A no-brainer. • If you like GIT, Cool Water, Chez Bond, you'll most probably like Très Nuit also. It's in that same lane. • You won't like the bottle format as much as the juice, however. • I've had this bottle for nearly a year now, and the scent has improved substantially. • Word of caution: can smell funky (and synthetic) when oversprayed in one spot. Diffuse and/or go easy on the atomizer. • Longevity is about ~4-5 hours, not dissimilar from the OG. Projection is also similarly restrained. • I like GIT, but quite frankly, it's overdone, overglazed, and overhyped. Especially at this price. • The price-to-value proposition of Très Nuit is far better. 8/10

I got a sample of GIT a while back and this is a great dupe of it. I would say in the 90% similar range. Great value too

Great alternative to Creed GIT! Check out my review on Youtube! https://youtu.be/IphH2Prc3Z0?is=xjScL3_UGiasNadx

It's so good that Creed made a dupe.

Fresh, green, clean... this is the Creed Green Irish Tweed lane and a good take on it. It's a pleasing and relaxing fragrance. It's not offensive. I like it, and I usually throw it on before bed... something about how clean and calm it is just works at night for me. It's a lot of clean for the money. Personal subjective score: 8/10

Revisiting this one many years after first stumbling upon Armaf, at the very beginning of the clone craze pre-COVID. Back then Middle Eastern clone houses weren't nearly as popular as they are today; you had Armaf, Rasasi, Al Haramain, and that was pretty much it, and oftentimes you'd have to pay crazy prices to get their fragrances shipped internationally. I go back and forth on which is the better clone of Green Irish Tweed - this, or Rasasi Egra. To me, Tres Nuit is a little denser and a little sweeter, while Egra is a little more airy and perhaps a tad less "synthetic" smelling. That being said, the overall quality is not in doubt. This remains one of Armaf's best fragrances (and one of their worst bottles), and while you could probably do better in terms of an exact 1:1 replica of GIT, Tres Nuit stands on its own pretty well. Grab a travel atomizer and enjoy your summer! :)

My batch is very strong, and I found the opening isn't as light and airy as GIT. Once it dries down though, it gives you pretty much the exact same feeling as GIT. The projection and longevity are incredible too. My only issue is that it isn't quite as light and inviting as GIT. It's a little more in your face, but I'll just spray less of it. Definitely recommend.

This is so close to creed green Irish tweed I won’t be buying another bottle of the original

A stand alone review i don't have the OG. One of the frags I lean towards the most when I dont wanna think about it too much. Most of my collection is on my profile. Smell: To me it smells like a green apple. Crisp, green, zesty and fresh. It does give me shower gel vibes if I really focus on it. Good enough for me. Tres Nuit VS. French Avenue Aether: I'll take tres nuit every time. Aether is definitely greener and it ain't got that shower gel smell but it got grass clipping and little to no apple. Tres nuit VS Turathi Blue. Honestly I love both of them equally but I do lean more towards Tres nuit more so because it's cheaper than Turathi. Smell wise I give it to turathi blue.

This is a great fragrance for someone who doesn’t want to smell like they are wearing a fragrance.

Right... so this one time, I'm in the kitchen making a brew and I spot this bottle on the side – Tres Nuit by Armaf. Fresh. Green. Citrusy with that lavender edge. Smells like a posh garden after rain. Proper clean and sophisticated. Like you've got your life together. I start wearing it. Feeling good. Then one day I'm in a meeting with the Swindon lot and Finchy pipes up, 'Alright David, new aftershave?' Turns out he'd been nicking sprays from the bottle I left in the communal area. The little parasite. Couple weeks later we're at the team-building day – paintballing, trust falls, the lot. I'm in the real Tres Nuit, smelling fresh as a daisy. Finchy turns up reeking of it. Later on I hear from one of the girls in sales that they 'had a moment' behind the Portaloos. Proper romantic, apparently. Meanwhile I'm stuck doing the trust fall with Gareth, who spends the whole afternoon going on about his fantasy football team. Some woman from accounts sees us two lads having a laugh and gives us that sideways look like 'Ooh, are they...?' For crying out loud. The fragrance? Cracking. Fresh, versatile, great value. Nine out of ten. But next time I bring scent into the office, I'm keeping it in my locked drawer.

Creed Green Irish Tweed dna has become one of my favorites, from the OG to Cool Water to Coty Aspen to all the various twists and interpretations. For a warm day like today it's a lighter interpretation in Tres Nuit. It does have the Armaf lemon (iykyk) which quickly fades into the verbana and iris then to the violet, spices and lavender before the sandalwood and ambergris take over. It's really well done. It's easy to like and as I understand it with deeper maturity the one month I've had it, it'll really start to imbue the overall profile better and better. As it is lighter and almost fresher take I think this is actually more wearable in somewhat unbearable Arizona Summer heat.

Had this for something like 8 years. remember it being a bit shithouse fresh out of the box and let it sit, after a year the stuff is kinda gas. Tech specs are pretty average - sillage and longevity aren't too impressive but it's par for the course with this dna. Opens sharper and brighter than you'd think, quickly settles into something more powdery and a good use of iris beyond the usual lipsticky nonsense (which I happen to like, but find it hard to own more than one variant of the accord and Dior Homme has it in the bag). Very good, can find it very cheap, very good purchase if you're patient and aware of its limits.

Анонім

Very nice fragrance, but the bottle design and name are at odds with the profile. “Very Night” in a dark bottle with leather suggest a cooler, evening, fall/winter fragrance. Keep this in the front of your summer shelf as it’s easy to overlook!

Анонім

I do not like this at all. On a tester strip it smells great on my skin it is not nice at all. This will go in a draw and never see the light of day again

Tés Nuit was one of THEE FIRST fragrances in my crazy collection. I purchased this scent nearly 4 years ago, but havent worn it in over a year now so I decided to pull it out and give myself a few spritzes... FREAKIN' GORGEOUS! Wow! Very very beautiful, bright, clean, crisp and lasts FOREVER on my skin and nevermind my clothes! When Id first recieved Trés Nuit I was a tad dissapointed bc it did remind me of Cool Water (never smelled Green Irish Tweed) So I did a side by side with my brother's bottle of Cool Water and there's just no comparison! Trés Nuit blows Cool Water "Out the water!" LOL. They do have a similar core fna, but they wear SOO differently that they are easy to tell apart as Trés Nuit is much stronger, more crisp and WAAAAY greener! Amazing!

Анонім

Tres Nuit is such an easy fragrance to enjoy. It has a fresh, green and slightly woody scent that feels clean, classy and much more expensive than it actually is. Perfect for everyday wear, especially on warm days.

Анонім

Can't put my finger on the difference but I like this and dislike Creed OG Lucky me. I have a number of unsuccessful dupes, so this was a win

Анонім

It has all the right notes but the fragrance has a heavy chemical smell. I can really say this was "cheap", you know? All the rounded perfect notes of GIT are not here, they are loud, harsh and chemical. Can be used? Yes. Was it indeed cheap? Yes. Would I buy it again? No.

Анонім

Interesting and unique for summer/spring. I could 100% see myself wearing this occasionally during spring, summer and fall. It is a sophisticated summer scent. To me this would be ideal at both evening and daytime. I wouldnt wear this daily, but occasionally, its definitely very very nice. Love-

Armaf bottles are so embarrassing, but this stuff is actually nice. It's the violet bubble bath remix of the GIT DNA. It's getting harder and harder to find warm/hot weather fragrances that aren't lazily phoned in with a bunch of ambroxan-type compounds, OR which don't have that fish tank funk calone-laden "marines" often bring to the party. Both of which can be cloying and headache-inducing in any weather let alone hot, humid summers. Très Nuit is nice alternative to that genre, and no one's going to tell you it smells bad. This is one of the two or three "clone house" fragrances I own and have actually repurchased. I worry about the quality and nature of ingredients that goes into them, but I've never had a bad reaction to this stuff.

Анонім

To me, its gotten too much love. There have been better dupes of GIT for a long time (Rasasi Egra), and the best today are outstanding (Arabiyat prestige ashaa oud noir). And in my opinion Cool Water is a more enjoyable scent to wear since you can at least catch whiffs of it for a few hours after applying. With Cool Water and Egra costing the same, and Ashaa oud noir being so much better for not that much more there is no reason to still buy tres nuit.

This fragrance is lovely, and definetly not what I'd lean towards normally. I was sniffing samples in Vegas at the mall, getting lost in numerous test strips, but this one stood out despite its soft nature. I typically prefer heavy, sharp-edged scents like danh al oud. I welcome the barnyard funk, and cannabis type of notes as well. This one is on the other side of the spectrum. Very soothing, soft, and relaxing. I absolutely love the florals in this, as its very captivating and refreshing to my nose (especially during the spring). It smells like nothing else in my collection, and I also think the bottle is extremely cool; super quirky. I love leather, and for some reason this oddly shaped bottle is wrapped in it. I see ambergris as a big base note, but I still can't clearly describe what it even smells like lol. Overall, after wearing it for about a month, I love that this is more than just a floral powdery scent. It's somehow very soft, and still masculine which is amazing. Very work friendly, and it cannot offend anyone in my opinion.

Анонім

I didn't like it as much when i first bought it, smelled way too synthetic and harsh. Let it sit and forgot about it. Now after almost 7 months, it has gotten better and is quite beautiful. For me the opening is quite citrusy and sharp. You can definitely smell the violets in the first few hours and then becomes quite powdery. I love the dry down of this perfume. Doesn't last very long, especially on my skin when compared to clothes.

Анонім

This thing is nuclear to me. Initially I thought I didn't like it, but it turns out I was just way over-spraying. It's been a while since I've smelled GIT, but I can say that this smells very similar to Rogue Fougere L'aube, which other people say smells similar to GIT. One spray of this lasts for a very long time and projects massively. Reminiscent of Irish Spring soap. A nice frag to keep around. Like it, don't love it. But the price makes it worth having.

Анонім

It smells so clean and slightly sweet: really settles into a nice bubblegum scent. My only beef is that I sprayed on my arm, and it was gone after an hour. My bottle was made late last year, so maybe it just needs more time to mature. I'll try over spraying it.

Анонім

I thought I disliked florals because of this. Turns out that no, I actually enjoy some florals, especially violet and iris notes, it's just Tres Nuit that's a weird synthetic mess. I also thought I'd probably dislike Green Irish Tweed based on this, but no, GIT is actually a really nice fragrance (though imo not worth the price). Both it and Cool Water are much better than this. Opinions formed based on a decant, both when it was fresh and many months later. No significant change in character. Avoid.

.....A final update to my "ATTENTION" post on 3.13.26: Letting you know that after (4) FULL months of "maturing" a new bottle of Tres Nuit, it is now (definitely) 100% of what TN is known to smell like......An AMAZING alternative fragrance to GIT! So if you happen to receive a bottle of Tres Nuit that smells anything like "bug spray", or a "chemical mess", don't despair, or throw it away. It simply needs to mature .....Spray out 5-6 sprays of your new bottle and then let it sit in a cool dry place for it to mature to perfection.

I compared Tres Nuit side-by-side with GIT. The scent is very similar. Obviously, GIT feels more refined and of higher quality, but for $20, Tres Nuit is an extremely close dupe at a ridiculously low price. Don't expect a fragrance with great longevity; you'll get about 2 to 4 hours out of it. But as I said, it costs $20, and for that price, it's excellent. The bottle is a bit awkward to handle when applying due to its shape. The cap and atomizer eventually start to show wear and leak a little (in my case, after 5 months). Overall: 7/10. An affordable fragrance with a scent identical to GIT. It's a must-buy if you like GIT.

Анонім

I don't own GIT, but I did spray GIT on their store. I loved it. However, this thing is quite different, quite harsh on my nose, maybe because of the chemicals idk, but it doesn't feel like GIT or the thing I like on GIT. There are similarities but I think this one is stronger, maybe that's why. It's okay I guess, should have bought D&G Light Blue instead of this for this spring/summer
