All I get is Vanilla and Lavender. No citrus, no Jasmine, no Musk. Performs and smells like a cheap BBW body spray. Nice bottle. Thankfully I only paid $24.00 for the 100ml.
Is no one else getting a back note of rubber tires and something artificial/ leathery in this? Its a good fragrance on the front end with potential to be angelic, but i can't ignore that synthetic industrial smell that cheapens it up. Maybe i got a bad bottle or something. I even let it set for a few months but its not getting better. I'll declutter to make room for another inspired by fragrance of Goddess or something else
I really love this perfume and have gotten compliments on it. Its something I feel like you can wear no matter the occasion. It is a fresh and clean vanilla scent. unfortunately the projection is not too strong, I will let it sit and see what happens. blind buy safe
Beautiful packing! No doubt a very nice, sweet scent and an amazing alternative to Goddess however for me, does not project at the same level as goddess. It’s definitely softer and closer to the skin. But as a throw on and go scent casually or on days off it’s a no brainer for around $40. Perhaps will get better with age. I think goddess still nudges this one out a bit for protection and sillage.
I think this is nice but I definitely prefer Burberry goddess, they share the same dna but I feel like his could have been the parfum edition, not that leathery mess. Terrible atomizer unfortunately but I was $50 so I can’t complain.
It took me a while to get into this fragrance because initially all I smelled was something savoury-leaning. But when it matures a bit.. Oh.. My! It turns into this sweet, vanillic, clean scent. This layered with Panache Angel Dust? You're welcome 😊
Amazing from the very first spray. Of course, it gets even better after maturing for a while. I bought a second bottle right away so it can mature until winter arrives. I absolutely love it. It makes me feel so good whenever I wear it.
Bought it two days ago, love the smell but unfortunately isn't noticeable in Humid, Dhaka weather. Would recommend to wear in meetings or enclosed places. Would've loved more projection
I waited forever to purchase Lattafa "Angham" because everyone is wearing Burberry "Goddess," Latttafa "Angham" and hyping the fragrances. I bought "Angham Second Song" and Second Song is a 95% spot-on dupe of D&G "Devotion Intense." I own & wear Devotion Intense, so I donated Second Song to Goodwill. Latttafa Angham is a 95% spot-on clone of Burberry "Goddess." I owned, wore and loved Burberry Goddess in the past. Angham is Burberry. There's citrus, ginger, lavender, sweetness, cacao & vanilla. Angham is very nice. But my bottle is heading to time out. Hopefully time will improve the perfume's performance. I just bought a back-up bottle of Angham to see if there is a difference in the perfume's performance (between the two bottles). I doubt there will be any differences. Both bottles shipped from the Lattafa USA warehouse. Hopefully as others have stated, an Angham time-out will help!!
This is a gorgeous scent, and I used to wear it all the time. You can absolutely smell the top notes first, like ginger and lavender, and then after a few hours, it settles into a really nice smell that is mainly vanilla. Super good for going out at night, but it can be a bit coy and headache-inducing if you want to wear it in the morning/afternoon. Also, really good longevity!
"soft angelic vanilla" not sure if its just me but i get no vanilla and all the ginger and lavender and pink pepper. it just smells like a cheap floral cologne to me
I wasn’t wowed when I first got Angham. I let it sit for 8 weeks and revisited. I was then completely obsessed. My collection is 99% gourmand and Angham layers so well with gourmands. I’m not a huge fan of lavender in perfume but in Angham it works so well. I used half of my bottle and bought a backup. The longevity, projection and silage are good. This is a safe blind buy. Just remember to let it mature a couple months.
I was intrigued by the listed notes and bought a full bottle quickly, When I sprayed it I was immediately repelled by a strange note. It wasn't any of the notes I was familiar with. It persisted through the top notes and into the mid notes, and by process of elimination I believe it was the ginger which I'd never smelled before in a perfume. It was horrible--ruined the entire experience. So beware of perfumes listing ginger, it's deadly!
The TikTok aunties influenced me to buy this and tbh, I was really scared to get it at first because I'm not really one to stray from the gourmands. I'm a really gourmand-y girl. But it doesn't hurt to try and it was really cheap as well. I have a small decant of Burberry Goddess, and I asked my brother, who doesn't even speak perfume, to smell it, and he preferred this one to the Goddess. I can smell the vanilla, I can smell the lavender, but it's not like they're fighting with each other. I think they complement each other beautifully. I would say that if you smell Burberry Goddess, then you are more likely to like this. But I wouldn't say this is blind buy safe, especially for people who are more gourmand-leaning. I'm happy that it worked well for me, but I would not advise anybody to blind buy anything.
Love 💗 it, so similar to Burberry Goddess, except on the dry down not as prominent & long lasting on skin as the Burberry. I have been layering the two though, I have a mini of Goddess until I can get a bigger bottle. 😊
To my nose this is extremely similar to goddess, I heard people say this has less lavender and more vanilla which is why I purchased it but I smell the same amount of lavender and same vanilla. Unfortunately not my favorite dna and I regret buying it, I should have ordered a decant first but here we are. I think the ginger is what bothers me, something in it turned sour and I didn’t enjoy wearing it but I made the mistake of wearing it on summer, please note this is not good for summer. This is an autumn/winter kind of fragrance, maybe chilly spring nights if you get cooler spring days in your country. I imagine this on an elegant 40 y/o woman, to my nose this is a more mature vanilla. Not bad but you have to love the scent profile and I don’t, I just got influenced to buy it 🙃. I hope this helps.
A not-too-sweet vanilla with a juicy mandarin opening and caramel complexity. I get a hint of lavender and am digging it.
So I blindly bought it and no regrets ladies! I didn't expect to actually love the lavender thinking it's more gourmand type of perfume but i was wrong! I'm so glad i got it and absolutely love it! I highly recommend ladies.
Very nice. Bought this and Atheeri together, looking for something a little more unisex and less gourmand than I usually buy. This is very nice but I have never really reached for it to wear. I think Atheeri is the nicer of the two if I had to pick. It leans more masculine to me so I gave it to my teenage son, smells really good on him and his musky body chemistry. (Anyone can wear whatever they like of course I’m not sexist or whatever, just smells more male to me).
After having this for nearly 6 months stored away, the lavender has gone away loads! Which is a great thing 2 me!! It's way more warm, sweet and dries down with that citrus-y vanilla (and like a breeze that passed over lavender - just enough) Yay :)
Angham is such a beautiful and unique fragrance imo. I don’t get what some reviewers get from it though I did spray it a handful of times and let it sit in my dark cool closet for a few months. The initial spray is STRONG, so strong in fact that I have to spray it on my clothing, at least one hour or two before I actually put those clothes on otherwise it can be headache inducing. Once it dries down though the only way I can describe it is that it’s almost a creamy marshmallow somewhat lemony scent, but not like a lemon cookie and it’s not lemon on the nose, lemon isn’t even really the right descriptor, but that’s what image comes to my mind every time I wear it. Absolutely perfect for spring and Easter. For me the lavender is perfectly blended. It is not a floral forward fragrance at all. I am not a floral forward fan so if it was extremely lavender forward or floral forward, I wouldn’t be able to wear it at all. It is creamy and soft, but in a way that is unlike any other gourmand or creamy fragrance, if you are buying this based off of that description, it’s probably not gonna be what you expect, Despite the fact that creamy and even marshmallowy is the best way to describe it. This is sweet without being sugary or sickly. It is such a sophisticated fragrance in my opinion
Please don’t make the same mistake I did when buying this perfume… Honestly, if you’ve been watching reviews online, you might go into this expecting a beautiful, creamy gourmand vanilla scent and that’s exactly what I thought I was getting. Unfortunately, that expectation is what left me disappointed. In reality, I get very little vanilla from this fragrance. If there is any vanilla present, it’s completely overshadowed by the strong lavender note. The lavender really takes centre stage and changes the entire feel of the perfume. If you’re someone who loves floral fragrances, especially lavender-forward scents, I actually think you could really enjoy this. It’s not a bad perfume at all it’s just not what I personally expected, and for me, it feels quite average. My biggest advice: don’t blind buy this expecting a sweet, creamy gourmand vanilla. Go into it knowing the lavender is the star, and you’ll probably have a much better experience.
This is a beautiful fragrance, I am not usually a huge fan of lavender, but it is perfectly balanced with the vanilla. There is just the barest hint of spiciness from the ginger when you first spray this on, but that doesn't really last, it just settles down into a very warm, creamy, comforting vanilla lavender, with a hint of musk and cacao. It smells beautiful, expensive and delicious. I live where the summers are not very hot and find that its suitable for all year round, but I really gravitate towards this when I want to feel cozy, relaxed, yet somehow like I have my life together. I have never experienced the OG but don't really feel I need to in order to appreciate this scent, this is a lovely perfume all on it's own, and more than worth its very affordable price point.
I got my bottle November of last year, and only recently just tried it again due to my newfound obsession toward Rare EDP. I vaguely remembered they had a very similar dry down but prefer Rare more. Now, having my bottle matured for more than half a year, I can say that it has become more creamy and I think I do prefer this now over Rare. The latter is still a love, but performance and longevity-wise, Angham takes the cake for me.
This perfume is really... mid? It's not bad but it's also not mindblowingly fantastic. On me it opens with a full blast of ginger and lavender and dries down into a sweet lanvender scent that has no trail to it. No vanilla coming through. It's a very safe perfume, nothing super exciting, yes it's close to Goddess but it's also weak sauce to be honest. I totally get why it's popular and I do reach for it occasionally, it's just not a very memorable perfume.
LET IT MACERATE!!!!! Guys. You’ve got to let your Middle Eastern fragrances macerate. Two months bare minimum. One year would be even better. I reviewed this right after I bought it. I remember thinking that even though I liked it, it didn’t smell a ton like goddess like everyone is saying— kind of similar but not the same. it smelled way more gourmand. The praline note was super prominent. I wore it a couple times and then put it away because I found it to be super heavy and super sweet. well, I just picked it back up today after almost a year and it literally brought me to my knees. it’s absolute perfection. it’s like the absolute perfect balance between warm, fresh and sweet. I almost wanna cry. It’s so beautiful. It smells like Burberry goddess, but like way better. If you haven’t tried this yet, what the hell are you waiting for? At $40 it’s definitely a safe blind buy. But let it macerate!!!!! 20 / 10
Aw man, it smells like a cheap perfume from 5 below. It sucks all around. I bought it from Burligton and I'll have to let it sit perhaps. But it also doesn't last or perhaps I become nose-blind to it. It's so cheap and linear smelling that I honestly I'm very surprised how popular this one is. I have so many lattafa perfumes and this one has to be the worst.
It's a very soft, fresh, fruity vanilla. The lavendel doesn't hang around on me. A very safe choice of perfume - very easy to like. It's not too much of anything, and girly (not "young", but just very feminine). I have a large decant and will see whether I decide to get it when I run out. Didn't like it initially, but it's a really wearable perfume.
Opening smell is sooo Synthetic. In dry down I can smell Vanilla and Lavender.
I don’t think this smells like Burberry goddess at all…
