This is similar to its predecessor Flower Market, but less floral and slightly sweeter without being gourmand. If you're into the Replica line, this lies somewhere between Lazy Sunday Morning and Up at Dawn. It's clean without being soapy, and lightly floral. It isn't groundbreaking, but it doesn't need to be. It's pleasant and smells nice. This lasts several hours on skin, and many more on clothes.
Hands down the prettiest floral I’ve ever smelled it’s soapy without being too much it’s fruity but not overbearing it’s such a light and enjoyable musk this is spring in a bottle I was worried it would smell like grass but it doesn’t , even tho it’s not a note to me it smells like fresh blooming cherry blossoms I’m genuinely in love with this it was such a successful blind buy
LOTV and musk. Soapy, smooth, monotonous, musky and slightly floral. Average sillage and longevity. Meh.
Some of my favorite notes, yet it falls flat. Smells a tad artificial to me, especially the Lily-of-the-Valley and other floral accords. It is a fresh, minimal skin scent that's almost a little springtime windy. Not a scent I would buy a full bottle of.
Quite fresh but also flowery. Not too bad!
I've been enjoying my Springtime in the Park sample for the past couple of days - and it definitely is a scent that smells better wearing than it does from the atomizer. It lasts a few hours, but then you're left with a very faint skin scent that is actually my favorite part of the scent. I kept getting wafts of what reminded me of L'eau Papier, and it was Springtime in the Park's deep, skin scent dry down. The more I wear it, the more I like it. Would I buy a full-sized bottle? Not at this price-point, that's just not in my budget for scents I don't absolutely love. But this is a nice, everyday, easy wear scent.
A few months ago brought my Replica samples on a work trip. There was a synthetic note in this that bothered me when sprayed on paper, so I did not wear it. Its springtime (late May) and I gave it another chance. From a distance it has a clean vibe that I like, but when I smell my wrists I get chemical undertones of a cheap shampoo. After an hour the scent is much smoother. I would consider purchasing for a safe office scent if it was on sale.
Beautiful daytime floral perfume, as in the name it is perfect for spring. The simplicity of this fragrance is quite elegant.
Exactly the way it smells a beautiful springtime day out, sunny, bright but not humid just cozy, airy beautiful day with flowers all around you. It is leaning more on pink flowers, light and clean, soft, coquette feminine. It’s a fragrance perfect for a picnic. Then it becomes powdery but not strong powdery or aldehydic, flowery powdery, clean and pink.
Simple. Floral. Does what it says on the tin, I guess. I’m always looking for my dream white floral-fruity that is supremely fresh, without a trace of powder or soap, and just enough wood/spice/cyphre to keep you guessing and be unlike anything you’ve smelled before. This is definitely not that fragrance. It may be springtime in *a* park, but it’s not springtime in THE park.
i hoped i would like this more than i did! longevity on my skin is not very strong at all, it's barely there a few hours later. it's not a bad scent, just a generic floral soapy pastel pink kind of vibe. it's not as complex as some other Replica scents but like i said, it's nice - just nice, though. i don't get much musk on me, which maybe would have deepened it a little past floral pear juice.
I've had this perfume for over a year. I've noticed that after multiple applications, it becomes a subtly more powdery scent, which I don't mind. I absolutely love this fragrance; it has white floral notes, a soapy aroma, and musky dewdrops. It reminds me of strolling through flowers in a botanical garden. However, it might be too intense for office hours.
It is a good floral, delicate and feminine fragrance. It has a larger construction than is listed in the fragrantica, but very simple. The smell of the perfume is LITERALLY the color of the bottle. If you are a man, this fragrance can disappoint you a little, but if you like naturalness and want to know this nuance of the brand, it is interesting yes. A smell that is very reminiscent of a young girl in a white dress in a flowery field. Many musks, ambroxans, very floral white and pink, and a very delicious pear. Good perfume for the proposal! but don't expect anything from WOW in it. 7,5 /10
It is gentle but too much like a fancy hand soap. Also not what I expected it would be based on the listed notes.
One of the most pleasant spring time scents I’ve tried. I received a sample of this to try and it truly is beautifully done. This is florals but subtle and not a flower bomb. Perfect for a spring day or the office
Easter at Elysian Park
MM describes the notes as the following: TOP NOTES Pear Accord: The pear accord has a fruity, crispy fresh note, with green and sweet tones. It brings a joyful sensation and its mixed inflections between a green freshness and sweet tomes evoke the sensation of Springtime. - Bergamot Essence - Blackcurrant Accord MIDDLE NOTES - Lily of the Valley Accord: Lily of the Valley is the symbol of happiness. Its notes are delicately suave with fresh and bright floral accents. - Jasmine Absolute: Jasmine is green and flora. Its luminosity flirts with its suave and enveloping warmth. Its scent is intensely floral, rich and sensual. Its bewitching scent troubles the senses. Its opulence evoke the intensity of flowers in full bloom. - Rose Damascena Absolute BASE NOTES - Musks Accord - Vanilla Accord - Ambrox®
very, supremely gentle. like dewdrops. lullaby. I can def smell pear. also maybe a bit of a biscuit? kind of reminds me of glossier fleur. it's not as "pink" as the bottle color--- more pastel, more ethereal. I could see someone liking this if they like shampoo vibes, but its more gentle than that which I prefer.
body lotion in a perfume
I initially didn't think I was going to like it as much since I was torn between this and On A Date, both by Maison Margiela. My boyfriend was there when he saw my struggle, so he bought me this one as a gift. Out of the bottle, I did unfortunately pick up on that cleaning product smell. HOWEVER, once I let it sit for a few everything hit me like a bus. Maybe this doesn't need to be exchanged after all! It's a comforting and clean springtime scent. Immediately brought back to living in Brazil when the flowers blossomed, chewing my fruity gum in the park with my sister. "Memory in a fragrance" for sure!
I found Springtime in a Park to be a rather entertaining and remarkable "fruity floral" scent, though admittedly one that does disassociate from anything close to a realistic flower. It is certainly nothing like lily-of-the-valley, and is even dissimilar to most other constructed muguet accords. Also that note of pear doesn't recall the fruit either, though certainly there are very sweet and juicy nuances in this scent profile. While I enjoyed the startling stimulation of this almost bizarre floral fantasy accord, I will admit it goes rather off-brand for a company claiming to be making environmental replica scents. I find myself doubting any living park in any season, including Shanghai in 2010, ever smelled quite like this curious perfume.
Pretty spring florals with juicy pear and a classy musk base. Def not my favorite, but still very nice and I will definitely wear in the spring.
The only downside to this wonderful fragrance is that it's hard to find
Crispy, dewy fresh opening of white florals and pear. Reminds me of a floral breeze on a spring morning, the name fits like a glove. I get no green accords, but a serene forest in the mountains and pink skies comes into my mind. Really uplifting, but delicate and fleeting. After 1 hour the dewyness disappears and a light musky sweet scent remains for maybe another hour or two. This is why I will not purchase it in a bigger size, I adore the opening but it does not project or remain :(
looove the name and the color, don't looove the scent...
i agree with the reviewer below this, it smells like a cough syrup and cheap bubblegum, it doesnt smell like florals to me at all
Absolutely horrid. I genuinely wish I could unsmell this. It opens fresh and floral for a few seconds, but the moment it starts to dry down, this awful, sickly cough-syrup smell comes through and completely destroys it - I’m assuming it’s the pear. My nose is clearly very different from a lot of the reviewers who describe this as fresh flowers, because to me it’s just nasty. An instant scrubber.
A bright fresh airy scent that is delicate and light. More feminine leaning. Opens with a note of bright pear and settles to a nice floral with clean musk undertones. An innocent smelling simple scent for sure but captures the essence of a dewy park well.
There is no springtime in this, no park. A basket of fresh laundry with too much detegent or/and softener. Dried in a dryer, not outside. Quite masculine on me but this is probably due to musk note. I have a sample only and will not buy a full size bottle. Very longlasting thou. I can smell it for hours after applying.
an underrated scent in the replica line! such a fresh floral beginning and somehow ends with a candy-ish scent dry down(for me at least). one of my first fragrances :>
