I miss this so much. It’s so nostalgic.. thankfully Florence by maison Alhambra comes close to it

This was the first fragrance I bought with my own money and I still love it today. I've got various back-ups and I can't understand why it was discontinued. A beautiful, velvety floral that could see you through all the seasons. Osmanthus gives it a warm, suede-like texture with fuzzy peachyness whilst the citrus and peony add some sparkle to the whole composition. It has a lovely sweet and long-lasting dry down. I always felt so put-together in this.

I’m so confused I had two bottles given to me because my mother in law was a manager in fragrance store some years back. I absolutely hated this one. But then i never tried to give it a chance because these notes are my thing NOW. I did have a different taste back. Because I’m loving all the new Gucci florals now . Dam I’m kind mad at myself for giving away a lot of fragrances without just putting them away in case for future use . I guess I thought I was gonna have an endless supply of fragrances lol. She obviously retired now…. Silly me

Heaven for floral lovers 💐🌹 Seriously, this is one of the most beautiful floral perfumes I’ve ever smelled. Whenever I wear it, I picture a gorgeous woman in a flowy floral dress. It’s so fresh, bright, slightly lemony, and beautifully floral. The sweetness isn’t sugary or gourmand — it feels purely floral, maybe coming from the osmanthus. It’s truly unique and absolutely stunning. Honestly, it feels timeless to me — like it’ll never go out of style. بهشت عطرای گلی💐🌹. جز خوشبوترین عطرایی ک بو کردم. همیشه با این عطر ی خانوم زیبا با لباس گل گلی میاد توی ذهنم. خیلی فرش و تازه هست شیرینیش از نوع گلیه شایدم از اسمانتوس باشه ولی عطریه ک مشابه نداره و فوق العادس

Great but Mystique Pink by AHMED AL MAGHRIBI has much better performance and is a better value. This DNA is one of my top feminine fragrance picks. Nice Osmanthus and peony.

This fragrance right here its amazing and also for those women who hates loud fragrance But this one is a masterpiece. It has a floral note and a citrusy note and a peony and also the patchouli that i like and this fragrance is gentle and fresh and floral and feminine and the performance is good although is a 2011 batch i had. I recommend buying it blind its safer and more easy to use during the daily use or on smaller parties and its simple to use. Bottle design:9/10 The smell:9.1/10 The longevity:7/10 The projection:7/10 The price:8.6/10 Overall:8.1/10

Lovely, elegant floral fragrance, appropriate for teenagers & up. - It always made me feel expensive. - Compliment getter. I was a loyal consumer as I have purchased multiple bottles over a span of +10 years, pretty much ever since it came on the market. I like how sandalwood brings the sweetness down a notch as I'm not a big fan of super sweet fragrances. I heard that is discontinued which is disheartening because this happened with other Gucci classics such as Gucci Rush :((((

This might be the best form of Osmanthus I’ve smelled in a perfume, usually I get a very leathery smell from osmanthus that’s what made me hesitate about getting this one but at the end I decided to take the risk and I got it! First of all I’m not a citrusy scent lover, but here the citruses blends with the peony and gives it just the right softness without getting that sharp headache feeling Then osmanthus and rose is where you get the sweet fruity feeling combined with the fresh rose scent, I have no idea how they did it but everything blinds perfectly that you can’t get one note more than the other! At the base you get that sandalwood, but the patchouli is not strong though nearly not there. And I figured out my hesitation was nonsense because this isn’t a dark or overpowering or headaching fragrance, it’s soooo feminine and joyful. I saw it first at a 2008 Turkish tv show called “aşk-ı memnu” which translates for forbidden love, the main character “bihter” had it on her vanity while her lover got in the room secretly and smelled it from the cap, very sensual moment that fits both the perfume and the show. Unfortunately it doesn’t last long on my skin maximum for 3 hours

The most messy and unharmonized floral fragrance ever even more than my way I discovered that i hate osmanthus its suuuperrrrrrrrr apricoty here just like pomegranate with leathery undertone I don’t think I would mind the strong citruses with peony but when osmanthus came and pored expired apricot jam on top and the bottle was covered by a leather cloth this is what i call it a mess I hate when citruses smells sweet and candied i HAATEEEEEEEEE THAAATTT That’s why I absolutely hate libre ysl even tho its a jasminy orange blossom lavender scent… i like all of those BUT ! Vanilla came and ruined everything behind

it's an interesting floral scent, but the peony plus citrus scents throw me off. thankfully this is my mother's type of fragrance so she happily takes it away from me

Really bitter at the front, and develops into the smell of department store. Middle of the road at best.

This smells like a pretty girl. It might not be mass apealing or sexy, but it feels peaceful, clean and sophisticated. It has the perfect balance among floral, citrusy, sweet and fresh. Luckily, I'm brave enough to wear in public whatever pleases me and not to please other people, especially men. But I never overspray any perfume because who knows, people can be sensitive to perfumes.

This is a nice citrussy, floral gucci perfume. I like it, I wouldn't say I love it, I think it's slightly more mature fragrance. However my partner absolutely loves it!

i think this is horrible & high key boring but i keep it and let the bottle get dusty because my mom got it for me for the sole reason that it bears my name and the whole thing sadly feels like an apt metaphor for our relationship... edit: writing this was an awakening and if someone is looking i have a 30ml bottle 3/4 full for sale with the gold cap.

It’s okay, I don’t reach for it often though. It’s a classic and mature floral fragrance. A little close to vintage/perfumey/grandma vibes to my nose. Longevity and sillage are moderate to good for me.

It’s weird that nobody mention that Flora is just the same that Laura Biagiotti’s Laura! I only smell peach and watermelon with floral notes, just like in Laura.

this right here is the shittiest perfume I've ever regretted purchasing. smells like a dentist cabinet and the medicinal accord does nothing for this uninteresting perfume, it's so badly blended it's almost a joke. I tried to find my old review just to see how much I was gaslighting myself into liking this mediocre fragrance lmao. Everybody that commented on It was to let me know how bad it smelled :) Doesn't smell like peonies, or spices. Or whatever floraly thing this was supposed to evoke, it's just cough syrup. Gardenia, Pink pepper and some chemical underlying Accord. The florals are not even clean or creamy hahaha. Coming back to the worst ofender here, the underlying osmanthus-medicinal accord that tries to infuse "complexity" on the creation and actually renders It UNWEARABLE goes to show that It IS just a mediocre floral taking Itself too seriously. Pick me shenanigans.

There is something in that bothers me. It is very strong. It might be more wearable in winter.

Found a small 5 ml bottle and I'm so happy! What a gorgeous perfume, instant love. On my skin it smells juicy, I can definitely detect the peony and citruses, with a hint of pachouli. It's dreamy, feminine and a safe blind buy. Can't believe it's discontinued, this gem should make a comeback.

A subtle, light citrus-floral. I am surprised some find it strong or with big projection. It is among my mildest scents. Very safe for every occasion, especially for spring-summer. Pretty, happy and gently fresh. In a gorgeous bottle. I like the gentleness of it, as I not always want statement scent, sometimes I like a pretty subtlety just for myself. When I feel like wearing nothing I reach for this beauty. The current Floras are stronger than this. But this makes me smell great - a cute floral aroma thats not simple. It is a skin but better scent. It lasts well on the skin, easily 12 hours of this subtle projection. And 2 days on clothes. Despite the gentleness! And it creates a scented bubble, even on a bike I feel it, but it feels so natural that I welcome it. It makes the scent a legend.

my mom gave me a little bottle she has of this and omg, i cant. its genuinely the most iconic, it-girl, "she smells so good" perfume ever!!! it's slightly citrusy but very girly and doesn't smell synthetic at all!! i love it so much, i wish i had a bigger bottle of this <3333

Im so glad I do own a full bottle of this gorgeous complex fragrance altough I have a very conflicted relationship with it. I love how the fragrance opens up very rich and develops very interestingly toxicating and sexy, how osmanthus shines through uniquely, I can not wear it because its giving me carsick feeling. It was a love at first sight at the store, i just bought the bottle but joke was on me when i actually try to wear it throughout the years, I never could, tried in 4 seasons, day and night, to bed and to office but no, it just too overpowering to me when its on me. However its not an obstacle to love the scent, reminds me also that back in 2000’s and 2010’s designer parfumes were so complex and distinctive, not like many similar to eachother like nowadays perfumes, more like todays ‘niche’ perfumes and we didnt have to pay min 300$ for a bottle. Anyway, it is a real gem with high staying power and great floating sillage. A beautiful flower garden feeling without being boring.

I flat out adore this fragrance. It's just the right amount of everything to my nose, soft and feminine, without being just "girly." Why, oh why did they discontinue it? I have a couple of back up bottles of this, and when those are gone I will be so sad. You can still find this gem on places like ebay, but the price is usually ridiculous. I know that Soki London did a perfume that was supposedly inspired by this one, and I have it, but it's not nearly as beautiful as this old favorite. If Gucci ever brought this one back I would be at the front of the line buying it. Beautiful perfume.

The OG Flora, bestest floral fragrance of all time. So elegant and feminine. I don't really understand why they ruined this one with the flankers that no one asked for. I have an old bottle with me with a few mL left and I sniff on it every few days because i find this one hard to find now. It really is an all rounder for all occasions and all seasons. I dont know why so few votes, but this is a dupe, or actually maybe even the OG Hibiscus Mahajad! On my skin smells the same. A bit soapy but in a luxurious way, love it 😊
