It's a fragrance you get tired of very quickly and eventually start to hate... But when the people around you only smell it once in a while, it's amazing. My dad wears it every morning, and I always tell him to spray it on the balcony because the opening is quite unpleasant. However, once it settles into the drydown, it's a solid 10/10. Especially at this price, it's outstanding. must have
Guys, come on... This is a synthetic mess. Sweet, linear, 2D, most of all - juvenile. The sweetness and density in this makes it confused if it's a freshie, or a colder weather scent. If this is truly what the OG smells like - then boy, what a rip off
Extremely juvenile fragrance targeted towards that teenage party going demographic. A quite sweet fragrance with some vanilla and a prolific bubblegum note. Can be slightly synthetic at times, but will definitely pull compliments especially in those colder months. Decent performance and projection, I'd rate both at about a 6/10. For it's price, its a great affordable fragrance but for just a few more £/$ buy rayhaan lion for a more unique and strong take on JPG Ultramale. As someone who owns 9PM Elixir, Rebel and this one, I cannot understand why people say they smell similar.
Ultra male is THE compliment magnet and this is basically ultra male for £30, but this also causes the problem of it being overworn. Also, this is better suited towards younger people, but aside from that this is an amazing fragrance for the money.
I don't care how old I am; it can be used anywhere, depending on the number of sprays.
Gives me a headache when I smell it on people, way to sickengly sweet. Man this is barely even a vanilla fragrance, more like retarded bubblegum.
So far it's good it opens sweet a little spicy and ever so slight bit of syntheticness to it. I also have only had cheap colognes but have smelled nice ones. Its super spicy most of the time and kind of calming. It smells as my mom said like a cinnamon roll. As it dies down its more sweet then spicy and loose all synthetic smell. Ill give a 8/10
Extremely well made and long lasting cheap fragrance that is somewhat its own thing while still being similar to ultra male
meh. i’ve really outgrown this fragrance, it was was my first ever one but i find it to be too synthetic now. there are way better youthful night out fragrances now compared to this.
I got an extremely weak bottle, disappointed.
Too bubble gummy sweet, can't stand it, cheap and enjoyable for young folks I think, to go out
It’s good. If you like Ultra Male you’ll probably like this. However, the original is almost always going to be better than the dupe. In this case, the dupe is good, but still doesn’t come close, it’s sweet, powdery, and headache inducing. Don’t listen to creators and influencers telling you it’s something like 99 percent close. Real niche houses and designer houses use high quality ingredients, whereas dupe houses get ingredients as cheap as possible, which is where you really smell the difference in quality.
It's even more bubble gummy and overbearing than the original or the other dupes. Too much. Not for adults. Does last forever and project like crazy.
9 pm. Nothing great. Smells synthetic and cheap.
I´t a close dup for Ultramale Jean Paul Gaultier... It´s so cool the apple and vanilla!! Love this parfum
Even if im not an Uber driver, this fragrance has single handedly gotten me more compliments then my Ultra Male, It can last upwards of 6 hours and it replaces pear with apple. It is by far my sweetest perfume, do not wear this in summer unless you want to become sick. Although it's just a bit too childish. I can't see anyone over the age of 25 wearing this. Yes my nose dislikes pear.
It's good. The opening smells like gummy worms but in a weirdly good way and the dry down is light, sweet vanilla with something a little bit green. It stays very candy-like all the way through but there's nothing wrong with that. It's casual and unagressive. Great blind buy.
@donpelletier.2 i think its ur ass
Unlike the reviewer below, I've had the total opposite experience. When i wear this I have people COMPLIMENT me and tell me that I smell like a GOOD Uber driver. Funny, huh? What i don't smell is the sweetness in this scent. I love 9pm, but to me it smells like boiled cauliflower and spinach. Is it just me? Is it my nose? Is it my brain? Is it my ass?
Me personally, i dont think it is that bad, but around other people I have gotten multiple complaints, one saying I smell like a bad uber driver. Smells 70 percent like ultra male but its so overworn and smells like a middle school boy, not too pleasing.
love it. its clean and dosent bother me too much and i get the occasional hit every now and then
Smells good and alot like ultra male but its just used by so many others but still great value for money
great performance it was my first fragrance and my most complimented
Afnan 9PM is a sweet, youthful, and addictive fragrance that has become one of the most popular affordable scents in recent years. It opens with fresh bergamot and fruity notes before moving into a smooth heart of lavender and sweet accords. The dry down is where it shines, with creamy vanilla, tonka bean, and amber creating a warm, seductive, and comforting scent. Performance is excellent for its price range, easily lasting around 8–10 hours with strong projection, especially in the first few hours. It works best during autumn and winter, making it a great choice for dates, parties, and evening occasions. One of its biggest strengths is its excellent value for money. It offers a quality scent and performance that can compete with much more expensive fragrances, making it a favorite among fragrance enthusiasts. The only downside is that it has become very popular, so it may not feel as unique as some less common fragrances. Overall, Afnan 9PM is an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a sweet, attractive, and long-lasting fragrance without spending too much. 8.4/10.
Kid fragrance if I’m being honest. Anyone above the age 16 I just don’t see it suiting them. Nice smelling fragrance for beginners, but there’s so much more better.
All I can say is I sprayed this and jpg side by side and damn it is pretty darn close, my Mrs couldn’t tell a difference but I get a little bit more fresh bubblegum scent from 9pm. I’d be interested to see how rayhaan lion compares but I have no need for 2 dupes of ultra male. Like I said very good dupe I’d say about 90% the same with a very nice twist that doesn’t make it as sickly sweet as the original.
A great Arabic, enveloping, spicy and warm composition, perfect for parties,
Definitely a winter fragrance
Very good ultramale dupe. The opening is bubble gum sweet, and it kinda keeps that profile for its projecting hours, in the air at least. The dry down is one of the best ones I've smelt. imo what made this scent a bit old is that you will smell a lot of people wearing this, almost everywhere you go; at least I do. Makes it a basic scent, unfortunately, since you won't smell unique. Also, it is more of a party-type, young guy fragrance; if you want something more mature and unique, then look somewhere else. Overall: 8/10 scent but basic af and not suitable if you are above 25
Im happy that this is not like your boring vanilla fragrances and that it opens up with Apples and there is such a nice dry down. However it projects like crazy so be careful with how much you spray because it can cause nose blindness and can be cloying as well. Longevity is also great. Also I really love how heavy the bottle cap is it just feels so premium but the atomizer is a let down to the bottle cap and feels cheap. Overall 7.8/10
