Rose jam, rose Turkish delight, vanilla. It is very sweet; you can literally smell the sweetness. It isn't nauseatingly sweet, but it is excessive. Although marketed as unisex, it leans heavily towards a feminine scent. However, if you are very bold—like me—you could wear it as a man. Even the woody note that emerges at the end couldn't save it. Projection and longevity are excellent. If you are familiar with them, it can be compared to *Guidance* and *Delina*. And before I forget: it gives me a headache right from the very first minute.

S'okay. Thick, fluffy, fruity rose evolves to a sticky, jammy rose. I'd probably really like this if it weren't so densely sweet—it became almost nauseating after 4+ hours of wear. (And I'm an OG 90s Angel lover for life, so take that as you will.) For those who like this DNA and like being noticed, its good sillage and excellent longevity will make it a real winner. I sprayed three 1ml-tester-sized sprays in the morning, and it was still lingering when I woke up the next day. On clothing, it'll be there until you launder. It's very well done, just not for me.

Impadia was love at first spray for me. It’s fruity, rosy, slightly sweet, creamy, and incredibly feminine. There’s something about it that feels luxurious and sophisticated while still being fun and easy to wear. What I love most is the way it develops on my skin. The opening is bright and juicy, but as it settles, the rose becomes smoother and the fragrance gets warmer, creamier, and more sensual. I keep smelling my wrist whenever I wear it! It has a beautiful presence without being too heavy, and the scent trail is gorgeous. For me, Impadia is one of those fragrances that simply makes me feel beautiful and polished. Absolutely gorgeous and definitely one I would repurchase. ❤️

When I first received BDK Empatia, I was highly disappointed. I had blind bought a large bottle after hearing so many incredible things about it, and I just wasn’t getting what everyone else was experiencing. There was a little rose, something slightly woody, but otherwise it was faint, boring, and honestly smelled like nothing in particular. I put it in the back of my perfume wall and pretty much decided I was done with it. Fast-forward about a month, and I randomly picked it up again. I don’t know what happened in that bottle, but THIS is the fragrance everyone was talking about. It is absolutely beautiful now. The fruit, woods, and rose have come together into this gorgeous fruity, woody, rose gourmand. Everything that initially felt flat and disconnected is now blended beautifully. Apparently, mine just needed some time to sit and develop, because the difference is remarkable. It is definitely sweet and can become a little cloying on its own, so I’ve been layering it with Bijou Zafran, which adds that deeper oud-fruity character and smooths out the curves of Empatia perfectly. The combination gives the sweetness some structure without taking away from what makes Empatia so beautiful. I finally get it. This is the fragrance I thought I was buying in the first place, and I’m so glad I didn’t give up on it. Beautiful, addictive, full-bottle worthy, and absolutely blind-buy worthy for me. Very happy I bought it.

As a man i find it very hard to wear but the scent DNA itself is amazing.

So had my tester for a while now & was seriously considering progressing to a FB, until I wore this in high heat! 3-4 Sprays & this was nuclear, initially I'm thinking "wow I really like this" but by hour 8 it was starting to give me headache vibes! It really is that strong, & I much prefer it when it's a bit cooler, yes the smell,sillage are still the same but ratcheted down a couple of levels. TBH if I didn't know that there was bergamot & mandarin in it I would have bet on red fruits & rose.

I understand why is this so popular. Such a beautiful rose wood combination, without cloying feeling. It also lasts for hours on my skin, which is an incredible achievement in its own. If I ever wanted to get another full bottle of any perfume, this would be the next one. Love!

smells like Delina mixed with bug spray. maybe its the wood note? almost reminds me of the incense note in MFK's old satin mood. but in this fragrance, it doesn't blend well imo. Amazing performance and village tho.. You won't need more than 2 sprays. But as someone who enjoys Delia, this was a big miss.

There is something so nostalgic about this perfume. Firstly, it’s very sour in refreshing way. It kind of resembles a lime cocktail with a very Deep Turkish rose similar to roses vanille by Mancera . It’s certainly pleasant it’s just not a huge dopamine fix for me . This reminds me of Dubai.

I can’t understand the hype!! Someone here mentioned citronella or bug spray… and I get that too!! This is the worst BDK fragrance I’ve tried so far. 4/10 ✨

I quite like this. It's not quite my typical scent profile, but it's an impressive scent nonetheless. It lasts 10-12 hours, no joke. Two sprays is plenty. It opens with a delightful rose, so sweet it reminds me a bit of lychee. The longer you wear it, the more the woody notes creep in. It dampens down the sweetness beautifully, while preserving the rose scent. This is my favorite stage of the scent evolution, which is convenient, because it also lasts the longest. After hours of wear, most of the rose dies out and the woody, almost spicy notes take over. At around hour ten, I'm usually pretty tired of it. For me, this is when it smells most synthetic. It's not that bad, but after 10+ hours of smelling it, I find myself rather exhausted by the fragrance. But it bears mentioning, the fact that I can still clearly smell this after a full day is almost a positive in and of itself!

I prefer Amouage Guidance or even Delina to this. This has way too much rose in it.

Be careful not to be misled; this might not be as safe buy as it seems. For those that love Delina this might be a win, but for those Guidance lovers, this might be a miss for sure. I have to just put it here because Impadia is compared to these two so much. As I am not the biggest fan of Delina I did not enjoy Impadia that much. It just has this pungent note that is so similar to Delina that I do not enjoy at all. Although for sure it is a fruity/floral perfume, there is this synthetic, prominent feeling in Impadia that just makes this perfume seem a bit harsh and not smooth. Although I do really appreciate the longevity and sillage of this scent! Very long-lasting and nice prominent sillage.

i blind bought this, stupidly. but it’s good. i love it. it smells a little gourmond and a little floral. really nice. just got a compliment first time i wore it. has good lasting power, good sillage, and most importantly, i can smell it on me for hours. a big plus nowdays. thank goodness i love it!

BDK's Impadia by Jordi Fernández is an amazing fragrance. This is the first scent from BDK that I ever got my nose on. This feels like a combination of some other notable Fragrance that Fernández has created. I feel like this is slightly feminine leaning but I still do love wearing this scent. The duo of roses utilized by Jordi Fernández is photorealistic and is projected wildly through the use of Akigalawood. The dry down is beautiful with creamy sandalwood accentuated through his use of vanilla. Smell the Stank and experience the mastery.

A woody candied, citrus rose with creamy woods, oud and vanilla that adds some warmth and powderiness. I don’t get what all the hype is about, I got a sample with an order and deffo not a brand I would support. Meh… IG/Tiktok: @wilddew_vibes

Jordi (Bisch's boyfriend), pear, akigalawood.... Please say no more... I already know what to expect from this shit. Synthetic sweet mess. Next please. When someone says that Bisch and this little fellow are master perfumers, it's like you have said for Keanu Reeves that he is a great actor.

Ugh. I bought a travel size of this and it is so disappointing. I think it’s the akigalawood that I don’t like? It smells so mature and not pleasant. I don’t really get any sweetness or fruitiness from this scent, just mostly rose and something else?? I’m so glad that I got a travel size and not the full bottle. This is not for me! I’m not sure why this scent is so hyped all over social media. It’s a head turner for sure but not in a good way.

Either I received a bad bottle, or BDK has a marketing team worthy of an award because I truly don’t understand the hype surrounding Impadia. This perfume had virtually no sillage and barely lasted 20 minutes on my skin before disappearing completely. Not fading, disappearing. What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t my first experience with BDK. I had the exact same issue with Velvet Tonka. It opened beautifully with a rich, creamy vanilla that had me excited, and then, within minutes, it was gone. After watching countless glowing reviews, I blind bought Impadia, expecting something special. Instead, I got one of the biggest fragrance disappointments in my collection. It wasn’t just underwhelming. It felt like money thrown away. The bottle is still sitting in its box because every time I see it, I’m reminded that I paid full price for a perfume that barely made it past the opening. If your bottle performs well, I’m happy for you. But mine was a complete disappointment.

On the blotter seemed like Delina’s twin sister, maybe tad bit introverted but on my skin the whole vibe and mood is different. This is more creamy, musky, wooden, but that is technicality and means less to me than the picture I get. Impadia is silky, it’s light beam seeping through the rose, it is more grownup and polished, luxury hotel dinner while Delina is younger, brighter, theatrical. One is creamy and other juicy! 💖

Impadia proved testing a perfume a few times before concluding especially when it comes to niche fragrances. My first experience with a decant of Impadia i though it was just ok, super long lasting but i felt it was just meh and couldn't understand what the fuss over the perfume was about. I decided to try it again and yes i get it.. i really get it! A beautiful fragrance, what you will get if you layer Guidance 46 with Delina Exclusif, however it is not redundant even if you already have these in your collection. A pretty sweet feminine fragrance with great performance. If like me your 1st impression was meh, please give it another go it will most likely be worth it especially at it's price point.

This is a more wearable version of the original Guidance, which I owned but ended up selling. The woods are up top which isn’t my vibe at the moment. If you like that DNA but thought Guidance was too overpowering, you would likely enjoy this fragrance.
