Nitro Red

Very strong and powerful take on baccarat with some added watermelon notes. That’s honestly all I smell. It’s a little earthy in the dry down, but not in a dirty way.

So much hate in the comments but the rating says it all anything above a 4.1 is pretty mass appealing. Synthetic? Not really. Hand soapy yes. (literally smelled something very close and it was hand soap) Sweet? Definitely. Not a sweet scent person? You wont like this. Appealing to woman? 90% likely. Feminine? Maybe. They are likely to want to buy it for themselves if they like it. I would group it with myslf edp and Ralph Loren Polo Red Perfume. Closer to RP but nitro is stronger and sweeter, more in your face like YSL myslf and leans into the feminine like YSL myslf is "for men" and Libre is for women. Watermelon candy and red fruits with a clean vibe and smooth blend. Last quite a while 8h but you will be nose blind in 3-4. You will get positive female attention if you also are a nice and put together guy. Blind buy safe if you like sweet red fruit bowls and watermelon candy.

Sweet fruity powerhouse that's great for the summer. Safe blind buy. I used a whole bottle and I'm sure I'll end up owning another. And for the price, you really can't beat it. Best out of the Nitro line in my opinion.

I have 3 colognes inspired by invictus, hawas, hiyaati, and nitro red. I have to say this one takes last place. I get that slight synthetic smell but it’s hardly there, and this one got me an indirect compliment from a stranger. I was at aldi waiting in line in front of a women. The worker at the cashier said to the lady that she smelled good. She said it wasn’t her and that it was the person behind her and pointed at me. I’m starting to like this fragrance even though it burns my skin a little when I apply it.

this stuff is gross. its harsh and chemical. it has an off-putting green vegetal small in the background and this dominant barkish cinnamon. is it a bit like watermelon candy? it sure is. it also has this weird plasticky cosmetic-esq "signature note" every fragrance in this line has. most of them smell like a random note salad in a bad way. the pickled sandalwood note is also prominent. i got this as part of the dumont nitro discovery set. i was impressed with the presentation of the discovery set and all of them are a very high oil concentration. im not sure how high but its enough to make my skin shiny, so maybe be careful if youre sensitive to that kind of thing. i hated most of the fragrances i sampled in this line (pour homme, blue, green, red, white, and the three aventus clones).

Nitro red is really bad, the watermelon note makes it smell like a Barbie? It's very plasticky and not fruity and gives too much (I'm trying to smell like watermelon candy but the watermelon is fake)

Clean fresh sweet, with some watermelon. I do get that Invictus, Hawas DNA. I do have Hawas Ice and it is a really good fragrance too. But I like nitro red better. There might be a slight minty note in Nitro red but it is more fruity sweet lavender. Hawas Ice has more of a creamy toothpaste mint smell.

Very good and nice refreshing red scent, honestly cannot go wrong it smells very refreshing.... like an airy watermelon!

Dumont Nitro Red is a pretty damn good fragrance. I mostly smell Watermelon, Apple, Amber and some Lavender & Bergamot. A really nice juicy, fruity, ambery, and woody fragrance. Longevity and sillage are also pretty damn good. I easily get 6-8 hours on clothes and sillage is quite strong. I honestly think this could be a year-round fragrance, and a casual wear. Nothing too crazy or impressive to be like a 'signature' scent, but it is indeed amazing. This is one of my top favorite spring/summer wear fragrances and it absolutely deserves the praise. For only $30 you really can't beat this. Scent Profile: 10/10 Longevity: 10/10 Sillage: 10/10 Overall: 10/10

Smells good and another one of my firsts. I don't catch myself wearing it anymore, but I'll give it a good sniff when choosing what to wear. Blind buy safe

Smells just like Hawas Ice

A very youthful, little fresh and sweet fragrance. Good mixture of Apple and Watermelon. Smells more like a smoother version of dried watermelon candy. Not for serious / formal occassions. Good for school / college and casual hangout. I'd give it a 7/10. At this price, it's a good fun fragrance to have. Also, not for very humid conditions.

Leaving my review after a full year..when I first got it I DID NOT like it..but after some months it got smoother and the notes became more cohesive..it has a cotton candy BR540 vibe but underneath it’s like a medicinal green note in there somewhere..I wouldn’t consider this fresh or aquatic AT ALL! it’s like a flirty date night out type fragrance or something you would wear to the movies..it kinda smells like the mall, clean clothes at,popcorn and sweetness in the air with s ome warmth from the amber and woodsshot..women like it. My 10 year old daughter and my girl like it. After a year and testing in different seasons I would give this a solid 8/10

The opening is synthetic so I can see why some people are quick to judge off that but once it settles and drys down it’s really nice. The watermelon notes aren’t strong but are there. Smells nothing like invictus to me. 7.5/10. Lasts a few hours not super strong.

Disaster in a bottle. Terrible synthetic chemical mess that can't decide what it wants to be. Overly sweet, way too linear, clashing fresh and warm spicy notes. This is a terrible fragrance and I literally gave away my bottle because I couldn't take it anymore. Absolute train wreck of a fragrance, buy Hawas Ice if you want something with a similar style of scent profile that doesn't smell like poison.

I got it i must say its great, really nice smelling for me but some people tell me it smells kind of feminine so if u want a manly fragance this isnt it i guess

Oh lord! I blindly bought this one because of all the influencer hype and my God... So VERY synthetic in an off putting chemical smell kind of way. There's a watermelon Jolly Rancher opening layered over top a subpar Baccarat 540 impression. This is a very dense cloying fragrance that is super potent, 2 sprays just may be too much. There are some good qualities to it though. If you like the Baccarat DNA (I don't) then you may get a lot of mileage out of this one as it's a twist on that at a spray and forget price point. If you want people to notice you have on cologne in the next zip code, then this is for you, as it has God tier projection and longevity. It's just not my bag. 4/10

Okay so this is very sweet, very strong so don't overspray. More on the youthful side, and it will stay one the next day as well. I think it's a bit generic sweet but its not bad, ill put it on for errands on a spring day. 7/10

It's good. Woman asked me what I'm wearing and literally took out a pen and paper and wrote it down in a shop. She wants to wear it for herself so it might actually be unisex. Also as another commentator said you easily go nose blind to this. I was nose blind to it when the lady asked me I thought I was a skin scent. Smell 9/10 Projection 7/10 longevity 8/10 (8h) price 10/10 8.5 overall.

Very overhyped TikTok fragrance, the very definition of synthetic teenage fragrance. If you are someone who likes clean, professional manly scents, I would highly recommend to stay away from this. Does have a watermelon note, but very synthetic and cloying. Wouldn’t describe it as a freshie due to how heavy it sits in the air, can get somewhat syrupy. No woody notes whatsoever

I’m cautious with this DNA. Not a fan of a lingering bubblegum scent that I’ve experience with other fragrances. This one does a nice job of phasing out the bubblegum smell, allowing the sweet aquatic scent to shine. I’ve only had the chance to test it on my hand. The scent projects well. And lasted about 5 hours on my hand. Question overall longevity, going to let it sit to mature and see how it improves.

I bought this based on what I seen on this app I buy fragrances based on longevity I want them to last hours I don't want to spray any perfume or cologne on and it goes away in 2 hours. I wanted to last on my clothes until the next day. With this fragrance just like nitro black intense I sprayed it on my hand when I first bought it, I went home took a shower for work you soap everywhere including my hands even where I sprayed it earlier I dried off got ready and out of curiosity I want to smell my hand. And guess what the nitro red was still on my hand even after getting in the shower and if that isn't longevity I don't know what is. One of the best buys I ever made and it only cost me 30 bucks at Burlington.

This is exactly what I hoped it would be. Gives off more of a daddy vibe to me than a teenager vibe. Musky aquatic salty coastal watermelon vibe. What I had hoped creeds imperial was going to be, that one disappointed because it smelled weird and not really watermelon. This however is that light coastal salty watermelon musk summer vibe. These influencers on YouTube are threatened by the grass root word of mouth popularity of this scent on TikTok because that type of thing diminishes their power/influence which means less commissions and sponsorship. So they tried saying it was too youthful and juvenile - but on my skin it does not do that at all. There are many scents they promote that do, but not this one. Not saying it’s sophisticated or anything but great scent that’s not too sweet or bubble gummy. Only complaint I have is I go nose blind on this one.

It kinda feel alot of the reviewers have never smelled a red scent. I kind of have a mostly nope relationship with red scents, like I think Invicta Venom has a similiar DNA but this is way more high end and definitely stronger. For me reds have always been kind of the outlier of fragrances as they smell so different from everything else. I definitely wouldn't look at the notes here and think you know what it's going to smell like. It's definitely sweet with a soapy thing underneath and a lot of amber and patchouli . It's mixed extremely well though so its just really smooth. Very interesting scent. Edit: I'm pretty sure it's the amber and sandalwood that gives most of it's similarities to Invicta Venom

Un aroma fácil de gustar, no tendrás una sandía realista pero si como a un caramelo de sandía, deje reposar la botella unos dos meses, cuando la uso ocasionalmente siento que en piel me dura 8 horas y en ropa unas 12, o tal vez me da ceguera olfativa, siento que después de unas 3 horas dejo de percibir el aroma, pero luego de la nada vuelvo a sentir las ráfagas del perfume. Siento que no proyecta demasiado o simplemente mi nariz se acostumbra rápido al aroma.

the only fragrance i've worn where my dental hygienist had to get uncharacteristically close to examine my teeth, sporadically commenting on how good i smelled..she's a petite blue-eyed blonde, im a bearded 6'3"+ island guy with the essence of a watermelon infused cocktail radiating off my chest..elevator music playing in the background as i laid in the chair with her hovering over me explaining what she has to do with my mouth..suddenly, i have that uh-huh moment like life DOES actually mimic Pornhub.

7/10 Part of a gift set I bought for my son, but he doesn't wear Nitro Red so I gave it a run. Off the spray, I get a general fruit note (might be apples or watermelon IDK) with lavender and cedar/wood, but then transforms into a rich drydown where those base notes rise in a complex crescendo. I almost get a cinnamon hearts candy scent from the drydown. This is probably too youthful a scent for me, but that drydown is something really nice. Also, when it says "room-filling projection and sillage" they mean it. No more than four sprays (and even with that I was filling rooms) or your wife may get a headache. I might confiscate this scent for my use during summer.

Decent smelling cologne. I don't smell watermelon at all; I smell more of a medicinal cherry vibe. The opening has a slight cherry cough syrup smell to it, but after about an hour, it fades into a really nice BR540-ish, Invictus-like hybrid.
