So glad I own a backup of this beauty. This is my boss girl scent. Sweet jammy thick rose wrapped with a cloud of musk.

Stunning fragrance! It's beautifully floral, sweet, and fruity. Incredible longevity and projection as well, a real compliment-getter! Really disappointed that it's discontinued. I'm lucky to enjoy Miss Dior Essence as well, but I would love another bottle of this! :(

Анонім★★★★★

WHY WAS THIS DISCONTINUED! Why does Dior discontinue their best products and replace them with boring, unimpressive crap like their essence or whatever it’s called. For a while I didn’t really like this perfume because I felt that it was too strong but it really grew on me. It’s so perfectly juicy and not too much. Very classy.

I had to do a second review. Petition to bring back the number one perfume of all times !!! This is my first perfume that I bought when I was a teen with my own savings and when I tell you that NO other perfume comes close to this one I MEAN it! Absolutely blooming is THE most universal, elegant and timeless perfume ever! This is how I imagine the word ‘perfume’ smells like. Pure classiness, nothing compares to this beauty!

Used to adore this perfume, it was my first designer perfume purchase. It used to smell like heaven, a perfect mix of fruity and floral. But after years of poor perfume storage (sun exposure, heat), aging and oxidation… it smells like cat piss, crimes against humanity, disappointment and failure. It is a strong fragrance, even in its expired form. One spray is nauseating. I want to throw it away so bad but refuse to do so because of sentimental value and it being discontinued.

This is mostly fruity candy on me, with a hint of flowers (but not rose). It's sweet but not overdone, thankfully. There is a wet quality instead of a dry powdered sugar aspect. The notes are intriguing and I was expecting something jammy or a little like Delina, but it's not. It's a generic mall scent and unfortunately not for me.

Анонім★★★★★

Upon the first spray, I get a wave of dark jamminess; it’s a burnt sugar syrupiness with a bit of fizz from the pink pepper. I wouldn’t describe it as a juicy fruit smell; it’s more concentrated and almost dry, reminiscent of a wine. It is a unique blend of bright fruit with a mineralistic edge from the black currant. When exhaling, the smell lingers in the back of my nose to the point where I can almost taste it; it's insanely soapy and powdery.... and not enjoyable. Luckily, the intensity of the top notes wore off. At its heart, the fragrance is a delicate, slightly powdery rose framed with a soft, dewy, fresh peony. It eventually dries down into a sweet, flat musky note. It’s not a bad perfume, despite the rather overwhelming opening; the projection and lasting power are great. I just think there are more interesting and/or classic rose along eith fruity-floral scents on the market. This isn’t something I’d personally gravitate toward because of that fact.

To me, I just got this off, a lady of marketplace. I traded her a cheap purse for this. Anyway, let's smell.I smell it before.I just don't know and why.But it's so sexy and delicious.Definitely an insta favorite

Анонім★★★★★

In my opinion this smells exactly like Lancôme’s La vie est belle except it seems to be a little less cloying

Анонім★★★★★

At first, I couldn’t quite figure out what it reminded me of, and I couldn’t clearly identify the notes. It’s simply a pleasant floral scent with a sweet, juicy (almost candy-like) twist. During my blind test, I wrote that I had smelled something similar before. Now that I’ve looked at the notes on Fragrantica, I have to admit that I understand why so many people compare it to Armani Sì. They’re not identical, but the combination of sweet blackcurrant and rose definitely brings Armani Sì to mind. I can’t say I’m a huge fan, and I’m not planning to buy a full bottle (even though it’s discontinued). I have a 5 ml decant, and that’s more than enough for me. I’m happy to have it in my collection, but I’m not obsessed with it. Rating: 7/10.

Hands down the best perfume I’ve ever smelt. I am not into floral perfumes, but this perfume is absolutely gorgeous. The classiest, the most elegant, ultra-feminine, and timeless perfume I’ve ever smelt. The first impression is musky raspberry, but I can still smell the floral right out of the bottle, even though it dries down more toward the May rose (and a little bit of peony). Not as sweet as others may say, but it’s still very musky, so it’s not meant for summer (too heavy). I get a blossomy smell too, kind of like orange blossom. I can smell it on my coat for days — one of the most long-lasting perfumes I’ve used. And no, it doesn’t smell like a ‘grandma’ — not even a little bit. It is perfect for women of any age. I remember that it’s the first ‘high-end’ perfume I bought with my own savings, and it’s a shame that they discontinued the BEST out of the entire Miss Dior collection.

It’s so weird that no one mentioned JPG Scandal here! To me, it feels as if Scandal and the original Miss Dior had a baby. It is sweet and fresh at the same time. The trick is that it feels like there are citrus notes, especially orange and honey. In Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming, there are no citrus notes listed, but I feel like there’s a sugared orange blossom in there. It’s like a 'gourmand' version of Miss Dior. Overall, it reminds me of Sì—but better. I don’t like Sì at all, yet I love Absolutely Blooming. It’s not a summer scent, and not quite wintery; I feel like it is 'spring in a bottle.' To sum up how it smells: imagine Miss Dior mixed with Scandal, resulting in something close to Sì. And yes, there is definitely rose in here, similar to the rose found in the Lancôme La Vie Est Belle flankers (like En Rose or Extraordinary Rose). I’m so surprised there is no orange blossom in the notes because it shares so much in common with La Vie Est Belle L'Éclat. Even though I like most of the perfumes I mentioned (except Sì), they aren't my absolute favorites (my signature in summer is Burberry Her Elixir, and in winter, the original La Vie Est Belle). Still, there is something enchanting about Absolutely Blooming. It’s magnetic and smells divine. I truly wish I had the budget to purchase it, but unfortunately, it is so expensive in my country Lastly : it's sooooooooo stupid of Dior house to discontinue it, because it is a unique flanker and a good addition and deserve to be a permanent direction of Miss Dior line ( the gourmand direction) Please if any one experienced any JPG Scandal in here let me know, or my nose could be broken 😂

Анонім★★★★★

Dior can actually go to hell at this point, bad enough they’ve watered down the beautiful Miss Dior to what nowadays is essentially overpriced rose water, AND they’ve made 20 useless flankers of it, all of which give absolutely NOTHING, but they’ll also discontinue the one genuinely good version of what used to be one of the best perfumes ever made. I’m sick of it, and I don’t understand who keeps asking for this!

Анонім★★★★★

The scent smells like a sweet slightly floral bubblegum on my skin. I can’t actually pick up on the fruit notes, they blend together for that more youthful candy note and the dior floral scent is of course a solid base making this not too immature. A great fragrance for young adulthood as it’s mature and not solely a gourmand but still incredibly sweet. The biggest pro of this fragrance is its longevity!! I’ve never experienced a perfume that clings to clothing in the way this one does, it truly never fades. I’m shocked not more people have commented on this!!!

This was my scent for the first year of university 🤍 i remember my friends literally SMELLING me because of how good this perfume was and from my pov its also the best miss dior perfume and im soooo sad its discontinued like from all the miss diors its THIS ONE that got discontinued. It smells like peony a lottttt, its a beautiful young girl scenttt but not childish like its exactly a perfume which you should wear in university years🪄and its literally sooo long lasting. (Safe blind buy)

Never been one for Miss Dior perfumes (just didn't like them). Most of them just registered to me as superficial pretty girl scents. They type of beauty that's skin deep. All except this one. This one has substance, depth! has personality compared to the others ( that's the best way I can describe it ). Heard it was being discontinued at the time I came across it, so while I was in store, decided to take a sniff. Instant buy. Don't get me wrong, it's still a pretty PINK super feminine energy scent BUT it blends girly pink dress and classy grown woman so so well! I didn't get that vibe with other Miss Dior fragrances. It balances grown elegant woman that allows their fun inner child to come out and say hello with their best manners on display. In select places it's actually still available, look around online. If you do come across a bottle, buy it. Crowd pleaser for sure.

Анонім★★★★★

ITS DISCONTINUED?? THE WEST HAS FALLEN AND I’VE LOST ALL HOPE. BILLIONS, NO TRILLIONS MUST DIE. THIS IS DOWNRIGHT ANGELIC

Анонім★★★★★

Absolutely Blooming use to be my signature scent for awhile that I would wear almost every single day. A guilty pleasure. I went through bottles of this stuff. I am saddened to hear that they discontinued it. I have half a bottle left and now I hesitate to touch it. I am assuming it will return at one point, but it will probably come back changed like some of their other fragrances. 💔

Анонім★★★★★

This is the strongest, most rich fragrance i own in my collection. Most things i own are soapy, musky and floral. I bought this right before the discontinuation almost 3 years ago, and i love it! So i'm clinging on to my bottle and i'm dissapointed as to why they decided it had to be removed. It's a slightly deeper, maybe even bitter addition than the lighter miss diors in this line up.I think the black currant and pink pepper is what makes it so. Also i believe that since my bottle is a bit older it becomes even deeper with time. The florals are beautiful, not to sweet. To me this also feels clean, although not soapy like many others. I think this could be a good fragrance for a woman any age, and a safe blind buy if you like the other miss diors but would like something more long lasting. My grandfather with a sensitive nose loves this fragrance, but others might find it annoying because of the rose. Can be overwhelming if sprayed excessively as its quite concentrated. Overall, beautiful! :)

I tried this scent two winters ago and fell in love. I would not say that it is as sophisticated as other fragrances I've tried, but it is a safe choice. It is great for winter and early spring - would not recommend for hotter weathers.

Анонім★★★★★

I miss this one dearly! I'm craving the sourness... however I don't feel like paying over 120$ on the secondhand market. Sad!

Анонім★★★★★

i have just finished my third bottle of this fragrance and i am mourning it! i fell in love with this scent the second i sprayed it almost 10 years ago in the beginning of my perfume obsession. i say a lot of perfumes are my favourite but this one is undefeated on my list so far. a beautifully complex fruity/floral mixture, with incredible longevity and silage. while i adore this perfume enough on its own, on a whim i tested out layering it on top of montale's roses musk and i was blown away by how beautifully it complemented absolutely blooming. roses musk adds an amazing depth that absolutely blooming doesn't really offer alone. i also add a touch of miss dior roses n roses just for fun, adding yet another rose layer to top it all off. it has become my absolute favourite layering combination that gets me endless compliments. must be so annoying to listen to me listing off 3 different fragrances lol but i will never gatekeep this combo, it's simply too good. it's become my signature and everyone knows when i'm around when the trail hits the room. will never stop buying this combo and most likely will wear it until i croak.

Анонім★★★★★

Velvet-like raspberry / blackcurrant combo with a ghostly tad of musk and the lightness of petals. Fresh, yet dense, it's a triumph of femininity. Not a girlish fruity thing at all, rather a mature rendition of that on the sweeter side, but not sickly so. Very classy, charming and intriguing. Absolutely divine, a must!

Анонім★★★★★

smells like cheap bubblegum

Анонім★★★★★

Pretty, but is very very overpowering, one spray will last years I swear. It is such a nice floral, however, because I left my bottle in an area of my room for a year that got a lot of sun I believe my bottle may have gone a little rancid, although it doesn't smell sour or off at all. It doesn't smell bad, but different to what it once was.

Анонім★★★★★

Unexpected. I smell wafts of lavender on me when i wear this! Which is strange as its not a listed note. None the less, i like it. I have been wanting a lavender heavy perfume, i've had the Twilight body spray from Lush but that one smells too.. pastry like, not at all flowery. And this perfume smells beautifully, strong and pretty. Like lush lavender in full bloom! It projects beautifully, and has proper silliage. Just what i wanted. All in all, a fantastic perfume! The best out of all Miss Dior's i would say, if i do may be so bold. ;)

My beloved Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming. This is a perfume for a lady. Generic in concept but unique in execution, in the prefect balance and beauty. Close to the skin it’s intoxicating, almost a little too much but I always want more. I feel transformed when I wear Absolutely Blooming The pink pepper is perfection in this scent, blended so beautifully with the tart fruits. A gorgeous raspberry, blackcurrant and pomegranate, to my nose it seems little tangerine too. The May rose and peony are a soft and happy and hold their place. The musk is in the back and comes through a little more at the end of the day, or night. And I would say with is a day and night fragrance. A spring, summer, autumn, winter fragrance, well you might of applied a little more lightly on a hot summer day but for me this is just perfect for any occasion. Now for sad part of my love letter, I hate Dior with all hatred for discontinuing Absolutely blooming and will never purchase again #BoycottDior ;). Sadly from my experience the juice doesn't seem to last for years and years in the bottle, my roller pearl has some left too but it has definitely degraded. I know some fragrance lovers have said that it got better with age so this could be variable. However it puts me off hunting down bottles online, I think I’ll go on hunt for a holy grail dupe. Prays for all the Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming lovers out there, my heart is with you and may we all find what we are looking for again.

thomas.potthoff yesterday I received a bottle of Whispers of admiration from House of sillage, as soon as I sprayed this perfume immediately came to my mind Absolutely Blooming. The Dior fragrance is more sweet that’s HOS but they are VERY similar

Анонім★★★★★

hello everybody!! this was one of the first perfumes i fell in love with, and am so so sad over it being discontinued :(. i got it as a gift for Christmas some years ago, and the original bottle is on its last legs. luckily, i have 2 full bottles still in their packaging!! this is a lovely scent— tart, sweet, and fruity. the first spritz is remarkably juicy, the scent of black currant and pomegranate making their presence known as soon as you get a whiff. the raspberries elevate the scent into a more playful energy, invoking the memories of blended cocktails during spring break with your besties. the middle is quite sweet and floral, reminding me slightly of Rose Jam from Lush. not necessarily as citrusy sweet, but more like when Rose Jam dries down to linger on the skin. the rose scent is light and airy— not too different from the smell of walking beneath a blooming canopy of them. the white musk leaves the scent deep in your skin, this perfume lasting days on my skin after showering, and even weeks on blankets. this admittedly isn’t the most unique or interesting scent. there are plenty of tart fruity floral perfumes out there, this one just happens to be one of the best. while basic. one can’t deny its popularity for a reason. coming from a post-punk gothic lady, i urge you to try and find a bottle for yourself!! i am definitely conserving this perfume for special occasions only. Dior, bring this back!!!

Way better than Cherie imho. This is flirty and sweet without being girly and had depth without being serious or mature. Amazing silage and longevity too! Cannot believe they discontinued it
