Stunning! Great for summer. Received so many compliments from e teenage girls . Why its discontinued?

I take it when I want a lighter version of Eau Des Sens

Oh my goodness, this is lovely. On first spray, it is a beautiful, fresh citrus with some bitterness, a mixture of neroli and fresh mandarin. Then after a half hour or so, some beautiful super-sweetness begins to appear, the fairy floss! How gorgeous. I just sprayed it at Chadstone but want to get a travel spray now as it is so beautiful. I don't agree that this has been done a million times, the top notes yes, but the mandarin does add something less common and then the fairy-floss at the back is a unique twist.

Анонім

A high quality citrus neroli fragrance, has been done a million times, this is a nice version of one of the most basic blue fragrances.

The opening is truly promising, but ten minutes in—you keep waiting for something to develop, yet nothing much really happens. There’s neroli—if you aren't familiar with the scent, I wouldn't recommend it without trying it somewhere first; it’s like bitter orange but muted, floral but not quite. Anyway, once the cotton candy note kicks in, it stops being a viable choice. I’ve got it: you know those old powdered detergents from the 80s and 90s? Omo—specifically the old Omo formula—if you know that scent, that’s exactly what it is.

I’ve been meaning to get a bottle of this for a while but I recently saw it had been discontinued and hard to find. So I finally went for it and I’m so glad I did. This smells like Blanche mixed with sweet citrus and a bit of neroli. Obsessed.

A fever dream of summer that I want to stay trapped in.

Анонім

On me it opens as too sweet and not citrusy enough. Rather synthetic than natural, so I pass this one.

It smells like a good dream. Where everything just falls into places... it's pleasantly sunny, not too hot,, you roll around the soft grass, you're smiling.. you feel happiness in a bottle. It's magical.. Like some playful fairy put a spell on you, to get you happy. When you miss the sun, this feeling every winter, you spray this and it feels like that warm happiness again

Beautiful juicy sweet orange opening. It's very sweet. From some of the other reviews, I assumed the cotton candy and floral combo would come across like Moon Carnival by Vilhelm Perfumery, but I don't think cotton candy is as prominent as some say. It's mainly a sweet and bitter citrus floral. I've seen a Dua dupe as well as a CA Perfumes dupe of this, in case you are worried about the cost. For me though, its not desirable enough to get more than a sample. 8/10

This is cotton candy. I didn’t read the notes before I sampled it and was transported to eating cotton candy at my local county fair. That’s all I smell. Cotton candy. And I love it! Such a nostalgic scent.

This smells like what people describe imagination to smell like. I’m not comparing the two with their notes, just how people describe them. Nonetheless, this is literally soap and detergent in a bottle. The dry down is straight up, clean linen sheets or freshly iron clothes that’s been sprayed down with starch. Full bodied, airy, and very easily wearable. You will honestly feel like you’re taking a deep inhalation of freshly folded white sheets. Sidenote: looking at the notes I get absolutely no cotton candy in this initially, but it is definitely there in a base notes

Анонім

This is very cotton candy forward. It’s all I can smell.

Анонім

This perfume was way too sweet and nauseating for me. It has a synthetic note that I can't stand, just like most of the Byredo fragrances.

This is cotton candy scented laundry detergent 🥰 love it and I’m happy I was able to get a bottle of this!

Анонім

I’m so happy I bought the last bottle in Europe- stunning fragrance- never thought I’d own a sweet scent

Анонім

I love it so much, its slightly sweet and powdery. Its very similar to Oriana but way more well blended. Fresh citrusy, laundry detergent kind of scent. Longevity and projection are bad, I would not buy it the full price

This got way too much hate… better than Baldy Freak

I really love most of Jerome Epinette’s perfumes, especially the ones he created for Byredo. However this fragrance smells very synthetic and doesn’t really go anywhere. It’s sweet, but there’s nothing natural about it. I find it awful.

I love Sundaze. It opens fresh and citrusy bright and the sweet candy floss starts to perhaps through after about an hour. For me, the citrus never goes completely away, rather, it’s being hugged by the sweet candy floss. I find this a great transitional scent - late winter into spring because I’m ready for freshness by then, and autumn into early winter because I’m ready for the heavier sweets by then!! I get decent longevity (about 6 hours) and just enough projection. I’m so sad it’s discontinued, but thankfully I have a large bottle that will last quite some time as my collection is rather large.

What I imagine the orange soda on Kenan & Kel would smell like

Анонім

I’m honestly not upset that this has been discontinued. The opening is great—bright, orange-tinged cotton candy and genuinely fun for the first few minutes. But that’s where the praise ends. The sillage is practically nonexistent, and the longevity is a joke—it doesn’t even make it to the one-hour mark. The top and middle notes vanish almost immediately, leaving behind a flat, cloying cotton-candy sweetness. Instead of evolving, it just lingers unpleasantly and eventually gives me a headache. For the price, this performance is unacceptable. Cute opening, poor execution, absolutely not worth the money.

my girlfriend likes it it smells like sunscreen

To me this fragrance smells like freshly squeezed clementine juice. That juice that it’s zesty, that has the juicy pulp inside. I can smell the neroli in the background, as well as the musk in the dry down. There is a sweetness, that’s maybe coming from the cotton candy-I like it as it’s not an artificial type of sweet. This can be described as the younger sister of Oriana. It would be perfect for summer days. The projection and longevity is not that great unfortunately, but it’s a bright, nice scent.

This perfume smells like grape candy sprayed on my body. This perfume is so, so sweet that it can only be worn in the winter. Even a little warmer weather can make you dizzy because of the sweet scent. However, it received favorable reviews from quite a few female friends, and many friends wanted to buy it, but they couldn't find it because they didn't smell like grape candy or because it had been discontinued.

Анонім

Orange candy, but it's very nauseating for me. Not my kind of fragrance.

Анонім

Super synthetic, headache sweet fragrance, it gives that lemon pie vibe in a bad way, the cotton candy makes it unique but also synthetic.it reminds me when you open a bad quality strawberry candy. Also the longevity and the projection/sillage is bad, if someone wants a lemon pie frag just get Lira, bake or lemon tart!

Going to be sad when my bottle runs out. Basically smells like happiness in a bottle :)

Delicious, bright, juicy, candied, sweet orange blossom. Similar to Oyedo but not the same. Oyedo's more of a caramelized orange, while Sundazed has more of a soapy orange blossom impact. Sundazed has much better lasting power at about 5-6 hours, while Oyedo lasts about 1 hour. I love how fresh and sunny this is!

Анонім

The first time I sprayed Sundazed, it immediately reminded me of laundry detergent — clean, sharp, and slightly synthetic. As it settled, the scent softened, but that soapy-clean undertone stayed in the background. It’s quite surprising that there’s no lavender note here, because the mix of neroli, that metallic nuance, and musk gives off a vibe very similar to it. Among the citrus notes, lemon stands out and lasts longer than mandarin, giving the fragrance a sweet yet citrusy character overall. However, I personally don’t enjoy this kind of sweetness blended with a detergent-like freshness. I can barely detect any cotton candy or jasmine notes, and as my first experience with Byredo, it wasn’t a pleasant one. It feels like one of those “overspray headache” scents — slightly irritating over time, with moderate to below-average projection and longevity. I’ve noticed that Byredo is often used in minimal, modern spaces like boutique hotels or restaurants for their ambient scents — and honestly, Sundazed fits perfectly in that context. It smells clean, bright, and neutral enough for such environments. But as a personal fragrance, it lacks warmth and character, and just doesn’t feel enjoyable to wear.
