Strong and nice! I like it .
Sigh. I’m in love with this fragrance! I have an EDP from 2016 and it’s gorgeous. It reminds me of Beautiful and Tresor back in the 90’s. A bouquet of luscious flowers with some sandalwood and musk. Very nice. This has some iris that makes it feel a little different than the others. A bit of soap too. I’m quite enjoying this elegant lady.
UK heatwave glow-up unlocked. It’s only 10:15am and already 27°C, and I just sprayed this perfume for the first time since spring… and oh my days. What used to be clean and soapy in cooler weather has completely bloomed — a full bouquet of white flowers, bright, airy, almost sparkling on my skin. I’m actually obsessed. Girls, in this kind of heat, this is the summer scent. Signature perfume energy.
A bit boring and bland, not much levels to it.. there's way better for the price range
This fragrance is an og floral, like the 90’s. Opening smells like strong yellow florals, its creamy in a floral kinda way not in a gourmand way dries down and smells like og talcum powder. Perfect gift for ladies in their 30’s. Beautiful fragrance
Just lovely. The lily of the valley is so nice and lotion-y. I love soapy clean scents and this one fits the bill without being too astringent or aldehydic. It’s still so soft and floral. Sure it’s not the most “in” scent in 2026 but who cares? You will not catch me smelling like cereal milk
This perfume is ideal for the floral lover (hi <3) that wants something simple, fresh clean without breaking the bank. It's a plump, floral soapy lily perfume, with the other ingredients occasionally coming in to say hello. As many reviewers state, the scent is best suited for work or formal occasions that require a inoffensive and reliable scent. Due to the sugarpocaylpse of modern perfumery, I think this can pass as unisex clean scent. It gets the job done effortlessly and stylishly.
Dainty. Classic. Elegant. Simple—yet strikingly beautiful. Vera Wang for Women opens with a soft, soapy freshness that immediately feels clean and refined. It’s a delicate bouquet scent—airy, floral, and effortlessly graceful. Just like the campaign suggests, it feels made for weddings… and I can absolutely see that. This is the scent of a bride in her quiet, glowing moment. There’s something here that reminds me of fresh linen and soft cotton—crisp, comforting, and pure. It carries that same inviting cleanliness that makes you want to keep leaning in for another sniff. The longevity isn’t the strongest, but honestly… that almost works in its favor. It gives you permission to overspray without it ever becoming overwhelming. And trust me—you’ll want to. This is one of those fragrances you can’t stop smelling once it’s on your skin. There’s a softness to it, like a sensual hug—clean, intimate, and quietly beautiful. It doesn’t try too hard, yet it still makes a statement. To me, it smells like happiness. Like anticipation. Like the kind of joy a bride carries on her wedding day.
This is a pretty basic scent. I like it, but it’s very typical. Nothing shines out in this fragrance as unique to me. It’s one of those scents that would be an easy reach for daily wear and would not be offensive to almost anyone. It’s just pretty. Classically pretty. It would a great fragrance for those who are just starting out wearing fragrances, and it’s super affordable! The longer it’s on skin, the prettier it gets. I do believe a reformulation probably took place at least once, I have an older and a new bottle and the older one smells better. Or, it may just age well over a couple years if stored properly.
I cannot say anything except… that wasn’t a much of a success blind buy I get literally no gardenia all i get is vintage muguet with hints of rose and obvious citruses The opening is such a disappointment Soo 1993 aldehydic fresh non-creamy florals i get a vintage aldehyde accord really noticeably ( which i really dislike ) After some minutes it settles on a citrusy vintage muguet scent really plain literally no character or personality whatsoever Super generic and boring stuff i can easily call this a bad version of 5th avenue I do like 5th avenue actually 🛑 TAKE MY ADVICE 🛑 don’t even think about blind buying vera wang when a fragrance that called 5TH AVENUE EA exists Waaayy more personality and more balanced creamier more creative muguet scent with the half price of vera And almost much better projection This vera stuff doesn’t last a 30 min on me while 5th avenue performed much better 5th avenue doesn’t smell aldehydic or plain no character vintage muguet 5th avenue is a more sophisticated style of muguet much better and way more interesting and creative Trust me and grab 5th avenue unless this scent holds a really special memories for you
SHARP opening - good god, like getting a bite of fresh ginger with how it smacks your nose. Immediate dry-down into a gentler, shy, lily scent that mixes towards bouquet and makeup powder. I enjoy it! It's difficult to find a perfume these days that earnestly smells like actual flowers. Downside I can note is it doesn't last nearly as long as you'd like :(.
The scent is nostalgic of what I used to wear in my early 20s. Lovely cheapie that can be liked by anyone. A bit boring in my opinion but for anyone who wants a simple clean rose scent it is likable. I mix this perfume with narcisco rodriquez for her and it takes it to a whole other level! highly reccomend layering this perfume with more rose scents!
Its the only Vera Wang that lasts on me. I've had many vera wang perfumes in the past and they have all been insipid/generic and never last longer than a body mist. This one however, has a classical clean floral scent. Im a teacher and I think it suits me and my environment. I don't wear this at any other time other than work.
I've been "borrowing" this from my sister this week, having never tested it before, and I'm a little bit obsessed. I'm surprised it doesn't have any non-citrus fruity notes, as this almost reminds me of biting into a juicy pear during the first few minutes. The base notes linger for hours and hours on me, even after a shower. It's probably the name "Vera Wang" getting into my head, but it's hard to not associate this scent with images of elegant bridal gowns, expensive wedding venues, and white floral bouquets. It's delicate, intimate, romantic, and nostalgic. I don't see this becoming a signature scent for me, but it's been fun cosplaying in my imagination as the pure-of-heart leading lady in a 2000s rom-com.
This is a very elegant beautifully blended floral fragrance. It can be worn anywhere without offending anyone. It is now available at a very good price on many sites and I’m pleased I took the risk and bought it without sampling first. It is quite soapy though.
As the review below says, this is a clean white floral scent. Very elegant like Vera herself. This would be a beautiful wedding scent. It’s slightly sweet, some citrus but primarily white florals.
A very clean, sophisticated scent that is light and fresh. White florals are perfectly blended with a fruity note, smells like a green melon to me, although this is not included in the notes. There’s a smoothness to this scent and no hard edges at all, very well blended. I don’t get much powder and I don’t think it’s an older person scent- maybe 25 and up. I adore vintage spicy, powdery florals so this, to my nose, is clean, fresh and light. It’s subtle and gorgeous, sophisticated and refined. Someone described it as dainty- yes, it’s when you want to feel feminine, fresh as a daisy and delicious. I agree it would make a good wedding perfume. Lovely, would buy again for this price. Would be a good gift- safe buy in my opinion.
Vera Wang is an abstract floral scent—very feminine and elegant. It’s not a unique, statement-making fragrance, but rather simply pretty and graceful, staying true to the description on the official Vera Wang website: “Incredibly intimate yet subtle, a bride’s fragrance remains with her long after the ceremony is over.” I love it for what it is, though I wish the bottle design were less awkward to hold when spraying. I place Vera Wang in the same category as 5th Avenue by Elizabeth Arden, Pretty by Elizabeth Arden, Pleasures by Estée Lauder, and the like.
lovely fragance a little soapy but nice and elegant scent.
I don’t see how people would dislike this fragrance unless it just doesn’t go with their body chemistry or they only like fragrances with strong sillage and unusual notes. This is a clean, light fragrance that I find pleasant and wear when I’m with people who “don’t like perfume” because I do like perfume. I find I can apply just enough that most people are not bothered and I can enjoy the fresh notes.
This surprised me! It's such a beautiful clean girl fragrance. The sillage is wonderful but not too much. This is quiet luxury and so affordable you cannot afford not to have it if you like white florals.
This perfume is definitely soapy but in such a lovely way. I can't stop sniffing myself. I don't feel like it's dated or too mature. It's good after shower fragrance that makes you feel clean, fresh, pretty, and dainty. This is a personal space type of fragrance so you may need to reapply after an hour or so.
@devaluxe was on point. I love this soapy, nostalgic scent, like a bubble bath at my grandmother's house. I'd be so happy with my bottle if it weren't so incredibly weak. Likely due to reformulation. It might smell strong enough when you test it on your wrist or smell the nozzle, but if you overspray yourself, people will still barely smell you, at least not after 30 minutes. Affordable but at a cost, my atomizer ended up broken, and it's hard for me to spray this.
I really enjoy this scent for the full 30 seconds that it lasts. I overspray like a mutha and can still barely smell it. I thought maybe it was me so I asked someone else if they could smell me and I got “Um, maybe kinda?” If they amped it up it’d be a lovely spring floral scent but as it stands now, even cheap as it is, it’s probably been watered down and doesn’t even make it as a body spray anymore, sadly.
Underwhelming and easily forgettable. Never met such a "plain Jane" perfume ever. Gave mine away.
Really want to like this, but it smells a bit too soapy to me. It's not a bad smell, but I have a sensitive nose so it's impossible to wear. The florals are STRONG so if you're a white floral person who doesn't mind smelling like soap, try this! Decent sillage and wear time for a decent price.
I had high hopes for this fragrance and truly wanted to love it. However, I find the scent to be somewhat dated, and it seems more suited for a mature woman. The powdery floral notes dominate, and I wouldn't consider it a safe blind buy.
There's something very old school and slightly aquatic about this, but a few minutes in and there's an overbearing muskiness that I can't stand. Sorry if you love this perfume, but to me it smells almost exactly like my turned bottle of Clarins Elysium.
I wrote this off at first as an older lady soapy floral scent. However there is something refreshing about this perfume but also comforting and a bit mature but not so much its stuffy. I reached for it again after reading reviews on here of it being a wedding perfume, I have been wanting to feel more feminine and this has really done the trick for me usually when I would want to feel more girly I'd reach for a heavy vanilla or super sweet fragrance which are up in your face sexy/cute but this feels like a proper romance smell which is understated but intoxicating if smelt close enough that makes me feel elegant.
Fly killer spray, that's it
