Very very mossy and earthy. Smells like a forest after the rain - specifically the wet ground. Plus quite prominent citrus (grapefruit?) note throughout. Intense projection.
I LOVE this PERFUME. It is one of the most masculine perfumes in my collection and my personal signature scent. The opening is a commanding and confident pineapple. To me, it's like a masculine kind of bright. It's the type of bright fruit you'd smell on a leader. It dries into a lovely and in-charge woody earthiness. On my skin, the pineapple note lasts for about an hour / hour and a half (longer if I Vaseline my neck), and gently fades into the woods and earth. All in all, I can get a good 10-12 hours total from this scent, with it projecting pretty strongly for around 6 or so hours for me (most of my work day), and slowly shifting into a more intimate scent for the remaining duration. I can spray it on in the morning and still have my lady smell it on me in the evening. It's what I enjoy out of a perfume: it makes me feel like the man. I don't even do it for the compliments anymore. At this point, perfumes are a manner of self expression for me and this has always been what makes me feel like the man. If you own Creed Aventus, this is a redundant pickup unless you need something longer lasting and stronger.
@johnhammer Every single review represents the individual opinion of the writer, including your own reviews. Consequently, reviews are subjective and it may be reasonable to assume that members understand it as such; and possibly is one reason why we are interested to read different opinions. There is no need for rude and insulting comments.
I mean i love the perfume. But it's a creed aventus. Same to same.
i need to remind you idiots that everyone has different nose receptors, different psychology, and different perspectives on the same shit dont listen to these morons that comment their opinion and try to posit it as the objective truth it does have similar notes to aventus but it is different. your skin’s ph and biome has the final say on how the fragrance smells. always sample. make an opinion first THEN read the comments sick and tired of these retards stating their opinion as if its the truth and whoever doesnt listen is not as smart as them. dumb cunts think they got it all figured out but are broke as hell in life and only think about themselves dont listen to these selfish bastards that would never help anyone but themselves
Absolutely sublime fresh, aromatic, mossy masculine sophistication. Performance is excellent for all seasons and occasions. One cannot do better in this genre. Great signature scent with huge personality and style, an absolute stunner. PS: there is no similarity to Aventus whatsoever imho.
Completely understand why people like this it's just not my thing. I really like Creed Aventus but I can't get myself to like this one. I think it smells like a lemon scented Clorox disinfecting wipe.
Complicated feelings with this one. Bought a sample and liked it, but now that I have a full bottle... It smells like the Aventus DNA got cranked up to the max, for better or worse. On one hand, I see it as rugged, masculine, mature. It feels versatile, could be worn casually or formally, in any season. On the other hand, it's strong performance is a double-edged sword. The oakmoss is pretty heavy, a little dirty even, and the citrus note can feel a little antiseptic. One or two sprays on the wrists is plenty, or you can expect a headache. I'd be cautious wearing this in the full heat of a blazing summer day; seems better suited to shaded areas or when it cools off a bit. My advice, sample it and then sample it again before you pull the trigger. A great scent, but a little gnarly.
The dry down is phenomenal. I love wearing this on summer.
The opening is a citrusy, fruity and very fresh scent, while the dry down is a heavy oakmoss note that give that clean and masculine scent. This perfume has a nuclear projection and an excellent longevity. It's easily one of the best perfume I own and I absolutely love it
Completely agree with @Mario93 comment, its the best interpretation and in my taste even better than the orignal Aventus DNA. What a load of nonsense by @Tabouni.
I don't mind blind-buying hyped fragrances, even when I already suspect I won't like them. That's exactly what happened with this one. The opening isn't bad, but it's very loud and completely in your face. But the dry down? The only way I can describe it is this: puke + fruit salad + disinfectant. Imagine someone eating a huge bowl of fruit salad with extra pineapple, throwing it all up on a dirty, moldy floor, then cleaning the mess with disinfectant. That's exactly what this smells like to my nose. Don't believe any other description.
5.2/10 Too medicinal, and the dry down is very dry. It's like if you tried to make Aventus unlikeable.
Hacivat is a fugerresh take on Aventus, the oakmoss becomes the dominant note after the smokey and juicy pineapple opening and it stays there until the dry down and it smells like earthy greenlimesh barbershop cologne. The sillage and longevity on my skin are 10+ hours.
I really love this perfume, it has an incredibly beautiful scent, but its performance has really deteriorated :(
Nishane Hacivat Oh boy, this stuff is good. In my opinion, it’s the best fragrance from the Creed Aventus DNA. Yes, it smells similar, but I personally think this is better because it lasts forever and lingers beautifully. I find the scent all over my hoodies and clothes even days later. To be fair, I do spray around 10–15 sprays, which probably explains it 🤣 Surprisingly, this is also one of my most complimented fragrances, and I barely ever get compliments. I’ve had people ask, “What’s the name of that cologne? It smells good,” and tell me, “You smell good.” Nothing over the top, but just enough to make you appreciate how well it smells to other people. I’m already onto my second bottle, and this is definitely one I’ll always keep in my collection. Rating: 9/10
i only get the oakmoss and the drydown smells like a pool in a bad way
It smells like one of those cheap replicas of Aventus
Excellent fragrance. Perfect for summer. Nice citrusy and earthy. Fantastic longevity with easy 8+ hours and 4 hours of strong projection. Will buy another back up bottle.
As someone who loves pineapple (fruit scents in general) and has creed absolu as my signature scent, I must still have a bottle of this. Is it redundant? Perhaps so, but it leans more aromatic whereas creed is a bit more refined and sharp if you get what I mean. I would have to compare side by side to articulate it better but nonetheless, a fantastic pineapple scent.
No pineapple only citrua wtf and dry down woody and aromatic 😨
Really interesting one--Oakmoss, and woods, and fruits. Strong, just shy of overpowering. Definitely masculine, not unisex. Much closer to what I want than most fragrances....Not sure I need it. Maybe its a "love", but not so much that I like it more than what I already own--Are there circumstances where I would I reach for this over something else in already in the quiver? I am not sure...But it is a solid fragrance. These days, I would wear it before Aventus. Will wait to judge the drydown. Update: bit of a eucalyptus note in the middle, a nice drydown overall. Judgment not really changed.
@jishu I’ve been wearing Hacivat for the past 3 years and nothing has changed. Our nose gets use to the fragrance and therefore when we obtain a new batch we expect that same scent that we’re use to. After it sits for a while it all comes back the same. We tend to become nose blind and think it’s not the same strength but it is. Don’t stress over it it’s a great scent. Enjoy your Hacivat my friend.👍🏿💯💯
Hacivat is still an excellent fragrance with its signature fresh pineapple and woody profile, but I recently compared a 2025 bottle with my 2020 batch, and the difference is noticeable. The newer batch feels lighter, the oakmoss is much less prominent and the overall performance and depth do not match what I remember from the older formulation. I have noticed similar changes across several niche brands in recent years, so I wrote a short article explaining why many perfumes seem to perform differently today. beautifully balanced herbal cacophony. extremely rounded and sweet, nothing really spiking out. elegant, fresh and sweet at the same time. lovely
Best summer fragrance of all time IMO Not even close.
Wife and kids loved it . Wife kept wanting to smell me
Honestly, I had already owned Creed Aventus, and this is quite similar. But I don’t want to make a direct comparison because, for me, this version is very rich and long‑lasting, yet it doesn’t fully convince me. It’s as if it’s missing a bridge to truly win over my nose. For me, the pineapple note—which is definitely worth mentioning—is not as juicy. Rather, it’s a sharp and green pineapple, if I can put it that way. It’s a very masculine fragrance, very likeable, and it plays it safe because it has that well‑known DNA that’s easy to wear. If I had to choose, for me, Creed Aventus still wins this battle. It keeps its originality and that aura of elegance and sophistication. This one is definitely delicious and elegant in its own right, but if I had to pick, I’d still prefer Aventus because it gives me a more refined and sophisticated impression.
Has an opening composed of sharp, aromatic lavender and citruses, both metallic and green, very reminiscent of a pine forest. Fresh and spicy, mossy, herbaceous and grassy. Becomes even more grassy with vetiver, then turns earthy with something like peppered amberwood aromas. Performance is decent, projects well and lasts on the skin for hours. It's a masculine scent with a throwback quality, would suit a guy 25+. Fine all year, day or night. It reminded me of Bond No.9 The scent for peace in the opening, but closer to a sharp, peppery Aventus in the air and drydown. Kinda like a high-end, and I mean really fucking high-end! Cerruti 1881 men.
I'm really sad about this one because I love the scent and the DNA. But I have tried 4 separate batches of this and none of them last on my skin. Such a shame. I wish I could find the legendary nuclear bottles.
