Found a bottle of this on Perfume click for €29 so if you’re in the uk or Ireland they seem to have stock there. This is a lovely spicy winter scent. To me it smells very unisex. I will definitely wear this when I see Hilary live in September.

One of my all-time favorites & one of the most beautiful perfumes ever...that is saying a lot. I've worn this since the 1st release in 2006. I almost exclusively wore her for many years...I was addicted & still am. I can't think of a perfume that I received more compliments on than this fragrance. People constantly wanted to know what perfume I was wearing. The conversation almost always started and/or ended with them saying "you smell soooo good"! Please Hillary Duff bring her back to us. I just bought Boss The Scent Intense eau de parfum and I believe it reminded me of this one

Hilary has a home fragrance brand called Below 60, and they're doing a line inspired by her songs (House of Known). There's a With Love candle that will be restocked :) But if you are looking for a dupe - the closest one I've encountered is Kayali's Musk Matcha. It's a little bit noticeably vanilla-playdough-y (oat), but nothing else matches the sweet-fruity opening, the creaminess, and the woodiness as well as Musk Matcha.

I'm so sad this isn't available anymore! My mom had a bottle of this in 2006 and I remember us fighting over it; it was such an odd scent, like what you'd imagine warm window light in the snow would smell like. I want to buy an old bottle, but I'm worried it won't hold up to the memory of it.

I had this as a little 2ml sample that came as a cute charm with a limited edition LG egg-shaped flip phone (LG KG225 white for anyone curious!) in 2006. I was in high school and this perfume along with the phone made me feel so grown up and classy ✨ I’m surprised this fragrance was slept on at the time and didn’t go on to be a classic. The fragrance notes don’t mention sweet, but this is definitely primarily sweet and fruity in a unique way. I managed to get a 30ml bottle recently for $$$ and it was worth it. The bottle design is so pretty, everything about this is timeless and beautiful!

Hilary Duff is doing a Vegas residency and she performed her song "With Love" with a BOTTLE OF THIS. I don't want to get excited, but she was holding a bottle of it for most of the performance. PLEASE BRING THIS BACK. Melanie Martinez brought back her "Cry Baby" perfume, so I hope Hilary can bring this gem back. This is top 3 celebrity fragrances ever.

Came back to say again, that Mind Games Oprea Mate smells just like this! I still have my half full bottle I got from Marshalls in 2009 and compared side by side with a sample lol.

Hilary, please rerelease With Love for the 20th Anniversary this year. We would truly appreciate it. I still have two bottles of them and hold onto them. I also have Wrapped with Love. Since she has a new album this year and is performing live again it would be a perfect time to make this happen. Please find a way to rerelease this perfume.

This was one of my all time favourite fragrances that I have ever smelled and could not believe it was a celebrity inexpensive perfume because it smells so luxurious. It is so romantic and feminine. I really can not even explain how good it is. Quite mature as well for a Hilary duff fragrance at the time when I was young but definitely perfect for me now in my 30s. This would have easily been my signature all time scent if they didn’t stop making it. The name with love definitely suits the fragrance because it smells like love. It also has a slight shampooey soapy quality.

Finally indulged the inner 13-year-old tomboy, who was trying to get away from her former love of Disney Channel, shoving off all things girly and pop music, yet always entranced by the jewel-like facets on this bottle. And then stealing sprays from the shelf at every Kohl's trip but never asking to just have a bottle of my own. The truth was I did like it. And almost saw it as a window to someone I "thought" I would be if/when I finally grew past the tomboy attitude - mature, mysterious, seductive, sophisticated. As we know, actually growing up shows us the complete opposite, but it's always fun to finally make lost dreams come true with adult money. I'm revisiting this after years with an old mini with the infamous "turned" profile. It truly wavered between statuses of awful and awesome. Some days it would smell warm and sparkling, and others, like a rotting closet. Now I think that bottle's just...gone. It starts with the full blast of musted, crusted skeleton woods covering up what was once the sparkling mangosteen note. And that's it. The shadows of the warm amber drydown I remembered on my winter jacket as I stood in the beauty aisles, now all fuzzed up by this degraded wood note. I came to realize that this formula was made in the U.S. I didn't want to think all hope was lost. Upon questing for my closure treat, I happened upon a full bottle, formula made in *France.* Eureka. France-formulated With Love, I assume, was the original formulation with Elizabeth Arden before everything dissociated with their releases. Because this seems to be what it REALLY smelled like almost 20 years ago. It starts off solely with sweet spices and mangosteen, gently wafting juicy fruit throughout, and it stays, like how a fragrance is supposed to unfold. The woods never interfere with the top. Transitioning to the middle, the cocobolo note we love as it should have been - does not smell turned at ALL, comes in ever so smoothly, and sits close to the skin. Never the bonfire fumes the U.S. formula has. And the base, surprisingly just as gentle, a comforting grounded amber simmering with spices. And most of all, nothing is really singular. The blending is immaculate, as most French formulations tend to be masters of. Like a sipping a smooth chai with sweet incense in the air. When the Dignity album was first released I had a short phase of idolizing Hilary during her brunette baddie era, because come on. Her fashion and style looked incredible. She looked older than she was (its own awkward baggage ultimately), and even I had a hard time believing she was burying her blonde Disney self just like that. Her crafted persona matched everything With Love wanted to do - Hilary all grown up, free from childhood shackles and exploring womanhood, as any 19-20 year-old would feel. Now that we all have the hindsights of adults in our 30s, the fragrance still smells beautiful and sophisticated, but definitely how a 19-year-old would have thought "sophistication" was. With Love is the matching product of someone who tried to, or maybe felt forced, to grow up right away. I thought I read somewhere long ago, that outside of EA powers that be, Hilary wasn't interested in redoing this because she had outgrown it, or perhaps it does remind her of a more tumultuous time in her youth. The ultimate irony being, I still believe this fragrance was 10 years ahead of its time. I don't think this would appeal to the current teen/college gourmand market, yet this is right at home with the current Arabian releases and other niche oriental-forward scents. To all nostalgic lucky ducks who can, go find a France formulation and you will not be disappointed. This girl's Kohl's trip is finally complete. For returning Hilary fans, she's making new music again with a "Sabrina Carpenter in a midlife crisis" approach. I think she has some stories to tell 👀

This is one of the most beautiful fragrances I’ve ever gotten my nose on. It’s a mature and elegant but sweet and woody tropical scent with a kick of spice at the very beginning. That cocobolo note is divine, and I love how it works with the mangosteen. Then it dries into this slightly sweet, slightly musky lotion or sunscreen scent that I find so comfy. I honestly don’t know what I was expecting, but it wasn’t this (in a good way). Really great longevity and projection as well. I need a full-size bottle now- I adore this! Ok I got my 1.7 oz tester and it’s a lot sweeter? Not sure if it’s age or maybe the fact that it’s atomized vs a rollerball, but there’s a syrupy sweetness that’s present with this bottle. I still love it though!

Got it for my 14th birthday :'-) Brings back memories! It was a great fragrance to wear, appropriate for teens at school and into 20's. Very elegant yet youthful.

I used to love this in the early 2000s. It smelled expensive and was only $16 bucks at Marshall’s. I wish an Arab Company would make an exact dupe of this 😞 someone please bring this back

Just got this as a blind buy. The notes pyramid doesn’t accurately reflect this perfume. It’s extremely sweet!!! Like heavy, dark, resinous sweet. Very unique, I can see this being a curveball celeb fragrance 20 years ago. Definitely a fall scent. As a gourmand lover, not sure how much I’ll actually wear this. As per the comment below comparing this to touch of gold BBW… kinda see it, but when I smelled ToG I got more Libre intense vibes.

If anyone is looking for a really good dupe, BBW’s new fragrance Touch of Gold is by far the closest dupe I have found to With Love. I own both scents and tested both out and they smell almost identical.

This brings back so many memories of being a teenager in the 00s. This was the peak celebrity fragrance era, and I recall hating this scent when it launched. I just really didn't get it and when compared to the popular celeb scents at the time like Britney's Fantasy or Jlo's Glow, this stuck out like a spicy sore thumb. But for whatever reason, any time I was at a fragrance counter, I would go over and smell it again. It just had this strange pull - like somehow I knew it was way too sophisticated for 15 year old me, and that maybe I'd get it in time. WELL. Time has come, and 15 years later I'm obsessed with this scent. It's spicy, it's warm - there is literally nothing else like it. It's strange to think that this launched all those years ago, as a Hilary Duff fragrance nontheless, because if it came out today, under a different, perhaps more 'trendy' fragrance house, I'm sure it would be everywhere. It was definitey ahead of its time. After some searching, I found a really good dupe and it's autumn on my side of the globe, so I'm a really happy at the moment!

One of those rare celebrity scents that felt truly special. With Love was my signature for a time… unusual, comforting, and unmistakably itself. Warm spices, woods, and a cozy fruitiness that didn’t smell like anything else on the shelves. Not loud or sugary, just quietly magnetic. Sadly, like many others, my bottle didn’t age well. The packaging was beautiful, but the fragrance turned, and by the time I thought to replace it, it had already been discontinued. A real loss. I still hold out hope that it’s brought back one day… or that something captures the same magic again.

I got a bottle for Christmas circa 2008. Really liked it at first, but my baby sister dropped it and it shattered. The whole room smelled like the fragrance, and I get a migraine just remembering the scent.

My ex father in law used to have a perfume shop. Hundreds of scents and in 2006/2007 I remember being wowed by this one and he let me keep it! I wish i could find it again

I'm a bit above the age to have been watching Hillary Duff shows but I remember my husband's little sisters watching her show quite a bit. But where was I when such a perfume was on market with such interesting notes? This looks like a fragrance that was made for me due to the notes listed here anyway. I just found a bottle 85% full for sale at a very nice price. I'm very interested in grabbing it. If I do I will be back to add my thoughts. As someone else said, Hillary if you were to put this back out it would most definitely sell like crazy. Maybe it got discontinued because it wasn't a little girl scent and because of who it's by most people would have assumed it was? But seriously I could see this being absolutely loved by so many of the girls who were very young when it came out but are the perfect ages for it now.

Just snagged myself a 3.4oz bottle on Mercari for $27. The fragrance is still in perfect condition and hasn’t gone bad. Definitely recommend checking on Mercari for a great deal!

This perfume was definitely a hidden gem. I don’t think I’ve found a dupe for this perfume since. I remember it was 2006, I was 13 going on 14, my mom bought this for me at Walmart I believe. It was the first “grown-up” perfume I ever had and used. I felt so mature wearing it, but in a good way. It was so woody, spicy and warm. I miss it so much.

I still remember the buzz when my dad brought this for me as a present from a trip abroad. It's still in my room and I wear it occasionally! it's a gorgeous perfume and fills me up with nostalgia.

I found a lady selling this and jumped on it immediately. It was the perfume I wore everywhere when I was 15 🤣 nostalgia in a bottle ! I definitely feel it was a tad sweeter back then- now I most get spice but it’s still quite nice ! It’s such a shame it was continued, because I really think this one was a hidden gem .

I’ve recently managed to get another full size bottle for under 30 dollars and just wow. This is one of my most coveted nostalgic scents and it aged incredibly well: it has a great warm spicy ambery note, but still has the sweet notes of tropical softness that almost borders on being floral. It’s incredible and it’s such a shame this isn’t in production anymore! It’s gorgeous. Definitely a timeless scent.

Who changed the main accords for this fragrance? Iirc, it used to also list "tropical" and "terpetic" and maybe even "lactonic"?

You might want to try Alibi Eau Sensuelle by Oscar de la Renta, they seem to have similar vibe going on. I have both and will be selling both in the future (UK), don't see myself finishing both bottles, they're nice but not love for me. EDIT: Sold mine now.

Musk No.3 by Bath and Body Works smells incredibly similar to this gem and for it to be a body spray it lasts a decent amount of time. You can get the body spray for as low as $5, give it a try!
