Haya

I was shocked to see some Lattafa body sprays at my local gas station today! I live in an area where nobody seems to like fragrance, and we never have anything fun around. 😆 But...there they were today in a display. I grabbed Haya, I suppose I was in a pink mood. The opening blast of this is SO good. Truly. One of the best openings I've smelled in a while. My daughter and I looked at each other, stunned. I said - 'It smells like a fizzy pop, maybe a ginger ale...but it also kinda smells like Champagne Toast (from Bath and Body Works)!' She completely agreed. It's juicy, effervescent, fizzy, sweet...but refreshing. The "champange" is entirely accurate. We had no idea what this fragrance consisted of, but immediately associated it with soda or a carbonated beverage. Of course, the opening accords don't last long. After about 20 minutes that stage is over, and this progresses into a gentle sandalwoody, vanillic skin scent. There's some underlying florals, but they're not prominent. I'd categorize this fragrance as more of a citrus fizz+vanillic wood. It's by no means a bad scent as it dries, but it's much more generic and soft. If someone wore it, and told me it was from Victoria's Secret, I'd believe them. It fades almost entirely from skin in about 3 hours, but I'm sure the perfume would have increased milage (again, I'm reviewing the body spray). Overall, a fantastic budget blind buy. Much, much better than I expected, and I've spent $5 much more foolishly before. If you enjoy B&BW's Champagne Toast, but wish it was a little woodier, softer and less *sugared*, this is for you. 🥂

Smells like fabuloso but sweeter. Love it

This is a new fragrance for me, it was a blind by and I had no idea what to expect. It is bright and playful and fun.

Love it. I was apprehensive to try a champagne scent because I have tended to smell them as watery which I hate, no this is full bodied and super sweet and lovely. Very sweet strawberry that isnt as artificial as the YBMs but still very sweet bubblegum, girly and tad bit clean girl. A wonderful addition to my strawberry collection.

This is such a gorgeous scent! Sweet, delicate and pleasant. Bubbly sweet citrus. Feminine. I enjoy layering her over Al Rehab's Dalal concentrated oil for some longevity. Dalal also adds a warm citrus vanilla and leans things towards smelling like Viva La Juicy/Gold Couture (and as a card carrying elder milennial, I am beyond addicted to both of those). Bath & Body Works Champagne Toast is another winner. Both are bubbly, sweet, citrusy and girly; Champagne Toast and Haya are like fraternal twins :) EOS pink champagne body lotion is also stunning with Haya. Ariana Grande's Mod Blush could be another cousin: similarly fruity, floral, and girly, but Mod Blush is NOT fizzy. My usual scent grabs are more violet or iris-based, but when I'm feeling sweet and bubbly instead of airy and fresh/cozy, it's great to have girly options!

Haya was one of my first Middle Eastern fragrances, and for over a year sitting with my decant, I talked myself out of buying a full bottle. Too weak. Too generic. Too simple. And yet, despite owning more than 150 perfumes, I kept coming back to it. Today, with summer finally here, I wore it again and realized that Haya is simply irreplaceable in my collection. Wearing it feels like stepping into a watercolor painting. It's soft, sweet, airy, and unapologetically feminine. It makes me feel girly, clean, pretty, carefree, and happy. Yes, it becomes a skin scent on me after about 1.5 hours. Yes, I wish it lasted 3–4 hours longer. But I don't want the scent itself to change, I just want more time with it. There are much better performers in my collection. There are many unique fragrances. But when I want a truly girly summer scent, Haya is still the one I reach for. And after two years, I think that says everything. Try for yourself and it might have the same magic for you.

Very sour and citric opening, sort of bubbly, then a tutti frutti scent and fresh white florals.

This is very fresh, clean, and light. Kind of airy and gently sweet. I would wear this to my corporate job and feel safe that no one will complain.

This is Champagne Toast de Eau de perfume i got both in both arms Dupe dupe .. and i love it

This could easily pass as a dupe of Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture, I’d say around 85% - 90% similar. Honestly, this version lasts longer than the original. Viva La Juicy barely lasts around 3 hours on clothes, while this one goes up to about 6 hours on clothing. It projects moderately for the first couple of hours and then sits closer to the skin. What does it smell like? The main note that stands out is that “champagne-like” strawberry, a slightly sparkling, sweet strawberry, but not in a childish or overly artificial way. It feels a bit more refined for this type of scent. It’s very spring-like, fresh, a bit bubbly, and super easy to wear. Nothing complicated, it just works. If you like the vibe of Viva La Juicy but don’t want to spend that much, this is a really good alternative.

Pretty basic dna, but beautiful. I’d say it’s a pretty safe blind buy. Close dupe of Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture. Has that fruity vibe that BBW Champagne Toast has. I’d say this one smells even better after it macerates for a few months. The fuzzy bottle is pretty, but can be problematic bcs the fuzz picks up lint and dust like crazy. EDIT: Was told today by my sister in law that Haya smells exactly like her favorite Vera Wang Love. So I gifted my full bottle of Haya to her. BONUS POINTS FOR ME lol. Anyway, I’ve never smelled VW Love before so I can’t speak to the similarities, but I thought I’d mention it.

It smells like juicy couture or sweet like candy in the beginning but as it dries down, it smells like pink cashmere from bath and body works. It’s a really pretty girly scent profile. I love it. Edit: I swear there’s a tobacco leaf in here. Could be the mix of the gardenia with the sandalwood. It’s interesting but it makes it feel very mature. Compared a sample of Gucci Gardenia and it’s like 80-90% similar

This reminds me of walking into a tobacco shop where incense, weed, and some kind of flower room spray smacks you in the face while a nice looking Arabian man with a tight line haircut asks if you a want cotton candy or cherry smash vape.

It’s pleasant, girly, fresh clean scent. I get compliments when wearing. Initial spray has very synthetic smell but still pretty. The cool down on me is rosy, amber and champagne. I wish it had a hint of oud, which WAS usually a Lattafa signature. This is more commercial, less middle eastern scent. It has longevity on me and over 6 hours, I still smell it. It’s clean, pretty, rosy I like this for a daily after shower scent. I don’t smell the sandalwood on me at alI. I think I would miss this if I ran out and didn’t buy again. I definitely would buy again when running out. The bottle is pretty but I have reservations with the fuzz and the bottle not looking clean over time. I give it a 7.5 out of 10 stars🌟

safe blind buy,smells fresh and clean def a summer scent! it doesn't smell cheap at all

It’s okay, but not my vibe- a little too sweet for my liking At first, when I sprayed a bunch on myself, the strawberry sweetness really came out. (I see why people say it’s a shampoo kinda vibe) but it does change and get subdued After it dries down (say 30-40 min), from afar, it smells similar to Giorgio Armani’s Armani code pour femme, but with a prominent sweet strawberry note. It’s fruity, but the citrus, musk and other notes come out as well But still too sweet for me personally, although it’s not cloying or headache inducing I must say that I don’t like the strawberry note. If they took it out, this fragrance would be a masterpiece. The strawberry, although when dried it gets subdued, is still too sweet for me, so this probably won’t be a full bottle buy for me, but it’s a nice fragrance, and if I smelled someone wearing this, I’d think they smelled good

I just got this and I’m not sure if it needs to macerate, but smells like perfumed hair spray. Not bad, but not great either.

One of my biggest disappointments. I expected nice fruity playful perfume for summer - and got this shampooe very cheap smell. I’ve let it sit for half a year now - the opening has become a little deeper, but overall it hasn’t changed much. I still smell that cheap shampoo note, and I hate it. Even Zara perfumes smell much better than this one.

Strawberry note made me nauseous and this scent as a whole gave me a headache.

This is not my style fragrance so much any more, younger me would have loved Haya! The opening is very sweet but drydown has more fresh notes in it. It's sparkling, happy, very summery. This is also a mood lifter. You can't feel down when wearing this. A well made strawberry champagne scent in a flamboyant bottle and package. I like this on others.

OK so I bought this a couple years ago and didn't really like it, but it didn't sell on Mercari so I left it on the shelf. Then recently I was hospitalized and diagnosed with hepatitis A (I'm OK now, just tired) and at some point during that illness my sense of smell changed and a lot of the candy-sweet gourmands I've enjoyed recently have been turning my stomach, but I've been craving more tart, sparkly fruity florals. I tested out Haya again and was shocked by how much I loved it. So... no real moral to this story but I am wearing it a lot!

this is beautiful uplifting and easy to wear ! the strawberry is prominent ! it reminds me of somthing but i don't remember but it smells like a shampoo like there's a clean aspect .

My favorite spring summer fragrance In a stunning bottle.. Very unique because it smells like strawberry champagnei love how fizzy and airy and refreshing and sweet and floral this is. All these pink elements combined.. Yum. My favorite for the summer and spring Has gourmand feel to it but is also fizzy and fruity and slightly floral Sometimes I smell whiffs of sweet orange in the air.. But mostly a sweet fizzy strawberry champagne

This is strawberry champagne in the best way. Feminine and beautiful to wear. My husband loves it.

This is definetely reminding me of viva la juice, but it has the same issue as i had with that one; poor longevity - i get at most 1,5-2 hours including the drydown. But for the price, it is not that much of a dealbreaker as it is for the viva la juicy to me. You can easily get some cheap decanters/atomizers and just fill them up with this scent and just spray it on you throughout the day - since you get such a big bottle for so cheap, it is not bad to go through it quickly, As with viva la juicy, the fruityness disappears first and leaves behind a kind of fresh musk that i personally really enjoy. For the price, you get exactly what you want, if you like this type of scent - i will not repurchase when i finish it, because i will continue the hunt for a longer lasting perfume with this scent profile. All in all, this is a ok/like to me. Its a safe blind buy, if you like this type of scent profile

New update Feb 25: I let my sample sit for a while in the hopes that it develops into something that won't be so cloying in the opening. Glad to say that my nose ended up liking it and I was able to purchase a 2nd hand bottle for cheap. 💜 January 2, 2026: This smells very fruity air/car freshener vibes to be unfortunately :( I can smell the fizzy champagne and mellowed fruits in the dry down and that was very nice but the opening was so cloying that I gagged 😭

Definitely Juicy Couture vibes! I was looking for an inexpensive Arab that was similar to Viva La Juicy Le Bubbly. This definitely fits the bill & has very similar notes with the champagne, berries, blood orange, jasmine, gardenia, amber and woodsy notes. Only issue I’m having so far is very little staying power which is rare for an Arab Lataffa. I’ll give it more time because I really love this & Viva La Juicy-like scents. They are all so fun and feminine. 💕 just overall happy & lively scents. & once again, these Lataffa bottles so freaking gorgeous! I display them all because you can’t just put these away in a cabinet. The bottles and juice are always high quality & with the price, you can over spray all day girls!
