Without cinnamon this perfume would be better, cinnamon has very sour effect on this perfume and opening is kinda disgusting
Absolutely gorgeous white floral. The king of white florals imo. This is stunning, sugary, creamy tuberose grounded and deepened out by the musk and cinnamon. On my skin, I could swear there's a leather or pepper note in there to keep this from being too bubblegum sweet, and it really works. The longevity is incredible, and it's a true head turner of a fragrance. If you're looking for a white floral wedding scent with staying power, I can't recommend this enough!
sharp and masculine leaning, but nice
I’ve been wearing this perfume for a week, and it smells incredible on my skin. It’s truly unisex. Cinnamon and tuberose are the most prominent notes, and both the projection and longevity are excellent.
Tuberose, Osmanthus and musk, nice, clean white florals. I do understand the old lady association, but I think it depends on how you wear it, it is probably one of the better ones from Maison Crivelli. It is beautiful and crazy quality as always.
We all have that one "Aunty Sharon". She’s proper allergic to taking a shower, but bloody hell, she loves dousing herself in perfume. Her council house bathroom hasn’t been touched since the 80s—just crammed with ancient Boots lipsticks, blue eyeshadows, and way too much muddy bronzer. Hygiene isn't her thing at all, but she loves leaving a massive scent trail. Even a quick trip to the front gate to grab her benefits letter leaves a stench that lingers for a solid 12 hours. A proper, choking "old nan smell". Absolutely zero class, pure chav.
minimal, synthetic, modern, futuristic even, almost sci fi! smells like colors, smells like chewing gum from 90s and I absolutely love it!
This isn’t reminiscent of any other fragrance I’ve tried. The blend of cinnamon in the opening and the burst of tuberose is just brilliant. It feels too warm in the beginning for summer yet later on it’s not heavy at all but it lingers around you perfectly. This fragrance is also very chic and elegant, I only wear it to nice looking outfits. And I know by heart if I ever see a man wearing this I’d hate the smell. It is definitely a fragance made for elegance and that means, women.
I gave too many chances to Maison Crivelli, but the DNA just doesn’t work for me. There is always something too sweet or soda-like. I like tuberose, but in Amouage’s Love Tuberose. Here, it’s probably the cinnamon, but it smells like Coca Cola.
Maison Crivelli's Tubéreuse Astrale is a creamy almost velvet like floral fragrance created by Quentin Bisch. The Absolute combinations of Tuberose, Osmanthus, and Cistus provide a rich texture to the fragrance and carries a vanillic thread throughout the fragrance without any vanilla present in the official note breakdown. To be honest between this and Hibiscus Mahajád i would have to choose the latter, but I still enjoy wearing this fragrance and it has a very pleasing scent with great performance. It's worth checking out if your a fan of tuberose fragrances.
Well, all I can say I did my best to add it to my collection! Worth it
A new scent profile for me: tuberose wrapped in cinnamon. It stays remarkably loyal to that duo for the next six hours without much deviation. Powerful is an understatement. go easy on the sprays, unless your goal is to gas yourself before anyone else notices.
Great clean white floral fragrance with the perfect amount of sweetness. For me, it smells a bit bubblegumy. All in all, love it!
Ya that’s the last time I try a fragrance made by the Master of Chemical Warfare Quentin Sonofa.
Definitely one of the most beautiful and alluring women's fragrances ever! This will be a hit and one of the most popular perfumes, it's only a matter of time. Although it is strong and the smell is full-bodied, the perfume is light and not suffocating. Great for all occasions and all seasons. The performance justifies the price.
It is so interesting to read how very polarizing this scent is. I`m very surprised as to me (if you don`t overspray because, yes, this is indeed nuclear) this scent makes me almost tear up every time I spray it from its otherworldly and unbearable beauty.
Sexy gender neutral tubereuse.
Candy sweet with a dustiness to it, like buying penny candy at a general store. There is a sour fruitiness that reminds me of starfruit. I'm not a big fan of tuberose, but it was less unpleasant to me here than in other frags I've tried.
Quentin woke up and chose violence
I love this, but holy moly it is so potent, I can't wear this myself. I love tuberose perfumes and Bisch did a nice job with this one. The cinnamon is an interesting note that I have not seen paired with a strong tuberose fragrances. The vanilla adds a little warmth and depth to it, but the tuberose is really the star of the show. This is a beautiful perfume, I just wish it was toned down for more every day wear. I bet this would be a lovely wedding fragrance. It projects a ton.
Fragrantica once again fails to list notes accurately. Here are the actual ones: Indian tuberose absolute Orpur®, Chinese osmanthus absolute Orpur®, Cinnamon Orpur®, Leather, Spanish cistus absolute Orpur®, Carrot seed, Musk, Vanilla. This one is sultry. The opening is FORCEFUL, like, Guidance 46 forceful. The drydown is glorious though — and I will say, I did not like this initially wholesale, but it grew on me. My hot take for fragrances like this (and Amouage’s, and Montale’s): you’re not supposed to be sticking your nose into a sprayed area and sniffing like you’re doing a key. It’s an extrait for God’s sakes. But it’s an extrait that *breathes,* and when it finally does that last exhale, it becomes a pleasantly leathery, spicy, and vanillic aura around you. For some reason, I get a strong sandalwood sense from this one, but I’m betting what I’m actually getting is the Cistus and Leather. Despite its dense sweetness, I’d say a man could wear this confidently. It’s got exceptional longevity — even on skin. I’ve gotten 12+ hours out of a single spray on multiple occasions. This one yields compliments too. Definitely worth trying if you like something safe but slightly risky!
Dry down 100% Gucci Elixir the green one . I had both, and both perfumes Made by Quentin bisch. Try and find out.
Tuberoses with bit spice and vanilla what a pleasant treat. Opening is pretty strong then it settles into creamy floral last till days very potent juice need to spray less. Very sexy gets compliments most of time Something to gatekeep
Like every other Bisch's fragrance, this is also a mess and you can basically smell only one note and that note for me is Vanilla Absolute. I barely smell the tuberose. I just dislike his fragrances and his style, so not for me. You will probably get compliments cause everyone loves vanilla, but that's about it.
Nobody's talking about the price............. ok........
Elephant's Foot ★☆☆☆☆ I admire Quentin Bisch, I really do. He has created some of the most exciting contemporary scents (e.g. Ganymede, Tilia, etc.), and his forceful style is present throughout the industry, whether mainstream or niche, and even emulated by other perfumers. However, Tubéreuse Astrale is a mutant, and a menacing one at that. Undoubtedly one of the most nuclear scents I've encountered to date: so offensively potent that my nose perceives it as threatening. Giants of the past like Opium, Angel, and Amarige are no contest when it comes to the radiance and longevity of these contemporary formulations. But who is this made for? Where can you ever wear this? I naively sprayed this on my hand, not knowing that one spray would evolve into this all-consuming destroyer of worlds, eradicating everything within a 5-mile radius by its mere presence. This is not even a comfortable, creamy tuberose in the style of Fracas et al., but a minimalistic and violently green, fleshy tuberose much closer to how the flowers smell in nature. The grassy gasoline aspect of tuberose has been pitched so high in Tubéreuse Astrale it makes tinnitus seem like a more comfortable experience. Bisch's other tuberose creation, Aldebaran, was equally loathsome and also detectable from space at parts per billion. Writing harsh reviews like this does not bring joy, but consider yourself warned when wearing this in confined spaces. Some reviewers claim this is a compliment magnet, yet I got nothing but complaints, and that was one spray. I admire the courageous artistry and technical skill involved in producing these olfactory deviants, but they should be contained as art museum pieces, not sold as consumer products.
When I learned about the house of Maison Crivelli there were a few bangers that I wanted samples of: Magnetik, Chromatique, Oud stallion, Hibiscus, Infrarouge and this one. Of them all, this was the one I got a sample first. First off. Absolutely NUCLEAR. I wore this at an outdoor festival and remained outdoors from 4pm until 11pm, and even after 11pm it last for another 4 hours in a nightclub environment receiving compliments still. The scent was still there, and I am not talking about an intimate one either. I definitely consider this a beast mode fragrance and it isn't too harsh either. 4-6 sprays can take you a long way. If you want to be memorable, outdoors (all weather is fine, especially spring), make a statement and look for compliments, then this is for you. Ok. Enough for the performance. The fragrance made me realize my affinity for tuberose and it was a good introduction as well. This is the gold standard in my opinion of tuberose and is what i compare other tuberose fragrances too since it is so exceptionally executed. The vanilla and cinnamon blends with it to make a decadent, carnal milkshake of a concoction. This could easily be in my top 5 favorite perfumes once I purchase a full bottle.
Stunning masterpiece: quite linear in performance - which, in this case, I'm very happy with - bold, intoxicating and very sexy. Reminds me a bit of Portrayal by Amouage, but less smoky so more whearable. Definitely my new favourite!
If you have been struggling with compliments, give this one a try.
The few reviews saying this is a bubblegum tuberose or a mainstream/mass-appealing floral, I could not understand less. The combination of cinnamon and tuberose is incredibly unusual and alluring. I think the cinnamon is a touch overpowering, especially on the opening. As it mellows, the sensual and intoxicating nature of tuberose comes through a bit more, but never completely matches the cinnamon. Tubereuse Astrale also lacks a high degree of complexity, which isn’t the worst thing, but a little more development would suit its extreme performance and projection. I love this striking combination of notes. I only wish there was a little more balance between them and a few more supporting notes, especially for the price.
