Cherry Smoothie 2022

(My reviews are just for me, keep scrolling otherwise) I do not understand how so many people like this one, at least at first. It smells sharply of rotten cherries and nothing else. then it cools down into something less intensely bitter yet a little citrus-like. I can't sense the plum at all. The dry down is better. I'll still wear it, because its huge, but if I want a girlish sweet scent just GO FOR VANILLA MAN

almondy, photorealistic cherry. did numbers on the downtown girls of 2024, too timestamped and archetypal a smell to keep wearing. good mems. picturing this one alongside a bright red electric guitar. fans of lost cherry would like.

Insane cherry bomb for the price. I've had a bottle since 2022 and it has macerated so much it turned amber. To give you an idea of how strong this is - I've sprayed like 2 or 3 puffs on a synthetic fur coat and I could still smell it 2 days later. For Zara standards, this is a beast fragrance. HOWEVER, and I really feel the need to stress this, despite what the name suggests, I would NOT wear this mid spring or in summer if you're in a climate with warm and hot weather. It's cloying, it's nauseating if worn in high temperatures. I'd urge everyone to spray sparingly and use it in colder temperatures, or else you risk giving yourself (and others) a headache and nausea, and I mean it! I can not compare its performance with the original it's trying to dupe, since this was the first perfume I've smelled of this profile. Overall, a very strong buy from Zara despite not being a Jo Malone creation and I don't use this word lightly.

Smells like almond and honey. Very warm and sweet scent. Not my thing but it's a good gift.

It does what it says, cherry almondy vanilla. Probably the only fruity scent I own because theyre really not my thing. But It is a really good cherry note for the price, obviously, it is not a cherry ambitious by the seven notes cherry (zara's one is more juvenille). BUT I have a confession to make. I bought this perfume as a dupe for Tom Ford Lost Cherry because I heard it smellt like decaying bodies and I was curious, so... I can't compare it because i have never smelt that but... I dare to say that corpses don't smell like a cherry smoothie.

Apparently unpopular opinion, but I actually like it. Sure, it's not the best cherry perfume and probably can't compare to the expensive ones. But given the price, it's not at all bad. Maybe a bit too strong and sharp in the opening, the first whiff can give you a headache. But it dries down with a nice powdery and very almond-y cherry scent, that gets softer and more cherry-like with time. Also, lingers nicely on clothes.

I like it. It’s warm sweet and spicy a fun niche scent. Wouldn’t dream of paying Tom Ford 300+plus for the OG.

Very vanilla powdery kinda scent with cherry thrown in. Very innocent and childlike. Would fit in the coquette aesthetic.

I'm not a fan of this one. It is incredibly sweet and syrup-like. I think I let it sit for an entire year, and the scent still did not get better. Bummer that I got the biggest size...

It's really nice at first, but that cherry quickly becomes overwhelming and nauseating.

Reviewing this as a male with a wife who has it. It is effing amazing. Sillage is enormous. Maybe you don't get it if you wear it yourself, but the second she sprays it in the bathroom i can feel it in the livingroom 10 meters away. It does come with a cost of shorter longevity, but not short. I get wiffs of it easily 6 hours later. I am surprised it is not marked as unisex, i can easily see a male wearing this on an appropriate occasion. Another banger from Zara, and it doesn't smell cheap in any way. You need to like sweet cherry scent tho.

definitely not my favorite cherry fragrance, but given the price, it is not bad. layering it with a vanilla fragrance helps mellow out the heavy syrup-like cherry note.

Im on my continual search for an amazing cherry fragrance as its my favorite flavor. This week we’ve received my first Zara fragrance, Cherry Smoothie. Ive heard nothing but acclaim and have been recommended this frequently, To say im unimpressed is an understatement. This is like if you sucked all the passion, love, and life out of Banana Republic’s “Dark Cherry & Amber.” Cherry Smoothie is no more than a cherry scented conditioner…no dimension, no character; just childish fruity hair care products. Even if I did really like this, its pretty weak and sits close to the skin. Ugly bottle, cheap spritzy atomizer, and non-performative perfume. Don’t think I’ll be trying another low quality Zara offering anytime soon. 🙃

It’s actually a beautiful cherry. Not sure how it compares to TF as this is supposed to be a dupe, but this one itself smells great for a cherry. Not that syrupy synthetic cherry either. It’s like, a bright cherry, layer it up with a vanilla scent for playfulness or pair it with cedar or patchouli. I like this alone too, but it doesn’t last the longest.

I have tested it in perfume store because I was heard that this is a dupe of "Lost Cherry Tom Ford", I didn't test "Lost Cherry Tom Ford" before, but I don't think so if there any one bear this fragrance. This perfume like medicine fragrance, the cherry note dosn't have the sweety smell like "burrberry her" for example, and you will get the dry down after 3 hours ,hence, this two long time to still smelling this disgusting fragrance. It lasts 12 hours on the leather or more and one day on the clothes or more. I have tested it before boycott, but I advise any one reading this review you will find another perfumes more well mixed feminine and beautiful than this perfume within the same price in Avon or Lattafa perfumes. Sampled this in my quest for a honey fragrance to capture the B Never B shower gel by Lush, made in the late 90’s. This is absolutely a honey scent without the artifice of sugar amping up the point. For me there is a beautiful wax crayon aspect in the background, rather the beeswax note reminds me of crayolas in primary school but there is nothing infantile about this. Warming and without corners it is literally mellifluous with a journey of wear that maintains fidelity to the initial spray and does not end and a cliche of vanilla as one might expect. In fact the absence of vanilla is an appealing dimension given the well worn path that gourmand fragrances take these days. If you are seeking honey fragrance that has depth, dimensions but retains its essential ambition through dry down, I think you willlove this. I enjoyed testing it enormously. Though I have not yet found my B never type perfume I have enjoyed this first experience of this highly regarded brand.

The opening smells like cherry candy in a bit of a childish way, almost like candies you eat for a sore throat. Then on skin it turns into a very strange honey smell? I don't really like honey in fragrances so this was a no from me. If you like the smell of honey you might enjoy this. It lasts pretty long compared to others from zara too.

Blind bought the 30ml bottle and honestly glad I didn't go for the big one. I find it awful after spraying right away. Smelling a fragrance has never made me physically gag but this did the job! Smells like vomiting after having too many amaretto sours with notes of a cheap berry scented candle. The dry-down however... I'm not mad at it. It's okay and much more pleasant, has the typical ZARA vanilla tonka DNA. It's longlasting and I believe the sillage is decent but I have yet to wear it outside. You either love it or you hate it and I truly understand both sides!

This is a "compliment getter" if that kind of thing matters. It has really nice projection and longevity and so I'd say it's a good bang for your buck. It smells tart, sweet and woody and is both juicy and powdery in texture. Would work well in most seasons, except maybe the height of summer. While fruity and playful, it's not your typical "youthful" fruity fragrance. Has something about it that smells grown up. On my "like" scale of 1<5, this is a 4.

I'm recently getting interested in scents so my point of view is very on the amateur side. Im a very nostalgic person and often I try to find scents that make me feel that way or to recreate a moment. As I read in another comment I've never smelled a cherry I don't really know the scent of it and I don't even like eating them but i find it to be such a pretty sight. Bright happy spring, cherry candy bought after school, almond blossoms that announce warmer days amidst the evident cold weather. I don't really know why but it reminds me of lost in translation, it's lovely, coquette and on the feminine side. I'm not a particularly feminine person but I feel that when I wear this I feel like a beautiful delicate flower. In my country I can't find Lost Cherry so I've never smelled it but I think that it must be this x100 and fancy but I'm happy that I can afford this beautiful scent at such a great value. It may smell cheap or artificial to some people but I'm okay with that if it makes me feel happy and carefree

This is VERY addicting! I blind bought this and don’t get me wrong.. I’m iffy when it comes to cherry fragrances! However I seen almond in the notes and read some other reviews and I JUST KNEW I would love this. I do not get cough syrup cherry. I get a juicy dark Cherry with a hint of bitterness. This is sweet while also being powdery and I do get the comparison to cherry chapstick. I bought the older bottle / formulation. This is perfect for everyday, I can see this being a compliment getter. The dry down is so YUMMY! I feel like a powdery/creamy cherry bomb walking wherever I go. Very tolerable. If there was a cherry shortcake doll, this is what it would smell like! I don’t get all the negative reviews for this? Lost Cherry was more boozy and syrupy and that one gave me cough medicine vibes whilst also giving me the ick. Haribo cherry gummy candy, but in a bad way. No no no no x20 The good thing (which is bad, in my case because i hated this) is that it lasts forever and projects.

This is a waxy Cherry chapstick in the best way possible. Has a smokiness to it as well.

It's cherry! Which I happen to like, but many don't. It's similar to Tom Ford's Lost Cherry, and definitely a good dupe if you don't want to splurge on TF.

Sister sprayed it on her jacket. Smelled nice at first but developed into a cough syrup-like scent. Not much of a fan of cherry scents I guess. Super long-lasting on clothes from personal experience!
