Just over 12,500 votes on Fragrantica is quite a lot with a score just under 3.80. Interesting. I would say with so many votes, something like that should be at least above 4. Result of hype.

I never understood the hate that Erba Pura gets. From the first time I wore it, it just clicked with me. It's bright, fruity, incredibly smooth, and has this addictive sweetness that somehow always feels uplifting. Every time I wear it, I get reminded why it's one of my all-time favorites. People love to call it too sweet or too loud, but that's honestly part of its charm. It's unapologetically bold, lasts forever, and leaves a trail that people actually notice. If you're looking for something subtle, sure, this probably isn't it—but if you want a fragrance with personality, Erba Pura delivers every single time. I joke that it might've even helped me land my girlfriend. I can't prove it scientifically, but I'm also not willing to rule it out. The compliments definitely didn't hurt. At the end of the day, fragrance is personal, and Erba Pura is one that always puts me in a good mood. Trends come and go, and opinions change, but this will forever be one of my favorites.

Summer holiday in a bottle. Fruitbomb de luxe with an ambersweet vanillinne dry down. Carefull with application because this stuff nausiates especially in cars and public transport. Do not go to a restaurant with this juice. Than it becomes annoying. Clubbing, yacht parties and dancehalls if you want to be smelled. For a feminine bronze skin that glows. Handle with care.

Why do people hate this? Beautiful, fresh, energetic and exciting.....this literally evokes the feeling of success and luxury vacations. Yes, it's synthetic but not in a bad way, rather in a glamorous , maximalist way. Literally , this is like gourmet fizzy tropical candy and almost gives clouds of sherbet heaven. Very unisex to. Now the dry down is considerably flatter and I would expect more complexity for a niche .

This reminds me so much of the canned fruit cocktail I used to have at school as a kid. That being said this fragrance is incredibly strong and long lasting which has been stated multiple times in other reviews. 'Erba Pura' is a long term commitment when using! I saw a creator on TikTok label 'Erba Pura' as a 'trap fragrance' and I can't help but agree. You fall in love with it the first 30mins, and it loses you after that with the challenging latter notes. The middle + base notes make it to my nose; a very screechy fuzzy musk. This is very polarizing, but I can truly understand both sides. I will enjoy my sample and layering it to make it more wearable, but won't be upgrading! 'Erba Pura' is just too strong for its own good and make's it hard to pull off!

My second Xerjoff this one is strong with great longevity,had it on over 10 hours and it's still pumping out.This will last days on clothes.it smelles great too.

A little too sweet for me, the mix of amber with fruity sweetness is overpowering for my nose. Performance is great, definitely do not overspray.

At first spray and through the mid, I thought I found the one. The one and only for summer. But then came that dry down. On my skin the musk used overtakes everything else and makes it sharp and ammonia like. I wouldn’t say this is a safe blind buy. I sure did love that opening and mid though.

I have heard a lot about this so I had to get a decant to try it. The batch code is 34724W. I have 3 sprays of this in my elbow crease. Smell wise, it opens up with some citrus and quickly goes into a fruity soapy kind of smell. This part was really nice. But after that, the ambers and musks came out. At this point it was reminding me of scents like Instant Crush from Mancera. The fruity scent is still there but it just moves to the back. Performance is pretty good. I am getting strong to moderate projection and the longevity is easily long lasting. Overall, it isn't bad at all but I just don't enjoy that instant crush amber type of scent profile. Most people will find this good tho as it has a mass pleasing scent profile that can be worn by anyone. Definitely unisex and would work for most seasons except maybe spring as it maybe a bit too much. If you like fruity amber scents with great performance, you can try this.

Those who call this perfume bad probably haven't used perfume other than Dior sausage or use a copy from the open perfumer, it's definitely from the scent that I'm happy every time the legendary smell touches my nose and it constantly touches my nose.

I'm just starting my perfume journey and ordered a bunch from Scent Splint in the hopes of finding a fun summer fragrance. I enjoyed the bright, citrusy opening but it quickly went away and all I could smell is the musky note. :( A valuable experience to learn I don't quite like that smell, so I unfortunately won't be reaching for this again.

Erba Pura is sunshine in a bottle. 🛑 FULL STOP 🛑 Some fruity fragrances out there try so hard to be loud, they become screechy or sharp. That is NOT the case here. To me it strikes the perfect balance of juicy, tropical, & vibrant without ever crossing into shrill, synthetic, headache-inducing territory. Its giving luxurious fruit basket enjoyed pool-side at a 5 ⭐ star tropical resort rather than an overly-sweet fruit punch kind of vibe. The musk & amber in the drydown smooth everything out, giving it a glowing quality that lingers beautifully on skin & clothing. Bright, happy & effortlessly elegant. It is proof that a fruity fragrance can be bold without having to shout. It projects perfectly all day; managing to feel both playful, & carefree at the same time.

I think i realised something about this fragrance , its so popular beacuse of its opening , the opening smells like photo realistic fruits combined wih this crisp italian lemon , and everything is so well blended , energizing and beautiful , an opening that no dupe can match and an absolute masterpiece , but after 5 minutes it drys down into a devestating musky , synthetic , fruit basket , that now smells like a womans fragrance at the dollar store , like how that toxic ex smells , they , or a middle eastern brand , need to make a version that the opening smell lasts longer , hopefully througout the entire journey of the scent , erba gold is better beacuse it also adds some melon and mango to the opening and the opening crisp smell lasts way longer , so that is the closest we will get to a better erba pura , but after 2 hours you are getting the dissapointing dry down in the erba gold aswell , but i would still buy for the opening . basically a 6/10 for opening and nostalgia (summer 2024 vibes)

Right... birthday came round and Finchy, the little creep, buys me a bottle of Erba Pura by Xerjoff. Nice of him, I thought. Sicilian orange, bergamot, lemon up top – bright, juicy. Then all these fruity notes, sweet like candy. Dries down to white musk, vanilla, amber. Creamy. Gourmand. Smells expensive. Like a tropical dessert that costs a fortune. I wore it a couple times, got a few compliments. Felt good. Then I found the receipt in his drawer when I was looking for the stapler. Fake. Cheap clone. The little sod regifted me a dodgy bottle. Typical Finchy. So I went out and bought the proper one myself. Proper juice. Beast mode. Sweet but sophisticated. Quiz night rolls round – I'm wearing the real Erba Pura, smelling like a king. Finchy turns up in the exact same scent. Again. Stole my idea or bought another fake, who knows. Birds all over him. Next thing I know, some chick from marketing's dragged him into the disabled loos and... well, she's on her knees giving him the full works. Proper gratitude. Meanwhile I'm sat there with Gareth going on about the Army and guns for the hundredth time. Some bird walks past, sees us two blokes chatting in the corner and gives us this look like 'Aw, bless 'em' – thinks we're bent for fuck's sake. The fragrance? Lovely. Ten out of ten. But next time Finchy buys me aftershave, I'm checking the batch code. Anyway...

i get why some people hate this fragrance but for me personally i loved it, smelled this at the mall and it was pretty addicting to smell. really fruity and somewhat tropical to me. great scent and lasts pretty long (8 hours) wouldn't blind buy though due to mixed opinions (didn't even know this scent was feminine but scent smells great to me even as a guy)

kinda feminine leaning, projection is like a nuclear bomb and it fills up the room, it sorta smells syntethic but in a good way, super sweet fruity ness that lasts forever.
