I was very hyped for this one but after spraying the first one I already knew It wasn't definitely NOT a keeper. I couldn't smell any of the citrusy opening. It smelled very dense and dark. Not sure if it needed maceration but I sold it right away. It does get better after it dries but it was really hard for me to get past the opening. Its possible I got a bad batch

My thoughts on this fragrance: The opening smells like bad or somewhat murky fruit mixed with some vanilla but ..... The dry down for me is where this is shining the dry down is much more smooth ambery type of scent that I really really like. Be careful though because the dry down smells a little bit like rubbing alcohol and a little synthetic but if you can get past that than it's a really good fragrance just don't go past 3 sprays it's STRONG overall for me personally my nose 9/10 because of the dry down Opening: 6/10 Dry down 9.5/10

I personally don't smell a single one of the notes described.

I will come back and update this after a few more wears. Wow, I can't stand this smell. EXTREMELY cloying, it smells headache inducing right away, I get almost no citrus from this, its a mix of murky fruit . Like spicy leather that's confused. I bought a full bottle based off of reviews & I regretted it immediately. It smells a bit plastic-y I understand what people mean when they say it smells like plastic. It feels fake and artificial. I got it for $60 I wouldn't pay more than $15 to smell like this and on the official website its $180!!! NO WAY.

strongest fragrance ive ever tried, sprayed 5~ times on my shirt and over a week later despite washing the shirt I can still very very faintly smell it, hit the atomizer with caution!

Ordered for £40, so the price is great. This is quite simply, for lack of better words, stunning. Absolutely stunning. What a fragrance! Compliment magnet. It starts with super juicy fruits and dries into a creamy vanilla with fruits. Just incredible. I sprayed it on a colleague at work because I wanted to assess the performance, and he instantly got a compliment from a female colleague. It's very sweet, and I think that's why women love this. At the end of the day, he came up to me and meekly asked me for the name of the perfume because he wanted to buy a bottle for himself, lol. Regarding the performance, longevity is top-notch. I've been able to smell it on myself after a shower and 24 hours later. Projection (around 5 feet) starts a bit bombastic for ~20 minutes, then immediately settles into a skin scent. Just like King Soleil, the sillage is also the star of the show. It leaves this incredible scent trail in the air that just makes you want to follow it around.

I sprayed two sprays into the air (and the first was just a “clear the nozzle” squirt) to remind myself what this smells like. My 4 y/o smelled it from upstairs (at least 50 feet and a full story up) WITHOUT the A/C fan running / circulating air; he wanted to know “what smells so yummy?” I don’t know how this evolves, lasts on clothes, or anything else… but it opens like a gourmand (rather than citrus scent) and the projection has to be something approaching high ordnance if not “nuclear.” The only problem is that, up close, you’ll definitely get a petroleum distillate / burnt rubber smell for at least the first 15 minutes.

Love this fragrance... I don't really know there are so many of these comments bashing it saying it's alcoholic or clay smelling or metallic, you may very well have gotten a fake or something because this fragrance smells fruity, fresh, very very close to Erba Pura from Xerjoff. I really don't understand the hate, it's great, I even bought a bottle for my dad after he smelled it when I was wearing it and asked me to get him a bottle as well. Legitimately one of my favourite fragrances I own.

This fragrance smells like synthetic plastic, flowers and petroleum. It has a very good presentation and bottle but it can not make up for the smell. 2/10

This is not a fragrance, this is some vanilla smelling compound that was scraped from the bottom of a nuclear reactor, put in a bottle and sold as a fragrance. More than 2 sprays and at least it smells nice as the world closes in around you. It's very strange, like repeatedly getting smashed in the face with a baseball bat covered in mink.

this smells great, but ngl to you this is the strongest fragrance i’ve smelled to date, and it actually makes me sneeze lol but it is a great fragrance, i’d def pick it up if you want a beast mode cheapie (i got mine for around 50 on discounters).

This one opens up with a bright burst of citrus and juicy fruits that immediately grabs your attention. That fruity character sticks around the entire wear, but as it starts to dry down, it becomes more refined. You get this blend of soft ambers and creamy vanilla coming through, adding a smooth sweetness with a slightly soapy clean edge that actually works really well. It’s often compared to Erba Pura, and while the DNA is definitely there, this is much easier to wear. It’s less synthetic, less sharp, and just feels more balanced overall. Performance is no joke. Strong projection and a noticeable scent trail for the first few hours, with around 9 hours of longevity on my skin. Definitely go light on the sprays, this stuff is powerful and can easily overwhelm both you and everyone around you if you overdo it. Overall, I’d give it an 8 out of 10. Great performance, smoother take on a popular DNA, and very easy to enjoy if you like fruity sweet fragrances.

If you have a bottle of this and is not your style and you want to get rid of it, i can offer you Bleu, Double Bleu, Niche and Don from the same house if you want to try any of them

This is mass appealing but can cause headaches if over spayed. Very very strong. This is definately a winter scent. Its a syrupy vanilla that smells very familiar. Its straight beast in longevity and projection. I actually gifted this because it was too strong for my nose. Smells super nice and inviting. But be warned 1 spray is just right two sprays is over sprayed. Very potent vanilla. I did not get any other notes to my nose.

I just got King based on the high reviews, I also own Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud Ahmar which is another dupe of Erba Pura. Can someone please tell me what note in these fragrances smells like pure alcohol, or as my wife calls it, commercial hospital cleaners? I'm not being sarcastic, I really need to know what note just doesn't work for me, it's like the worst thing I have ever smelled, like bleach x 10. I thought it was only the Swiss Arabian that was possibly cheaply made but nope I tested King after opening it by spraying it into the packaging box, and a tiny drop landed on my hand, now I'm just getting the bleach smell every time I lift my hand close to my nose. I've smelled this note before on other guys walking by and honestly I just thought they were wearing cheap colognes. I also have a few dupes that have this note too, like Amberythme by Afnan, which is another Angel Share clone, again I thought the fragrance was cheaply made. People are saying that Erba Pura has an animalistic musk note, could that be it??? Musk is not listed in the Afnan so I'm very confused but I would love to find out and avoid any purchases in the future that have this note. Thank you to anyone that replies. Otherwise the fruits smell wonderful, but this note just completely overpowers the fragrance and wrecks it for me.

Absolutely loved it! Very fresh citrusy and fruity fragrance but also very sweet. Great for casual wear. It really is an absolute monster. Sprayed it maybe 4 or 5 times at 11am, then asked my mom around 5 or 6pm if I still smelled good. She was about 2 meters away from me but still said it smelled really nice and strong. Dry down is a very very sweet vanilla essence and completely forgets the fruity like notes. Very good overall. Completely recommended 9.5/10 EDIT!! Don't spray too close to clothes or it WILL stain them

They made a fragrance called tequila noir that seems to have just disappeared but I loved it perfect easy masculine scent for the summer

This is one my least favorite scents I’ve ever smelled. My dad got this about 2 years ago and let me smell it, as I was just getting into the fragrance game. Immediately it was a no for me. It had this really strong pungent expired clay smell that literally choked out my nostrils. I couldn’t even bring myself to spray it on paper because of the reaction it illicited. And I never smelled it again… Cut to today when I left my room to flush my bladder (as I tend to do in the mornings) and I’m aggressively slapped in the olfactory senses with a strong synthetic and sharp smell. Immediately I knew what my dad had sprayed. As I get closer to the bathroom, I can start to see the radiation waves emanating from where he stood. As I try to collect myself and ask him “what have you done?”, he looks at me and smiles with a devilish grin and holds up a brown bottle that I wished to never have seen again… it was Bharara King. Honestly, this stuff is really not good. And I mean any form of this dna; erba pura, kirke, and Arabians tonka are all horrendous to my nose and I literally cannot stand to be around someone who is wearing that scent profile. Sorry not sorry.

The Canelo cologne (There's a video of a guy asking Canelo Álvarez what he's wearing and he told him it was this). This stuff is top tier and last all day on clothes (Do not OD with the spraying 3-4 sprays tops). I feel like this layers well with other fragrances and is worthy of a big bottle purchase + the big bottle comes with a free travel atomizer. I would put this in my top 10 list of must have fragrances.

I dont do fruits, masks, Amber's, etc. I keep it simple, Do i like it or not! This cologne is diffrent, definitely a middle eastern average scent at best but is it bad... no! Nothing special. Had it sitting there until one day I noticed that my Boss Bottled Absolut was running low and I wanted to wear some that night. Don't ask, I dont know how or why but I immediately took the Bharara and sprayed as my base layer (under my undershirt) and used the Absolut over my top shirt. It worked... it worked very well. So in conclusion, is it the best scent, no. Can it work? Absolut-ly!!

At first, it didn't surprise me much. Citrusy, fruity, sweet, some vanilla and musk. I used it a few day later and went out of the house, I got a compliment as soon as I was 5 meters away from a couple of girls, amazing! From that moment on, I was able to better see how the perfume evolved: citrusy, fruity, sweet, smells clean, somewhat soapy, love it! It lasts about 9 hours on my skin, instant buy after this! (I had a 5ml decant first)

Me encanta. Ideal para salir de fiesta. Proyecta bien, dura bien. Huele a un cóctel de frutas con mucha vainilla, unisex tirando a masculino. Mucho mejor que Amber Oud Gold Edition de Al Haramain . La presentación es espectacular, la caja y el frasco, además viene con un dosificador para reaplicar. Cada vez que lo he usado me han dado cumplidos.

Getting a lot of citrus, some fruit, musky undertones, a hint of vanilla. Very strong and long lasting. Definitely better in the summer. Nothing too crazy 7/10.

OPENING IS LITERALLY IDENTICAL TO ERBA PURA ANYONE WHO SAYS OTHERWISE NEEDS THEIR NOSE CHECKED. Other than that, the down is very fruity but not a specific fruit more like a medley with hints of musk and an overwhelming amount of vanilla, overall 7/10, DO NOT OVERSPRAY THIS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, 2-4 MAX SERIOUSLY

Just sprayed this and nothing impressive... I rate this 1/10… weak and musty! Not smooth. I will come back in a week or a month and edit my comments if I see any changes. Smells like Amber is great Zimaya which is way cheaper and smoother but both don’t project much. Edit: This is ass! Smells like rotten fruits and not sweet or fruity but musty. Well disappointed.

I'm not going to lie. When I first sprayed it out of the box I was not impressed. The scent was strange and overpowering to my nose. Wasn't sure if I liked it or hated it to be honest. I let a friend sample it and he thought it was great so I was confused. I followed a maceration process that I had heard about like spraying it out 10X's boxing it back up without the cap and let it sit for 3 months. I'm wearing it today and WOW this stuff is incredible. I agree with all the notes listed here on Fragrantica except the citrus. I'm getting tons of fruit, amber and vanilla. It's a beast too. I got a compliment on it from our campus police officer from over 6ft away after it had already been on me for 9 hours. I'm considering a second bottle.
