Rouge Smoking

My first niche after I gave up on BTSO incedent cherry. Never been more satisfied with a choice. I love the classy and fancyness effect flows with this scent. Really worth it since it has a lot of discounts.

This is probably the best cherry fragrance I've smelt on myself. With that being said it's just ok in my book. Cherry is not a note I would want to smell like compared to other fruity fragrances. The fragrance was nice enough with a powdery cherry scent profile that had depth but it's just not for me.

Amo los perfumes empolvados. Este es un empolvado luminoso, cálido , envolvente. Es un perfume de cercanía. Al principio en mi piel se siente bastante alcohólico, pero a los segundos cambia y se transforma en una bufanda de cachemira, suave, acogedora. Es una vainilla tibia acaramelada que me recuerda a las piruletas mezcladas con lipstick, un heliotropo polvoso con algo de violetas. Es algo parecido a como debe oler el amor.

idk why i havent left a review on this but now here i am. this was my first ever fragrance i bought and because my brother got a decant of it, so technically i bought for both of us. Its such a unique kind of vanilla, like its not the normal kind of vanilla but super nice. But thats the mid/dry down/base of this. The opening i dont really feel cherry but instead its peppery and (abit of tobacco my cousin says) but its not that offensive honestly to me. anyways its not that sweet which is great btw, so it really captures that unique vanilla. Its just a great blend of that peppery vanilla (actually lets just say that tonka bean i guess). You guys really have to smell this to know what im saying! get a decant you wont regret it!! anyways this is literally unisex, i dont see why men wont wear this too. its super sexy and seducing ngl

This is nearly an exact copy of spicebomb extreme.

A very warm, wool like spicy vanilla scent. You don't really get much of the cherry at all, except you get a pepper bomb

I don't know if it's just my skin or what, but this just smells like straight up pink pepper and the tiniest hint of Vanilla and Cherry. I really can't stand it - there's just too much pink pepper

To me this smells very fake and like artificial cherry. Almost reminds me of cherry lip balm or an old cherry room freshener plug-in in an old person's house. I think that's due to the added powdery scent. Not a fan. I thought the name was cool though.

I normally don’t ask people what they are wearing; I just had to follow the scent trail of this and ask the gentleman wearing all black what he had on. Bought a full bottle right after :):

I got it because I heard it smells like Dr. Pepper, cola or root beer, and it smells like all three at different points to my nose. This is exactly what I wanted, and I am very happy with my sample. ❤️

It straight up smells like a bakery

Does it smell like rootbeer? Yes. Is that exactly why I like it? Also yes.

Great cherry fragrance, sensual, easy to wear. I feel like the projection is better than what is said, and it also lasted for a long time on my skin, but it depends for everybody. Not a daily and not a blind buy for sure, but for great occasion, or a date, it is a go-to scent. I'd see this fragrance more on a woman, but as it is versatile, i'd say it's unisex, depends on how you wear it.

i’d use one word to describe this: sensual

This is wayy more almondy than cherry to me.The heliotrope i don’t enjoy…Just ends up being too powdery where it’s just shampooey? The extrait is miles better and I actually would like to own that one whereas i probably won’t even finish up my sample of this one.

This perfume is beautiful in its own right but unfortunately it feels basic because of the million Lost Cherry dupes/spinoffs on the market. Lovely orange blossom in the opening but becomes a basic cherry-almond scent. Not medicinal or overly fruity which is a positive. Standard artificial cherry and tonka, but don’t get me wrong this is very yummy!

Incredibly beautiful and addictive. It’s not something I would wear to the office but in my own space or going out it’s divine! It is very different, fun and sexy! The comparison to Dr Pepper, I can see but I like that as it’s a softer refined version.

I expected this to be more dark and sultry. It smells like the candy cigarettes you'd get from the weird ice cream truck as a child.

On first spray, I immediately understood why people compare this fragrance to root beer. There’s a fizzy, slightly medicinal sweetness that reminded me of licorice and even briefly made me think of Libre. At first I wasn’t sure if I liked it because it felt louder, smokier, and much more attention-grabbing than the softer fragrances I usually gravitate toward. As it settled though, it became warmer, smoother, and more velvety. I can absolutely understand why people love this perfume, but for me personally, I just don't emotionally connect with it.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t get past the overwhelming smell of powder to enjoy the cherry. There was nothing fresh in this to my nose. The bergamot was complete lost. The vanilla must have mixed with the musk and wood to make the overpowering powder on my skin. I really wanted to like this scent, but alas, it’s a pass for me.

Definitely can smell BDKs DNA in this. I liked that DNA in Gris Charnel too, but it just wasn't for me. I like it a lot more in Rouge Smoking. It's sweet vanilla for the most part, but with some cherry that's stronger at the beginning and fades toward the end. Definitely get why people say cherry soda or root beer. It smells like a grown up, wearable version of flat, slightly powdery cherry soda. I'm not a cherry person, but I like the depth it adds here. A good date night/winter scent. It isn't beast mode, but it's pretty strong and lasts well over 12 hours on my clothes, though by that point it is just vanilla and whatever BDK uses as a base (all their perfumes have the same base smell, but different notes imo, but it could just be me). I'll definitely go through my sample, but I have a lot of vanillas I like and I'm not sure this is a favorite.

This fragrance opens with a beautiful, powdery candy sweetness that blends seamlessly before transitioning into a warm, sensual ambery vanilla. you get an initial powdery almonds with that sweet jammy cherry and then comes the vanilla, is a love.

To be short and precise, it is good for people who loves vanilla and cherry scent. Can be a unisex as it dried down to very much alike PDM Althair but with a cherry vibes. 😀

Eski oyuncak bebeklerimi koyduğum bir poşet vardı, onu ne zaman açsam aynı böyle kokardı, oyuncak bebeğinizin kafasına burnunuzu dayayın ve direkt olarak parfümün ne koktuğunu anlayın, hoşunuza giderse alın. Kısacası kurutulmuş kırmızı meyveler+baharatlar+vintage ruj+oyuncak bebek kafası kokan bir parfüm. Nefret etmedim ama sevmedim de, dry down'u rahatsız etti biraz. Sanırım satıp satmayacağıma karar vermek için kışı bekleyeceğim; belki havalar serinleyince severim...

Root beer and incense. Mostly root beer. Not what I was looking for, but pleasant enough.

smells beige. creamy citruses with a hint of marzipan. made me hungry. very uplifting, feminine, cosy. agreeing with the barbie doll’s head comments, but in a good way. shocked how light and calm it is. I imagined it will punch me from my face, thats why try it at balcony lol my nose is not designed to get any cherries or smoke from this bottle. looking forward to use it as a summer gourmand.

I loved this so much. It starts as a sweet gourmand "candy" like fragrance with a powdery texture. The notes read as blended rather than separable. Once it settled the "candy" phase started tapering off and I found more vanilla coming through. It shifts from playful edible sweetness to more of a sensual ambery vanilla. My only issue is that it didn't last longer than an hour, so I'm looking into the extrait version.

Hubba Bubba Bubble Tape!! I'm really just not impressed by this? It's very powdery with hint of vanilla on my skin and the sillage is weak. I'm sadly not getting much cherry or smoke. The extrait is definitely the better than the EDP if you're going for sweet smokey and mysterious vibe!

Red double popsicle from childhood in the opening, cashmere woods and tonka in the dry down. LOVE I wish the popsicle part lasted all day though.

This grown and sexy. The subtle smokiness of the cherry is so elusive yet so whimsical. I have been getting whiffs of it all day from when I wore today about 12 hours ago and it’s still pushing. The sillage is not loud but trust it’s powerful enough. When I wear this I think of a black cat energy. Elusive, mysterious but yet alluring. This is a perfect scent for winter. Will repurchase.
