O Zaad destaca-se como um verdadeiro perfume coringa, oferecendo versatilidade e sofisticação em uma única construção. É uma fragrância muito equilibrada, com um aroma limpo, elegante e agradável. Entendo que sua grande vantagem está na adaptabilidade: transita com facilidade entre o ambiente de trabalho e compromissos casuais, funcionando bem em praticamente qualquer estação do ano. Very good. To me, it's the best fragrance in the Zaad line.

Zaad is an aromatic, green barbershop fragrance — as “barbershop” as it gets. It smells masculine, fresh, and clean: like you’ve just stepped out of the barbershop, got yourself looking sharp, put on your best clothes and you go out. The mix of green notes with a sweet-aromatic fits perfectly for this crisp, clean masculinity like old-school Axe deodorants I had as a teenager: masculine, fresh, clean, successful, good-looking. The Serbian oakmoss makes it a "Man's fragrance". It definitely has compliment-magnet potential, especially for people who prefer fresh scents over sweet, amber-heavy ones. It leans toward Chanel Platinum Egoiste, but it’s a sweeter, has no metallic notes, is way less complex, and with weaker sillage and longevity. Platinum Egoiste is basically the big daddy of barbershop scents. If you’re into barbershop fragrances, this one works for absolutely any occasion, in any season: the office, dinner with your partner, a business meeting, the gym — you’ll always smell fresh, clean, and well-groomed.

I really never mind about ZAAD perhaps because all the others perfumes I was looking for to be the signature one. From O Boticário, it was always Quasar, Connexion, Arbo, Portinari, and some others. Malbec is a great creation. But ZAAD is right to the point. Gives me compliments and is pleasant to wear. It doesn't feel complex and it is fairly linear, which is good. It's just a beautiful and clean perfume that feels like autumn and spring and never tires my nose. My favourite from the house.

#1293 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Zaad "Classico", Zaad "Expedition", Zaad "Venture", Zaad "Mondo". If you've smelled one you've smelled them all. Just pick one and don't bother with the rest. It's like getting every Paco Rabanne Invictus flanker. Why bother? The Zaads are all more or less the same, all great freshies, except "Artic" which is pretty mundane. I think this original scent is the best of the breed, certainly the best quality for longevity and projection, but like all freshies you'll respray at lunch. The only Zaad I still want to try is Santal, but I can't find it. Might be discontinued for all I know. Anyway, they're all attractive and masculine, all priced reasonably, all fresh and clean with citrus and green. Car pool, elevator and small office safe. Versatile for any wear.. If I could only own one freshie, Zaad Classic might just be the one. Way better than any Invictus or XS. Still planning to get my hands on the Botica 214 scents in July. Only four appear to still be available. So stay tuned.

Smells like a lighter version of Hugo Boss XY. Not as powdery as XY but otherwise similar. Lasts 4 to 5 hours. Decent spring summer fragrance for day time office use. Don't over pay for this... Enjoy!

Good perfume, but there is something present in the drydown that makes me not like it very much... But, contrary to what many say, in my opinion it is not that similar to Egoiste Platinum.

Great quality. Not that close to Egoiste Platinum - maybe the amount of dihydromircenol, but not nearly as metallic as the Chanel. Dries sweeter and smoother, as well. Well, trying to disqualify a perfume like this is, at least, dishonest. The best part: it doesn’t have that yucky dry down common to almost all of the masculine line of o Boticário.

Smells similar to Egoiste by Chanel. Not sure if it was meant to be an imitation but Egoiste has a much better dry down.this is a good option if you just care for the essence and looking at saving cost.

A fragrância mais versátil que tenho, ele consegue se encaixar super bem desde uma ocasião formal até um encontro romântico. Apesar de ser Eau de Parfum é mais intimista. Cheiro excelente e viciante.

great versatile fragrance, not a bomb but still very powerful. I remember a girl calling me, because I gave her a bag of candies and she could smell my perfume in the bag and it reminded her of me.

To me this feels like a straight copy of Chanel Platinum Egoiste but I see more people have voted thumbs down than up for that particular comparison. It's clearly not as well made as Egoiste but I'm not sure how anyone could argue that they don't smell alike. If you want to have that smell at a more affordable price point, then Zaad is certainly a sensible option

Opens very citrusy, based on a somewhat boozy and slightly bitter-sweet green chord of juniper berried lemon, evolving to a dense coriander green heart with touches of this and that to make it highly pleasant. Very high quality result, niche-like. Sensual, modern, sexy and fresh. It's a more fresh, powerful and inviting take on Frapin L'Humaniste. Good enough performance, but it requires a lot of spraying.

Much like albany male soaps, it has a fresh with a spicy far away. I don't feel So many specials in them, I feel more the green notes, with an aquatic background, in 1 hour it is intense, then gets closer to the skin, super intimate, lasted only 3h30 in my skin, and then it is a calone notes aquatic .

Ao contrário do que reviews anteriores dizem, este perfume de genérico não tem nada. Perfume único e sofisticado. Usam equivocadamente em dias quentes, pois ele desanda e pode incomodar. Em temperaturas amenas esse perfume é fantástico.

Perfume verde genérico que tem uma fixação de deo colônia... cheiro muito comum e vulgar... sem personalidade... senti uma péssima sensação de deja vú quando experimentei... e pior...pareceu uma cópia de algum outro deo-colônia de O Boticário... o único trunfo desse perfume é ser fácil de comprar e ter uma boa distribuição... o preço também é caro... dá para comprar importados muito melhores... Quem diz que é "excelente" não conhece NADA de perfumes... O Nativa Spa Guaraná e Verdena, o Stilleto e o Ego Dolce são esquecidos pela marca mas são muito melhores e com preço mais acessível(Apesar dos dois últimos serem cópias do Azzaro/Drakar Noir e do Angel/Fantasy)...

Zaad é um belo perfume, pelo menos para mim, o usei por alguns anos, e sempre que o usava alguém perguntava se era perfume importado... Na minha pele ele abre com notas frescas cítricas, de Bergamotas especificamente, e alguma especiaria que não identifico qual, depois ele fica super confortável (não confundamos com fraco), e especiado com um leve ardor do Cedro mais miolo de Cravo fresco, dá para perceber alguma flor lá pelo meio que equilibra tudo e deixa ele mais profundo. Por fim, percebo ele como um perfume de rico por ter Musgo melado de Almíscar e mais Sândalo conquistador. Ele vale o investimento por deixar transparecer, quando é usado, uma felicidade plena e um bem estar agradável! Fixa e projeta bem, super bem um aroma bem inovador.

I bought that perfume for my husband and I love when he wears it. It's soft and gentle. I agree that it costs a bit more, but it's worth... trust me.

Too citric, it reminds me of insect repellents made of Citronella Oil, it smells just too awful on my skin besides it is too expensive. 6/10.

Too expensive for a Brazillian fragrance. I don't understand why Brazillian fragrance companies like to sell those male "Eau de parfum" for a high price. The most male fragrances are eau de toilette and have more projection and fixation than these Eau de Parfum like essencial masculino from Natura and Zaad. I prefer to buy an international fragrance than paying like +-R$140 (+-$65) for a national one just to say it it Eau de Parfum.

Great perfume, the fragrance is very pleasant. Use as aromatherapy. The fixation is excellent. I can feel it for 10 hours on my skin. Men's fragrance different, unique, for men of good taste. The packaging and bottle are very beautiful.

This scent begins with alot of alcohol, and extremely sharp notes. The notes are so sharp, they hurt you. The Juniper is like a cheap gin, and adding the coriander and bergamot just makes a mess.The middle notes take on a sweet scent for sometime, so sweet it feels sticky.The scent dries down and settles into a scent similar to the old green Polo at the same time leaning towards some inidentifiable, boring and typical, yet favorite classic Avon scent for men. The amber and the sandalwood in the base notes offer some cushion and consolation to the catastrophic mixture, combining nicely in the end..If you can ignore the other notes that hung on. The positive notes for this cologne is that it is different, unique, unexpected, and it gave me pleasant memories of my father; it is a very masculine scent and traditional in the drydown. The fixation is long lasting. The negatvie notes are that the perfume is too strong, too stinging, and it's a cacaphony of notes with a sad & miserable feeling at the end of the symphony. This bottle from O Boticario has a blasting jet spray for the atomizer also.
