I think I'm starting to get obsessed with Lancome fragrances. I got a great deal on this so I decided to blind buy. It's very fresh and soapy but not in shampoo way like I've seen it described here in some reviews. Rather it feels invigorating yet elegant, less "clean girl" and more refined. Great for work or anytime daytime occasion. Hard to describe but I really love this. I could see a man wearing this easily and wondering why so many women want to smell him up close. I wish it projected more, but overall this is a win.

i still love this fragrance, reminds me my teenage days.. Very nice memories.

If there is one company that constantly smells like "that paper sample strip in that glossy magazine" .. it's LANCOME . And I mean that in a good way. I have a tiny mini of the older formula. It's fresh and crisp and very pretty - and so paper magazine-y that Demeter Could release this as one of their novelty scents and call it "Glossy Paris Magazine" . I have Idole and one of the flankers so my "Lancome Itch" was scratched. GRADE: B plus.

This perfume belonged to my friend in the 2000s. She loved it very much, but back then I somehow didn’t appreciate it (and it was difficult to truly evaluate it because I could only smell it in her trail - my friend never even let me hold the bottle, as it was a very expensive item at the time). I only saw the advertisements for this fragrance in glossy magazines. Years later, I decided to bring some “perfumes from the past” into my collection, and I bought myself Lancôme Miracle. It was a brand-new, cellophane-wrapped 30 ml bottle from 2021. The first spray was pleasant, but very cologne-like (almost masculine somehow) and extremely light. Within a week, I had used up a third of the bottle because it was so weak and lacked longevity. I played with it for a week and then put it aside. Then, six months later, I decided to wear it again - and it had matured beautifully! It sparkled. It shimmered. It transformed. The masculine cologne-like feeling was gone, and a beautiful acidity appeared - the kind of freshness that I love so much in fragrances. Today, I simply can’t stop smelling it. Now I want to discover (and perhaps buy) the very first releases of this fragrance - from the time when the cap was still metal and “the grass was greener.” As the perfumer intended it when creating and launching the fragrance. I love vintage perfumes and I know that many of them age beautifully. Unfortunately, my latest purchase of Lancôme Miracle reminded me that buying vintage fragrances always comes with a certain level of risk. The bottle was factory sealed, still in its original cellophane, but the perfume inside had clearly deteriorated: the liquid had already turned a tea-like color, with brown particles suspended in it, and the scent had transformed into a rancid, oxidized smell, similar to an old sunscreen. It was no longer wearable. Not a single original note remained. I’m sharing this experience simply as a reminder that even a sealed vintage bottle can spoil if it has been stored improperly for many years.

I originally tried this one because someone said it would be a good dupe for a discontinued perfume I have been looking for, VS Original Pink (2001 formula). While it is not a dupe for Original Pink, it’s a fragrance I keep coming back to. It’s floral, it’s clean, it’s somewhat spicy, and then musky on the dry down - it’s beautiful! It’s a good everyday fragrance that would be office safe. My only gripe is that I wish the longevity was better. I got the bottle and it’s almost a quarter of the way gone after 3 months.

Just spicy enough to make this floral original, which is otherwise warm, sweet, and clean.

This scent truly embodies nostalgia. Fresh, floral, classic, and elegant. Beautiful for all seasons. It deserves to be your signature scent. If this is one of your favorite perfumes, my dear, you are gentle and soft.

This is absolutely stunning! Miracle is a great day-time scent that's good for any season. It smells clean and luxurious and it gets lots of compliments! I used to wear it a few years ago, in the first year of uni, and my husband (boyfriend at the time) kept sniffing me and telling me how good i smelled - and he's super picky with scents! I'm actually thinking of repurchasing it which i rarely do eith fragrances. This smells so delicate and beautifully refined, it's not in your face, it whispers rather than shouts... but that's part of the beauty of it. Either way, i would not call it weak. Yes, the projection is moderate at best, but it lasts quite long as a skin scent & on clothes. It's one of the most feminine perfumes that i have ever tried and it has a timeless, elegant quality that I can imagine appealing across generations, to women of all ages. I 100% think this is blind buy safe if you like florals.

Delicious but it doesn't last

This fragrance is pure childhood nostalgia for me. It was my grandmother’s signature, and I distinctly remember sneaking into her vanity for a quick spray whenever I stayed the night. The composition is lovely—the punchy pepper notes are beautifully tempered by delicate freesia and magnolia. I would highly appreciate this on someone else, but because it is so deeply tied to memories of my grandmother, I just can't wear it as my own.

At 16 years old, this was my first full-size purchase ever. To this date, it is still my most repurchased scent. I love wearing this one in the winter. Reminds me of being a teen working at the mall. I felt like such an adult when I wore this. The best way I can describe this is that it smells like a warm mug of damp flowers and heavy cream with a hint of powder.

I bought my last bottle when I was 33. I am 43 now, I’ve just sprayed the last drop of my 10-year old Miracle. It is still my favorite scent. The ginger feels so unique! This is a memorable perfume. The ones buying it today may not have the same feeling, as it is so nostalgic, although not at all dated. I hope the new generations of Miracle buyers have the same experience as millennials had!

As a fresh floral perfume this last super long, and I think the ginger note is so dominant, even myself can detect the spiciness. Anyway I’m rating this from a very old batch stock.

When u need a sweet, girly, feminie scent, this is a go to. Longevity is not good on my skin, but reapplying isnt that bad.

It’s giving “I know this smell but I can’t remember where from.” Clean, feminine, safe… maybe too safe.

2026 REVIEW THE MIRACLE IS......it's left the building and died. MASSIVE DISAPPOINTING FORMULA CHANGE !!!!! I am rarely stuck for words - it's absolutely shocking the reformula of this once beloved perfume. There is a screeching wood blast as it comes out, with no beauty, no beautiful flowers, no warm spices, and most importantly..... THEY TOOK OUT THE SPARKLY MAGIC - it fizzed through it's beautiful notes and most people who smelt it always asked what it was. The silage has I will never buy this again. They changed this last year, clearly, as my previous bottles are gorgeous. Walk on by everyone... another beautiful scent has hit the skidds, no doubt sold to a £200 a bottle designer ....

a lot of the reviews are tied to nostalgia, i love how a scent can mean so much to people and remind them of something specific. based on other peoples nostalgia, i bought a sample but to me this is just a perfume. my skin eats it up QUICK, smells pretty, fresh and VERY peppery. needs a lot of sprays to truly smell it! what i imagine a high ponytail wearing girl with well moisturised skin who only uses big handbags and walks quick through the city would smell like.

First impression: (sample dabber) What an underrated gem! So backstory to this perfume. I remember as a kid spraying myself with a perfume that my mom had a sample of, and I’ve been trying to find that scent ever since. Unfortunately I’ve forgotten the name of it, and asked what perfumes does my mom have that are sample size. I remember it being empty empty or almost empty. She listed a lot of samples all of which I looked up and they looked more oakmossy and very heavy. This one however stuck out to me because I remember the perfume either being from Lancôme or Estée Lauder perfume. I think this is that perfume. This is fresh clean, floral. Not too floral where it’s nauseating for me, the pepper calms it down. To me this is an alluring fresh scent, grown woman but who is she does she naturally smell like vibe. Think ominia crystal by Bvlgari just more floral, less woody. Wow!

The best fruity floral with a little bit of spicy! My signature fragrance since I was 15. Amazing! Love it 🥰

Miracle is sparkly, fruity, floral, slightly sweet and tart, and clean as in a bit shampoo-y. It reminds me of Versace’s Bright Crystal, but it smells much nicer, fruitier, and better balanced in my opinion. Chanel’s Chance Eau Tendre and Ralph Lauren’s Romance are other scents I associate with it. In fact, now that I think of it, Miracle could be a nice, cheaper alternative to Eau Tendre. They could be sisters. Miracle smells very bright, happy, optimistic, and girly, while also being somewhat sophisticated for this type of scent (prob, because it’s not super sweet). Very charming and lovely in my opinion, perfectly suited for cheerful young women and for work/school. It’s crowdpleasing without being necessarily trendy. The only reason I can imagine someone disliking it is because it can smell a bit sharp like hairspray when worn in very cold weather. Shampoo-y scents aren’t by any means my favorite category, in fact I often find them quite boring, but something about Miracle sets it apart in my mind and I think it’s very pretty! I wear it now and then when I get the shampoo scent itch, lol.

This was my first big girl perfume as a teen in the late 90s. I remember thumbing through an issue of Seventeen and this was on a test strip. I needed it at first smell! This was my signature for years. Eventually I moved on, but recently I've fallen in love (hard) with Glossier You and I can identify my origins of loving the pepper note in Miracle. Glossier You has pink pepper and is a warm hug of a scent, similarly spicy (but not as floral as Miracle). You feels like a better fit for me now, but I appreciate my early good taste in Miracle! ❤️

Fresh, crisp, spicy lychee freesia. Not quite sweet, not quite sour. My favourite fruity floral.

I owned a mini of Miracle and I thoroughly enjoyed it during the summer. It's super nice, uplifting, very well balanced and fun to mix with other Lancome fragrances if you're feeling adventurous. It was also popular amongst friends of mine and their family members and that's how I was introduced to it. I'd say it's a fairly "fresh" scent and I have said it times and times before - don't expect great performance. That's pretty much the only downer.

Beautiful clean scent. Brilliant for work, classy, chic and clean but not cloying. Stunning.

This thing smells freaking identical to my beloved femme hugo boss a bit more citrusy and fresh but still incredibly identical Yeah also much more peppery I obviously prefer femme over miracle since femme is more delicate softer more floral and balanced citruses a bit sweeter and a fraction of price with the same projection If femme wasn’t existed miracle will be an absolute love but i found a better version of miracle way before i even knew about her

Fruity-floral, ...and peppery, especially the nose-tickling aspect of black pepper. The warm spice notes may also tie in with the listed freesia accord, since real freesias possess a notably sweet-spicy scent. That fresh pepperiness is certainly what one will remember from Lancome's Miracle, if anything at all. The idea must have been to take a traditional, feminine floral, ...and add a fresh, sporty kick to it. Perhaps an attempt at making a practical 'signature' scent for the modern woman that could split the difference between work, weekend, evening, nightlife, events, home, and of course, sports & workout. I'm writing the ad copy now: "One perfume for all that? It would take a Miracle!" I'm having fun, ...but seriously, this fragrance is okay, ...not adorably glorious, but wearably okay. ...However, don't try to have it do all, ...save this for either hot weather or vigorous activity. In other words, a scenario where some perspiration may occur.

I've been a scent junkie all my life but never really got into the nitty-gritty of things (notes, perfumers, themes, etc) until a couple of years ago. I took a hiatus on wearing perfume while my kids were little, so as I'm returning to the habit, building a collection, and taking deep dives into notes, it's been fun to purchase old favorites and new loves and find that there are notes and combos I favor. Miracle is a fragrance I wore in the early aughts and loved for it's fresh and fruity profile (without being juvenile) that I found worked nicely not only in hot weather, but also well into fall. Now I know it's versatility lies in the way the litchi is paired with spicy pepper, ginger, and freesia. In drilling down on the note, I've found that I have several frags that feature litchi...Daisy Dream, Falling Into the Ocean, LoveMe, Nomade, Delina, and Angel Nova. While they all feature litchi, their treatment of it varies enough to warrant having all of them in my collection, although the litchi and spicy floral combos of Miracle and Daisy Dream are my favorite. Miracle is every bit as enjoyable today as I found it 20 years ago, with its fresh and spicy treatment of litchi. There's no sweetness or syrup to be found, just sparkling fruit that settles into a bed of jasmine (another favorite note of mine) and musk. It makes me feel clean even in the dead heat of summer and pairs perfectly with the first bracingly cool mornings of fall that melt into 80 degree afternoons of southern California. I find I still love it, even 20 years later, older, and wiser.

The medicinal smell some women complain about is probably why it works so well on me. Ginger, pepper, and an orange that smells like the oil of a freshly ruptured mandarin skin, all pop in my face when I wear it and they're lent a fougere-like temperance by the buttery florals as they're elevated by a mellow musk and the amber behind it, giving it an oriental skew. Real nice and clean. A man dabbling in woman's fragrance could easily wear this in the daytime and Opium at night to some sort of all day event. The performance isn't awful, but it's just weak enough to pave over with an evening scent. Kind of a wedding and reception type of gimmick. It's probably only a 7/10 but I recommend it.

Terrible smell. I received it as part of a bonus gift for buying Lancome skincare product. Overly sweet and medicinal smell and gave me a headache.

The scent of this perfume feels fresh and invigorating. Pepper adds a bright, uplifting note and blends perfectly with the rest of the composition. This bottle is a must-have on my shelf, only a few fragrances in my collection are this fresh. I usually prefer bold and intense scents, but this one is a delightful exception.
