A candied pineapple and rose accord runs right through this composition from top to bottom. It’s the main event and although soft woody notes emerge later on they do not substantially influence the narrative which is pretty and juicy and fun. (For further pineapple frolics things don’t get much better than Nicolai’s ‘Pavlova’)

It is so juicy that my mouth gets watery whenever I smell it! Rich harmony and balance of roses and pineapple. It's sweet without getting too much. It can be a bit cloying in hot summer mornings and midday but it is wearable on afternoons and night time. Very powerful opening and 4 spray of it lasts on my skin around for 8 hours.

Fruity sweet good quality feminine perfume

I smelled this fragrance las week in Sicily, and both my wife and I immediately enjoyed it. That was enough to convince me to buy a bottle. It’s definitely a sweet fragrance, but even though I’m usually not a big fan of overly sweet scents, this one gets the balance right. It’s sweet without becoming too feminine or overwhelming. It comes close, though. I can see some people finding it cloying, especially in very hot weather. Performance is excellent. It easily lasts 10+ hours on my skin with strong projection and excellent sillage. It’s also an attention grabber!! The first time I wore it to work, a colleague even told me I smelled good. Overall, I’m very happy to have this one in my rotation. It’s unisex and it can be used year-round, but in my opinion, it fits better during spring and fall. I’d avoid wearing it on extremely hot days. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy sweet fragrances.

Definitely a compliment getter!! Very powerful opening and 2 sprays seems to last me 6-8 hours. I use unscented soap and lotion so the scent profile will remain pure. A lady and her daughter walked me down in the mall to ask me what I was wearing! That turned into a 20 minute conversation, pointing out different niche frags to order for her husband. This is a masterpiece frag and should be more popular in my opinion. It is fitted for a king! 10/10

This is a pleasant fragrance for summer…definitely a lot sweeter than I tend to wear, but in the dry down the rose starts to balance everything out. This has great longevity as well!

Nose Note #1038 It's like a mix between Qaed al Fursan (pineapple + saffron combo) and VS Bombshell (the tropical frutiness of it). I can barely sense any rose, feels more like a saffron accord. But the pineapple and berries akin to Bombshell - it's there. Much thicker than Bombshell and Qaed al Fursan. Not exactly a summer fresh fragrance. This is pretty sticky. Definately more for a feminine audience, although it's made sort of unisex. Strong performer 7/10

A top shelf masterpiece blend. Its not something you daily, its too rich and royal (unless you're the Prince of Zamunda), but for your everyday blokes its a special occasion spring & summer night scent I wore this on Memorial Day night when it was in the high 60°'s and it jumped off my skin, got a ton of compliments. Its an attention magnet, everyone wants to know what you have on because the sillage of that dark rose is intoxicating to their noses Its truly unisex... but its built for confident and refined personalities. Its as masculine or as feminine as the wearer makes it. If you ran into Idris Elba at the Kentucky Derby "Grey Goose Vodka Party" he'd be wearing this You need to overspray on skin for it to last, but a few sprays on your shirt last 24hrs Scent 10/10 Performance 8/10 Sillage 10/10 Dry Down: 10/10 Uniqueness 10/10

This is great! Fabulous surprise! Lamar opens with a tropical pineapple dream. It's incredibly realistic and juicy, and for the first couple of minutes it would seem this is going to be a solo performance. After a few minutes of the pineapple's acapella, the rose joins the song and they sing together beautifully! Such a cheerful combination. After about 45 minutes, the pineapple becomes much more muted, leaving the center stage to the Rose. Then the fragrance takes another turn, and evolves into a different melody altogether. The rose, which had been fresh and young, becomes veiled in amber, while musk and a hint of vanilla appear. Suddenly everything is very classic, very pleasant and warm. This fragrance evolves beautifully, each stage is markedly different and compelling in its own way. The ambery musk rose phase lasts the longest. Total longevity is about four or five hours on me, after which only a slightly sweet musky skin scent remains. Projection is really good during most of that time , but not crazy.

The opening is nice with pineapple but it lasts for 15 minutes after that pineapple is gone and you get rose incense and amber,expected it to be fresh pineapple frag but it’s not,longevity 5 hours projection 1

I can’t get my head around this perfume. I get the fresh pineapple and apple for like a minute before this overwhelming rose incense smell envelopes everything. I am not an incense person. I don’t like it in the air and I definitely do not like it on my skin. I realize that incense isn’t listed as a smell but I’m thinking the most of the base notes combined is what is making it a rose incense heavy smell to me. I’m just not a fan. To my nose it’s not particularly mixed well as you don’t get the opening, heart, base notes separately. They all just blend together to make it muddy. I’ve actually not found any perfumes from this brand that I 100% just love.

Luckily I never bought blue talisman, that just smells like this and i've been enjoying my bottle of this. Think the pineapple and fruits and better in here than in blue talisman and the florals in this are done better too

I didn’t get the vanilla. Also it’s too sweet Moderate projection and longevity Yet. It’s good but not great

Very juicy pineapple and fruit scent that has a nice creamy base of musk, vanilla and cashmere. It is unisex scent but the fruitiness can definitely give the perception of a feminine leaning fragrance. I think it's appropriate to be worn in tropical climates but it's just too fruity for any other weather. I get juicy fruit vibes here, which was a childhood favorite for me. Great for pineapple lovers, people who are living the island life, or in tropical climates. Makes me want to move to Hawaii.

this fragrance opens up and unfurls like a plume of smoke, a cloud of cold sweetness. Really fun and enjoy sampling experience. Rose forward dry down a la Delina

I have a decant I was sent of this as a bit of a blind try and I wasn’t sure what to make of it at first. It’s has Delinaesque rose vibes but much sweetened by a surprisingly noticeable pineapple note. Wear wise it lasts till midday when I give it a cheeky top up. It seemed to be a compliment getter and must leave a potent scent trail as I was complimented walking up the stairs at work. I don’t think I’d get a full bottle as I have a couple of fragrances with a similar note - although not with the pineapple. A solid 8/10 for me

Smells like a fresh honeyed fruit. There is a citrus in there. If you don't like florals, you may still like it because I'm not detecting much of them. I'm smelling honey more than anything. It's quite sweet.

Fragrance No. 120 in my collection, and finally, my very first Kajal. It had been on my wishlist for quite some time, and when I came across an online offer at about 50% off, I decided it was the moment to get it. I must say, I was expecting something different—more rosy, more overtly oriental. Instead, I discovered a fascinating blend that feels somewhat like a fusion of Baccarat Rouge 540 with brighter, sparkling notes. The opening, dominated by pineapple and green apple, adds an almost tangy twist, yet it’s beautifully balanced by a captivating sweetness from rose and vanilla. It’s an outstanding mix of floral and fruity elements—leaning, in my opinion, more toward the fruity side. The balance of the notes is superb, the evolution intriguing, and both longevity and projection are above average. As for the bottle, some might find it overly elaborate or even slightly kitsch, but to me, it’s a true gem. The atomizer is excellent, with just the right amount of pressure. My only minor, practical criticism is the shape of the bottle—it’s not the most ergonomic design, making it a bit tricky to spray, though it remains undeniably beautiful.

I tried it in the summer too, but it was too hot and it became more spicy and a tiny bit too cloying for me. Right now it's perfect: the beginning of fall, temperature still not too rigid, it works SO well. Stays on 8/9 hours easily. On clothes you can smell it for days.

My expectations were a nice smelling synthetic sweet, fruity florall fragrance, that projected OK and sat in the higher end designer-like frags. I was dead wrong, it's a very pleasant surprise of a unique (to me) realistic pineapple and rose fragrance settling down to a bed of amber and vanilla. So well blended that you can barely smell the individual notes, but only because you know the fragrance pyramid. This is not a feminine fragrance, it's very unisex, it just has a touch of stereotypical feminine notes like the Rose and white florals that may seem to put it in the feminine ballpark, but it's not. What it is, is a gorgeous, fresh, yet very versatile fragrance, and to me is all day, everyday, any occasion, gender or event scent. The price is also great for what it is. I loved this so much that I went and bought Aican, which is another gorgeous fragrance, and although I stated that this is not feminine, however if it was to be perceived that way, then Aican is the brother to Lamar. I am eyeing up Yasmine next :). This has decent sillage and longevity, as is the same with Aican. This one really needs to be smelled rather than reading a review like this, I highly think that it's extremely unlikely for you to dislike the fragrance, down to all what I've mentioned. It's 100% FB worthy, as is Aican, so God bless, enjoy and look after one another :)

I received this randomly form somebody I was purchasing something else from and decided to give it a go today. A pleasant summer scent both on initial spray and on dry down but doesn't have much staying power. This was a skin scent on me within 3-4 hours and I couldn't smell it at all a a couple of hours after that. I don't mind topping up a scent throughout the day but it has to be memorable as well. This one sadly is not for me and while pleasant and I am glad I had the opportunity to try it I have others in my stash that have similar DNA profiles that last longer on me.
