The most noticeable notes are green apple, followed by lemon and lime. If you enjoy fresh, citrus-forward fragrances with a clean and vibrant character, you'll probably like this one. I think it works best in spring and summer, especially on a cool summer evening. On my skin, it has moderate projection, and on clothing it lasts for around 8 hours. It's an easy-to-wear fragrance with a refreshing profile, ideal for anyone looking for a bright citrus scent without excessive sweetness.

This is a girly perfume, it takes me back to the early 2000s. My mom used to wear it, and so did I, so it is a nostalgic fragrance for me. It also takes me back when I smell it on someone, even now-a-days. It is an easy perfume - it is young, sweet, fresh. However, I feel like because it is an easy perfume, people can easily go overboard with it and spray too much. As it happens to most sweet and citrous perfumes, it becomes overbearing quickly, simply too strong, and I don't think it softens that much throughout the day. If you put just the right amount, not too much, it is really really good, especially for Summer.

Lemony, apple, sweet (praline) scent. Cute bottle. I like sweet scents during cold months. But if I select one scent from this line it will be Nina Ricci L'eau (now it is discontinued). Sweet parfumes have a big cons - oversaturated feelings for short time of using.

In light of the recent overuse of modern and sharp aroma chemicals in perfumery, my appreciation for Nina has grown. The apple, praline and floral notes exude an aura of carefreeness and joy. I also think that Nina is suitable for many seasons and occasions, but it might get too cloying in high heat due to the sweet praline note. The only thing that could be better is longevity and sillage when spending time outdoors and moving around because it will have become a skin scent within three hours, it could however be a suitable office scent as it performs better during quieter activities. In any case, I still prefer a smooth and soft fragrance that needs reapplication to amberwoods and sharpness. Interestingly, Nina also reminds me a lot of Our Moment by One Direction.

Smelling this is like walking through an apple orchard on a cool autumn day. It's so crisp and zesty, and I definitely smell green apples. It feels like a very girly scent that feels fresh, light, and slightly sweet. The opening is a bit shampoo-ey, but not in a bad way. But mostly I just smell apples. My husband who adores green apples immediately complimented me the first time I tried it on and really likes whenever I wear it. The dry down is softer, sweeter, and more subtle. I smell less apple and more florals, and it has strong longevity and noticeable projection. And ofc the bottle is to die for!! I love, love, love it and feel like it's the prettiest bottle I own. This was my first Nina Ricci buy and between the gorgeous packaging and delicious scent she has completely won me over.

This is the first perfume I bought myself, when this came out it used to appear on Vogue's magazines that my mom used to buy, I was so captivated by the bottle and the TV advertisement was graceful too, it's just so cute and fairy-tale like and I have always loved that vibe!, I haven't smelled it in a long time, but back in the day I used to get a fruity-woody fragrance on my skin, the most prominent notes were the apple, lemon, praline and woods. Very nice for everyday use.

I love this one. Can't wait to repurchase a nina bottle.

Sweet, 'sticky' and fruity. Bit of a shampoo vibe. But the dry down is way to sweet for me to actually wear. I had this in my early 20s and have a small bottle in my collection for nostalgia. I think the bottle is so fun.

This is such a pretty fruity floral for the warmer months. It projects well and has really good longevity. It is definitely not super unique yet there is something very special about it. I personally wouldn’t call this a fragrance for younger generations. I think it’s a very beautiful and universally appealing fragrance! The light musk and cedar base grounds this into a beautiful more sophisticated fragrance. So any age will enjoy this beauty. I remember the ad campaign well and was sad to see a recent documentary about the poor model’s tragic fate. It reminded me to revisit this. It now gives me a haunting sense. But that’s not what the fragrance implies. It’s light and bright in the opening but then warms so beautifully into a sweet, cozy and luxurious feel. It’s really nice!

I put off trying this for quite a while under the misconception it would be unbearably sweet like modern fruity floral or too soapy and artificial like older ones....I've never been more wrong. It's a fresh, citrusy gentle apple that I always wanted DKNY Be Delicious to be (a nice scent, but this one is magic). I also always value a simple perfume , so this keeping it easy and breezy really works nicely for me. If I see it on sale, I'll get myself a little bottle.

This Nina by Nina Ricci perfume is beautiful and it smells so nice and girly and flirty I'm in my 20s but it still suits me and I remember my mom had Nina by Nina Ricci when I was a little girl I remember the smell and the bottle and the name and its a good perfume and its not to strong its good on my nose and since its a eau de toilette I have to keep reapplying but that's ok

Smells like my long-lost girlhood (I was 9/10 in 2006). A free sample came in the mail and I loved it. We were poor so I never had my own bottle. I've considered getting it now just for nostalgia's sake. I'm sorely missing my childhood and times where things were simpler/felt more safe/less frightening.

I smell Mr. Cresp's fingerprints all throughout this blend! It's a happy little fragrance. Simple. Charming. Bright. Uncomplicated. Possibly rather pedestrian too...more downtown than uptown. It smells of shampoo meeting wafts of dessert, but it also smells of an echo of Light Blue. I'm mystified as to why more people don't notice, or at least don't mention, the similarities. Specifically because it's made in part by the same artist (perfumer). I like it. I love the opening lemony-fresh notes, I wish they lasted (of course they don't, it's a top note). I enjoy the drydown, although it's somewhat generic. Again, it's desserty, but also shampoo-y. Overall, it's safe, clean, fun and optimistic. I don't feel the need to own it, but I recommend it heartily.

After many tries of trying to like this on my skin, it is a fail. Something about the dry down makes my stomach sick. I cannot tell what it is. No matter. I will use it up as a room spray.

kind of just had that generic, slightly floral, rubbing alcohol perfume smell. did not pick up on any apple, but maybe its for the best because apple notes usually make my head ache. just not what i was imagining.

I have the EDT iteration of this fragrance and it's very fresh and fruity with good projection. I get a lot of citrus and strong cedar that I don't mind at all! It's quite sweet but the wood stands out the most on my skin. It smells exactly like the box my family's Christmas decorations were stored in so I really enjoy it now for winter where I am... Lovely scent memory...

So sad 😢 I was super excited to smell this cute little thing, but unfortunately I only get thick musk - so strong and heavy that I can't smell the other notes. I had the exact same issue with a few Lanvin perfumes too. I think a lot of people are anosmic to this musk though, so there's a good chance many will just pick up the other pleasant notes. Always test before buying!

I think my mom had one when i was a child and i always loved the apple packaging. i always wanted to own it. so this year i finally own my own one. and in honor of my favorite model, Ruslana Korshunova, the beautiful woman who sadly passed away in 2008, the same year i was born in. the scent is clean but fresh, not overly cítrical. i love the apple scent, the sweet freshness. its a very cute fragance, not to strong but its beautiful. perfect for spring and summer, that fresh, apple, girly touch.

For me, this perfume is such a classic. I've had it twice, and it is true that nowadays there are other perfumes in the market that I like a bit more, but this one is such a beauty! A girly scent, neither too intense nor too sweet. It's not fresh either, but it is the kind of scent that everyone finds pleasant. Fruity and floral, the bottle is super cute 😍 So many flankers, but I still prefer this one.

Clean sweet apple scent. It's ok.

My highschool perfume, I went through two bottles back then, with the third one being left intact - now a nostalgic keepsake next to my current perfumes. It doesn't last long on me. Clean, fresh, zesty and sweet, it's very spring-summer and happy go lucky.

So I had the Nina Nature flanker, the mint green one, and I must say this is exactly the same but slightly softer, a tad bit sweeter and less harsh. The lemon in here blends perfectly with the apple. I don't get very much sweetness from this, not in a candy apple way, but it's not bitter either, a perfect balance, it does smell like a fresh apple, fruity and not sweet cloying. Good option for spring and summer. Slightly reminiscent of a car freshener.

I was gifted this perfume during work’s Secret Santa and I was very surprised. I knew later that it was from a close male friend. I loved the sweetness, fruity and also that it was light. It was different from the other perfumes I owned during that period. Nice one.

This weirdly smells so much like lemon loaf from starbucks

fizzy and crisp apple rounded with florals. a delightful little mood-booster, this one is more for you than for friends or strangers as it seems quite weak to my nose. it's darling while it's around though! but maybe i'm just predisposed because my mom loved bella when i was growing up :-)

Let me tell you about Nina. She's clean, she's zesty. With the power to repel mosquitos. You'll be smelling like a citronella candle for a whole 40 minutes before it fades into nothing. I recommend DEET for longer mosquito protection.

Much less sweet and more floral than expected. Fragrantica’s perfume finder kept suggesting this to me based on other things I like, and after reading words like “sweet gourmand heart” and noting the launch year, I was hoping for something along the lines of Britney Spears’ Fantasy flankers with a toffee-covered candy apple twist. But Nina is a green and somewhat astringent woody floral perfume with little resemblance to those fellow aughts sugar bombs. I was apparently expecting too much of the praline. I got raw green apple, lemon, peony, and wood—quite strong and classically feminine, but not appealing to me personally, now or in my younger years. Based on my experience I would reorder the accord tree, placing “sweet” much further down the list. The bottle is completely darling and I would have been delighted to display it had the juice not disappointed me.
