“CK One” smells very clean and fresh, I really like how it’s alchoholic but actually pleasant and refreshing, really like this one but it’s kinda sad how it lasts like 2 seconds

I love this perfume on my boyfriend(and myself)! At first it smells like a generic after shave:/ but after it dries down........SO GOOD. Such a clean smell, cotton-y with a perfect amount of citrus and florals.Soft,fresh,not too much. It's perfect if you want to smell nice for people close to you, very intimate. It sticks to the skin better than to clothes!

It's alright. I didn't use to like it, but I have come to think it's okay. Would not reach for it, but don't think it's as bad as I used to. Might just not be for me.

I get why this might not translate well to some of my generation, but since most of us love to cosplay as previous generations visually and sonically, I'm assuming most of us have the ability to imagine olfactorily how this scent felt in the 90s. Tried it and enjoyed it for what it is, safe and nothing too out there, smells just like how the bottle looks. Citrus floral opening, dries down to clean cozy sheets. Kind of does evoke a certain carefree optimism in a way, or maybe that's just the anemoia bias talking.

Lemony and fresh on the first spray. For me, the stronger citrus fades very quickly and leaves behind a “your-skin-but-better” smell. Clean and simple, like a linen blouse battered by wind and sun as it hangs on the clothesline. I love it so much, it’s a genuine classic to me.

Such a pleasant clean fragrance. Sticks close to the skin and last surprisingly long in heat. Starts bright and citrus, drys down to a pleasant soft floral vibe. May not get you a bunch of compliments, but it will never offend anyone. 6/10

It is good. You just have to find the balance. Oversprayed? Cooked. I would recommend 3 or 4 sprays. That's pretty much enough. It smells like limonade with little sugar

I really needed this scent in the tropical heat that prevailed in Europe. It was like diving under a cold lemon shower. The scent is quite pronounced, maybe even sharply citrusy. But I can smell the richness of flowers mixed with juicy sour fruit. The staying power and projection are quite intense, which surprised me. I really like the bottle with the sprayer - I always carry it attached and it has never spilled or opened, so you do not have to constantly attach and unscrew it. The bottle reflects what is inside - coolness :-) If someone walks by this scent on the street (which is not very often), I will definitely recognize it.

may be biased as to why it’s more female-leaning but it has been my mother’s favourite performance almost all my life. it opens really strongly with citrus notes but calms down and becomes this fresh and light fragrance, perfect for everyday and office wear. truly a unisex fresh classic!

I love love love this scent… it’s so light and uplifting. It’s what I imagine those frutiger aero pictures to smell like. If you live in Hong Kong, it smells a bit like that boujee mall IFC, it also smells like a hotel lobby. It’s a beautiful unisex scent, so simple and clean for wearing anywhere. It’s something I love for after the pool or after a shower during the summer. Yes it dissipates so quickly but you do get a lot of product for the price, not to mention it’s always on discount, I got this for 110 HKD (~11 pounds). To increase the longevity for the scent I apply the Spanish cream/moisturiser Xhekpon on the areas I plan to spray, I find they have similar scents.

I'll always keep a bottle in my collection for those 90 degree days where wearing anything other than a light veil of a scent is too overwhelming. You can always find this on sale, I got mine in a set with the 200ml cologne, body lotion, shower gel, and travel size for $50usd online. It's just light and clean, shampoo-y and just-out-of-the shower fresh. Bring a travel size with you to touch up through the day, you'll need to reapply every few hours. I loved the simple black and white ads and the commercials for it in the 90s and the simple but sexy vibe they were going for, if you've never seen them, go look it up!

I bought a 200ml bottle yesterday and I am wearing today, its clean, fresh and mass appalling, its cheap less than £30 in the UK and I love it.... JUST LOVE IT... the classic, simple... I dont get the bad reviews!

This is exactly what my med school days in Sweden smelled like. When it first came out, it made me feel just like a girl from a CK jeans commercial. It’s always in my collection, even though the scent itself doesn’t wow me as much today. It’s like a time machine, and that’s why I love it.

Clean and fresh! Lasts more than 3 hours and the person who is next to you can smell it. 10/10

I absolutely loved the smell of this on paper, and even more on my skin! I thought, "finally! The perfect clean, fresh, everyday kind of summer scent that's not too girly, but not too masculine either! 😍" Unfortunately as soon as it started getting hotter out, it started smelling weird on my skin and by the end of the day I was getting straight litter-box. Very sad.

Shit-ton of notes but smells like lemon flavoured sparkling water. Fresh and aquatic, great for spritzing on a hot day. Performance is frustrating, reapplication required.

Probably one of the most mass-appealing scent there is, its like the best beginner entry to fragrance/inoffensive gift to give. I hate citrus, it smells sharp to me but its just done so well here that its pleasant and refreshing. I dont think there even is a point to writing a review because there is nobody reading a review for this fragrance because its so cheap, accessible and inoffensive. Kinda sucks that it lasts for like 3 minutes but I think that is the best outcome considering you can just reapply it. Like it reminds me of that friend, who you can't really have intelligent conversations with, who you dont know really well but they're like pretty funny and you keep around because they text back pretty fast and its an incredibly simple boring relationship. A part of you is dissapointed partly because you kind of feel the potential for depth, but you also feel guilty for sort of expecting more out of him, so you just go out for drinks sometimes and just don't really think about him until he phases out of your life quietly where you don't even notice. Later your group of friends brings him up and you go 'Oh yeahhh, I liked him, where'd he go? what happened to him?' and then you like look him up on facebook or something and he just has like a nice family and kids and is working in like accounting but mainly just posts about his kids. Then you know, you like sit back and think about how you deemed yourself better then them cause of your 'personality' but because you never really held yourself accountable or disciplined you were never able to achieve much of anything other than small bits here and there, and you feel like a character from forrest gump (thats not gump himself). Yeah good fragrance 8/10

The og of contemporary unisex fresh fragrances. Big nostalgia from this one even tho I never wore it. It's the most citrus prominent of all flankers. Perhaps citrus can become overbearing

Much better alternatives out there. Not the best scent and doesn't last more than 3 hours. Time to retire and forget about this one.

Yes, it opens with a citrus-heavy burst, but it has such an incredible composition that it later evolves into a floral base and finishes with a powdery dry-down. Those who call it a 'simple' fragrance are deeply mistaken; it’s a summer scent with real depth. It smells like a luxury hotel. Because of its volatile nature, the projection is very high. However, it also has the poorest longevity of any fragrance I’ve ever encountered. No matter how much you spray, it lasts for about an hour and then completely vanishes. After a while, reapplying it becomes a chore. To use this fragrance properly, you’d need a 400 ml bottle—only then can you get the desired effect. Still, it’s a must-have for everyone. It is entirely different from CK Be; they share very little resemblance."

very unisex clean nostalgic gym scent, kinda reminds me of wet wipes, just overspray if u have performance issues since its cheap enough, cant rlly describe it other than clean and watery with a little citrus

bought my grandfather this after getting tired of seeing his little 0.5 oz ck gift set bottles, figuring he needs something he can comfortably wear whenever. Got a 3.4 oz bottle on jomashop for like 19 bucks which was a steal, as its a very decent fragrance. I put about 3 sprays on myself to test it, and it initially has a pretty strong citrusy-slightly floral scent to it that dries down into more florals with a hint of tea. I've had it on for about an hour and a half and I can still smell it pretty well, but I get the feeling it won't last for very much longer, which makes sense as to why so many people say you should reapply it. That being said, its probably the most inoffensive scent i've smelt so far, and is probably pretty hard to overspray. Could be good for short outings, but unless you wanna carry it around i'd say either get a travel bottle to put some in, or put it on clothes to maximize longevity. Irregardless of its issues, i'd recommend this to both men and women as you can find it really cheap.

I like it, but it is a lot more floral than it looks like on fragrantica. I would even say it's far more floral than citrusy. Nevertheless a careless good fresh floral with a laundry detergent vibe to it

This is one of my favorite scents since I was a teen. It's actually the first actual bottle of perfume I ever bought besides cheap body sprays. It's very fresh and clean smelling. The citrus is very strong and the green tea keeps the green freshness going after the dry down. It's a very neutral scent that is unlikely to be too much or offensive smelling to many people. It can fade a little too quick, but it stays well on clothing. It's also quite affordable still. I got the 6.7oz refill bottle for $30 something a couple years ago and I've probably used less than a tenth of it.

That's my go to for the upcoming heat wave, cant picture it any other way: moist hair, white outfit, shades and spraying ck one for the fresh feel all day long.

A soft powdery freshie. The smell is reminiscent of cold diluted green/jasmine milk tea with squeeze of lemon, and on the side, a big scoop of laundry detergent or some kind of soap powder (e.g. for dishwashers). Sometimes it stays more fresh and sometimes it dries down very powdery. It can get a little headachey sometimes (sharp powdery). Longevity and projection isn't very good but that's standard for a light fresh scent and it's cheap enough so It's not a big deal. Overall it's pretty solid and very affordable (and I even got it at a sale price). Good post-shower scent, great for summer. I like it, the powderiness just puts me off a little from wearing it.

Genuinely the best (ephemeral) thing ever. It smells like the "frutiger aero" aesthetic: fresh, clean, white, did I say clean? and genuinely beautiful. I would really love an EDP or Parfum version because you smell like heaven but for 5 minutes.

good toilet freshener , very nice fresh scent, and the 5 minutes it lasts is just enough time to be a nice scented toilet water
