume scent. My nose could not pick up on the pistachio, caramel, or salt (more on that later). I did get sweetness, but again it leans very floral. Heliotrope smells powdery soft, almond-y, and vanillic with floral undertones. But I have smelt some really good vanilla and almond (Vanille Absolu and Vanilla Cake, thanks Mr. Montale) that good ol' heliotrope can't fool me. On the bright side, I really enjoy the skin-scent it leaves, very comforting and cozy. It's a pretty scent, just not what I'm looking for (71 is much more gourmand). I think it could be worn all year round, though I would avoid wearing this in high humidty. The salt note only appeared then, if only for a split second, and it was mixed with dense sandalwood... it was body odor bad :(

Reminds me of the summer of 2019. I recently got this again, and I can't believe I used to wear it out so often. I had a popping social life. Pre-Covid. Anyway. It smells milder than I remember it but also.. missing something.

Absolutely love this body spray! Smells so warm and cozy on my skin. It is pretty weak and doesn't last long though. To get a few hours of wear I have to spray a lot on me and make sure I hit my clothes and hair with it. It smells like pistachio and almonds, sweet and delicious.

A nice caramel vanilla scent, but nothing groundbreaking. The plus is that it's no overly sweet or cloying. There's touches of nuttiness and saltiness to it that help to keep it from being too sweet but don't make it overly complex. Has about the same projection and lasting power as the other body mists in the Cheirosa line. Reminded me of a less complex Rare by Selena Gomez. In terms of Sol De Janeiro's more caramel-focused fragrances, I much prefer Cheirosa 71 over this one.

it smells like salted caramel, cocoa butter, pistachio and vanilla. It's not sweet in a sickly way at all. I'm on my 4th bottle. That should tell you everything you need to know.

I don’t understand why this is called a gourmand. It’s so artificially fruity and tropical and doesn’t smell like a dessert at all to me like people say it does. It’s sweet but that doesn’t make it gourmand, it’s not a vanilla or caramel sweet like the notes imply. I think i mainly get like pineapple from it, because of it’s acidity. I don’t smell any nuttiness from the “pistachio” or “almond” either. 71 has a real caramel smell, although a little too popcorn-y for me, and it’s unfortunately not salted like this should be It’s not a bad scent but i was convinced i received a different scent in the right bottle, or it got ruined by heat, both times i got it delivered due to it smelling nothing like the notes (which was proven wrong when i smelled it in a store) lol

Sickeningly artificial and so hard to get off. If you love it, great for you cause this is long-lasting as hell. Hate hate hate hate hate

This is craaaazy good for a mist! It has a longevity and projection that could be compared to perfumes. I have gotten some compliments while wearing this. I get that it smells a bit artificial but I don't really care because whenever I use this I just wanna smell good, regardless of smelling artificial or not yk! This specific SDJ mist is interesting because you can wear it in all seasons. Its gourmand caramel sweetness makes it suitable for colder weather but the vibe it gives off overall is also suitable in hotter weather. Also this may just be for me but it smells a bit differently when I spray it on my skin vs on my clothes. I can smell a bit of a smoky scent whenever I spray it on my wrists (but do spray it on clothes because I noticed it lasts longer!)

it's good i guess was kinda worn by everyone so it was less special to have and it's just like so so sweet but very summery beach vibe

I have the entire line of this smell because it’s solid but not the one I identify most actually (40). But I have nothing bad to say about this smell. Might be the best pistachio I’ve tried

This body mist is not worth your money if you want a long lasting scent. If you spray too much it gets very artificial but it does draw a lot of compliments

this fragrance is the epitome of mid. it’s not offensive nor is it outstanding. it’s so underwhelming and generic. i can see why some people like it, but it is just so incredibly overhyped. it’s a little sophisticated, something for every day use, but not worth it. i read reviews saying this smelled like cookies. idk what cookies they smelled, but this does NOT smell like cookies. i personally wouldn’t even call it a true gourmand. i think this is for people who think they like gourmands, but just want a light floral vanilla. if you want a beach-y summer vibes mist, this is for you!

LOVE!! Warm and comforting, sweet and indulgent, like eating a melting pistachio sundae drizzled with extra caramel. Big crowd pleaser, many many compliments wearing this. Works with any season.
