This ultimately performs as a sweet syrupy orange blossom with a vanilla base to me. I do love it, but sometimes I wish it had a little earth or something at the bottom. When I'm in the mood however, it is gorgeous.

The best Libre, and one of the best perfume creations of the last few years, but if it was reformulated, as some of you say, then I am waiting for a good dupe because I wanted to buy a bigger bottle. It happens with all my favourite perfumes, and then they are discontinued.

I've been craving to smell this and it was an immediately love, my favorite from the collection, on my skin starts with a crisp ginger-citrus blast that it's not intrusive, after that I get a beautiful blend of spices and lavander infused with honey and vanilla, I also feel a little bit of vetiver, It's unisex to me, it's very warm, cozy, elegant, this could be a signature with no problem, it's not heavy as long as you don't overspray, one spray behind the ears and in the inner elbows are enough for me.

I absolutely love this fragrance. When it was first released, I actually bought it by mistake and didn't like it at all, so I ended up selling it for really cheap. Some years later, I found it on sale. I thought, "Why not give it another chance?" I'm so glad I did—I don't regret it for a second. To me, it's perfect year-round. In the summer, it even gives me a subtle sunscreen vibe (in the best way possible), which I absolutely love. This is truly a masterpiece from the Libre line. I honestly think it's one of YSL's best fragrances. The boozy notes, warm spices, and soft creamy facets blend together beautifully, creating something elegant, comforting, and incredibly addictive. It's so so good, really love it.

A fragrance for a luxurious woman in a leather jacket. I’m utterly intoxicated by it. It comes alive in autumn, especially in early october, when the first rainy days arrive. Yet to me, it feels completely seasonless. There’s no grape listed in the notes, but it’s exactly what I smell: tart black grapes drenched in dark, slow-flowing honey. The saffron brings a dry, subtly leathery spice, while the vetiver in the base leaves behind a refined woody trail. Everything about this fragrance is captivating. The honeyed spiciness, the gently piquant sweetness, the way it perfectly balances the brightness of citrus with the aromatic freshness of lavender. it all feels effortlessly harmonious. It's incredibly sexy and confident. A fragrance with real presence. The best interpretation of the DNA, in my opinion. L’Absolu Platine comes next (less sweet, clean, unisex). A completely different take, yet every bit as compelling.

I’m so late to the game on this one cause I’ve been Libre DNA hater until now. Le Parfum is GORGEOUS! Smooth, sweet, yummy, sexy, and so pretty! I am usually not a lavender nor ginger fan but in Le Parfum the ginger adds a zest and sparkle and the lavender adds a clean, brightness. Both are not overpowering and they make the traditionally sweet orange blossom feel effervescent! The honey and vanilla add a warmth that makes this the perfect fruity flormand!

LIBRA LE PARFUM by YVES SAINT LAURENT smells... "ohhhhhhh sooo good!" But it is "VERY" strong. Even just ONE "spritz" had me feeling self-conscious.

Анонім★★★★★

I really think this smells both sweet and clean. Reminds me of summer in Europe by the Mediterranean sea. Think this could be worn almost any time. Mabey not on the warmest days.

If I had to choose just one fragrance from my collection, it would be Libre Le Parfum. This is not only my favorite fragrance of all time, but also the scent that truly made me fall down the fragrance rabbit hole. It sparked my passion for perfumery and completely changed the way I appreciate fragrances. What I love most about Libre Le Parfum is how luxurious, confident, and addictive it smells. The blend feels rich and elegant, balancing warmth and sweetness with a sophisticated edge. Every time I wear it, I feel put together and effortlessly confident. The performance is simply outstanding. The longevity is incredible, lasting well into the day and often lingering on my clothes even after several wears. The sillage leaves a beautiful scent trail that people notice without being overwhelming, while the projection is strong enough to make its presence known and command attention in the best way possible. Perhaps the biggest testament to how good this fragrance is: it's one of the biggest compliment getters I've ever owned. Friends, coworkers, and even strangers have asked me what I'm wearing. It consistently draws positive reactions and makes me feel special every time I put it on. Libre Le Parfum will always have a special place in my heart because it was the fragrance that started everything for me. No matter how many new perfumes I discover, this remains my most beloved scent and the benchmark against which I compare every other fragrance. It's elegant, powerful, long-lasting, and unforgettable—everything I could ever want in a perfume. ❤️

I own this perfume, and find it quite muted compared to Libre Intense. Le Parfum has a subtle projection; it lingers around you like a soft cloud close to your skin or body heat. However, the spicy notes—ginger, saffron, orange blossom, and lavender—tend to overpower the faint sweetness of vanilla. On my skin, Le Parfum lasts about four hours, but on clothing, it can last for days. I appreciate the rich sweetness of Libre Intense; in comparison, Le Parfum feels much cozier. It isn’t a headache-inducing fragrance; it's surprisingly light instead. For me, Libre Intense projects stronger and leaves a lovely scent trail. Le Parfum is quite subtle and isn’t my favourite from the Libre range. The original Libre EDP is nice and potent, and in my opinion, the Intense version is significantly better. Le Parfum is decent but not outstanding or remarkable for me. This perfume may have been reformulated, as some older reviews indicate it was much stronger or heavier than what I'm experiencing.

Анонім★★★★★

I love the notes but hate Libre DNA. To me this is just like the original Libre, nothing new, big dissapointment because the notes are great. All I can smell is lavander.

Анонім★★★★★

I believe that this was reformulated. Now it is lighter and even the color looks less darker than the previous one

Анонім★★★★★

Love this, best vanilla perfume ever.. it doesn't give you a headache

This is so yummy!! I dont like the OG. This one is sweet and smooth, not sharp as the OG. But I can still smell the OG sharpness now and then and that makes it not as enjoyable as I would like.

Анонім★★★★★

This thing gathers the MOST COMPLIMENTS from men, I don’t know what it is! It’s a sexy scent but a tad too gingery for me but layered with vanilla scents makes it 👌

Анонім★★★★★

In top men’s favorite for women

Orange blossom dipped in honey, that's mostly what it smells like. Amazing sillage.

Анонім★★★★★

this is the only libre i can tolerate out of the whole libre collection. its sweeter than the original and yes even sweeter than vanille couture. i still don’t reach for it often but i like it on date nights or night outs.

This is a really good perfume. On the initial spray, it has this grape or black current juice kind of smell. After a bit, the orange blossom, saffron, lavender, honey and vanilla show themselves. In the air its flowery, grape, vanilla and tiny bit of vetiver peeking giving it some earthy vibes. Awhile later, upclose you can still get the florals notes but in the air, it definitely becomes more of a honey and vanilla scent. I am not a fan of sweeter scent but even I like this. Showed it to my sister and she wanted it so I got it for her. Performance is really good. I sprayed it on at the second floor of the house when I was testing it from a vial and my siblings could smell it downstairs. it has great projection for atleast 2-4 hours before it becomes a silage bubble and even at that point, its still noticeable. Don't have to mention longevity cause it just lasts for a really long while. It sits comfortably at the strong projection and eternal lasting categories. Feels like a winter or autumn scent due to how heavy it is but light applications might work for other seasons too. It is definitely more feminine but it can also work as a unisex scent thanks to the notes and the way it changes overtime when you wear it. Overall, it is a really good scent.

Absolutely gorgeous flanker. Rich, dense, syrupy, not so lavender-forward... I love how it smells on clothes, and the way it dries down on my skin. The drydown is incredibly sweet and pleasant, almost like salted caramel (I get a very similar drydown with Intense). Now, the funny part. On clothes it smells good all the way, right. BUT, right after spraying it on my skin, the opening smells really funky, almost like soap or some ultra concentrated laundry detergent 😭 But once it settles, after 2-3 hours, it becomes incredibly delicious, lol. If both Le parfum and Intense work well with your skin chemistry, I'd recommend Intense for summer and Le parfum for winter. Intense is more fresh and 'sunny' (mood-wide), with its prominent orange blossom and florals, while Le parfum is more cozy and mysterious, with its added ginger and saffron. Both are gorgeous perfume concepts, but choosing between the two, I'll go for the Intense <3 But always make sure to test perfumes on your skin, ALWAYS!

I purchased a box set with 4 x 7.5ml bottles of Libre edp, Libre edt, Libre le Parfum and Libre Intense and by far the best of them all and the longest lasting 8+ hours is le parfum, I have not tried any of the other flanker in this line and I have purchased a larger bottle of Le Parfum. It's richer, more gourmand and spicier but still has the YSL original libre DNA. I love this fragrance it's a big thumbs 👍 up for me. ❤️

Finally had an occasion to wear it, and I like it even more. I haven't tried the recent releases but since I enjoy this one so much I don't feel the need for more. Such a beautiful, sophisticated fragrance. It has just the right amount of sweetness that I really enjoy (the same as in Armani Code, the OG, before it was watered down). If you don't like it, don't buy it and go enjoy Burberry Goddess or Mon Guerlain. More for me.

Анонім★★★★★

Strange, but this doesn’t last long on my skin at all. The OG version (I’m currently going through a ’24 batch bottle, but I’ve already used up a few older ones) actually works best for me; the Intense version is okay as well, but Le Parfum simply smells like a blander version of the OG- just not very potent. (source: Sephora) I can see that many people love and enjoy it, but test it first- it might not be the best version for your skin chemistry just because of its name.

A bold, elegant fragrance with warm vanilla and floral notes that lasts all day—truly a scent to fall in love with. 💫

Анонім★★★★★

Herbal soap with sweet honey syrup added. Very strong. Didn’t like it.

Анонім★★★★★

This perfume and its performance oh my! The scent profile is incredibly evocative; it lasts forever on clothing and a solid eight hours on skin. It’s a warm honeyed orange with a melting, ambery, boozy vanilla—almost like a bursting bouquet of scents. You either love it or hate it. It’s high-class sophistication and cheap dollar store all at the same time, and I’m here for it! I can’t wear it every day, but when I do, it’s a scent that owns you—so you’ve got to own it. Personally, I don’t find it overwhelming, even though it’s an assault on the senses. Top tip layering this with a cypher is a move. I use Clarins Eau Dynamisante and it just elevates the opening !

Анонім★★★★★

In the first minutes Libre Le Parfum opens sweet spicy, kinda fresh, then is becoming very rich, warm and, in the end, almost burnt caramel with flowers. It was such a surprise for me liking this fragrance for it's heaviness and gothic vibe. Beautiful mature scent. I wore it once on a cooler summer night and it behaves beautiful as well, and I wore it a lot on autumn and winter. Powerful, bold, sophisticated fragrance.

Анонім★★★★★

+ strong with strong sillage - masculine smell, reminds me of strong men’s colonge - too mature (suitable for 45+ woman in business), opposite of a girly perfume that I’m now more into - too heavy and spicy - I could use this only in corporate christmas parties I sold it. I wanted to love it but it’s just way too spicy with the ginger and saffron. This is the same category as Khamrah Lattafa, whatever that is, loved by middle-eastern men.

Анонім★★★★★

I do not like Libre and any of its flankers, except for this. Libre Le Parfum is better composed, in my opinion. It is more open, well balanced and more elegant in general. The addition of honey (non animalic) makes it more interesting and complex. I think the other ones are generically very sweet and messy, but this one is the right one!

Анонім★★★★★

If you like warm, rich, spicy-sweet floral fragrances with good projection and longevity that suit cool evenings or special occasions, this one is a strong pick!
