Long story short In the opening, this smells like men's mint shampoo, clear for men shampoo to be exact In the drydown, it's shampoo with a Versace eros-esque vibe Performance? Trash Uniqueness? 0/10 Value for money? Nah. You're better off buying some Arabian clone or something like that

This is a good smelling, overlooked and underrated fragrance.

Hugo Just Different by Hugo Boss has a special place in my collection because it was a gift from my cousin after he returned from Australia. That personal connection makes it even more enjoyable to wear. The fragrance is unmistakably green and fresh. It has a crisp, energetic opening that feels clean and modern, making it easy to wear during the day. As it dries down, I notice a soft musky base that gives it a smooth and comforting finish. This isn't a fragrance that demands attention. Instead, it has a relaxed, casual personality that's perfect for everyday wear. It's fresh without being overly aquatic and green without becoming too earthy. For me, it's more than just another fresh fragrance. Every time I wear it, it reminds me of the thoughtful gift from my cousin, which makes it feel more meaningful than its scent alone.

IDC what others says about this perfume but for me it's a hidden gem. Got it for 25$ 125 ml (tester) and for that price it's no brainer. I like it more than Hugo boss bottled EDT due to its opening, it has much more charecter. That Apple note with Mint and Basil smells delicious, grean, uplifting and little zingy. It reminds me of every other perfumes that has apple note in it (From Nautica Voyage to YSL Y) Performance is great, it projects for 1.5-2 hours, than becomes closer to skin and still gives you whiffs. After 6 hours it becomes skin scent. So 1.5 hours of 2 fit projection 6+ hours of longevity is minimum it performs IMO it's criminally underrated and if you get this $30 just blind buy it. You won't regret VFM: 10/10 Overall: 8/10

I know this is not very popular opinion but I love that and I think this is great every day fragrance that won't brake you piggy bank. Just because YouTubers don't hype it and don't give it a made up story to get stuck in your brains does not mean that the fragrance does not deserve much more attention. Opening with citrus, apple basil and violet leaf. Then I can detect black pepper, a bit of calone (aquatic notes) florals, juniper berry, clary sage and geranium. The dry down to me it seems to be ambroxan, woods, amber, cashmeran and definitely can get slight hint of the olibanum. Great stuff. Love it

Mint and apple. As basic as you would imagine. Nothing special and the other notes (freesia,basil, etc.) are so minimal you can barely smell them. I would prefer the mint to be sharper, the apple beats it up. This is not sophisticated like a Boss Bottled fragrance. Longevity and projection are somewhat weak. Office safe. Bottom line is there are better options available even at this price point.

After a year it's pretty good, much better. All the synthetics (and the blue d'issey similarity) are gone, now it is linear green creamy patchouli musk. And 3 hours of presentation. It is relaxing and very good for huge team working

Fresh and clean green scent with cooling mint. I wouldn't say that the apple is something I would have picked up without being told it is in there, but it does add a light sweetness (not like it's Jolly Rancher green apple). It reminds me of like a high-end shaving cream almost. Very inoffensive, crowd pleasing scent that can work anywhere (especially gym or office), except maybe like a tuxedo event. I wish it projected more and lasted longer, so feel free to spray more than usual.

Nice green scent , opens up quite nicely with fresh green elements like the apple wich carries the opening, the evolution of the perfume is linear no real twist and then dries down to a really good scent , I don't really know how to put names on what I smell other than patchouli but there is more going on , sorry... Longevity wise it really sucks (4-5h max) No projection at all , other than the first 15 minutes , and then it is a skin scent To sum it up it is a good cheap green fragrance but the longetivity is a huge let down .

Just OK for me. Doesn't last very long but for the short while it stays on you get some nice green scents. 5/10

THA GOAT my first ever fragrance carried me through high school

For a moment I thought it's a 4711 cologne due to the poor longevity, opens up with green not so prominent apple dries down as a warm syrupy patchouli that fades away quickly, it's a light skin scent with no projection at all, not even noticeable after less than two hours. the worst performing fragrance I've tried yet.. nothing unique or "Different" about it Nautica and Jaguar Gold beat this easily with stronger aromas and projection by miles. Big disappointment, not a batch issue but might be reformulation this is a joke of a flanker. Hugo just different was the first fragrance I ever bought with my own money and I fell in love with it immediately after testing it for the first time. As a teenager I used to wear it every day for any occasion no matter the season but nowadays I don’t wear it as much. I think this is a great scent for young guys who don’t want to spend a lot of money on a designer fragrance to smell good. It hurts me to say this but after some time I realized there are better options out there. Over the years, I went through four bottles of this fragrance. Now, I keep my last bottle tucked away in a drawer, rarely using it. Every once in a while, though, I’ll spray a little on my wrist just to relive the memories of the fun times I had wearing it. It holds a truly special place in my heart.

Smells like Coca Cola Drink

This is a great fragrance. Really nice smell and really cheap to buy, I bought 2 bottles.

I have been trying for years to understand this fragrance. It is not boring, it is not a harsh synthetic it's just... ok. lol Idk if I can say that it is well blended but for me is just a linear, good cheap scent, and that's it.

It's amazing. It has a very special smell. It's completely accordant and you can't tell if it's mint or apple or cashmere. محشره. بوی خیلی خاصی داره. کاملا آکوردی هست بویش و نمیشه گفت که نعنا یا سیب و یا کشمیر در اون بکار رفته. عطری هست کاملا آکوردی. ا

The fragrance opens rather harsh and somewhat unpleasant. You get a hint of mint and maybe a touch of green apple sweetness. Everything feels very synthetic, yet at the same time distinctly masculine. A typical Hugo Boss or Calvin Klein scent: mostly synthetic, mass-appealing, and masculine. Of course, there are exceptions, like Boss Bottled. In terms of concept and quality as an EDT, this one is clearly below Boss Bottled. The fragrance leans heavily in the shower-gel, body-wash direction. Unlike Boss Bottled, "Just Different" doesn’t really stand out; it consistently maintains its sharp masculinity. A scent for the gym or, as a teenager, for school. After a few minutes, the fragrance “settles down” and becomes more pleasant, while still staying masculine. I can’t really make out exact notes here. But it is very masculine, which I like very much. The sillage is moderate. Unlike many others, I actually found the performance quite impressive. After a whole day, I could still smell it on my jacket when walking past it. I’m convinced by the performance, but much less by the scent itself. Still, it makes a good gift for birthdays or similar occasions.

What the hell is this? Reminds me of the rain in the strangest way. Weird scent that doesn't appeal to me at all.

I really like Just Different. It's fresh and appealing on top, with a strong fruity edge thanks to the green apple and some floral and herbal notes alongside. I don't get all that much mint, and this one isn't mossy like the original Hugo Man. The dry down brings on a really nice smooth masculine woody accord with still a touch of fruit. It's all very safe and versatile and quite likeable. But despite the name, it's not different enough to really stand out and make a lasting name for itself. Performance is pretty average but acceptable at this price point. Overall it's not a great fragrance, but it's not bad either and I like it as a cheap easy dump reach that's well worth the $30ish price point I paid.

Like everyone here, it’s a love hate relationship with it. Something about it started upsetting me and I grew tired of it fairly quick. It’s a nice smelling cologne but it’s not my favorite.

Its a little bit fresh, a little bit toilet cleaner scent, a little bit older teen. its nice tho

This one stays on clothes for days. I smelled hundreds of different perfumes. Niche, designer etc. but i still find this one worth buying and using among all of my fiance's collection. Opening is not that unique but scent changes when it reaches drydown and i like that unique scent.

Definitely a good and unique green scent. it cab be mixed with Oriental scents to create a unique and personalized scent that truly reflects your individuality! Nose Note #198 First thought I had when trying this, I very distantly reminded me of Boss Bottled EdT. Maybe the fresh spicy aspect of it. But this one is clearly a green and aromatic fragrance. Mint is not like Amouage Enclave realistic type of mint. You may not even understand what it is without looking at the notes. An apple - yes, that kind of distinguishable, but not too well. I would have thought it to be a niche fragrance actually. Niche trying it on the designer field. You can blind buy it, sure, but it's not a crowd-pleaser. You may not like it much, but I feel like you can make yourself wear it and get used to it alright

I love the smell, it's just a shame that it doesn't last long
