Fig Extasy

یه انجیر متفاوت، سبز، چوبی و کمی چرمی؛ عطری که قرار نیست صرفاً بوی یه میوه شیرین رو بده! «فیک اکستاسی» از مانسرا از اون عطرهاییه که اسمش ممکنه آدم رو یاد یه رایحه میوه‌ای، شیرین و حتی خوراکی بندازه، اما داستانش یه مقدار پیچیده‌تر از این حرف‌هاست. اینجا با یه انجیر خامه‌ای و سبز طرفیم که در کنار ادویه‌های تند، بخور، چوب و چرم قرار گرفته و نتیجه‌ش عطری شده که هم حس طبیعت رو داره، هم یه فضای تاریک، گرم و مرموز. شروع عطر با ترکیب انجیر، زنجبیل، فلفل سیاه و بخور هندی شکل می‌گیره. انجیر توی این مرحله یه حالت آبدار و شیری داره، اما تندی زنجبیل و فلفل اجازه نمی‌ده رایحه بیش از حد شیرین و لطیف بشه. بخور هم از همون ابتدا یه حس دودی و کمی رازآلود به ترکیب می‌ده. در نتیجه، با عطری طرفیم که از همون لحظه‌های اول شخصیت خودش رو نشون می‌ده و قرار نیست شبیه عطرهای میوه‌ای معمول و همه‌پسند باشه. با گذشت زمان، برگ سبز انجیر بیشتر خودش رو نشون می‌ده و در کنارش چوب صندل، چوب سدر، اسطوخودوس، آویشن و چرم وارد بازی می‌شن. اینجاست که «فیک اکستاسی» جذاب‌تر می‌شه؛ چون اون شیرینی ملایم انجیر با حس سبز و گیاهی برگ‌ها و خشکی چوب‌ها ترکیب می‌شه و چرم هم یه بُعد جدی‌تر و کمی خشن به عطر می‌ده. نه با یه رایحه کاملاً چرمی و سنگین روبه‌روییم، نه با یه عطر سبز و خنک ساده؛ همه‌چیز بین این دو فضا حرکت می‌کنه. در ادامه، وانیل، دانه تونکا، بنزوئین و صمغ استایرکس کم‌کم گرما و نرمی بیشتری به رایحه می‌دن. شیرینی این بخش کنترل‌شده‌ست و بیشتر حس گرم، صمغی و کمی خامه‌ای داره تا اینکه عطر رو به سمت یه بوی قندی و خوراکی ببره. چوب و چرم هم همچنان حضور دارن و باعث می‌شن رایحه شخصیت خودش رو حفظ کنه. از نظر شخصیت، «فیک اکستاسی» عطریه برای کسی که از ترکیب‌های چندلایه و متفاوت خوشش میاد؛ کسی که نمی‌خواد فقط بوی یه عطر شیرین یا چوبی رو بده و ترجیح می‌ده رایحه‌ای داشته باشه که هم تازگی و سبزی داشته باشه، هم عمق و گرما. به نظرم یکی از جذاب‌ترین ویژگی‌های این عطر، تضاد بین انجیر شیری و لطیف با فضای ادویه‌ای، دودی و چرمی اونه؛ تضادی که باعث می‌شه رایحه نه بیش از حد لطیف بشه و نه زیادی خشک و خشن. از نظر ماندگاری و پخش بو هم با عطری نسبتاً قوی طرفیم، هرچند نتیجه روی پوست افراد مختلف و با توجه به شرایط آب‌وهوا فرق می‌کنه. به‌نظرم استفاده ازش در هوای خنک، روزهای پاییزی و بهاری و حتی شب‌های زمستونی جذاب‌تره. برای قرارهای خاص، دورهمی‌های شیک و موقعیت‌هایی که می‌خوای عطرت کمی متفاوت‌تر از رایحه‌های تکراری اطرافت باشه، انتخاب جالبیه. البته اگر دنبال یه عطر تابستونی خیلی خنک، مرکباتی یا یه انجیر کاملاً شیرین و میوه‌ای هستی، احتمالاً این کار دقیقاً همون چیزی نیست که می‌خوای. این عطر، عطری نیست که بخواد با شیرینی زیاد یا تازگی ساده دل همه رو به دست بیاره. جذابیتش توی همین ترکیب نامتعارف انجیر شیری، برگ سبز، ادویه، بخور، چوب و چرم خلاصه می‌شه. عطری با شخصیت، نسبتاً جسور و چندلایه که هرچه بیشتر بهش فرصت بدی، جنبه‌های متفاوت‌تری از خودش رو نشون می‌ده.

Imagine the scent profile from F'ing Fabulous but not comming from creamy almond but comming from green fig leaf. This scent is for anyone who says, i want a signature scent that doesn't smell like anyone else. but also is likeable. it can be worn any day and never is out of place. it projects fairly well and sticks close enough. it might not be wow factor scent but it is likeable.

I LOVE this scent! If I could make adjustments to (another favorite, heavily used frag of mine) Philosykos this would be exactly it. I love fig scents, have tried many and consider this to he the best, hands down. It has a similar DNA to Philo in that you get all the lovely green of the fig but it's not nearly as linear. You definitely get that photorealistic "standing under a fig tree" vibe. The opening is one of the finest I've ever found. There is definitely juicy fig but it isn't too sweet or cat piss smelling. When the bottom notes started to come through I had an "uh-oh" moment because they seemed to clash for a second but then settled beautifully. This one smells identical on my skin as it does on my clothes. Good quality. The sillage is arm's length. It's not too overpowering and very pleasant, and lasts. The leathery incensy drydown has some nice spice and it rests beautifully on the skin. Lasting for a good while. Even the fig lasts longer than I'm used to. It's also perfectly unisex. This would smell great on anyone. If you're a fig lover, you absolutely have to try this. If you like calming, balanced unisex frags, you have to try this also. Solid 8.5/ 10 for me. Adore this one.

So, I was on a 6month nobuy with perfumes & this is the fragrance that finally made me break it. Mancera Fig Extasy was a BIG W✨️🥳👏 blind buy for me... I honestly don’t get much leather 🐾🫎from this fragrance at all. From the opening, that green fig🥝🌿note paired with this smooth, nutty almond🫑🍀🥜vibe is just beautiful👌🏼 Then it starts to evolve…the drydown becomes this slightly creamy🍿 blend of incense⚱️ vanilla🍦amber🍁🍂& tonka bean🫘 that is to die for. Having used Fabulo Intense by Maison Alhambra & sampled Fucking Fabulous by Tom Ford & which I genuinely enjoyed both. But IMO Fig Extasy is miles ahead of those two for me. The woods smell light, almost green and the leather is more loud than noticable. But it does enunciate a deep synergy between smells. I am in love with it.

Been loving this one recently. I reckon its actually underrated, as well as unique. Green/woody scent profile, but with a leathery/incense background. It isnt linear at all either, very well blended and high quality. Got some punch too. I don't consider this in line with many Montale/Mancera fragrances. I've smelt a bunch, and owned cedrat boise (then sold), and while theres similar DNA (brightness, smokiness etc) this, in the idea of quality and blending, absolutely blows cedrat boise out of the water. Springs coming soon so I am looking forward to putting this out there.

I love the fig+leather combo! If you prefer a woody vibe over the sweetness of the fig, that's the bottle for you.

a nice, unconventional fragrance. from my wearing experience i'd call it a powdery, green-and-leather fragrance, with aromatic, floral, woody and balsamic edges. the green is fig leaf rather than fig fruit (really sappy and bitter). the powder is dry (a cool violet-orris quality, sometimes leaning cosmetic in cooler weather). it leans heavily on iso E super, which works against and actively thins the "milky flesh" the marketing describes. i'd have liked some creaminess, waxiness or oiliness here, but the identity is airy instead. the aromatic load is heavy, sharp and faintly medicinal-herbal, mainly lavender with a cooling eucalyptus-camphor edge. the floral side is a soapy lily-of-the-valley. the base is soft vanilla, cedar, and incense-like resin. overall, a green aromatic woody, with a balsamic-leather drydown. not "fig milk" as promised, but interesting on its own terms, really neat, and definitely unique.

doesnt have the softness of fig leaf, sweetness of fig. it's very green and ambery but not very creamy or soft. mix from the greenness of fig, some spice, woodyness that adds depth but its still mostly a green scent. very unique but not my style

Now this is something special. In a modern world full of sweet fruity fragrances and sticky gourmands, this slows everything down and gives you a breath of fresh air, quite literally, as I find the opening of this scent to smell like the first breath of fresh air you get in a damp forest after walking next to something smelly. Everything in this fragrance feels clean, even though it's got notes of leather and incense, they don't give off that dark feeling that they may give off in other fragrances. This fragrance is green, but it's not overwhelmingly green as other "green" fragrances that I've tried. After some time with this fragrance, a very light vanilla shines through, adding just a teeny bit of sweetness that smells invigorating. Mancera's Fig Extasy is something I would recommend to most, and I find that it's a relatively safe blind buy if you're looking for a fresh green fragrance with a little more than your average green fragrance.

Unique aromatic green mysterious scent, the opening is a bit strange, savoury vibe. Situational scent, not so versatile. The name sounds better than it smells, pistachio opening with citrus, but quickly turns greeny plant-milk-like. Develops to tree milk, oregano herb side, not something I'd want to wear or smell, but a cool concept I suppose. Dry down is more wearable but never fully escapes the green/savoury characteristic. Unusual but memorable, it deserves credit for being unique, but it doesn't translate to enjoyable.

I had hig hopes looking at the notes, but somehow I didn't like it especially the dry down is so incensey , little inky. The opening is somehow green due to the fig leaf ig but quickly it becomes incensey and leathery. It's good but not great. Pretty linear after an hour. 6/10

Definitely really woody and green - one thing that stands out about this fragrance is how beautifully blended it is. Every element in there smells so high quality. This is one of the rare cases where paying full price for a niche fragrance makes total sense for me. May be a little heavy for high heat, other than that this is versatile, all-year-round type smell. Decent performance as well. Better than Dyptique's Philosykos (as a fig scent) in my humble opinion.

@nerolicannoli. If you truly have performance issues then I’d suggest you are either noseblind or have agenda. This lasts a very long time, projects well and for a long period . Lovely fig with greenery and dry nice leather and spice dry down. Great value for a superbly blended fragrance. I love ADP FIco di Amalii but it’s intimate, layer with this and it’s stunning. 10/10 all round. Best bang for buck niche scent I have

This is the 23rd fig fragrance I’ve tried, and while it’s not the sort of fig fragrance I prefer on myself, I can appreciate that’s it’s very well done. I don’t normally like incense or leather notes as they tend to lean too masculine for me, but these aren’t overwhelming and it’s fair to say this fragrance is unisex. The fig is woody, green, and realistic. While not linear, the cohesiveness of this fragrance gives the impression that it’s quite simple, but the quality of the blend gives it depth. If you’re someone who’s looking for a straightforward woody fig blend that smells like quality, this one is an excellent choice.

I went into this very excited and open-minded. But all I smell is incense! Incense with a hint of over-ripe fruit. I know I sound so dramatic, but this was a lesson for me: I have a zero-tolerance policy for incense notes. I would NOT consider this a blind buy if you are at all iffy on leather or incense. Because everything else is right up my alley.

One of my few gym fragrances that has been complimented

This is a masterpiece. Smells like being under a fig tree on a nice day. The fig is creamy and smooth, but also green in a natural way. The woodyness compliments it very well too. If you can get this for a good price, go for it

Fig Extasy comes off as quite a simple fragrance, and does not make a huge statement. But don’t let it fool you, it is complex and has incredible performance. You are embraced in a fluffy cloud of woody figgy bliss! I do get some leather and a touch of the sweetness at the end of its life, but it remains very uncomplicated. I was BEYOND disappointed when I tried this at first, I get it if you do too! But trust me, this will grow on you. Easy to layer, easy to love, easy to WEAR! Fantastic, simple, performing fragrance!

Sampling Mancera Fig Extasy, a 2021 release, fittingly fig-forward but with a very interesting multifaceted blend that is parts green, smoky, resinous, sweet, and spicy, featuring a robust note blend with standouts of fig milk, green fig, ginger, leather, black pepper, benzoin, vanilla and styrax. It’s an impressive confluence of varied accord, a lot to take in, and I feel that it is largely a successful experience and I’m delighted to smell it. It’s quite dense and the performance is strong, an interesting balance between a note that I generally experience as fresh, fig, and some of the darker elements that accompany it, the result being something hearty, experimental, yet also cozy. I think this is an easy one to recommend trying, on the basis of its uniqueness, performance, and affordability, as I could see the upside being high for many, though it’s artistic enough that I could imagine it being divisive, overall. I give it high marks for what I regard as a bold attempt and strong result. As with most of the brand, it’s EDP concentration with retail pricing of $200 for 120ml, sold in the US via the house website and boutiques like Olfactif (where I bought my sample) and Krystla Fragrance, among others, though it’s also fairly widely available via discounters, which is generally the case with Mancera and Montale fragrances. 8 out of 10

High quality. Super well blended, very smooth, very refined and perfectly balanced. It’s not quite masculine enough to satisfy someone looking for something decidedly masculine, and maybe it’s too much incense for women to love it. It is smack dab in the middle of the unisex category. It smells fresh, sweet, green & herbal, and smoky.

It is what Boss Bottled Parfum could be if it were more wearable, bright, natural, and rich. I am not saying that BB Parfum is bad; it is just 'okay' once you compare it with this one. Still a masculine scent, but more wearable for all genders. I know that it is not a generic, mass-appealing, vanilla bomb or an easygoing, woody fragrance: it is more mature and classy, yet still modern. The fig here is more juicy, with more green leaves and fewer earthy stems like the Boss one. The performance is good, slightly above average for a Mancera fragrance, and for this green scent profile, it has solid longevity and projection. I love how it is photorealistic and pleasure! Fig Extasy is a niche fig fragrance elevated to a masterpiece. 10/10.

The Woody and green Notes are prominent on me with a slight creamy sweetness.. I can’t catch much of the dry down.. perhaps I need to wait a few hours. Projection is strong for me as I could smell myself which is usually not the case with other designer fragrances. Love this scent. Definitely a more affordable alternative to TF FF.

This fragrance elevates every aspect of green perfumery. It’s a vivid blast of the natural parts of a fig tree — stems, leaves, fruit — and you can visualize each note thanks to the quality and photorealistic blend. It starts very green, with stems mixed into a minty freshness that evolves into a creamy fig fruit. It stays green throughout, then dries down into a smooth sweetness. Nothing here is too much. The balance is one of the most impressive characteristics of this perfume. There’s a subtle leather in the base, but it’s quiet — more resinous than animalic, adding depth without changing the green direction. There’s nothing here that resembles Tom Ford Fucking Fabulous. So, my opinion about it: It is a kind of perfume that you’ll keep smelling it, and you won’t leave it for anyone else. I had no idea how much I liked fig before it lol. Mancera once again proves they deliver top-tier quality at the best price on the market. 11/10.

It starts its journey as a typical fig fragrance upon first spray. But I quickly realized that I was not going the typical route. There is a strong presence of incense that accompanies the fig, making this fragrance very sexy and this trip like no other. The sillage and projection stays strong throughout the journey. The drydown is where it gets even more interesting, as it makes a hard turn down a dark alley where a nearby leather factory burns and dumps its unusable straps. At the end of this alley, I arrive at my destination, a 3-way intersection at Fig Street, Leather Lane, and Fireplace Court. Not where I expected to go, but glad that I'm here.

I wanted to like this so badly, and I tried again and again; It has everything I like, incense included. But, this is overwhelmingly incense heavy on me. There is some leather as well, but not much else it seems. It’s heavy. I can fully see how someone else would like this, I feel like it’s best suited for a cool older man. Like, I could see my tattoo artist wearing this. I however am a 22 year old girl, and this wears me rather than vice versa. I will say that the longevity and projection are good; Could make a nice fragrance for the right person.

Fig Extasy Mancera Fig has slowly become one of my favorite notes in fragrances. Whether it’s from the fruit, leaf, or sap/milk fig if done right, it will truly make a fragrance pop. Fig Extasy is one of those gems. Now, let me put you on game up front. This is one of those fragrances that you have to be committed to. When it’s on, it’s on. To keep it simple, you get Fig Fruit, Fig Leaf, Incense, Leather, and Styrax(Woody/Sweet). This gets compared to TF F**king Fabulous, which is a good fragrance. But this one has a bigger emphasis with its namesake. The performance is beastly, but not in an overpowering way. Its versatility is all year round. It’s great by itself or layered. Performance Projection 7/10 (3-4hrs Above Average) Longevity 10/10 (12-16hrs Skin, next wash on clothes) Enjoy.

So I’m loving this fragrance, as I am a huge fan of TF F***king Fabulous. So is it a 1:1, no, is it close enough that I am happy to say I no longer need to buy the TF…… yes! I feel in my opinion that it’s a tad bit woodier, but not overwhelmingly so. The dry down is nicely close! I was going to get a travel size TF or the clone Fabulo Intense, however I feel that I have a quality fragrance that puts me in that space and I didn’t pay the premium price tag! This a Mancera fragrance that definitely commands attention!
