Nice and stunning opening. But after literally 10 minutes, The juice is gone and not even intimate.
The opening is stunning But after a few hours it feels more masculine and after shave..
Very unripe green figs, milky sap, fig tree's waxy leaves in a bottle. I need a tad of sweetness when I imagine figs, though. It also feels more like a room spray than a fragrance.
fleshier fig than the other standout fig scents and lots of cool black tea. i think this is probably similar to what people experience in thé matcha if they aren’t cursed to smell pickles in every le labo fragrance the way i am. i do find fig infusion to be a little unreliable - sometimes I get pickles from it too, sometimes it’s weak, sometimes it’s a bit grating. overall a very refreshing and well blended scent regardless, although maybe something I’d want my house to smell like more than my skin
I'm pretty sure it would smell different on someone else's skin, but the only thing I can smell is dust and mold. I had to wash my wrist after 30 minutes, definitely not recommended for a blind buy.
A bright strong dose of tree-milk green fig, fresh spicy but not sweet. A bit of a grassy accord, more suited for setting a room mood, rather than to spray on a person. Slight citrus and bright white floral in the background, but mostly "tree"
classic fig and sandalwood blend. doesnt smell too creamy or sweet though, it leans more green and clean. i guess its the tea note. wearable and likeable but not my favorite
fresh and clean, unfortunately too aftershave-y for me. there's too much sharpness and i think it makes this feel antiseptic instead of Green. i like my fig juicy creamy sexy weird!! i fear i know too much about plants for a lot of green scents :/ would work well on a Business man.
similar like a fig bathroom cleaner or a oil stick diffuser. very grassy and bitter green smell that over powers anything else. can't detect any wood or black tea notes over the sharpness of the fig.
In the opening you’ll smell a strong fig tree leaves After few seconds the scent becomes more citrusy(orange), woody and fresh The fragrance is long lasting on skin + 4-5 hours, 6-8 hours on clothes, After + 3 months of wear this fragrance, I would suggest that fig infusion deserves to be in your collection
Lovely, pleasant fig scent, I really like it, but longevity is not good. On my skin it’s almost completely gone after 3 hours, even though I spray quite a bit.
Sweet fig with some powderyness, green notes and some wood in the background. Definitely not a summer scent, this is too heavy for summer. It kind of smells like a herbal cream your grandma would put on (not in a good way).
A male perspective: Far better than most here are saying. Good performance, green and really clean. Maybe leans slightly feminine, but not much in my opinion. I would wear this. Stood out in the discovery set along with with Bois Imperial, as someone else said.
A bitter green, powdery deodorant like mess with a faint fig sweetness. Very sharp, cloying and “perfumey”. Maybe I’m biased because my personal most hated scent profiles are green and powdery scents and this has them both. This is so bad to my nose that it almost pissed me off. I couldn’t scrub it off quick enough 🤢
I have become truly obsessed with this perfume for the past couple of months. Big word of warning: let your new bottles macerate!!! A lot of what I read about the sharp opening, lack of fig note etc, is due to poor maceration imo. Best advice I can give here is - get a decant from a person, who has had the perfume for a while. There's considerable difference between my 2ml tester, that I had gotten from a lady (meaning it had been sitting for a while) and have since used up completely, and the brand new bottle I bought last month. The opening is sharper, the longevity and silage are way worse and the overall blend is much less smooth (which is perfectly logical). For best maceration results, you need to spray out about 5-10 ml to get some oxygen (NOT A LOT) in the bottle and then leave it in a dark, cool place to do it's magic (3-6 months for the best results). Once that happens, you will have the smoothest, most addictive fig and black tea scent, that's fresh and green at the same time as slightly creamy and smooth.
Fresh-cut lawn grass with parsley, pink pepper, and a musky undertone. It further develops into a viscous flower leaves and soapy, almost powdery substance that feels like a natural face mask. I don’t catch any fig here, rather some citrus sourness. Also, there’s a phantom smell of an artificial object or something, but I can’t really identify it. I tried to bypass associations, and the things that resonated the most are hair dye/henna, hair spray, and aromas used in stationery store goods or some kind of cheap rubber toy Despite the performance, which is still better than most of Essential Parfums, I liked it. It’s an interesting and somewhat complex for a fresh fragrance composition that still remains safe and inoffensive. There’s a lot of volume and layers in the smell, which raises multiple questions about what’s inside the bottle. Unfortunately, it’s not enough to make me love it. The fragrance could be a great final touch to appearance, but it turned out to be the kind you wouldn't mind forgetting to apply - one way or another, you barely feel it
unfortunately a scrubber for me. it smells too "perfumey" and gave me a headache
I tested it hoping for something similar to Matcha 26. Instead of that I get milky black licorice. Can't figure out where it cames from, but it is here. A milky woody base with the strongest black licorice you can imagine. It is that strong that it doesn't even smell sweet, just woody licorice. While this is not what I was looking for and I'm not a fan of licorice scent, I still find Fig Infusion quite interesting and conforting. I will revisit it in autumn as I feel that this will fit better in colder weather.
kind of smells like a milky soap from a hotel
It might open with fresh fig, green and a little spice, it very quicky softens and goes woody and creamy. Wish it had more power! But during the day I get these pleasant whiffs of soft woods, and I love it. The dry down is magic, very woody and hard to grasp. What a transformation.
woody milk, not for me
This is so far my biggest disappointment of 2026 and not for the reason you may think! Let me start by saying I LOVE this scent, especially right out of the bottle. It is so deliciously juicy without being too simple or one-note fruity. The fig is creamy but still maintains a ton of brightness which I imagine is very difficult to achieve so huge brava to Nathalie Lorson. The disappointing part is that on my skin, this doesn’t last at all. It fades to skin scent within an hour and has very little projection. Spraying it on my clothes does help but I can’t justify the purchase of a full bottle when it just doesn’t last on me. I may give another sample a go in the future to see if there’s anything else I can do to make this stick longer because truly it’s a one of a kind. If this lasts longer on you, you are in for a real treat.
This is beautiful. There are layers to it, the fig is there, but so is the tea and woody notes. There's some warmth. I'd say it's completely unisex. Wearable in warmer month but can be used on moodier weather as well. If I had to describe it, I'd say it's like Parisian Musc by Matiere Premiere and Bal d'Afrique had a baby. Wearable, comforting, yet not basic in any way. I think it's really hard to go wrong with Essential Parfums as long as you stick to notes that you like. They provide excellent perfumery at a very comfortable price point.
I love the smell of actual figs and green leaves, but I haven’t had much success with fig fragrances as they tend to lean either too green, like mown grass, or too milky and sweet. Fig Infusion is a winner. Citrus and tea stand out more than any part of the fig plant to me, although the fig leaf is certainly there. I may be able to pick up some fig fruit, but it’s quite subtle. The softness of sandalwood is essential to rounding out the sharp greenness of the fig leaf and the bitterness of the tea and citrus and works well to generate the idea of fig fruit. Really intriguing and comforting fragrance that is more dynamic and evolving than most of the EP line.
I guess this is how heaven smells like. Comforting, radiant, and deeply nostalgic. Like Eve beneath a fig tree before the world became complicated.
I am usually very skeptical about fig fragrances because they often turn out to be too green on my skin, but Fig Infusion is a truly pleasant surprise. In this composition, the characteristic fig note is offset by juicy mandarin and soothing tea, making it an absolutely perfect and refreshing choice for spring. Over time, the crisp energy of these notes softens, and the scent becomes slightly creamy and pleasantly milky on the skin (thanks to sandalwood?), providing a wonderfully comfortable and enveloping sensation. Considering its good longevity and the price point, this is a very good fig option.
I really don't know what I am smelling here. To me it doesn't even smell much like fig. It smells super super musky, almost dirty to me. I try to talk myself into liking it when it dries down, but I just can't. I really hated it, and I am not sure why. On me it smells somewhat musky, spicy-ish, muddled, and rich, a little fruity, a little milky, very very woody. Not green, but dry. It just smells wrong on me, maybe it is something with my skin chemistry. My boyfriend also hated it.
such a beautiful fig scent. i’m very picky when it comes to fig because it’s either too sweet or too green (and that’s a recurring criticism I have, especially with philosykos, which I love but can only wear on very specific days honestly, i don’t know why). it opens very fresh and airy, maybe a tiny bit too pungent for my taste, but that fades pretty quickly and then it transitions into a gorgeous woody, creamy skin scent with subtle hints of black tea. this is probably one of my favorite essential parfums scents, along with divine vanille, and i think it might become my favorite fig fragrance after womanity, alongside fig porn.
The opening is a nice, almost milky combination of sandalwood, bergamot and fig leaves rubbed in-between fingers. I'm not really big on tomato leaf/fig leaf scents, but I will say this is quite nice as the creamy quality (think Dove body milk) leaves more of a feel of lightly scented body cream than straight up leaves and dirt, making me feel somewhat clean. It reminds me a bit of Bal d'Afrique. Stays pretty linear throughout and is quite comforting. Good lasting power, but shifts to a skin scent relatively quickly, not weak, but sort of middle-of-the-road strength. I like it.
in the opening this is a beautiful citrusy, slightly green scent that smells very fresh and clean. this makes me think of a summer day in southern europe. i love the creamy sandalwood drydown but unfortunately it comes too quickly : this becomes a skin scent on me after an hour or two. i just wish the longevity and projection were better, but looking at the other reviews there's a chance i just go nose blind to this
