This fragrance very underrated or unknown. This is good for making signature. I just also want to say something about this fragrance which explain quality to you. This fragrance have really niche quality iris and blend amazing. Its near to impossible to make fake or clone of this fragrance. When they try to do its always finish with harsh and spicy dupe. You impossible to get this quality from middle eastern or dupe fragrances. This one one of rare fragrance in which materials really costs.. Also if we talk about smell fragrance very nice, nothing like prada luna black. Nothing like something. Very unique, very smooth, wonderful blend. I will not shock if this fragrance discontinue. If you like smell then make signature you couldn't find someone smell little bit like you. Also for collectors this should be in collection. Thank to Armani for niche quality and materials with designer prices. I hope every another my review my English writing will be better. This one is also one of reason for writing. Hope you guys understand :).

2017 batch retail bottles (test sprays missing) available for sale in India. If anyone is looking for one, please feel free to reach out to me at [email protected].

It would be amazing if Amouage or Ojar does an inspiration of this. I don’t see what’s the niche version of this fragrance, if anybody could help

Did some cleaning and found my bottle from 2013 with about 25% juice left. I forgot how lovely this smelt, this carried me through dates during college. 8/10

I understand the comparison with Luna Rossa Black. But this is totally different. Much more sophisticated, smooth , creamy scent. I dont get the comparison with DH

Анонім★★★★★

Spicy, creamy, cozy! Suitable for the cooler seasons day & night. Not the best performer but enough to have presence. People can smell me after a workday at the office so the longevity is good. I find it to be closer to Bvlgari Man in Black rather than Dior Homme in the sense that the spices overpower the iris.

This is among one of the weirdest fragrances I've ever smelt in my life. It smells like nothing in the "reminds me of" list. Also, looking at the accords and notes here I would never in my life expected it to have smelled like this. I agree with @exoteric, it gives me an insanely obscure scent association from something that I vaguely recall but can't at the same time from when I was a child. I came to the realization that this feeling is akin to deja-vu, but more so in a positive light.. Matter of fact, this feeling alone is why I love perfumes in general, and most if not all of what I own do this to me. I actually curate my collection around this. The problem that lies within this is, I frankly can't smell it all that well. It almost doesn't smell like a complete fragrance, but more like a mysterious accord and that's why I got rid of it. Again, very strange. Had to get a decant though.

It just works! It's charming, it's sexy, it's elegant, it's restrained but not shy. It's sweet, it's spicy, it's zingy, it's creamy, it JUST WORKS, and you know that too, in your heart of hearts! Just got my backup bottle before it goes away for good... <3

I have an old 2013 batch of this. Smells great, the iris is very noticeable but not like something in the style of Dior Homme 2005 / Original. It is still powdery , but not as much as DH and it is very balanced with the tonka bean vanilla smell. Wonderful , masculine and modern. It is sweet but not overly so, definitely something great for nights out. Can mould itself to formal or casual wear easily, as most Armani fragrances do. Good longevity and projection but it is not a crazy performer. I think this is a good thing as this kind of scent works best in a personal bubble in my opinion. The Iris note is very similar to the one in Armani Code Parfum but they are distinct otherwise. Would recommend if you are a fan of Prada L'Homme, Armani Code Parfum and Dior Homme 2005.

Анонім★★★★★

Smells great, however zero projection and low longevity means it's not worth the price. Edit: Actually it lasts longer than I thought, it's just real close to the skin, but I do get whiffs from it from time to time. It's similar to luna rossa black in that sense and in scent profile.

Анонім★★★★★

To me it smells like a kindergarten, however it might be because it is some years old (7-8 years). Performance and all is fine. So I would personally not recommend blind buying this.

Анонім★★★★★

the scent is romantic and magical I imagine a beautiful prince wearing it in fairy tales wow wow wow♥️♥️

Анонім★★★★★

The scent profile is great It’s soft, creamy, delicate and powdery with the cardamom giving its magic. Yet the thing is, it’s reliant on norlimbanol / amber xtreme. Which in my opinion, smells cheap, scratchy and synthetic. Could have been a good fragrance without the norlimbanol.

Анонім★★★★★

Very close to prada luna rossa black, to the point where the only difference is performance.

Анонім★★★★★

I'm really impressed with the fragrance. I've bought last bottle at my local shop a week ago. Batch is from 2023 and longevity is huge - I can still smell it even after 2 days!

Laverne into the sea is the perfect clone of this

Armani Eau de Nuit is a masterpiece of elegance and sophistication, perfectly crafted for the modern gentleman. From the moment you spray it, the fragrance envelopes you in a warm and alluring embrace, ideal for evening wear or special occasions. The opening notes of bergamot and pink pepper provide a fresh yet spicy introduction that immediately captures attention. As it develops, the heart reveals a harmonious blend of cardamom, nutmeg, and iris, adding a touch of refinement and depth. Finally, the base notes of tonka bean, cedarwood, and amber create a warm, sensual finish that lingers on the skin for hours. What sets Eau de Nuit apart is its perfect balance—it's bold without being overpowering, mature without feeling dated. The fragrance exudes confidence and charm, making it a fantastic choice for intimate evenings, a daily scent for cold weather situations and even black-tie events. The sleek black bottle reflects the scent's sophistication and timeless appeal, making it a worthy addition to any fragrance collection. Armani Eau de Nuit is a must-have for those who appreciate classic, masculine scents with a modern twist. Highly recommended!

Underrated and unique iris beast. This perfume is unique and smells good. This fragrance has little bit freshiness , little bit sugarsweetness and little bit spicyness with soapy iris. You can't wear this for days because this fragrance is for special occasions and it will tire your nose up. Scent: 7.5/10 Longetivity: 8/10 Sillage: 8/10 Mass Appeal: 7/10 Compliments: 5/10

If anybody tried Davidoff Hot Water Night (2012) and this classy ragazzo (2013), I believe Armani inspired HWN here. Does anybody think the same?

Анонім★★★★★

I'm somewhat surprised this is only about a decade old, and more recent than Dior Homme. You could have said 2003 or 1993 instead of 2013, and I'd have believed you. The iris note is a slightly older-fashioned Versace The Dreamer-like soapy note rather than the cosmetic case explosion you get from some of the Dior Homme or Givenchy Gentleman lines. Instead of The Dreamer's tobacco, some intense spicy notes provide the machismo in Eau de Nuit. Whatever materials are behind the cardamom and nutmeg notes here give it a darkly sensual, hairy and sweaty quality. Luckily, discreet performance and longevity keep it from entering ooga booga territory.

Armani Eau de Nuit is a spicy, floral and powdery fragrance. The first minutes it is perceived as slightly fresh with some spices, but after a few minutes the aroma becomes amber/spicy and mainly powdery due to the floral accords of iris and heliotrope, giving an elegant sensation. The fragrance has no further changes in its development, it remains spicy, powdery and even a little creamy. This version of the Armani Eau line is a nocturnal version of the classic Eau Pour Homme, with which it only shares the name and the bottle, because in terms of their aroma they are not similar at all, except that both are elegant and classy. . It seems to me that its use scenarios would be in formal activities or nights out. As for longevity, it lasted between 6 and 7 hours. with a discreet sillage. I think this fragrance is in the same stair as fragrances like Luna Rossa Black, since it shares similar characteristics in terms of elegance, discretion and nocturnality, but the smell is not identycal.

I was able to snatch a backup bottle on notino for ~80$. Production date 05/2023, i wonder when they have stopped the production. Oh well, at least I can cherish this gorgeous scent for couple more years, and then hop on Gris Charnel which is at least 80% similar Edit: longevity of this bottle is 6-7h, close to the skin for the majority of time. Which is enough for the evening/date scent

Анонім★★★★★

I checked on the Armani website and the Eau line no longer appears. What you still find in stores are stocks. They are no longer for sale on Notino or Sephora either. It is best to visit the stores, there is a possibility of finding in the discount corner Eau de Nuit or Eau de Cedre, or any of the line, now discontinued. Probably in a year we will see bottles of Eau de Nuit on sale for 300 dollars. That's how it works. What I will never understand is why flagship fragrances disappear and are replaced by syrupy generic stuff. Sin

Анонім★★★★★

Like anything that disappears, it is appreciated afterwards. Eau de Nuit was and is the perfume that was not missing from my shelf. I think it was the only perfume I wore regularly. It was discontinued and everyone rediscovered it. Too bad some are trying to make maximum profit. I mean internet companies. Make Up had it in stock, after realizing it was discontinued they doubled the price. Shame. I was lucky. Online on Sephora is no longer available, but I went to the store and what to see, the shelf for products on offer had two Eau de Nuit. And instead of paying my bills, I bought both bottles. The bills don't stop, Eau de Nuit, yes. I think I did well. Eau de Nuit is a fine, pleasant scent that catches a man well.

Анонім★★★★★

Smooth, creamy, powdery vanilla + tonka bean. Much better than luna rossa black, if you found that one underwhelming, eau de nuit is your best bet. It has the same powdery vanilla lotion feel, but a bit sweeter and with an iris nuance that makes it superior to my nose.

Анонім★★★★★

Although I do enjoy the overall scent and blend of Eau de Nuit, my purchase of this fragrance along with Prada L'Homme Intense has confirmed my personal dislike of iris oriented colognes. The waxy, powdery, lipstick like accord just isn't for me; not certain why a dude would seek it out. But to each their own. At least for Armani Eau de Nuit, the rest of the accompanying ingredients save it and combine for an elegant, professional, evening scent. In fact I also like to pair this up with Serge Lutens Vetiver Oriental. It creates a sharp evening concoction that is really pleasant. Give it a whirl some time!

I purchased Eau de Nuit when it came out and then.... it just sat on my shelf, liked but not loved. Fortunately, almost 10 years later, I now have a better appreciation of it. The issue with Eau de Nuit, in my opinion, is that it tried too hard. Armani tried to revive and capitalize on the allure or their original Armani pour Homme with its rerelease and with flankers in modern versions of the original bottle. (Eau de Cèdre, Eau d’Aromes, Eau de Nuit and Eau de Nuit Oud) Eau de Nuit, specifically, also tried to bank on the trends in male fragrances of the time: the Iris note made popular by Dior Homme, the ubiquitous Violet note of the early 2000s and the pink peppercorn craze of the 2010s. Eau de Nuit’s flaw was that it was basically just a mix of everything that was successful at the time. It could remind you of many other fragrances but it wasn’t really its own thing. 10 years on and taken by itself, I am now kinder to Eau de Nuit. The succession of Iris, then violet, then pink peppercorn bothers me less than it did. The tonka amber finish seems smoother and gives Eau de Nuit a slightly more mature finish that other fragrances of it’s day.

Анонім★★★★★

Upon first spray, the overall scent of Eau de Nuit reminds me of YSL's masterpiece, La Nuit de l'Homme. It also has a similar powdery vibe as Fath Pour L'Homme by Jacques Fath. I notice the peppery note in the opening which is a pleasant use of pepper and is not overpowering. Soon after, the cardamon takes over, which unsurprisingly smells exactly like the cardamon featured in Armani’s Eau de Cèdre. Overall, Eau de Nuit is soft and balanced, and performance is tame, so you can liberally apply. If you have not tried this, and you enjoy YSL’s La Nuit de l’Homme but want less sillage and projection, I recommend Eau de Nuit as it’s equally charming and elegant but in a more intimate, subtle manner. Score: 8.5 out of 10 Would I purchase a replacement bottle? Probably not, but not due to the scent or fragrance, Armani did a really nice job here and I love the scent. However, the subtle differences and nuances that make it stand out from a crowded field of similar fragrances (listed in prior reviews on here) reduces the need or urgency to buy a replacement bottle.

Анонім★★★★★

I get a lot of pink pepper, violet, and cedar. It’s powdery, yes. I would call this iris makeup-y, not lipstick-y (if that makes sense). Definitely not picking up on as much vanilla as the note pyramid would suggest. I sense some spicy woodiness too. This fragrance has an overall dry feel to it, not sweet in any way. Definitely formal/mature smelling. Bottle from 2022.
