couldn't get my hands on gucci bloom so I settled for this. it's a nice fragrance with a beautiful tuberose, but it didn't win me over quite like bloom had. i wear it on days where I want to be unobtrusive and keep to myself, as it is pleasant but lacks depth and uniqueness. good for the price, though I am sadly starting to become noseblind to this particular fragrance, meaning I don't have much of a reason to use it as a filler either. it's still a lovely scent and I can imagine it being someone's signature. would work well in an office environment, too.
feminine tuberose scent, it does smell like l'interdit but again it has the lattafa plastic blend special inside
Spicy/aromantic floral and strong. My nose is very sensitive to sandalwood that's why I say spicy. You have to use very little of it to not be too much. Definitely a scent for special occasions in the evening. An attractive elegant smell.
I got the perfume mist of this to test it out but it gives me a headache each time I use it. Doesn't appeal to my nose, it has a harsh smell at the opening of really strong white florals, seems the notes don't blend well together. If you're looking for a good dupe for l'interdit by givenchy then you can check out intrude by maison alhambra, a much better dupe than this from lattafa in my opinion.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with this fragrance, it just wasn't for me. The note breakdown simply lists "fruits" in the opening, but on my skin it came across as a very strong grape accord, almost like grape candy or juice. If you enjoy that kind of fruity sweetness, you'll probably love it. The performance is actually really good, with solid longevity and projection. Unfortunately, the scent profile just wasn't my personal preference, so I ended up decluttering it.
I didn't like this when I first got it in Sept of 2024. (Almost 2 years ago.) I'm wearing it today, July 21 2026. Very effervescent and fruity. Great summer frag. Nice projection and longevity is 4 hours on clothes b4 becoming skin scent The original gives me a headache. This dewp of L'interdit is good Sometimes these scents just need to sit awhile before they become what they are intended. 🤷🏻♀️
I'm soooo tuberose pilled currently and I absolutely love this. Bubblegummy in the best way. But it's clean sweet, not sticky sweet - there's an overtone of dryer sheets, not spilled slurpee - and carries on hot humid air so beautifully. Big fan.
This perfume is giving me a headache. It’s a heavy, indolic white floral scent 🤮
For me it wasn't successful blind buy, it was too heavy candy like, like being drowned in grape soda.
Creamy white florals while still being perfume-y! I do get the "bubblegum" facets people talk about. It's a lot sweeter than the OG. I do have an older batch of this (around 3 years old) so I can't speak for the newer batches, but the longevity and projection on this is impressive!
Achei um floral docinho e fresco, bem bom pro dia a dia. Tem uma vibe de banho tomado. Amoh.
I really love this stuff! It's so lovely, feminine and pretty! Lattafa "Fakhar Rose" is a pleasant, mixed white floral, feminine fragrance. Aldehydes are present in the opening, lending to a bright and aerated start. Thankfully, I do not detect much fruitiness when applied on skin. The perfume develops as unmistakably floral; however no floral note dominates over another. The dry down is a mix of musk, wood notes, a smidge of vanilla, and lots of white florals. Tuberose & jasmine are strongest in the dry down. The florals are pleasant and well-done in this perfume. Must love white florals. Not as beastly as I imagined! I like Fakhar Rose a lot!
Opening notes are less intense than l'interdit and sweeter on the dry down. She's good for a 1oz but I don't see me purchasing full size. Going to put her in aside for a while and see if I change my mind.
Tried my best to like it. It was too heavy and strong for me even after letting it sit for 3 weeks. To me, it is a blind buy fail
When I first tested this a couple of weeks ago I thought it smelled very close to L'Interdit but I have tried it a couple of times since and it now seems to be somewhat sweeter and the florals more prominent than any other notes. I don't smell any vanilla or sandalwood. It may be slightly musky on the dry down but mostly it is just a heavy, sweet floral scent to me. I consider this a like and not a love. I only used one spray, but it seems to quickly sit close to the skin, so even though the florals are strong, projection is only a couple of feet. It might be more if over sprayed. Has potential to be an office safe scent if use lightly. I can see where it might become cloying if heavily sprayed. Clearly a feminine fragrance.
When I initially received this, I sprayed it several times before testing it on my skin. My first impression was "Yes!" this smells very close to how I remembered L'Interdit. However, I tried it two more times and it did not smell as close. I am wondering how accurate the notes listed are as they are (mostly) not the same as those listed for L'Interdit. I have just tested this again and while I like the scent, it is not a love. I can clearly smell the jasmine and tuberose and possibly some rose. On me, it smells like a sweet floral with a very faint musk, but I am not smelling any vanilla. A relatively safe fragrance for the office if used lightly. It quickly sits close to the skin and doesn't project much after a short time, again, if not over sprayed. If you like heavy sweet florals, this might be a safe blind buy.
Although reviews say it's long-lasting and has a strong aura, my experience is completely the opposite. I literally don't smell this perfume on myself (it evaporates almost immediately on my skin, and on clothes it's a bit stronger, but still weak). If you try to put on more sprays, you'll get sick of that skin scent vibe, which is all that remains. Highly rated perfume, but for me a sincere disappointment. P.s. I forgot to mention, this is identical scent of every chewing gum from our childhood... plus some white flowers.
This is my first review ever posted but I was compelled to give my thoughts on this polarizing fragrance so please bear with me. I bought this in May 2024, sprayed a few times and then let it mature for a couple of weeks. I was so disappointed because it was very sweet and overpowering and not what I read in the reviews about being classy and soft for warm weather. It did smell strong of grape soda and was heavy. So I put it away and just sprayed when I was at home in my room to “air it out”. Well it’s now April 2026, and I sprayed myself (2 sprays) after a shower and it is so beautiful! It’s now much softer, and instead of the grape soda smell, it’s more like the powder sweet tart candies in the roll- called smarties (in the US), in the best way possible. It’s much softer, not cloying, or overly sweet and has a touch of pepper or peony in the dry down while still smelling like a sweet candy rose. I only recommend this if you have patience to wait and spray it over a span of time to “air it out” or you purchase an aged bottle. If you already own this and haven’t used it in a while give it another try. It is a sophisticated fragrance, not “old lady” or vintage, and not sexy, so not sure how the ladies in their 20’s will like this. To me, it comes off very “womanly” or very feminine without being too “girly”. I cannot comment on best seasons to wear it but if you are not an over sprayer you can probably get away with year round. For a visual, I picture Persephone in a spring garden or flowered pasture not frolicking but walking confidently or lounging with adoration at the flowers she is surrounded by.
This perfume is beautiful ! I was looking for a ME perfume not to sweet or vanilla dna for spring and summer , this fragrance is the one ! But I do not think I could wear it when it will be super hot and humid ! Not a safe blind buy though , try it before ! My note for this fragrance is 8/10 ! I want to say , I'm an older lady , I think this is why I love it ! This is why I say , not a safe blind buy !
Not bad, not the best either, bad longevity..have to overapray heavy on this one for it to last on my skin.
a while ago i reviewed this and loved it but for some reason my opinion of fakhar rose has changed drastically. i used to find this to be quite fruity and fun but now i can't stand it. i'm not sure what changed, i highly doubt the effects of maceration affected this so intensely since i reviewed this two months ago. all i get from this now is a dusty, headache inducing white floral. it's akin to very old, dusty potpourri. i love a white floral normally but this is not good. i couldn't stand it to the point that i sold my bottle. i mentioned in my last review that the longevity is not that good and that remains the same now. on paper i should love this and yet somehow the profile of this has changed so much in the last two months. very glad to have gotten rid of this! to be honest, i've always found the bottle quite ugly. it's very tacky and bulky and just doesn't look good on display. all this combined with the fact i hate the smell of this now meant that getting rid of this was an easy decision. maybe not a good blind buy.
Smells very strong of dried fruits almost leaning towards bubble gum. Very strong, so if you want to commit, it will linger. As someone who likes light scents, I definitely want to avoid over spraying
Its a fruity powdery. I get the tuberose. To me it smells like grape pixie stix. Last forever on clothes. Love.🩷
Tested this on paper in a shop and it just smelled much more mature than I was expecting. Like powdery, slightly musty florals.
really like this fragrance, but i dont love it because of the ylang ylang and aldehydes scents. its just me honestly, not the perfume. its performing really well, and reminds me alot of Dior J'adore, Christian lacroix and maybe every perfume containing yalng ylang. its a little be overpowering for me, so i decided to layer it with mayar natural intense from lattafa, giving it more of a fruity, tropical scent.
sad to say i don't really like this fragrance as it was a gift, but something in this just catches in my nose in the worst way. i love love love white florals and being told it was a white floral excited me, but this just burns my nose super badly. i think there's just too much going on maybe? i think the bottle is super ugly too so it stays hidden in my drawer. i can see why a few people are saying they get a grapey note from this, but it's not crazy. all and all this is just pungently strong and way too much white floral for me, something i never saw myself saying until this moment. coming from a white floral lover, avoid this fragrance.
It’s pretty clear to me this was conceived as a L’Interdit dupe. I’ve smelled and tested L’Interdit on my skin before, and I don’t love it. Still, I wanted to try a similar scent profile to help me decide whether I’d buy it. In the end, I’m just not into this. Fakhar is kind of meh—I'm not crazy about it, but it’s not terrible either. It’s a real bargain, so I decided to give it a try. Immediately, I didn’t like the medicinal grape note it has. The drydown is better—it turns into a clean, bubblegummy grape scent. It’s a casual, elegant scent for everyday wear—not really for special occasions. The longevity is kind of poor on my skin, lasting only about four hours and staying very close to the skin, especially considering Lattafa has other beast-mode fragrances. I recommend this if you’re looking for an affordable L’Interdit alternative, or just a soapy-floral-blublegummy-grape everyday scent that doesn’t require much thought—though you may need to reapply it. I finished a full bottle and I won't repurchase, just not my thing.
senior cat piss on a dusty carpet ur grandma had wrapped in plastic since ‘98 sittin next to the window, sun blaring through, mixing w ur grannies potpourri.
Just like with the OG I have issues with the longevity of this one. It disappears quite quickly on my skin and has only a slightly better performance on my clothes. It's a little less bubblegumy than the OG but aside from that if you want a relatively cheap dupe then this one's for you. I've found that some jasmine scents like Bloom or Do Son just do not have lasting performance on me so I have accepted that I need to respray.
I’ve come to the conclusion that I do not like florals. Most smell like very old lady to my nose.
