forgettable. sweet powder with [maybe not] freshly cut stems. survived the heat.
Ok, I just finished my 50 ml bottle of this that I've had for about 5-6 yrs now. You smell guava & sweet orange in the opening (not citrusy) and it is further supported in the heart by sweet white florals. A well-blended frag where you don't smell too much of one note. Lasts about 3-4 hrs but projects nicely for the person who's wearing it... on warm skin. An elegantly pleasant fragrance where you mainly detect a true blending of sweet fruits + musk. Very versatile but not strong enough for cool weather or evening wear. Feels like your skin but better. Perfectly named "Nude".
I miss this one. So pretty. An easy reach for me.
I enjoyed this in my early 20s. I got it as a gift originally and used a full bottle. When I repurchased a few years later, it was still lovely but just not very “me” anymore. It’s definitely a more “young” fruity-floral. I can see it suiting a lot of young women, even today. Overall, it’s a great perfume with moderate longevity and projection. It’s very inoffensive, I can’t see anyone calling it overpowering so it would be great for a work perfume. That’s when I used it and I worked with the elderly at the time.. if it was “too much”, trust me, those old dears would’ve said so 😂
This perfume smells Very Much Like guava Also very fruity and Woody
I got this as a present in my early 20's. Fragrance was definitely age appropriate, I don't really see it being worn by mature women. It's just way too young and sweet like expected from celeb fragrances. It's intense on application but smell disappears very fast which kind of justifies the price. Over all it's great for teenagers to wear all year round.
It’s not bad, it’s pretty, but kind of just a bit boring to me. If you enjoy a very light inoffensive skin scent, you may like it. It just doesn’t do much for me. Perhaps it will bloom in the heat, but for now it’s just ok. I would only wear it for daytime, around the house in spring or summer. But I have so many others I like more for that.
I literally passed a bottle of this just sitting at the train station. Now, for some reason, l wonder what it smells like. I could have snatched a free bottle, but I didn't bc I didn't like the black one
This is the only one from Rihanna’s Reb’l line that is for spring/summer wear. I love her whole line and own them all 🤍
Purchased the body mist version for less than £10 and I must say it has stayed in my collection for years I can never bring myself to get rid of a Rihanna fragrance even if I have that many perfumes that I don't wear it so often But every single scent I pick up on is perfection, right now after I sprayed one spritz onto my hand it's projecting towards my nose as I'm writing this review. Now body mists don't usually last long anyway so I can't talk on the longevity of the parfum itself but the body mist lasts a long while on the skin and on clothes. It's rich even tho it's a fruity floral scent and it has aspects to it that I have NEVER smelt in a scent before and I've had my fair share. I'd say give it a try, Smell it in stores if you still can but if not this is a very safe blind buy if you like most of the notes, this scent is that rich and full of vibrancy that I'd wear it day or night during summer and even during the day during autumn (I'm British). I hope this review helped 😊
For some reason on my skin this smells similar to rebel' fleur and baby lotion. Not sure why just heavily reminds me of baby products. Its not bad, but it is confusing.
I’ve probably had my bottle of Nude for over 10 years so far beyond its prime but its been stored well, in a dark temperature controlled environment and so it still smells pretty accurate to me. At first I was confused by the fruity guava notes but there is something slightly sharp and prickly at the end of the whiff that smells like guava musk to me. Smells exactly like other musky florals from this era. I found a super old bottle of Ralph Lauren’s Tender Romance which also opens with a pear note and has a musky base. They’re very similar, with RL being a touch more refined and well rounded. Another oldie but goodie in my collection that smells exactly like this with completely different notes is Snowflakes and Cashmere by BBW which you can find for under $20 online. Imho no good reason to buy this at inflated prices. It smells like so many things you can still get your hands on more easily. And dare I say, better compositions of it too.
This perfume is so well blended to my nose that I can't pick up the notes. To my nose it smells creamy (like almond), sweet (like juicy fruits), floral with coconut water. In the dry down is also smells berries. Now I look to see the note at Fragrantica and I was so confused because I have guava tree and I say it all the time and I didn't even smell it as a top note. I love this.
To say that I was underwhelmed when I first bought this would be an understatement. I wore it a few times, found it to be extremely weak and unmemorable, put it away. Fast forward several years and I'm looking through my excessive collection for perfumes to offload or use up. I choose Rihanna Nude, planning to wear it a few times to see if I want to use it up or donate it. I'm not sure what happened between buying it and digging it out of my stash, but I fell in love with it! I started wearing it to bed and it was so soft, cozy and relaxing that I couldn't stop wearing it, went through the entire bottle and bought another one! Admittedly, there's nothing groundbreaking, or scene-stealing about this perfume, but I find it addicting all the same. I can't pick out specific notes in this one--everything works well together to create a slightly fruity, creamy, musky, cozy composition. I might track down another back up.....
I saw a full bottle of this at a train station once a long time ago. didn't smell it or even pick it up. Now I wish I'd snatched it
Rihanna’s Nude is a fragrance that I absolutely love to wear. It has a clean, just stepped out of the shower type of vibe to it. The opening notes of guava, orange and pear are so juicy and beautiful. The creamy white florals at the heart of this fragrance feels like a bed of spring flowers covering your skin. The sandalwood, musk and vanilla in the dry down give Nude a warm and cozy appeal. I love smelling this beautiful aroma on my skin. It has great sillage and projection. It lasts over 10 hours on my body and better suited for the spring and summer.
I wouldn't say this is too floral-heavy, or at least headache-inducing. I bought this 4 years ago and forgot about it, and I think it's a lovely floral! It's very warm.
Purchased in 2014, 100ml for £25. Rihanna Nude reminds me of a summer daytime scent, it's light, fresh and fruity. I can imagine it being worn at the beach. It sits close to the skin, so light that it's barely there. I don't get on well with these types of scents, they under-perform for me and do not have the longevity that I can experience with either Rebelle or Reb'l Fleur. Nude is pretty, it's relaxing and unoffensive, if that's what you are looking for. It would also make for a good bedtime scent where you can fall asleep and not expect any longevity from it.
Rihanna’s perfume line must of been discontinued because I saw this going online for over $200 a bottle wow. I purchased this scent a little over a year ago maybe two years ago for $33. Sad to see her perfumes are becoming hard to find in my country considering how iconic they are. This scent itself is almost identical to rebel fluer but slightly lighter
This one is musky, soft, light and a little bit creamy. I like it more than more expensive famous scents. It’s also quite unique as a smell. Ideal for an all-year-round everyday choice. Nothing groundbreaking, but it suits all occasions. On my skin it had a weird under-note so I couldn’t wear it with much pleasure… although I really liked the smell in general.
I actually really enjoy this basic celebrity scent. I actually get more of a warm, woody, Vanilla than a fruity concoction. I get mostly pear, Gardenia, vanilla orchid & Sandalwood than anything. If this was made in better quality it'd get a lifer. But unfortunately b/c it is so cheap this beauty doesn't last that long and has a slightly synthetic opening. But she's still worth it imo.
This used to be very nice, unfortunately the whole Rihanna line is discontinued. I'm guessing that is because Rihanna got back on her high horse and thought she is too cool to have a cheap celebrity line of perfumes and ended her contract with Parlux in order to make a Fenty perfume that costs 5 times as much.
It took me a LONG time to get into this fragrance as I bought it thinking it was light musky and fruity but I get none of that. Instead it's a much more musky even a little bit of woody vanilla winter scent on my skin. Love layering with other perfumes and great for the cold weather.
a musky, sweet, fruity tropical perfume. I regret giving mine away, but it's too young and juvenile for me to picture wearing it to work
Amazing scent, so warm and seductive. ❤Surprisingly great quality for a celebrity perfume. I got so many compliments when I was using it 😄
Love this fragrance it last all day on clothes, such fruity opening and its fresh n slightly creamy in the drydown 🩷
a nice scent! Spectacular scent? No way Jose. It's fruity and basic. However, in it's defence, it doesn't seem to me as a scent that's supposed to be mind blowing considering the name and the ad photos, it's supposed to be almost understated. Plus it is a celebrity scent, so take that as you will.
Well blended, creamy ...i love the start but i hate the dry down .... sillage and longevity are weak
Smells like eating the guava candy you can get at your local asian market. Not as bright and fruity, a little more artificially sweet but still fun. Layer with a bright lychee perfume or champagne toast or something to enhance the juicy candy fruitiness.
This was definitely one of my favorite perfumes but I smelled it recently and it was too strong and gave me a headache. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a long lasting vanilla scent.
