Marwa

It's kind of a green tea, with lemon and ginger. It has a pleasant ambery warmth and is just an all-aroubd pleasant scent. If you don't hype it up to heiggts a perfume can never achieve, you will enjoy it, and so will most people around you. Also: this may smell summer-appropriste, but you may enjoy it more in winter - it does have a lot of warm and some spice.

Don't really understand the hate here. I have both the og LV and this, opening for Marwa is really close to the og. After setting, at least on my skin the Marwa is little more soapy and less "earthy". Performance is quite not that good on skin either. But, for the price excellent fresh fragrance.

I've been wearing Marwa for a while now and I honestly really enjoy it. It smells fresh, clean and very pleasant without being boring or too generic. There's a nice citrusy freshness in the beginning with some ginger, and after a while it becomes smoother, slightly soapy and woody. For me, this is especially a great fragrance for the office. It smells clean and professional, but still has enough character to stand out. It's not one of those fragrances that fills the entire room and annoys everyone around you. I've actually received quite a few compliments while wearing it, from both men and women, which doesn't happen with every fragrance I own. Performance is decent for me, although I wouldn't call it an absolute beast. But considering the price and how good it smells, I really can't complain. Overall, Marwa is just an easy fragrance to wear. Fresh, clean, masculine, pleasant and surprisingly high quality for the money. Definitely one of those fragrances you can grab without thinking too much about the occasion.

My mum loves this and its pretty mass apealing idk how close it is to imagination but on itself its a pretty great and versatile fragrance

This is the only fragrance I own that actually gets me compliments from strangers Also I get complimented 6+ hours after applying. I believe many of you are going noseblind (myself included) but I did let this bottle age a bit before summer started if that matters Anyways if I can return every summer scent I own and just keep this I would

The two buyers I'd happily recommend this too: Buyer 1: I've never smelled imagination and want a clean, soapy, masculine scent. Buyer 2: I have smelled imagination and didn't get the hype / thought it was way overpriced, but It did smell nice. This is an excellent purchase at this price point for those people. I am very critical of dupes, and this one really does smell nice and luxurious beyond its price. But if you're in love with imagination and buy the hype (like me) you're probably better off saving up for the fragrance you really want. This is the closest dupe to imagination on the market to my nose. Its slightly spicier, and gets very very close to the opening of imagination and kind of stays that way throughout. It doesn't really get into the dry down of imagination though.

Tried a decant of this and this gets very close to imagination. Obviously less quality than the original. The opening has a lime which little reminds me a vim bar. The ginger and tea are toned down and is focused on the drydown of imagination. After the lime opening this is very well blended. Lasted for 6-8 hours. Did well in high heat and humidity. Lets see how the extrait fares, but this is worth purchasing.

It’s sex in a bottle. It makes me want to devour my husband whenever he’s wearing it. Of course, it’s unisex. It’s soft and comforting, just the way I like it—not sharp or headache-inducing. The moment I received the bottle and sprayed it for the first time, I fell in love. And of course, it only gets better with time. When my husband wears just two sprays in the morning before work, I can still smell it on him when he comes home nine hours later. Love, love, love it!

After trying on Hectic, Kobra, and Hersh 2; Marwa is still my favorite imag dupe scent-wise. But the performance is just meh. So I'm waiting for the extrait.

Smells like straight up lime peel to me. Even when it calms down, it's nothing I could say is special.

Art of Arabia and Kobra are better than this. This just smells like Fruity Pebble Tea. 5/10

Not gonna lie, I absolutely hated the opening on this. Maybe it's just my skin chemistry, but it was pungent, harsh, punchy, and smelled like a grandma's perfume. The citrus was overpowering; it was very lemony, and there was something that just smelled a little funky. But the rest of the experience made up for it. It smelled like an expensive hotel soap or body wash. It became very well blended. Soapy, but not overbearing. The citrus and tea work so well together. Performance is decent: projected for the first hour or two and completely faded after five hours. Great fresh fragrance for the value, just might have to thug it out for the first 5 minutes or so.

Just go for it guys….this has become my signature scent this days….immense projection and sillage….very safe and compliment magnet perfume

I'm really hoping no one takes offense to my comment on this as apparently this is an incredibly hyped clone. That being said, there is a note in the opening of Marwa that reminds of a certain lime bathroom cleaner that I have smelled in public bathrooms in the past. Once I smelled that note, I couldn't un-smell it. Otherwise, it's a nice fragrance. So it's a hard pass for me. I gave it away. My friend raved about this fragrance, so I had to try it. But it's just not for me. Sillage is decent. Atomizer is awesome if that matters to anyone. Longevity is mild for me. I can't say I have smelled LV's Imagination, but I have Montagne's Imaginary. And although Montagne's dupe feels "simpler" than Marwa's (less complexity in the various notes), I found it to be generally a little more pleasant than Marwa's. It's just that one lime bathroom cleaner note in Marwa that absolutely ruins it for me.

Just got this in today, if this is in the ballpark of what LV imagination smells like, then I get the hype. Stuff smells amazing. I am 100% getting Marwa extrait

Like others I picked up this fragrance based on hype when compared to other popular DNA. After testing this fragrance for a while, I'm reporting back that I am quite disappointed. I don't get much in terms of notes outside some mellow spice and a very subtle soapy tea note. The best way I can describe the dry down is a natural baby wipe type scent. Even after fresh application I can barely notice the scent on skin or clothes. Personally I only get skin level projection based on comments from others around me. After 2 hrs there is almost no trace left. I would not recommend the purchase.

Montagneparfums imaginary is the best clone of imagination.

I am incredibly impressed by this fragrance! It is remarkably close to Imagination having smelled them side by side. Initially I didn’t think this DNA was for me but it has been growing on me more and more. People aren’t lying when they say it smells soapy. It smells like the luxury soaps high end resorts stock their rooms with. The longevity on this fragrance is fantastic, even 10 hours after applying I can still detect this on my skin. The only downside for me honestly is the atomizer. It is far too pressurized and is a bit cumbersome to use compared to other atomizers. I got this as a tester for $30 and it’s a steal. I don’t know if I could ever justify the price for Imagination so this works just fine for me!

@Oliverda B*llsh*t, the longevity is 1-2 hours

In my opinion, it clearly outperforms Imagination in both scent and longevity. I'd genuinely love to see a blind test with 10 people comparing the two. :) What surprised me a bit is that this one is already being counterfeited, and the fakes are of incredibly poor quality. It's not worth trying to save a few bucks, only buy it from a trusted source unless you're already confident you can identify the genuine one.

it's a good scent - not as crisp or well blended as imagination but 90% there for 10% of the cost. the problem is that it has NO longevity, after 1-2 hours it's gone. for that reason i wouldn't recommend it.

It looks like this is the 500th comment, and I’d like to say that this perfume should never be discontinued because I believe it is special; regardless of its inspiration, it stands on its own merits by now. Thank you, Arabiyat Prestige.

Opening is horrible. Its like a chemical bomb straight to your face. The drydown is quite similar to lv but without citrus on my skin. Its sticks to clothes for me overnight but doesnt really project that much.

Although a very lovely spiced citrus freshie, collectors will have many other options. Does not project and is a skin scent, very quickly. Nice but nothing groundbreaking

For me the smell reminds me of a expensive Soap at a like 5 star Hotel. The smell is very clean, I smell the Bergamotte, Tea and soap very heavy, with a light spicy and citrus note. The smell has quite a lot of depth to it, but sadly only lasts for 2-4 hours max (at least for me), on clothes a bit longer, around 4-6 hours. I like the Flacon design and the Atomizer is very good. I think it‘s okay for the price. I will not buy it again, because the sillage and Longevity are just not good enough sadly.

man i must say just like imagination .i have both marwa and imagination, marwa its not as strong but smell wise its the same clean soapy. for the price nice grab of course imaginations better but 40 dollars to 360 you make the decision ,, you got the money get imagination, you dont marwa will work for like 2 hrs
