Chloé L'Eau Eau de Toilette

The most beautiful rose fragrance I’ve ever smelled. This is THE rose based perfume to have. Ultra feminine. But you must love rose to love her. If you think rose scented perfumes are cloying, this one is not for you. Unfortunately she is now discontinued from the mainstream, but you might find her if you look hard enough.

Very pretty, bright, slightly bitter citrus and rose fragrance with hints of oakmoss throughout adding a little depth. Perfect for spring and lasts surprisingly well for an edt.

How is this so spicy?

One of my best friends wears this and I'm always leaning into her and wanting to be close to her it is the most juicy pretty springtime scent

I don’t know if something is going on with my nose but this one confuses me . Sometimes I feel like it smells like a citrusy slightly spicy soap and sometimes I feel like it smells a little too masculine. It’s not a bad fragrance though and it’s quite unique. The grapefruit and the moss predominates here . It’s a very spicy citrusy fragrance. I wish the rose was a little more detectable . For what it’s worth, I’ve received two compliments while wearing this so I’m going to keep using it to see if I warm up to it a little more . Oh and it lasts and projects very well for an EDT

Way to sour with the hints of rose slightly powdery… nothing special! I like the og better and nomade..

This feels too mossy for me, kind of heavy, but it still has something of the OG DNA. Its not for me, I was hoping for a more subtle and fresher version of Chloé eau de parfum, but it wasn't that. I could see how some others might really like it though.

Light, clean rose, with some effervescent slightly bitter citrus. Oakmoss nodding very slightly in the direction of nomade. Does not have the powdery quality of original chloe edp. Very clean girl, easy to wear, classy, a touch sportier and less stuffy than original edp (which I love for it's princess nature!)

I’m not fond of Chloe edp. It’s one of those scents my nose finds schreechy and gives me the headache. So I knew by reading the reviews in here that this might be different from the edp. And thank God it is! I really like it. It’s fresh and crisp in a good way. Reminds me a bit of Valentino Rosa Verde which i also have and love.

Absolutely Beautiful I layer it with EOS Cashmere Vanilla lotion and it works together so well. Has become this years summer scent for me. ♥️♥️ With or without the EOS vanilla lotion base it’s a 10/10 for me. Makes me smell soooo Pretty!! Just feel better wearing it.

Wonderful scent-10/10! I love Chloe and Chloe de Roses. I also love this, but wish the performance was better. Eh, I see they discontinued it and stopped selling it at Macys. It's not a huge loss because I still have Chloe and Chloe de Roses. Actually, I really want them to bring it back!

Beautiful natural smelling fresh citrusy rose with woodsy undertones. Not too sweet, heavy or powdery. Ideal for those searching for fresh authentic rose scent for spring and summer. Unfortunately, Chloé has recently discontinued this one, probably in order to produce more generic sweet synthetic powdery brews ... Scent: 10/10 Sillage: 7/10 Longevity: 7/10

my signature smell for so long. lovely. but im not 18 anymore. would buy again if it didnt bring out the worst memories possible. works for everything.

I must have bought a fake off ebay, really disappointing ! 😡 All I can smell is a very faint Rose that lasts .. 30 minutes. so sad! I am a Chloe fan through & through. Would have loved this I'm sure.

A bright citrus rose. I get a lot more grapefruit than litchi. It pulls back just enough from going into laundry detergent quality which is a plus because Chloe as a whole has many fragrances that smell like detergent. Bright, citrus, clean rose. Youthful easy and charmingly feminine.

Damask Rose is very gentle, bright and feminine. There is a slight and fresh Grapefruit scent that makes the scent more natural and green. It's just a shame that its longevity is quite poor on my skin, like many of Chloe's other Rose scents.

Fruity flirty feminine floral. The grapefruit and litchi add a tartness that gives it a spunky little personality. There is a very smooth crisp clean undertone, like a freshly starched and dry cleaned white collar or scotch tape right out of the package, and I think that’s what could possibly read masculine to some, but the tart fruits and the big rose keep it all the way on the feminine side for me. Moderate performance all around. Office safe. An easy reach in spring and summer.

I get more grapefruit than rose from this. The rose tempers and softens the sharpness of the grapefruit. A very nice fresh take on a floral.

I tried mixing this with Missing Person by Phlur and it smells even better! It gives it just a bit of drama that I prefer.

It's more like a fresh and young version of a rose. It's simple and elegant - a modern rose scent. Easy to wear for every day.

LOVE this one! There’s something about the original Chloé that I don’t like, I find it sour and a little mature smelling on me. This is way more fresh and elegant imo. It kind of reminds me of a less tart and fresher Delina. Soo pretty

Smells nothing like the original Chloe edp. This is a horrible tart & sour mess on my skin. Chloe eau naturelle is my favorite from this line.

This one is soooo good! Citrusy opening, and has a pleasant sharpness. I would say it’s a great summer scent, super fresh and pretty!

Fresh, sharp and tangy at first, then simmers down to a semi sweet fresh scent. Great for summer!

I received a sample spray vial with my cosmetics' order... and fell in instant love with this scent so much so that I've immediately ordered more from eBay (verified trusted sellers, of course). This is my first Chloe fragrance, so I didn't know what to expect but, a sample size is meant to give one a general idea of how good/bad, compatible/incompatible with one's skin chemistry, and generally liked or disliked the scent will be. In this case, good, compatible and very much liked. Feels young and refreshing, too, and seems to lift my spirits whenever I wear it. I normally steer clear from scents with cedar and oakmoss as they seem to get too masculine on me, but, in this case, they seem to be very mild - still there, just not coming through like the wrecking ball. My daughter, who is not really into perfumes, asked me what I was wearing as it reminded her of something from Hermes line because of the prominent citrus. I do have Hermes Eau Delicate, which I love for spring and summer, and yes, there is a bit of resemblance, but Chloe's citrus does not last nearly as long as Hermes's. Personally, I love fresh citrusy scents, and the addition of lychee was just what this fragrance needed to soften the citrus without over-sweetening the whole thing like many vanilla based scents seem to do. The rose is delicate and lovely, but definitely there, so this gravitates more to the feminine side. Longevity and sillage moderate, turning into closer to the skin in about an hour, so perfectly safe for the office.

Tapping into the natural essence of fresh gapefruit, a tender and sweet rose, this scent also incorporates the freshness of litchi and notes of amber permeate the overall bouquet. I am also in a spring mood. Wearing Chloé L'Eau Eau as of late–petally rose over a woody notes base. Fruity, but still fresh Oh, yes….note least it can be worn throughout the whole day.

Really sharp citrus at first. Then the scent fades from the skin leaving a slightly rosy and powdery scent. It's a real shame when you spray it into the air, it smells rosy in a good way. The fragrance does not work on my own skin. The bottle is beautiful, stylish. If it had worked on my skin, the scent would have been elegant too.

Pretty, feminine rose. Lots of citrus and woody notes I pick up if I sniff it closer. I've almost used a full bottle because I keep reaching for this.

I absolutely love Chloe EDP, but the added grapefruit note in this flanker shifts this scent from fresh floral to something that reminds me a bit of bug spray.

To my nose, it's very similar to the "Very Good Girl", since both of them have Litchi+Rose notes. I'm surprised that in the section "This perfume reminds me of" there is no votes for VGG as they are so alike. Chloé is more rosy and fresh. Very Good Girl is more sweet. I liked this one more than Chloé OG or Chloé Rose Tangerine.
