This is an great scent but for whatever reason one I've neglected to appreciate! It's time to put that right. We all know there's a myriad of notes from citrus to oakmoss to leather and so much more. Fortunately they come together to produce a beautifully smooth long lasting, anytime fragrance. Yes there is a distant Aventus note but for me this is so much more. I also feel there is an earthiness that could come from Hermés too. Those additional touches of leather, ambergris and Oud amongst other ingredients elevate this to something above the many other generic offerings all clamouring for a piece of the golden goose of profiles! Ive opted for this a lot without realising, to the point that Fragantica showed me it was my most worn last month. Perhaps that's why I've not appreciated it enough untill now! It's just so easy to grab and go with the confidence it'll last all day, smell great and won't upset anyone except the occasional mock offended woke type nutters of the world. It's an extrait, no doubt about that. It's gloopy, especially in cooler temperatures. That's ok with me as I can direct and apply easily depending on the required usage. Great for the gym, lovely for just popping out and about too. Excels in the heat but has plenty in reserve with all those deep notes to perform well when it's chillier too. In fact, it switches the notes up a little depending on the weather, I like that! A scent for anyone although to me it's quite masculine, if such a thing still exists! I genuinely see this as a perfume that has enough about it to be worn at any age and practically any daytime environment. It'll do evenings fine but would be primarily a warm evening option for me, due to the initial freshness. Value is exceptional when you consider it's a good sized bottle, often discounted, and an extrait with all round strength to last 12 hours easily and project well over arms length with the sillage to match. Such a great option and different to the tons of designer stuff out there. It has some mass appeal I suppose but fits well for some of us that are old hat and tired of repetition and enjoy something with a bit of an edge. Modern freshness with a traditional and niche mid and base. Well worth a moment of your time to consider, sample and probably purchase.

I'm a little bit dissapointed. I hoped it's not gonna be simmilar to other Aventus dupes, but unfortunately it smells like Afnan Supremacy not only intense but less mossy. It's simmilar do CDNI, but much less citrusy and deeper. I can't notice leathery or animalistic signs, maybe a little bit around the edges. Quality of juice is not great for this price, if you can feel "toaletic" citruse's vibe in arabian dupes, similar thing you get in Mancera. Is it bad? No. Is it synthethic? Yes for sure. It's just not great, for half of the price will be better. i'm gonna give it few more chances, but i don't think i'll be in love with it. Meh.

I blind bought this fragrance and didn't like it at first. I hated it and thought the citrus-wood combination smelled cheap, and the performance was weak. However, after wearing it multiple times, I changed my mind. I was wrong about the performance—it is actually quite strong with a generous number of sprays. I also started to enjoy the dry down much more. It's woody, smoky, with subtle animalic nuances that give it warmth and character. It can feel a little dry, but overall, I think it's an excellent summer fragrance.

This perfume is very interesting. At first it felt too woody and aromatic, no sweetness at all. However, the notes are elegant and determined. Id say its not a very safe blind buy, very different from my other freshies or blue fragrances, might be the least sweet buy at the same point I have to admit It might be the strongest one. I started to enjoy it after a couple of weeks and Ive found great ocassions to wear it. Fantastic value for money. Scent: 8/10 Its a nice mature scent, dont expect sweetness but elegant woods Longevity: 9.5/10 Impressive, 10+ hours easily Sillage: 9.5/10 Also great. Thats what extraits should always offer Overall: 8.8/10 Unbeatable performace for a fresh scent. Lacks a bit of sweetness in my opinion One word to describe: Gem of the Forest

Batch code: 25A6F181B Purchased: 2 days ago Mancera Intense Cedrat Boise is easily the worst-performing fragrance I own. It lasts 3 hours tops before it’s completely gone, with barely an ounce of projection. This stuff is absolute junk—do not recommend buying it. And no, it isn't nose blindness. I sat next to a family member on the train 3 hours after applying, and they couldn't smell a thing on me.

I'm going to be honest when I say I've had this for barely a week and even with 100+ fragrances in my collection I think this is competing for my signature scent. It's everything I like about the aventus scent profile, smoky and woody with oakmoss and the hint of sweetness from the blackcurrant and a touch of spiciness from the "spices". And the sharp, almost sauvage edp citrus that somehow has a little bit more body to it. You don't get any of that pineapple like in aventus, and I hate pinapple on a fragrance because it smells like BO to me. Then it dries down to a creamy citrus with just a tiny bit of animalic nature due to the oud note plus the kind of effervescence that I get from some types of patchouli. Genuinely my favorite blind buy period, and more than half of my collection has been blind buys.

this is a pure class in a bottle .. I’m enjoying it

Fruity woody scent for year round that's a bit darker, less sweet than the original CB due to added leather which gives it a nice edge

Pros: The smell is heeeeeaven. In the air is super tasty citrusy with a softer creamier edge. On skin it is creamier oudy vanillic. Strong and projecting. It is 100% a signature scent. Cons: It has an animalic edge to it from the oud. The country i reside in isnt familiar with oud therefore i dont wear it when going out. The oud for me it is subtle. But some people around me have reacted negatively.

I had high hopes for this one. An all-season signature candidate that opens with a genuinely compelling tango between citrus and wood — well-blended, entertaining, the kind of opening that makes you think you've found something. Then the drydown arrives and brings an uninvited guest. As it develops, an animalic accord emerges that I couldn't immediately place. Some research into the note breakdown leads me to suspect blackcurrant — a note that, on certain skin types, can turn in an unexpected and unwelcome direction. On mine, it effectively dismantles everything the opening built. What started as a promising signature becomes something I actively don't want to be wearing. The performance is genuinely excellent — six to eight hours without question. Which, under these circumstances, is less of a selling point and more of a sentence. If blackcurrant works on your skin, this fragrance may land very differently for you and is worth exploring. If you're not sure, sample first. The opening will seduce you, and you'll want to know whether the drydown has the same effect before you commit. For me, it's a pass — which is the most frustrating kind, because the potential was clearly there.

Nose Note #1046 It’s basically Cedrat Boise but a bit punchier. To my taste, it’s way more interesting and pleasant than the original Aventus, plus it has better longevity and is cheaper. Quality is great, price is great. Of course, if you’re looking for pure Aventus, this isn't it. But if you want that Aventus vibe with its own unique twist—here it is. At least, it’s my personal pick. I’m all for Cedrat Boise and this Intense version. And it works wonderfully all around the year! 9.5/10

Sharp citrus in the opening, to me also close to cleaning spray. I've had this fragrance for some time and don't know if this makes me go nose blind but I find the performance lack luster. I love vanilla fragances and this doesn't really give me another smooth vanilla on the nose. Overall decent citrusy and woody scent.

Анонім★★★★★

As the owner of over a 100 fragrances this is my signature scent. Pure class in a bottle.

I love it. My signature fragrance.

First impression cold: there's something genuinely interesting here.First impression cold: there's something genuinely interesting here. The citrus opening is good — bright, clean, does its job well. Then a leather and wood structure develops slowly, and around the two hour mark the dry-down arrives and actually commands attention. Not a simple fragrance. I respect the construction. But then I put it next to Hermès Eau Intense Vétiver. Mancera went flat. Not bad — flat. Where EIV feels rich and complete and like it was inevitable, Cedrat Boisé suddenly felt like it was working harder to get somewhere EIV already lives. The comparison killed it for me more than the fragrance killed itself. Eliminated from the collection. No regrets about sampling it — understanding why something doesn't fit is exactly what sampling is for.

Everyone nose is different but to me this smells very similar to the more famous Aventus. Not really a dupe, there is something different.. this one comes off as a bit heavier and dense. Overally i'd say they are 80% similar, especially in the mid and drydown. Another difference is performance ; Intese CB lasts more than 8h on me and has much better price than Aventus. If you like Aventus you should definitely try this one

Actually bought a decant of 20 ml to try this first, and first spray was too much of an animalic smell which was making me have an headache. I let it rest for some days and actually now it smells better and a bit more sweet citrusy. Still the smell is dark and mature, not really a scent for younger guys in my opinion but could be a good one in any event or serious meetings. Long lasting as it last more than a day in clothes with just 2-3 sprays.

Анонім★★★★★

If you like the idea of citruses, vanilla and subtle leather in a fragrance, then this is for you. I have a small amount left of the EDP so I can compare and the Intense is exactly that, a more intense version of the OG. IMO, Cedrat Boise or Intense doesn't resemble Aventus in any way and certainly not Sauvage Elixir as I have seen someone mention😂 Intense starts off with the lemon and blackcurrant which stays with the fragrance until it settles down and the woods, leather and vanilla come through, still with the lemon but it's very smooth. I get compliments quite often especially in Spring time outside when the fragrance has dried down after a few hours, still popping off my skin which lasts around 6-8 hours, long enough for an event where you want something else to wear or the day is over. It will last for a very long time on clothes however, the juice is quite oily, so make sure you don't spray too close or you may stain your shirt. Again, if you love the idea of the scent profile, then it's a great fragrance, it's brighter and creamier than Aventus so don't expect it to be similar, it really does its own thing.

Reminds me of spilled Fanta in a new Mercedes, lol

Анонім★★★★★

This is one of those that you shouldnt really put your nose up to because it becomes kind of harsh and synthetic. Its quite nice in your silage and scent bubble though. I think its an upgrade to aventus mainly because of the performance and somewhat similar opening

Анонім★★★★★

Intense, reminds me of sauvage elixir but more pleasant,it radiates great and smells better from a feet than at close which is fun

Анонім★★★★★

Anyone wants to trade this to instant crush ? I bought instant crush and didn’t like

Анонім★★★★★

Batches could be really a hit or miss. I got a batch that disappears in about 1hr and another one with huge projection and longevity. Can't wear this in hot climate and it's not as fresh as the EDP so it misses a few marks in the versatility department.

Una obra maestra. Deliciosa combinación de madera y cítrico. Maduro, fresco, elegante y sumamente versátil. Fue el perfume de mi boda. 10/10

The ultimate "I'm the boss" scent that survives even the most humid afternoons

Intense Cedrat Boise is a fantastic perfume the most versatile in my collection. I have used this in a day-time dressed up situation when I was delivering speech at an event. I have worn this at a night time special occasion, to the office...it is just a versatile creation which has a distinguised scent profile, elegant smelling but not too sophisticated to be dressed down. A real swiss-army knife perfume with great performance and longevity at 10/10 for me and a definite ❤️.

Grabbed as a gift for my friend for 70.18€ from brasty.de Amazing scent profile, definitely for daily use(not gym), masculine, refined scent. Fruity, but not sweet, leather and smooth oud. Good projection and performance. 10/10 for price and value.

I own this for three weeks, and im impressed. Very versatile, very manly, and complex too, but only for trained nose, after 1 hour leather as a middle note comes up, and its lovely done leather accord, as someone who love leather in perfumery this leather in spring/summer perfume is real hidden gem, i dont know maybe in this batch leather is very prominent. Performances are great to, strong projection and sillage in first 4 hours than noticable arm lenght projection and good silage, and yes, it needs to be matured, mine hasnt mature full yet, i think at least 6 months, so buy in december to have great performance perfume in spring/summer. Beautifull fragrance, i bought mine 100eur/120ml, and yes, ill repurchase, and yes, this and Aoud Lemon Mint makes perfect combo for the money.
