i got this as a present a couple of years ago, and i’ve honestly barely touched this perfume. the lavender kinda throws me off and the notes aren’t for me as a white florals / vanilla type of girl. i will say though, i like to spray this on my bedsheets on one of those everything-shower nights! however, once i finally run out i won’t repurchase. love ariana so much though <3

This is her weakest fragrance. It’s so soft and skin scent. And it’s gone in 1 h . Also it’s smell like nail polish remover and cheap male aftershave. I don’t know how people can say it’s her best.. people nowdays are tasteless as hell.

보통 늦가을~겨울에 사용했는데 너무 여자여자한 향보단 그래도 중성적인 향을 좋아하는 사람으로서 만족했습니다. 아리아나 향수가 대부분 굉장히 여성스럽지만, rem은 그중에서 그나마 중성적인 방향으로 해석될 수 있을 것 같아요. 평소에 유니섹스 향수를 좀더 즐겨 쓰시는 분들이라면 좀 실망할 수도 있겠으나 저처럼 페미닌~유니섹스 계열을 즐겨 쓰시는 분 중에 구어망드 계열에 도전해보고 싶다는 분들께 나쁘지 않은 선택지가 될 것 같아요 저는 올 겨울에 재구매할까 생각 중입니다.

The most gorgeous lavender, fresh, out-of-the-shower perfume I have EVER smelled. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Cannot wait to repurchase to wear it again.

I think this is definitely her most mature scent. A lot of the others are very sweet/fruity but this has a lot of powder/musk.

This is such a unique scent to me; I feel like it deviates from the usual Ariana perfumes that are super sweet. I don’t really get sweetness as much as I get just straight lavender and sandalwood and I love it. Lasts all day on me; it smells mature without getting into old lady territory.

Very fresh and masculine leaning, quite different from her other fragrances. If you’re looking for a mature but wearable fragrance, this is it.

I tried this in store on a whim and completely fell in love with how salty the dry down on my skin is. In the opening I get briefly the quince, than caramel and probably the zefir (a very airy light sweetness). But the dry down is mainly salt and lavender, then some caramel and creamy sandalwood at the back. Positively addictive scent, I keep smelling my wrists whenever I wear it. I wouldn't call it a unisex (because there is some sweetness that I associate with feminine perfumes) but I think it would smell fantastic on a man.

Starts off as a lavender powder bomb, it reminds me of the lavender and chamomile scented calming baby powder. It also smells a lot like Aveeno Stress Relief lotion for the first bit. After about 5 minutes it calms down and the sweetness starts to develop, especially if I remember to moisturize, just a plain unscented moisturizer seems to really help the sweetness come through for some reason. The sweetness is very dry like light, fluffy meringues made with lavender sugar. It's a soft and pretty fragrance which is great for bedtime. After about 5 hours it is gone for the most part, maybe a slight lingering sweet musk. I like that if I put in on before bed I can choose a new fragrance in the morning and be on my way.

Total accident. I was in Target at lunch distracting myself from rainy weather and trying various Finery dupes. Then I walked into ULTA and tried different things there. And then I was back to work. Something smelled incredibly calming and addictive. I kept smelling my sleeve and trying to recall what it was. I sprayed so many different perfumes! It smelled SO good that I drove to Target after work. I couldn’t find it. Until I tried R.E.M. Here it was! I can’t describe it. Soft, powdery, friendly, reassuring, gentle, comforting, stays close to skin. I hadn’t try anything quite like this. I am bewitched. Longevity is not the greatest but compared to all Replica and Jo Malone it is a beast. I love it. 😻

wow this is nice asf..the lavender is great and calming. sweet,milky,kinda caramely notes makes this so so yummy and good. if you like sweet and calming scents you should try this perfume because it mix those qualities very well.

Great soft scent, it sits close to the skin and is non offensive. This is what I imagine a bedtime fragrance would smell like <3

This is great. It is very reminiscent of Coffee Break by Maison Margiela. It is very strong in terms of the lavender smell, which is blended with sweet marshmallows and that softness in the background. Decent for a celebrity fragrance! Doesn’t last long and you can’t smell it on yourself much though, as a downside to all this.

I LOVED this when I had it. It starts off more feminine and the dry down leans masculine. I got so many compliments on this whenever I wore it! It also lasted a while on my skin.

It smells very lavender, a bit like a men's perfume. I love all of Ariana's fragrances and this is one that really lasts longer on the skin.

this smells like something a soft-masc lesbian dreams of smelling like, really nice lavender notes at first spray but when it settles on clothes or ESPECIALLY skin it smells soooo masculine leaning and so cozy, i think honestly the smell leans either more masculine or more femenine depending on the appearance of the user.

Ahhh one of my favorite fragrances of all time. It does have a slight unisex touch but then again there is this fluffy, sweet cloud surrounding the lavender that makes this fragrance feminine. I can wear this anytime, maybe except in the middle of summer. The definition of fluffy, cozy and pretty. I love you R.E.M.

When you first spray this it smells feminine and lavender like straight up lavender, but as it settles in the skin it starts smelling very masculine and idk cozy? It def leans more masculine so if u want a v sweet feminine lavender idk if u will like this one. i love it tho

It's sweet in a way that is like, caramel-ish, but also gives off a funky smell. The lavender mixed with the gourmand makes this very weird for me unfortunately even if the dry down is nice.

Warm, fluffy, and sweet (that kinda fluffiness all of her frags have that's so beautiful and safe) but the lavender sticks hard and it can become too much for me honestly. A powdery lavender can lean very masculine (such as Asad Bourbon) but if you try to ignore that sharp herbal edge it can be a really pretty perfume. I have a love-hate relationship with it.

For me, I smell the lavender the most. When people have complimented it, they usually mention how sweet it smells. Good for anytime use, inoffensive.

I really wanted to like this one; the bottle is so pretty. Opening is like if candy hearts became a laundry detergent. And then it gave me a headache. I won't be making it through my sample, unfortunately.

Just smells like a typical men’s aftershave or deodorant. It’s really nothing special and smells almost plasticky and acidic and just makes me feel nauseous in the same way that thank u next does. I really had to scrub this one off cause it was just horrible and even after that I could still smell it, props for the longevity though! the bottle is very very pretty though! :(

I originally got the mini bottle of this many years ago before I was really into perfumes, and when I put it on i just smelled nail polish remover, like another reviewer mentioned. I forgot all about it until I found it again one day and decided "why not? let's try it again", and it was the most beautiful, calming scent. that's how I learned the power of maceration. I've bought 2 full bottles since then and it is by far my favorite ariana perfume, and is one of my favorite scents ever, I just wish it lasted longer (although I have gotten compliments when I've hugged people while wearing it, so maybe my nose gets too used to it?). I really wish she had come out with a body mist or lotion to go with it! I spray it even when I'm laying in bed because I just looove smelling my wrists when I have this on, it's so delicious and relaxing! the bottle is also so pretty and I love displaying it! if anyone knows of a good dupe or a body mist that smells like this please let a girl know!

I love a number of Ariana Grande’s fragrances. My favorite is probably her Ari. This I bought more as a calming soothing scent. You can definitely smell a prominent lavender in this. Apparently it protects really well and people notice it. I got a compliment. The bottle design is stunning. I think it’s a fantastic quality scent if you love a feminine lavender scent. It’s probably not going to be one of my favorites. I prefer much softer, more traditionally feminine floral profiles. It was a blind buy, and so from now on I will always purchase travel sizes before committing to a bottle.

So dreamy and nostalgic. I remember the moment I smelt this for the first time; it was a few years ago in a little shop. I was testing many of Ariana Grande's fragrances then and this one became a forever favourite. I love the sweet and creamy lavender in this, but for some reason, I get hints of cardamon, reminding me of my Grandmother's Kashmiri tea. Such a comforting scent, I love wearing this to bed or when I'm feeling anxious.

This is probably my favorite of Ariana Grande’s fragrances. It is a wonderful bedtime scent. It is smooth, calming, and lightly sweet. It isn’t anything like the other lavender vanilla smells I own. I can usually still smell it if I sniff right against my skin, but it doesn’t affect whatever fragrance I wear the next day.

such a wonderfully creamy, sweet lavender. the only thing that throws me off is the heavy saltiness - it smells as if you applied it right after coming out of the ocean

It’s alright, just not for me. I’ve had this since 2023 and I liked it, but it’s quite harsh and very Smokey smelling? Idk, smells like a bonfire in a field of lavenders which can sound nice to a certain crowd. It’s definitely a subjective scent though

I tested this today and on my skin I only feel a smoky lavender scent, with some caramel/vanilla notes. It reminds me of Sleepy from LUSH, which I prefer. I can see why it’s called R.E.M., I would use this perfume before going to bed, it’s calming, if you are into the lavender note. I won’t purchase it because I don’t feel it as a unique or a special scent.
