Power Of You

This is a powerful cookie ice cream perfume with a touch of blackcurrant for intrigue. It would have been so good if not for its sheer potency. Instead, its overwhelming strength turns it into an everlasting cookie ice cream with extra flavor designed for post-COVID realities (no doubt produced by some IFF flavorist). It is attractive but also so annoying after some time, like all not so subtle things and especially sweet food.

I wish the tangy, sour passion fruit stuck around a lot longer , because I love the smell and taste of the real thing. On my skin, it lasts maybe 3 mins and then I just get a creamy sweet vanilla with some hint of orange which I do enjoy but if only the passion fruit lasted so much longer- this would’ve been full bottle worthy. Nothing has dethroned Narco Oasis and my beloved Angel Muse EDT for passion fruit perfumes

A photorealistic passionfruit curls pleasantly into a sunny and citrusy skin musk! Smelling this reminded me of arriving at a tropical resort after a day of hot, sticky travel and being offered the world’s most refreshing chilled glass of fruit juice. It is calming, invigorating, and fruity all at once! Not my type of scent, but even I cannot deny how lovely this scent is!

One of my top all time favorites!!! Basically passionfruit ice cream with a hint of vanilla. Projects strongly. To me, it’s the best new release this year.

a big no for me

I’m in Puerto Vallarta where it’s hot & humid & the Latin men are muy caliente! This perfume performs best in humidity. Everywhere I’ve gone women & men have asked me what am I wearing it’s sexy & alluring. Even i get intoxicated when I get a little whiff in the tropical breeze.

It’s beautiful. Juicy passionfruit with a sweet vanilla. I’m a man and I wanna buy this for myself lmao.

Smells like pornstar martini. Loud passionfruit dominant in the beginning which settles down to a nice soft Vanilla later on. Decent longevity on my skin but this projects so well. Leans a tad bit feminine in my opinion but I wear it regardless because I like the scent and who cares.

I feel a juicy, mouthwatering fruity note at first spray but I also feel a BO note infortunately, I wanted to love this! I hate when I have to review a perfume that doesn’t perform well on my skin. Sometimes the dry down reminds me of cat pee, so sad! Skin chemistry is crucial for this perfume as on other people skin smells pleasant, but it’s not for me.

I am so obsessed with this fragrance, that I have used half a 50ml bottle this summer, and I continue to reach for it almost daily! I am so picky with perfumes, I dislike a lot of notes often in "Fruity-Flormands" (Rose, Raspberry, Cherry) and after smelling half the store, I tried this and was compelled to buy it immediately! At first spray I can smell the juicy, sweet passionfruit, and fresh mandarin, then the warm, creamy Madagascar vanilla and exotic Frangipani comes to the front. Once it dries down, all of the notes merry together to create a tropical creamsicle or Hawaiian Punch like scent. I normally hate overly sweet fragrances, but I think the the Benzoin adds a nice resinous or balsamic accord that cuts the sweetness just enough to keep it from being cloying. This smells so delicious, but the projection after the first 20 minutes is abysmal and I have to sniff my wrist or clothing directly to smell it. Armani, I BEG of you, please make this last longer!!! Power of You is a 9/10 for me---I love every note in it, which is rare for me! If they could just increase its longevity, then it will be absolutely perfect!

Here’s what it reminds me of… Do you remember Algida’s purple Solero? Damn, that’s exactly it! It’s tropical without being predictable. It still feels like a proper perfume, not like one of those summery body mists for teenage girls. It has a lightness that I really enjoy, but it’s not as obvious as the usual coconut or frangipani scent. I’ve only tried it from a sample so far, but I’ll probably end up buying it before the end of the summer—most likely to wear throughout August!

Instantly fell in love at first sniff and will probably become a permanent staple in my collection! It comes off as a really creamy passion fruit vanilla scent on me and it is soo gorgeous.

i really want to like this fragrance because the frangipani is soooo prominent and beautiful, but it is too fruity for me personally. but speaking aside from my opinions on the very strong passionfruit note, it is a nice-smelling fragrance!! definitely a summer perfume, super bright and tropical. very prominent passionfruit, not a basic fruity or tropical smell. the frangipani is what i adore about this fragrance; it is sooooo creamy and tropical but not overly floral. frangipani is such an underrated note and i feel that the notes that accompany it don't cover it, they help it shine. overall it is very warm and tropical, smells like sweet sunscreen on tan skin mixed with passionfruit. if you're looking for a warm and summery perfume with a strong fruitiness and creaminess, i think you would love this!!

I’m thrown by how polarizing this perfume is. It literally smells addictive to me. I get the tang of passionfruit but by no means BO. Is this like a soap/cilantro situation? Or skin body chemistry? Idk I love it

A love story I never saw coming. I'll be honest — I went in skeptical. The "You" line from Emporio Armani has never really been my thing, so I wasn't expecting much. But this one completely blindsided me. The opening is pure jammy, syrupy passion fruit — bold, unapologetic, and addictive. Then it dries down into the softest, most romantic musky vanilla I've smelled in a long time. That transition alone makes it worth the experience. The drydown will remind you of JPG's La Belle — and intentionally so. But where La Belle leans sharper, rawer, and smokier with an undeniably sexy edge, Power of You takes a more refined path. Think less seductress, more Lady Boss. It's polished, expensive-smelling, and unmistakably feminine. This is now a full obsession. Didn't see it coming. Zero regrets.

This as a difficult fragrance to deal with, until I decided to declutter it. It opens with a blast of passion fruit and dries down to a very sweet, sugary vanilla with a drizzle of passion fruit. When I pick up the bottle it smells like body odor and my clothes smell like bo as well. Not a good thing. The bo is a fact.

I love the initial burst of fresh, ripe passionfruit (my favorite fruit!), as it settles it gets creamier but the tropical juice is still there. Smells just like passionfruit meringue dessert. Not yet sure it's what I want to smell like or how it plays with my skin, but I do enjoy the scent in the abstract

Thank GOD someone else is living in reality besides me. Thank you Omnipotent (reviewer below). I felt crazy reading reviews which describe this as “beast mode”. That description is totally opposite my experience. I love this fragrance but from the very start I’ve been deeply disappointed in its lack of power. No pun intended. Like many (MOST) perfumes made today, it is deceptively powerful… AT FIRST. Very quickly it dies down to a ghost like skin scent. I went so far as using 20 sprays in one sitting and after 20 minutes it’s BARELY detectable. I used up a 50 ml bottle in one month, trying like hell to make it project. I got ONE compliment from a person standing close to me, in a whole month of wearing this fragrance and over-spraying it to death. Huge disappointment. It’s incredibly delicious, and very addictive. But ….unacceptable in its projection. I bought a 100 ml bottle anyway. That’s how yummy it smells. I will wear this expensive body spray till I run out just to please myself… But I can’t really recommend it. Those saying that this perfume is beast-mode clearly don’t know what beast mode is. Total joke!

9/10 Power of You is a beautifully blended tropical fragrance and one of the best releases I’ve smelled in a while. The passion fruit and citruses come through immediately, followed by warm solar notes, frangipani, and vanilla. Everything works together without any one note feeling disconnected or overpowering. What makes it special for me is that slightly pungent, sour tropical funk. That is exactly what I crave in fruity fragrances. It keeps the scent from becoming too sweet, too clean, or generically pretty. It has personality. If you enjoy tropical fragrances with a bit of tartness and funk, this is absolutely worth trying. If you prefer your fruit very soft, clean, and straightforward, you may want to skip it. This hit all the right buttons for me. I only deducted a point because I wish it were stronger and lasted longer. It is already a gorgeous fragrance, but it desperately needs an Intense or Extrait version. And Armani, do not change the formulation. Just make it fucking intense.

It's like crack to me wtf. This smells amazinggggg but I wish the tropical smell at the beginning lasted a bit longer. I want to smell like this all day, I keep sniffing my arm whenever I wear this.

It's a solid, very well blended perfume and all things considered a great gourmand perfume that somehow works in warm weather too. I'm not crazy for very sweet perfumes but this one is good - for this year anyway. I treat this as one of my summer perfumes of 2026, I got the travel set and once this is used up that's it. I don't like it enough to get full bottle, but it is still a very pleasant one. I don't find it overly complex, it opens with a strong passionfruit note that really is almost identical to the Solero ice cream and dries down into pleasant but intimate vanilla. I don't get a strong trail from it. A summer one hit wonder for me.

It does smell delicious (like creamy passionfruit candy) don’t get me wrong but I already have some body sprays that kinda smell similar to this (like BBW “be enchanted” & Phlur “vanilla nectar” to name a couple).. glad I decided to get the 1 oz instead of the big bottle. Still lovely nonetheless, but I was kinda expecting to be blown away.. the performance is fairly moderate on me too. I think my expectations were just a bit too high.. probably gonna resell

Big Like!!!! Sooooo sexy! I think this is very sexy perfume, sooooo perfect for going out, although I think it might be a bit youthful and not very suitable for older generations; maybe it's just me. Perfumes do not actually have an 'age' range when you take into consideration but yeah... For me this is a perfume of a flirty, sexy baddie. Yeah... the only thing that comes to mind when I smell this is night-time and sexy going-out vibes. But this does not feel like a basic cheap clubbing perfume; this is for girls wearing their Jimmy Choos, this has some elevated vibes for sure! It's so fruity and prominent; there is this sparkling zestiness in the beginning, which is quite interesting and gives this perfume this edgy feeling. It's not like femme fatale, more like a cheerful and just confident vibe. I like how strong and noticeable it is And I want to say I am not the one that likes fruity perfumes and zesty perfumes whatsoever; I like smoother scents but this just has something that pulls me in. I think this could be one of the best designer perfumes released lately! Big big like from me, I am minimizing my collection, but I just cannot give up the thought of getting a bottle of this....

I don't like vanilla. I don't like gourmands. Still, I can't get enough of this one. Here the vanilla is not this overly sweet, cloying, sticky note, but something to balance the bitterness of passionfruit and bitter orange. It smells exactly how the passionfruit youghurt cream dessert in Pad Thai tastes like. Bitter fruit with a slightly sweet cream to balance each other. Pure heavenly joy.

This smells exactly like a Starbucks refresher to me.
