Forbidden Euphoria

Personally one of my favorites so far, I love wearing it because it last all day and there's no need for reapplying, a little goes a long way as it has a strong smell. And while I haven't tried the original I'm interested to try it after this if it's as good as this one. Also I would not say that's it's necessary a fruit scent

I don't enjoy this one at all. I do like the original Euphoria and a few of the flankers, but this has too many notes I don't work well with: raspberry (and it's "iced"), tangerine, peony, patchouli. Curiosity got me and this was supposed to smell similar to Seduction Dark Orchid...it does not. Not as good as original Euphoria. It may be "livelier" (the original was moodier) but I don't think this is sexy at all. This is mainly patchouli-cashmere on me, with a strange fruit-floral combo that mingles in the background. Nothing shrieky, just not enjoyable. Annoying, unfortunately.

I adore the original euphoria and decided to pick up some flankers! This is gorgeous! I don’t necessarily pick up the raspberry but this isn’t your typical fruity floral! It’s deep and sexy, and a bit sweet. I’m not a sweet fragrance lover and it’s just the right amount! This will be a stunner in the cooler weather!

Pretty much the only Euphoria flanker I truly enjoy. Nicole Richie’s fragrance “No Rules” is an kind of dupe for this. Its a quarter of the price and a lil less velvety, but they are the quite similar. Also, In no way shape or form does this perfume resemble Versace’s Versus or Lancôme’s Hypnôse, Im astonished either fragrances were in the “reminds me of” section. They are integral parts of my fragrance journey and cannot see how one could relate either iconic fragrances to this; it’s probably the purple bottles/juices. Its so hard to find a fragrance that is both rich AND fruity like this. I appreciate how deep yet fresh and fruity this is without smelling like a cheap body spritz. Such a great after shower grab! 😇

Another incredible perfume from the Euphoria line. This like the original is a one-of-a-kind creation with outstanding sillage and longevity. Lasts all day, and the next morning. Definitely falls into the offensive fragrance category though (I can't wear it anymore, myself). One spray and you're done. Compared to the original, Forbidden is sweeter, juicier, one shade lighter and more feminine. I feel like the Euphoria line has a true element of fantasy to it, specifically the original and Forbidden. Like sister goddesses in a forest. Hard to explain.

This was my mom's signature scent when I was a kid, and I'm so sad its discontinued. This brings a nostalgic comfort like no other. When I smell this, all I can think of is spending time with my mom. Absolutely beautiful, my favorite of the Euphoria flankers.

One of the prettiest scents I have smelled! I think I have smelled Midnight Rain before and Forbidden Euphoria just hit me with the memories of it. A fruitier, sweeter version of original Euphoria - not cloyingly sweet, but less unisex (leans feminine). I can see it on a summer evening or wearing it on autumn/winter days when you want something fresh but not light or citrus.

I loved this perfume when I tried it at the Dillard's counter, but when I finally ordered it off of Overstock several years later, I wasn't sure about it. I'm not sure what changed, but when I have gone back and sprayed it I feel very meh about it. It may lack the complexity I appreciate now. Maybe with just a little more experience my tastes changed. Or my bottle didn't quite smell like the tester. Either way I should probably look into getting rid of this, because I've not reached for it the whole time I've owned it even after my hiatus away from perfumes.

Strong smell definitely not for everyday, on my skin is not so sweet but i cannot distinguish as well the notes. I usually wear it on cold day and probably is better for night time anyway is nice👍

Intoxicating. I think I may love this more than the original which is saying something because we have something going on. This is so juicy, dark, and comforting. I love the cashmere wood. This scent is perfect for this chilly early spring day.

This is so good! I like this one for the cooler weather. I would put sweet at the top of the list of accords but it's not a juvenile sweet teens-20s type of fragrance. It's mature, rich and sensual. Projection is very good and just enough. I catch the scent as I move. Perfect fall/winter scent.

I'm not thrilled about this. It's not as fresh, sweet or sheer as I expected it to be, based on looking at the notes. It's actually a bit dark and spicy. It doesn't radiate much and the longevity isn't great. It's similar to the original, like the original and a drop of like Midnight Rain or DKNY Stories mixed into it. I like it, but I think I'll have to wear it a couple of more times to really "get" it..

I tested this on a strip in Ulta several years ago, and loved it, but never did a proper testing of it. But through the magic of Fragrantica, a fragrance fairy sent me a bottle. And oh, how glorious! I'm not generally into super sweet scents. And because I live in Haiti, and it gets to 90 almost every day of the year (though where I live is one of the driest and windiest parts of Haiti), heavy and sweet scents can be cloying to me. But this is just lovely. It is sweet and fruity but not overly sweet. It's tropical but not beachy. It's suitable for both day and night, and while I might consider this more of a cool weather scent in a 4-season environment, find it absolutely lovely in the heat as well, with a couple of sprays. For reference, the original Euphoria was my signature some years ago. But that is definitely a heavier scent than this. I would say Forbidden is the ideal Euphoria for warm weather. It smells like vacation to me. I would take this on a cruise.

I regret buying this one, it was blind buy reading here comments, it is similar too eupforia, but this one has no sillage and lasting about 1 to 2 hours verry soft (spraying about 10 sprays)...original Eupforia is way better which I wear in daytime, you could also wear in somertime, for me it is a light perfume, there is nothing cloying in the original!

I miss this scent. I wish I could find a readily available dupe. I just used up the last few pumps because it's a cooler Spring day here. Definitely a cool weather fragrance.

I love the original Euphoria but for me it's too heavy for daytime wear. This flanker is perfect. It's as if a Juicy Couture frag and Flowerbomb had a lovechild... sweet, creamy red berries in the topnotes (no tartness from the raspberry, more like a sugary pastry). Definite patchouli quick to follow. I don't know how this would be in hot weather but right now it's crisp, breezy, and sunny and it works. It's not an airy perfume by any means, but is playful and ultra-feminine. Good sillage.

Tried this on (blindly) from a tester this morning; big mistake for me. I cannot tolerate patchouli and this is, on my skin, a patchouli bomb mixed with raspberry that dries down to patchouli-infused cashmere. Not great, at least on me. Glad I didn't purchase the full bottle.

I have the original which I liked but I was not blown away. You would think I would know better than to get a flanker. Nope, blind bought it. Big mistake. Don't get me wrong, its not bad, its a fruitier take on the original and people comparing it to VS Dark Orchid got it right-ironically I also have Dark Orchid which while I liked, I didn't wear often enough. So...fruit, patchouli, few exotic florals and more patchouli. Not my bag but nice enough. There is something about this scent that just didn't blow me away

It smells like burnt sugar with a hint of citrus in the opening. It’s thick, sweet and dry like you are inside a freshly spun cotten candy. Mostly linear, it starts off with moderate to heavy sillage but trails off after a few hours.

Forbidden Euphoria is addictive, and I do mean that. At first spray, I knew I would need a full bottle. The raspberry sweetness with orchid and some tartness is what will get you. The musk shows itself very early after spraying. As others have stated, it is not a complex scent at all. Yet, it's quite pleasing. I believe I read some mention Halle Berry's Pure Orchid. I agree that if you like the one, you'll probably like this as well, especially if you like musk. FE is what I've been spraying right before bed every night. I normally sprayed Knowing or Shalimar, cologne strength. Lately, this is all that will do, although it may go on top of Knowing, Youth Dew, Obsession, Aphrodisia, or whatever else, as the mood strikes. I've gone through a 3.4 ounce bottle rather quickly, and I believe this is a discontinued fragrance! That means I better find a new addiction. Something to note is that, at first, I only used a couple sprays, and now I douse myself. The fruity portion lasts only a short while, but the musk goes on and on. I spray again before I've fallen asleep. So, I end up very musky. And this musk can get heavy through the nose when over applied, trust me. I also think my nose has grown less sensitive to FE more so than anything else I've often used. The price for this is very low right now. Because of the longevity, I wouldn't have bought this at $80 a bottle! That said, I'd prefer nobody buy it. I will need several more bottles to ween myself from Forbidden Euphoria! :)

After the original Euphoria and Euphoria Liquid Gold, this is another frag in the Euphoria collection that I own and adore. It really doesn't remind me of any of the other Euphorias in my perfume chest, but it is as bit as lovely and stunning. It is heavenly fruity, without being overbearing or overly sugary. The floral touch is light enough for me to truly enjoy it (as I am really not much of a flowery woman with the only exception of jasmine and violets, which I really love.) A great scent.

I thought this had been discontinued?

My husband say "This perfume smells like you should be wearing skirt." It smells sexy and very feminine for me. I detect the raspberry and patchouli the most.

I find the original Euphoria too heavy, but this is just perfect. The prominent raspberry makes it more girly and light, but it still has the beautiful Euphoria-DNA with its musky undertone. A stunning fragrance that smells classy, like an expensive hair salon or spa. Projects well and last very long on skin. I like the bottle way more than the original Euphoria as well - cuter, softer, not so hardcore, just as with the juice itself.

I use this as the daytime version of the original Euphoria (one of my faves)...this is more fruity, less woody, but every bit as seductive! The two don't really smell "aike", but you can tell they're related. Not sisters, more like first cousins. Love it!

Forbidden Euphoria has a pleasant raspberry-vanilla effect coupled with the distinct citrus-patchouli found in Angel. I swear this type of patchouli is the reason people think they hate patchouli. Something about the way the sourness of the citrus binds to the patchouli makes a very distinct impression and it is not for everyone. If only I could somehow convince people this is not how true patchouli smells I would. All that said, I enjoy Forbidden Euphoria. Angel Lite + Raspberry ice cream. Yes, please.

Obsessed. I haven't been this excited about a fragrance in my collection in a while! I received this in a giveaway (thanks Shenandoah!) and I haven't stopped wearing it since. It is juicy and sweet but never too youthful. It's quite sexy! The real star here is the ripe raspberry, (very true - not synthetic) with deep orchid and sexy musk as the background dancers. Its not a complicated fragrance, but it it ain't no simpleton either. It has a good deal of depth. I have never had a signature scent, but i have been wearing this so often this might as well be mine <3 *** sillage: moderate longevity: long lasting
