Narcotic Delight

Fantastic scent. Have had for a week now, and my experience is that it doesn't feel as potent as you might anticipate or want; however once you get your head around how this performs you will truly respect it. Don't get me wrong, as soon as you spray it once, you will smell it in air. But it's very balanced, no big hit to the nose here. It is reminiscent of Side Effect but not as colourful or punchy as that, which is probably why you could feel slightly underwhelmed. BUT This isn't Side Effect after all, so treat it for what it is. Closest comparisons would be Side Effect and Drunk Lovers together, but this has its own character. It is extremely long lasting, one of the longest lasting in my collection. As an example, I sprayed a single spray on the inside of my arm over 12 hours ago before going to bed. It is still very noticeable on my skin. Throughout a day, you will get pleasant whiffs of it. So don't judge this for not feeling like a strong projector after 10mins. It is very much there, and very much working. Addictive stuff, glad to have it.

Heavy medicinal fragrance, not something I mind. Not in a bad way like Argos triumph of bachuss. This is done way better; like a sexy pepto bismol. One of their best for sure, may be just as good as atomic rose.

This is indeed narcotic. A fruity, sweet and spicy fragrance. Cherry, vanilla, pink pepper, sweet tobacco and a bit of white flowers. This might be in the family of Initio's Side Effect.

Medicinal in the beginning but mellows out to a plum/cherry scent. Has consistent medium projection but way too overpriced for a candy fruit punch scent.

man i already own too many sweet cherry/almond perfumes and this has still reeled me in, to me this smells like the color crimson and the twin peaks' the black lodge also comes to mind. the red berry accord/cherry lasts quite long on my skin, and to me this is like dior's rouge trafalgar but with much more depth. the tobacco prevents it from becoming a completely cloying scent. it's amazing

Dark. Sexy. Seductive. Elegant. Mysterious. It's difficult to really encapsulate how amazing this scent is, but I think those words get close. Powerhouse of a date night fragrance, or if you're looking to turn heads if you're single & want to attract someone. Genuinely one of the most addictive cherry scents I've put my nose to, boozy, woody, spicy, and overall super smooth and extremely well crafted with excellent performance on skin, 8+ hours before its a skin-scent. Absolutely immaculate. If any of you have Valentino BIR Intense EDP in your collection, you HAVE to try layering the two. You won't be sorry. Just do it.

This smelled like cigars on me. I had hopes for the cherry in this but it was overall gross with my chemistry sadly. Had to scrub it off.

One of the best scent profiles ive smelt. A sweet and playful cherry vanilla scent with a nuanced smooth boozyness in the dry down. Very very sexy unisex scent. Amazing.

This smell reminds me of those smell good tree things you hang on your rear view mirror in your car to make it smell good. Obviously the cherry scented one.

Delicious gourmand fragrance. One of the best cherry, tobacco, and vanilla combinations I’ve smelled. The cognac note also adds a boozy vibe, which makes the fragrance feel smooth and addictive. Easy to love that fragrance, not disturbing fragrance. Price tag could be little bit lower. Longevity: 7.5/10 Sillage: 7/10 Scent: 9/10 Price: 6/10 Total: 7.4/10

Ive tried alot of fragrances with a cherry note and all of them smell like cherry cough syrup to me besides this one. Not saying its the only one that done smell like medicine but out of all the ones ive personally smelled. Out of the entire Initio line up Narcotic Delight is by far my favorite. If your in it for compliments then this will fit the bill as this is a compliment magnet. If you have a BF/GF then make sure you get the 90ml bottle as you 2 will burn thru the small one. This is a beautiful fragrance and it layers great with oud for greatness BUT go easy on the sprays as its 2 fragrances that project like a mfer lol. I do full sprays with OFG then little sprits of Narcotic Delight over top. Olfactoryfactoryllc.com has this for around $200 and worth every single penny. One of the few neich fragrances that if I couldnt find at discounters id 100% pay retail and thats rare for me.

This is the best thing I've ever tried. It's sooo narcotic delight, I can't believe how good it's made. So rich, interesting, boozy, woody, cherry. It's the same or even better than the masterpiece Angel's Share. 10/10

Thats what you expect a niche fragrance to do. Make something unique, cannot be copied easily with its own complexity and make people fall it love with it. The cherry in here is sexy af!! Quality ingredients. This is like a superior version of herod. Having not tried side effect, this is my num1 from the brand.

So I got this for an amazing price on the beautyhouse website. 180 after promo code. Very very nice smell, but this was easily duped by Maison Alhambra with intoxicating cherry. They are insanely close. Of course there are small, subtle differences, but essentially the same thing. Both smell amazing and im glad I have the OG and a quality dupe.

I just recently got this fragrance but it was very overpriced. I got it in Harrods which probably wasn’t the best decision but I still did. I’ve been looking at it for a few months but never got around to buying it. I’m glad that I did now. It’s very boozy and sweet. Those are my favourite notes so this is perfect. It lasts for at least 12 hours on skin. I can put it on at 8am and still be able to smell it at 10pm. It lasts even longer on clothes. I had to wash my clothes and it still smelled like it. I would wear this in winter and colder weather but it could really be an all year fragrance. I recommend trying this before buying it because it’s not blind buy safe. Update: I just tried layering narcotic delight with oajan from pdm and it’s the best layering combo I’ve ever tried. My brother said that he could smell it from the other room and he doesn’t usually like my fragrances. I would check this one out if you have a chance.

I just blind bought this, I think it smells nice but I'm slightly disappointed. The cherry note isn't nearly as prominent as I thought it would be, I mostly notice the tobacco. I don't really think it's worth the money but I don't regret buying it at all.

All I can think of when I wear this is freshly made cherry cheesecake with a smoky background. Initial spray can be a lil off but just wait a couple minutes. Its usually like that with cherry perfumes

TO me it smells very much like SWY line. This fragrance is good and performs very well. I wore it on a summer evening after the sunset and trust me it stayed and projected. I didnt realise the fragrance had such great sillage and longevity. INITIO has pulled off a banger!!

It’s way too sweet...just overwhelmingly sweet!! Like a drink where the bartender accidentally dumped in an entire sack of sugar. It smells like some clueless guy trying way too hard to stand out while chasing a one-night hookup at a club. Not for me.

Traded Paragon for this fragrance and let me tell you, I am so glad I did that. This automatically jumped up to my top 5 fragrances I have. The cherry note is perfect. I thought the tobacco note would be harsh but it all blends in very well. If you are a man who has a wife or girlfriend and she loves cherries notes this is the one for you to get. 9/10

My current favorite. Skip Musk Therapy, this one is better.

This fragrance was really interesting for me to buy, I like how initio combine various sweet or all kinds of notes with tobacco and vanilla, creating a booze effect, which is really unique in a way they create it, i would not say that it is safe for a blind buy, but if you like other initio fragrances you should definitely consider this one

Cherry, tonka and booze, a lot of booze. I couldn’t ask for more, unless I was willing to risk a DUI. An awesome perfume composition. Bold, a little wild, and definitely out there, yet somehow still a total crowd pleaser

I love cherry notes a lot, so I feel like I should like this fragrance, but for some reason I sense this weird ozonic note deep in the dry down that really ruins it for me.

When I first smelled this perfume, I was blown away. Elegant, sophisticated, and very well crafted with what feels like high-end ingredients. It opens with a sweet boozy cherry vibe that slowly dries down into an amazing warm, spicy fragrance with hints of tobacco and vanilla. It sits on the skin for a good 6–8 hours with solid projection. I’d say it leans more toward a masculine winter scent, but it definitely has a unisex vibe. I’d strongly recommend smelling it before buying because it can be a dangerous blind buy. Overall 9.5/10, but it’s definitely highly-priced.
