Arguably the ultimate daily wear men's fragrance. A fresh, masculine scent. Would purchase again, if I can justify the high price.

Анонім

i feel creed now is bamboozling everyone the controversial reformulations, the price keeps increasing and the new releases are kinda buns but anyways the scent is amazing and i adore birch just it ain't worth it bud i mean yes if you're hella rich then why bother but cmon its kinda bitter, sprayed this on skin yesterday at the store and when i got home it was barely noticeable, smells dusty and grandpa like and overall it just cost way way more than other niches i know there was a reformulation this year but idk if it changed the smell or longevity but sorry to say this but i think they kinda did... i mean don't get me wrong its versatile asf, unique, quite classy and much more just again overall not worth the price to me and i've heard that there's alot of dupes that do well but i'm not the one to tell you to buy dupes oh and also i'm highly suggesting for you not to buy any of the CDNIM they're really bad like really really bad

Анонім

Its a unique, fruity blend. Not to my taste, but its a versatile, non-offending fragrance i imagine one could use at most places.

Review for Creed Aventus I've worn Aventus enough times to understand why it's become such a benchmark in modern men's perfumery. The opening is immediately recognizable, with a bright burst of pineapple and bergamot that feels energetic without becoming overly sweet. Within about thirty minutes, the fragrance settles into a smooth blend of woods with a subtle smoky character that gives it depth. What I appreciate most is its versatility. It feels polished enough for a business meeting but equally comfortable for a dinner out or a special occasion. It manages to be noticeable without constantly demanding attention, which is probably one of the reasons it has remained so popular over the years. Performance on my skin has been solid rather than extraordinary. I usually get around seven to eight hours before it becomes a close skin scent, with moderate projection during the first couple of hours. I've tried different batches over time and noticed small differences, but the overall character has remained consistent enough that I still recognize it instantly. The biggest criticism I hear is that it's become too popular, and I understand that viewpoint. Aventus inspired countless fragrances, so its DNA no longer feels as unique as it once did. Even so, wearing the original reminds me why it became influential in the first place. There's a refinement and balance that many inspired-by fragrances don't quite capture. If you're looking for something completely unconventional, Aventus probably isn't the answer anymore. But if you want a fragrance that's confident, versatile, and easy to enjoy in almost any setting, I think it still deserves its reputation.

I feel crazy because this smells disgusting to me. Horribly sour!!! The pineapple note is great but there is so much bitter citrus behind it that it gets drowned out. genuinely smells like the way those nasty mandarin oranges taste. I guess im just not a citrus guy

Love the smell but way too expensive

Анонім

Masterpiece. Everything about it from the perfect balance of peppery, smokey pineapple wrapped in a dense, masculine, earthy, mossy, woody base down to details like the bottle, the name. It's all perfection. It's the quintessential modern masculine fragrance. Then there's the price. It's very expensive for a fragrance, so for most men, Montblanc Explorer is the better buy. It's significantly less expensive -- I grabbed a 200ml bottle for around $60USD from a discounter -- and strongly competitive in profile, quality, and longevity. Aventus is one of the best fragrances a man can wear, but the price is hard to justify, especially for everyday use when much more frugal options are available.

Aventus is fantastic and it's earned it's flowers for being such a mass-appealing, high quality everyday men's fragrance. The opening is fresh, bright, slightly spicy, and fruity with an incredible pineapple note. It dries down to be woody, mossy, and musky. You can pretty much wear this anywhere since this profile is so versatile, and it's over spray friendly. On my skin, my new F batch lasts around 7 hours and projects slightly greater than an arms length for the first couple of hours with 8 sprays on body. It dials back to an incredible bubble that's fresh, uplifting, and masculine. There are dupes and many fragrances from other houses that have been inspired by Aventus, but nothing really comes close. I will say my favorite inspired by is probably Nishane Hacivat because it's earthier and mossier making it a better choice for the office, plus it does last longer. Overall, Aventus is a staple in my collection, and I will never be without a bottle. I have Absolu and Cologne as well, but my personal favorite and most worn is still the OG. 9.1/10

Really good, love the base notes.

This is a masterpiece, one of the best fresh scents for me. This opened my eyes to what fragrances could truly smell like, my first niche. This gave me an idea on how niche fragrances are like. Amazing fruity fragrance well done creed.

Анонім

Life is funny, 7 years ago this was the first niche fragrance I tried without even knowing what that meant. I thought it smelled pretty good but never knew how good compared to other stuff I hadn’t tried. Fast forward 7 years later I’ve finally tried it for the second time and this is amazing. Every YouTuber claiming club de Nuit is a “better buy”, “better than Aventus” or “does aventus better than itself” is a flat out liar. The blend quality on this can never compare to club de Nuit and I’ve tried and gifted several of them. Smelled my sample and immediately bought a bottle. Aventus Cologne is one of my favorite scents ever but now trying the OG again 7 years later, this is definitely tied with it. I get people have different budgets which is why club de Nuit is popular but to say it’s identical to this masterpiece is crazy. In all to me this is a phenomenal scent and I’ll be wearing it heavy for the rest of the year in my rotation

Анонім

That's the fragrance you can't really hate,i tried but failed miserably. You can buy dupes yes there are a lot of choices, but they will be not that premium or should i say good like the OG,ofc they will smell almost like the og, i honestly wanted to buy CDNIM but after buying the 30ml Aventus , and used it for a good 3 month constantly I can't smell any similarities, for me CDNIM is TOOO woody it was Bitter and almost like a burnt rubber and i sprayed like a good 17 times on my body. I WANTED TO PEEL MY SKIN OFF. So yeah i just got my 100ml Aventus and i quess i will pay 330 euro or dollar every 1 to 1.5 year because i love the smell,i love the house,i love the design and i live only once.

Анонім

Smells amazing, lasts 12h+, projects better than any other fragrances I tried. Definitely a must have.

Анонім

It is so weak believe me you’re not getting more than two and a half hours of longevity with roughly 30 minutes of projection newer batches are so weak to many better options with so much lower price that captures same dna and better performance

Анонім

Having been reading about Aventus being a strong scent, I actually sent my bottle back. ”There must be something wrong with this bottle, the scent lasts for just 20 minutes on my skin”, I wrote. The company returned my bottle, stated it was nothing wrong with it. Well, the 20 minutes are quite nice, but I’ve never paid so much for so little. Reading the reviews here convinces me that early batches was less diluted.

Анонім

I can’t start a review on any of Creed’s “classics” without stating the obvious, the decline in quality that has become synonymous with this house is a huge middle finger to the consumer, and is the reason why I will never endorse this brand or support them by buying a bottle from retail. With that being said, I think that Aventus is a nice fragrance, even in its current form. I understand why some of the more experienced collectors dislike it. It’s unapologetically synthetic, sharp, piercingly bright, not just clean but downright sterilized, a bit smoky, woody and musky. But I don’t hate it, and I actually wouldn’t mind owning a bottle.

Анонім

Nice, this is a classic. Smells amazing with that pineapple and beautiful dry down never can go wrong with this fragrance. 10/10 Longevity: 8-10hr Projection-4-5ft

Анонім

It’s popular for a reason. The pineapple is awesome. I prefer this scent to Hacivat but Hacivat is longer lasting. While this scent is awesome, it’s far from uncommon. I 100% guarantee you’ve smelled this before, whether or not you know it. 8/10.

Анонім

Elegant, high class, high appeal, very masculine. Thing is i'm used to the powerhouse that is CDNIMLE (2021) and this one feels a bit muted / silent to me. Still 10/10.

Анонім

Probably the best blend of citruses, woods and musk to ever exist. I don't know how this is possible, this is a rich man's Dior Sauvage.

Анонім

A lot of people say that Aventus is the victim of its own genius. There’s obviously truth in that, given that it’s a fragrance which inspired not just a generation of men’s perfumery, but also body sprays, shampoos, car air fresheners and anything else trying to smell ‘on trend’ between 2010 and 2020. But I actually think that’s too kind to it, because as much as it’s suffered at the hands of its own originality, it’s also been diminished by its own arrogance. If your strategy is to charge £300 for a bottle of fragrance in order to cultivate an image of exclusivity and status, don’t be surprised when everyone else spends the next decade churning out cheap imitations. Eventually, regardless of whether it’s the OG or a £20 knockoff, your masterpiece just becomes the signature scent of a Bradford nightclub.

Анонім

First things first: this is definitely overpriced, and there's no question about that. However, it really is a delightful fragrance. Hold on though—it's nothing wildly out of the ordinary. It’s a familiar DNA that you’ve likely smelled multiple times in your life. What sets it apart is how exceptionally well it's blended, leaning far more toward a natural feel than a harsh synthetic one. That natural composition is where the magic happens, unlike many of its clones that come off overly synthetic. It opens with a fresh, citrusy pineapple that feels bright and inviting. As it settles, a subtle floral sweetness lingers and merges with the smoky birch wood in the drydown, making you feel as though you're standing among trees. That’s why it’s so widely praised—even though synthetic molecules are used in the bottle, it never feels like you're wearing a chemical lab creation. It stays remarkably close to nature. As for the comparison with CDNIM (Club de Nuit Intense Man)? Please don't. Aventus is overpriced—and even I won't be buying it again—but comparing it directly to CDNIM does it a real injustice. CDNIM feels like a chemical lab experiment, completely missing the smooth, natural vibe that Aventus achieves. Great scent overall, but the price tag is simply too steep to justify a repeat purchase

Ive grown to dislike this scent, smell it on alot of people and to my nose it just smells like any other person sadly

Анонім

I've only recently got into fragrances and one of the first ones I've tried was an older batch of Creed Aventus which blew my mind. Fell in love with the DNA and went to one of my local fragrance stores to pick a brand new bottle for myself. I thought I was being scammed because the new batch they had smelled like rubber tires and gasoline, nothing like what I had smelled before. Went to a different store to be sure I wasn't hallucinating the same thing happened.. If you've never smelled an older batch of Aventus you might still be able to enjoy this fragrance, but I guess that if you know how the OG was supposed to smell like you cannot help but being disappointed at the latest batches...

Анонім

I love this smell so much. I've been into fragrances since I was a teenager, and build quite a nose. Before Aventus got hyped after its inception 2010, there was another hyped perfume - A*Men by Mugler. I smelled it and HATED A*men, so while reading about Aventus and seeing all the awards that it got, I thought it would be another hype by people without any taste. But oh no, Aventus was a dream. A total dream. Sophisticated, elegant, fruity, smokey. I love the pineapple. It has been my "date" fragrance since 2014, and I love it today as much as I did back then. Unfortunately my 2014-bottle ran out last year, so I now am on my second bottle bought in 2024. Yes, its more common today than it was back then. I smell it occasionally, even in the gym. Its not as unique as it was back then, but its still special. And while dupes come and go, Aventus is still the king, and it remains the undisputed GOAT fragrance.

Анонім

Popular for a reason, honestly. The pineapple and musky elements do make it like "oh you're wearing cologne" instead of "oh you smell good", if that means anything to you. If you see pineapple and think fruity, that's not really what it comes off as. You smell it, you realize it's pineapple, but it's not fruity in an LV Pacific Chill kind of way. It adds to the musk and woody notes instead of contrasting. Other than within Creed and dupes, never smelled anything like it. It's weirdly usable anytime of the year minus anything below 50-60 degrees fahrenheit (10-15 Celsius for anybody out of the states). Originally I didn't like it but it's actually not bad at all. Too common, expensive, and duped for me to every consider it, though. If it just came out over a decade ago, I'd say this is the perfect signature.

Анонім

Smells incredible. Changed the game when it came out. Lots of clones now but nothing competes. Sweet with fruity top notes and a smokey base. Extremely distinctive smell and extremely classy. Slightly leaning spring and summer, daytime scent, but universal enough to be a signature scent. Overpriced at full retail, but when you wait for a sale at Costco it's a good value.

Creed Aventus For me, will always be the king of perfumes it's the GOAT

Анонім

L'Oréal killed this masterpiece of a fragrance.

Анонім

I’m not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed with this one. The top notes come through pretty clear, pink pepper and bergamot mostly for me, but one or two of them come through in a way that smells like a suspicion of pickles before the dry down. I’m sure it’s just a skin chemistry thing on my end, but it was a bit off putting.
