Hands down my all time favourite perfume. This was the first ever perfume I got and is still the perfume I swear by. I've only got the tiniest bit left and I'm devastated it's been discontinued. It's such a fresh spring time smell that was my staple scent throughout the entirety of my uni days. I wish I could find this perfume again, or at least something very similar - but nothing can beat this beautiful fresh and floraly scent.

This perfume was my signature for a couple years and I loved the gentle floral notes. I just smelled Tommy girl after not smelling it for years. in college, ha so many girls were wearing it when it came out. Tommy girl smells super similar to Versace pour femme in my opinion. They are both gentle and juicy and smell shampoo like.

This perfume was one of the first purchases wehn I started collecting my babies at first I didn’t like it and wanted to sell it again but the chic well for bottel stopped me after two years I start to smell a hint of Guava note which I love and give it a try My daughter came to me and said you smell like old money lady in a very fresh way now half of the bottle is gone 😅

Nose Note #471 Just what I like in womens perfumery. Juicy, fruity, not overly sweet Dior J'adore type of scent. They definately went for J'adore. Average performer. Won't work in very hot days, but otherwise you could use it all year round. This just happens to be what I especially like on my wife. Jasmine and lilac are very prominent. Not the most unique scent nowadays, but J'adore is a recognizable classic. 8/10, sparkling

I’m shocked by how much I hate this. It IS beautiful, but offends me. Imagine an incredibly successful Hollywood Producer: richer than Croesus, fresh face lift, embarking on his 4th marriage to a much younger woman. He declares he’s “never been in love before” and commissions the MOST BEAUTIFUL perfume EVER for his bride. The result would be Versace Pour Femme Eau de Parfum. Insincere, too much, desperately trying to convince oneself that death can be evaded. Yuck. The tester bottle listed the notes as: Top Notes: Living Dew Drop, Hydroponic Guava, Icy Black Currant, Purple Wisteria, Lilac Middle Notes: Lotus Flowers, White Nymphea, Living Atmospheric Orchid, Living Angel Wing Jasmine, Living Azalea White Lights, Living Azalea Snowbird Base Notes: Musks, Warm Delicate Woods, Atlas Cedar, Bourbon Vetiver, Kashmir Wood, Cedramber I’ve always despised Azaleas. Perhaps that’s the root of my reaction.

The perfect dupe of Versace is hifi by Darrick Lamb! Just take my word for it. There are no longer room for positively voted similar perfumes because some time ago they started putting the negatively voted same smelling perfumes in the front because people were complaining about others down voting perfumes they thought we're similar. I mean, what is the point of the vote, then? So they just stormed the capitol, er.... the reminds me of section. That was the most important part to me! Other than the pyramid.... Which they also screwed up. They have single notes listed multiple times yet you can only vote for that single note that single time. What's the point of that? I actually never understood why they listed the same note in the pyramid more than once to begin with, but now it just makes even less sense, since all l could figure was that they did that because there was so much of that note so people could up vote it, or not, each time it was listed. I do like that they took my advice and added a hate and ok button though. Oh well, I guess they can't please everyone, however logical the site could be....

This scent was what gotten me into perfume for the very first time. Like warm cashmere on a winter morning, this just envelopes you in ways that's very classy yet feminine at the same time. My go to scent even after 15 yrs and amongst the many other perfumes I had.

This Versace is mainly characterized by its freshness. It also smells of flowers, perfect for spring and summer. So far, so good, nothing weird, nothing horrible. However, it has a kind of acidic aftersmell that I really don't like. Impossible to say what but now that I see the pyramid I think it's the slight acidity which can bring guava, as well as its very particular smell which bothers me. I finished it anyway (which shows it's not that abominable), but it took me a while and I didn't enjoy it at all. Definitely worth testing before buying because although it may seem quite innocent at first glance, this little acidity will bother you if you are sensitive to it.

i wore this in the late 2000s for about 3 years straight. repurchased three times. that means i really liked it. it’s an unusual floral combination. it’s bordering on being aquatic. it has a wetness about it. it’s kind of dreamy. i got many complements on this. it had good lasting power. i feel it’s a spring and summer scent. can be worn day or night. i wore it when i was going out mostly. so it sat or stood with me while waiting for a table at a restaurant or a concert. that was mostly when strangers complimented me. one friend of my great uncle’s whom i only saw me once or twice a year, if that, came and sat next to me, so she could smell my perfume! she said she hasnt smelled me for so long and liked my perfume. this is probably my favorite versace perfume. it’s got a freshness about it. the guava is juicy in this. it is a work of art. i recently got a bottle and im too scared to spray it. i hope it hasnt been changed. ive become weary of smelling perfumes i used to love, because theyve changed so many. the lasting power of the older creations is usually gone, the stages and delicacy and their uniqueness is usually gone. i know it’s just perfume, but to me perfume is everything. more important to me, am i really saying this, than even shoes. if i have to leave the house in a hurry, perfume is the one thing i do. wash face, brush teeth, pile hair on top with a claw, perfume, and out. no makeup, no look in the long mirror, no care about how i look. it’s how i smell that’s most important to me. please please please let it be the same one i knew. and not labotonized . of course, there’s also the fact that it is old and even a new one still wrapped, may have lost some or all notes.

A gorgeous bouquet of flowers! It also has that Versace dna that I love. And a shampoo vibe. The florals are beautiful! Reminds me a bit of Pleasures but much better. A tad sweeter.

Elegant, inoffensive, fresh. IMO, nothing much to say about it.

This is such a beautiful perfume!!! I absolutely love it, but it’s a bit too floral for my personal everyday go to. It has a delicious sweet nectar scent to it. I highly recommend trying it.

Clean, springtime, glamorous perfume. Similar to J’adore, but more tropical. Sadly discontinued, but you can get it on eBay. It’s worthy.

Jesunelle, I am wearing this perfume today because I found the bottle in a box I left on a shelf. It has a few drops in it. My nose says it smells like J'adore. The classic one.

I love this beautiful, feminine, floral fragrance. One of my go-to’s during springtime. Unfortunately, this seems to be discontinued.. if anybody has a bottle they want to get rid of, please hit me up. I haven’t found a good dupe on this yet :( it does remind me of Gabrielle by Chanel, but that’s not quite it..

Light, sweet, pretty floral, but it's actually too light on me. I had to spray the whole 1ml sample to smell it at all. The dry down is much better and is very reminiscent of J'adore but with a little less depth. It's a nice fragrance but the only way I would get more is if it was extremely cheap.

Perfect fragrance for the summer, safe for not finishing with the headaches or nauseous. It’s light, refreshing, how a summer fragrance should be. Good to wear it during the day or nights.

Slight soapiness , mostly jasmine with "purple" and woods in the background. I get the idea of lilac but it really isn't a real lilac. Not very sweet, but very floral. It's pretty but nothing special. Too "high pitched" for my personal taste.

Growing up, there was an old wisteria plant in my parents garden that I truly loved, I remember putting my whole face on the sweetly scented flowers and inhaling all the wonderful scent. This perfume definitively brings back that memory to me, maybe because my brain selectively picks up the wisteria note, between all the other notes. I do feel the initial guava scent, not a fruit I love to eat, but it’s surprisingly pleasant on my skin. Rhododendron is another flower plant that was in my parents garden and that made me curious about this perfume but my nose cannot catch it, yet. A lightweight flowery perfume for the day, easy scent for the office, too bad it doesn’t last on my skin more than one hour.

Sweet Spring Swing. 💐 This is spring in a bottle, Perfumites! I got gifted "Versace Pour Femme" by one of my best friend's mother for... one of my birthdays. One of the teenage ones; don't remember which. Yes, this is the same mother who inspired me to buy my own "Champs Elysees". She also wears "Miracle". In short, she is my spring perfume guru. She is my Spring Goddess. Yes, she's 30 years older than me. Which basically means she knows what's what! When I first got it, it was during peak season of the Fruitchouli Juggernaut, so I wasn't convinced. But I wore it - because I'm accommodating. Also...did I mention it was a gift? I'm no fool. I finished that bottle. And some years went by. Yet every spring I missed it. So, what did my (by this time: adult) sweet self do? Yep. I bought me one of these. I did it again when I finished that bottle. So don't listen to them folks who say this is 'boring' or 'generic' or 'uninspiring' or any combination of the three. They probably don't know what's what yet. This is *beautiful*. It's also fresh, pretty, feminine, fruity, floral, clean, and naturalistic. It's also green while also being purple. Confused? Don't be - Kitty will help you out. The greenery is the lovely fresh crispness that elevates this is to one of those scents that make you feel you've just walked through a highly-fragrant garden after a gentle mist has settled. There are dozens upon dozens of those gorgeous purple lilac and wisteria plants around. This is my favourite lilac scent. Like, hands down. There are other scents that have lilac in them that are similar in profile, i.e, "5th Avenue", "Pleasures", and... "Champs Elysees". However, this is *predominantly* lilac. And it is glorious. It's close to being my favourite wisteria-dominant scent, but that mantle may belong to "Daisy Dream" which also have a similar scent profile with the beautiful fresh, clean, fruity floral that's perfect for spring. This one is slightly more grown-up than DD. It's who DD aims to become when she's a woman ("Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman"; you feel me?). Can we take a moment to appreciate the bottle? The hard, heavy glass is delightful to feel in your hand. The cap is sturdy and clicks nicely, and the Versace emblem created like a carved piece of art? Oh, perfection. The downside here is the colour. Yellow is wrong. This is 100% a pastel purple perfume💜. The longevity is pretty good, but the sillage is heavenly. Also...it ain't gonna break the bank. I understand the comparisons to "J'adore", but - for me - this achieved what that did not. An intoxicating, feminine elegance. I've heard a nasty rumour that this has been discontinued, but I can still find it rather easily in stores and have done for years since I first heard this, so this remains to be seen. Might still buy a back-up bottle or two...just in case. As for you, Perfumites? Toss your impressive mane back and allow this elegant scent to engulf those around you. It is very fruity scent because of guava. It is fresh and flowerly because of lotus and other flowers. It has tropical vibe. I have Giorgio Beverly Hills Blue and it is very similar or better say it is on the same line - it has guava, too. If you cannot buy Versace, you can try Giorgio.

This smells like Eglantine to me. I rediscovered a tiny Eau De Parfum sample in my stuff that I bought when I bought a bundle of tiny perfume bottles from an estate sale. This tiny sample was in there and I don't remember ever discovering it because I HAD NEVER TRIED IT ON and had only smelled the bottle. Once I put it on it turned to Eglantine to me, a very very light scent. I was shocked that I could actually wear and tolerate it because I can't wear most colognes but then I realized it was and Eau de PARFUM which means I might have a better chance of enjoying it and surprisingly I do.

This has been one of my go to for several years. I really can't say that I have a signature scent since I'm way to promiscuous when it comes to perfumes. I have a really large collection that is always growing so I rotate a lot, but naturally some of them are a bit favored. I live in a cold climate where summer is short, but I feel that this one can be used all year round. I see that most have marked it suitable for spring but although I use it all year round, I associate it with autumn. Could be that I first bought it in the fall and mainly used it then, cause I get images of red and orange colored trees in my head when I smell it. It is a non-complicated scent that smells put together. Although it is a bit fruity in the opening it is not like a "fun" girly scent but a classy one, however it is not mature and definitely not dated. To me It dries down smooth and soft feeling like a beige cashmere cardigan on an early and sunny autumn morning.

definitely a sweet floral but a bit too tropical for me. maybe the purple floral just isn't for me but that and the guava definitely stand out on first whiff. maybe the musk will come out more on drydown but it's a little one-dimensional at least at first for my taste. still a pretty, mild scent though. 8/10

Meh, it smells like a Febreze spray.

This is absolutely divine ! It became my go to fragrance when I was in my thirties and forties. It’s such a beautiful , fresh , floral , amazingly put together . So much so , that my two daughters kept using it and I had to buy them a bottle each . It’s rather a compliment that my girls loved the same floral fragrances that I do , cause you would think adolescents wanted to portray their own identity and not smell like their mother. Saying that , this fragrance is not a girly , sugar pop floral yet it’s not a mature, soapy powdery one either . Now that they are in their late twenties, we all still love this non-offensive , day time , summer master piece in my eyes . It’s a fragrance I will wear all throughout my life and that’s the main aim of any perfume house .
