Roses Greedy

🌹I absolutely adore this perfume. To me, Roses Greedy is the definition of a comforting rose. It’s soft, elegant, feminine, and effortlessly beautiful. I love it so much that I even wear it to bed sometimes. Despite its gentle character, it has surprisingly good longevity on my skin. It’s easily one of my favorite rose fragrances. I actually reach for it more often than Roses Vanille, which I also love. Roses Vanille is richer, sweeter, and feels more like a cold-weather scent, while Roses Greedy is airy and versatile enough to wear all year round. The jasmine never overshadows the roses. Instead, it plays a beautiful supporting role, adding softness and depth without taking away from the star of the show. A stunning, comforting rose fragrance that I never get tired of wearing.🌹

This is straight up a compliment magnet whenever and wherever I wear it. It’s strong but not overwhelming; potent but not offensive. From the initial spray, to the dry down, this perfume is wonderfully blended. It starts with a fruity citrus bomb in the opening. The peach introduces a freshness to the citrusy mix of orange and black currants. The same peach note will give way to the white flower notes that mellows down the otherwise sharp rose notes present in this perfume. Picture yourself leaning down to sniff on a rose and jasmine bouquet. The mixture of said flowers balances each other perfectly. Then the coconut milk enters the mix in the dry down, which adds the creaminess and depth to the bright concoction. Further in the dry down, the musk manifests along with the amber and sugar, which exponentially sweetens the perfume. It’s also the same white musk that improves the longevity of this scent. And somehow even with the musk and sweetness, this does not feel cloying to me or anyone who has ever smelled this on me. I love wearing this during high summer heat, but honestly, it can be worn all year-round, through any occasion. Just adjust the number of sprays accordingly. I get so much compliments whenever I wear this perfume, and I even inspired some people to get it themselves. Truly beautiful!

This rose is sharp, modern and clean. It hits the right spots but yes, it's not a natural rose but it does not need to be to be likeable. For that experience, go to Eau Rose by Diptyque. That is a very beautiful natural and airy rose. I find it interesting that this scent precedes Delina. They are both build around rose, just like Chloé Eau de Parfum (which I register as genius and as the first one of its kind to reintroduce rose to the younger audiences as something incredibly popular, (though I never wore it myself)). It's definitely more similar to Delina La Rose with its pink pepper opening and just as fresh but Roses Greedy is more complex and fun. Roses Greedy is a contemporary enjoyment and I find it quite peculiar that it didn't get more attention when it was released.

I like this. It's very dominant in the room, lasts for long hours .it has a distinctive Rose blend profile that stands out. It's gorgeous on me and doesn't smell like anything else in my large rose collection.

If the jasmine in this fragrance wasn't strong, this would smell almost identical to Roses Vanille, and similar to Intense Café from Montale. I'm not a huge fan of either of those fragrances, but I was hoping the rose here might smell a little different with the different combination of notes. It does not. For my nose, the rose smells just the same as the other two. I'm not a fan of the Mancera/Montale rose, because it's a bit tangy and sour(kinda like Delina, which I'm not a fan of either.) Something about the rose in these particular fragrances smells a bit smoky too(like a rose cigar or incense). The smoky vibe makes it smell super synthetic. I think the jasmine saves this one for me. I absolutely love Velvet Vanilla so I think I enjoy the way Mancera does white florals. I get that grape soda vibe from the white florals here, something I adore. It also does turn a bit soapy for me, and ends up smelling similar to a body wash from Olay called Rose Water and Sweet Nectar. I do like that body wash a lot so, I'd say this is definitely a blind buy win. The performance is pretty good for me. Sticks to my clothes the whole day, I can still smell it at the end of the day. I don't think I would repurchase. I'll enjoy it when I'm in the mood for a sweet, clean, soapy, rose and jasmine scent.

This smells like a nuclear power rose fragrant face cream to my nose! rose x10000 and face cream! It’s pretty. I kind of crave it sometimes! Not really anything like roses vanille. That one has vanilla as the star. But this one is creamy sweet rose only. It’s very feminine in my opinion

It's just so fire. Smells like a great blend of fresh fruits in the opening, and then straight roses and vanilla-ish sweetness in the dry down. It's not cloying in ANY way. I genuinely don't know how anybody CAN'T like the smell of the fragrance. 9.6/10 in my opinion.

To me this just smells like flowers. It’s so well blended and a little sweet. Very pretty but it’s nothing really groundbreaking. I wouldn’t categorize this as unisex.. this is extremely floral and feminine. I was expecting something a little more complex but it’s generally a nice fragrance. I’m just not sure that I’ll personally reach for it.

I just received it, and at first spray I was a little bit dissapointed. But after 30 min, its gorgeous. Exactly greedy roses, like you stuff your face into a bouquet of pink and red small roses (the ones that are growing against the house walls). It has a bit of sugar coating, and surprisingly leans into Valentino Born in Roma Gold edition with jasmin and raspberry.

I love this. It really takes over a room and you don't need much to do that. Lasts for hours. I got 8 hours yesterday. The blend works so well with my body chemistry. My nose picks up mostly the rose, coconut, musk, benzoin and pink pepper. About halfway through the wear I start picking up the amber as well. The fruits just give it a sweetness that balances everything. The rose reminds me of the one in Roses Vanille. It's gorgeous on me and doesn't smell like anything else I have. My husband asked to wear it today because he loved the scent trail it left in the bedroom after I left for church yesterday

This one lasts but you might not smell it in on yourself after a few hours. I got a compliment on it the other day and I thought for sure it was gone, however that was not the case even with one spray. The sillage is apparent to others. It's a beautiful fresh and sweet scent. I do think it is indeed unisex as there is a musky base that would probably lean muskier on a man's skin. I have been reaching for this daily since buying, it is easy to wear and happy.

My favorite rose dominant perfume. This is how I want my rose to smell—creamy, full-bodied, but also a touch delicate with some sugar sprinkled on top. In all actuality, it’s not a photorealistic rose scent, but those are usually too suffocating for me personally.

I love this fragrance. Unfortunately, it doesn't last on my ph. I am looking for body care products in this fragrance, hoping that layering will improve its performance.

This perfume is simply addictive.I would describe it as a sugary floral bouquet captured in a bottle. It embodies the essence of playful femininity yet doesn't lack depth. Performance (Beast Mode) The performance is spectacular; it's truly a "Beast Mode" fragrance. Every single time I wear it, I receive a flood of compliments on how enchanting and captivating I smell. • Longevity: It is incredibly long-lasting on both skin and clothes. • Sillage: The sillage (scent trail) is phenomenal! A friend told me, "I can still smell you even after you've left the room!" and immediately asked me for the name of this enchanting scent.💕💐💐

This is a gorgeous squeaky clean rose... Truly so pretty. Not an "old lady" rose at all, but I do feel only a very soft, pretty and confident girl can pull this off. Sadly, I'm a sad, frumpy nonbinary character in chinos.

This one is clean rose scent with crazy longevity and sillage yet its extremly light, signature worthy.

It's a YES for me! Smells so beautiful, especially in the dry down. This is a fresh rose, I almost want to call it a rose on the lighter side - but there is something that adds depth, this isn't a fleeting rose by any means! There's some fruit, or "candy-ness" added with the rose and some musk. Actually, I get a nice dose of musk - and I think this is what's giving the rose its depth...the musk makes this rose so sexy, especially in the dry down. The dry down has that musky, sexy rose - and I'm even smelling some peony. This is a beautiful fragrance!! I did a sample/test spray of ONE spray on my wrist, 10+ hours ago and I can still smell Roses Greedy as I move around.

It’s too feminine for me to wear very often, but I love to spray this on a tester strip and smell it. I got a bottle (blind buy) because I found this for $44.99 on aurafragrance and whenever I see a mancera that cheap (or really any niche brand) that’s an immediate buy for me. I don’t even care that I won’t wear this too often, I got an insanely good price and it smells amazing. Very very floral, take hibiscus Mahajad, add musk, take away the jamminess, and amp up the rose and this is what you have. 12 hours longevity, strong projection, be careful on the trigger, but ladies, this will allure men I promise you 😭. You do need to love florals though or else you’ll hate this. 8.1/10 on me, 9.7/10 on my girlfriend

Clean and fresh. Not at all what you would expect from the name.

From its vial loveliest of rose. On, wet, less so. The alcohol more noticeable. As it dries, and it dries a little sticky, (like many Mancera's and Montale's) it’s a very nice rose and there's the tiniest bit of mint in the depths when you’re inhaling nose to skin. Gets mintier, blooms instantly. 10m in, it’s rosy but not nearly as much as the opening and from the vial, I detect no fruit or gourmand notes in this. There’s nothing objectively wrong here but nothing to recommend it either. 30m in, it’s a gentle and vague rose that’s sweetened a bit, from the sugar and vanilla in its base, but there’s no reason to invest in this if one’s in search of a rose fragrance. It’s doing nothing particularly well. After an 1hr 30m this is still only vaguely rosy only now with both peppery and powdery qualities.

I ordered samples of this and roses vanille together, both blind buys. I thought I would like roses vanille more but roses greedy is SO good. A beautiful and girly rose scent. You do have to love roses and heavily floral scents to enjoy this as the name indicates. I have a lot of rose perfumes and this might be my favorite! I could see myself wearing this every day and will be buying a large bottle asap. It also reminds me of a scent I’ve smelled before, maybe an old Victoria’s Secret perfume or something from my childhood. I would say this is a beautiful and youthful perfume for a floral lover. It definitely invokes the mental image of a young lady who spends a lot of time in a rose garden on a sunny day.

I have to say, this is a beautifully blended fragrance, full of fruity and floral jasmine nuances. But honestly, it’s not for me. It feels very classy, elegant, and a bit too reserved for my personal style. I find it more suited for cooler places or formal occasions , definitely not something I would wear here in sunny Miami. This smells of rose lokum (Turkish delights), beautiful candy-like blend of florals and fruits. 8/10.

Bought in blind, as an avid rose lover, and no regrets. The opening is on the tangy side, very green and refreshing. Sadly, very little coconut or pink pepper, which I wholeheartedly adore. The tanginess soon turns creamy floral, with rose being the most prominent character here. Drydown is on the sweet side (NOT gourmand sweet, though). An absolutely outstanding creation from Mancera, it generates compliments and what I certainly appreciate the most is that I haven't smelled it on anyone so far. I'm not a big fan of wearing a fragrance that is also worn by half the population due to overwhelming marketing campaigns. (I remember the time when half of the office wore Coco Mademoiselle, La Vie Est Belle or Black Opium. The place was literally saturated with the same fragrances worn by my collegues) Roses Greedy isn't a safe blind buy and I'd recommend getting a sample before committing to a full bottle. The price of this juice reflects its quality; it projects well and clings on to your clothes for days. It lasts almost all day, without the need of reapplication till 6th-7th hour. I'm still testing it but it's likely going to take the spot of my signature fragrance. That is until I test Roses Vanille which I've just ordered. Roses Greedy is a remarkable juice, amazing for any season. Thumbs up, Mr Montale.
