Forever Wanted Elixir

I expected something more unique. It's all right. The leather ruins it for me. Most Wanted line is better.

I got a sample of the dupe (arabiyat prestige noire absolu) and it was alright. But then I smelled this (the og) in store and it was way better this is sweet raspberry + chocolatey/woody leather that's so good for winter and special occasions. I'm not a woman but this is something that women will def find attractive. 10/10

It opens like such a nice sweet spiced slightly orangey-suede blend and after 15 minutes, its pure tyre-y leather and stays there throughout. Extremely long lasting, very masculine. I lost my love for it after the sweetness went away. :(

This is a pretty phenomenal winter signature to me as a younger guy. the leather is really nice and pretty clean, there’s some spice and the raspberry brings it all together without leaning feminine. 10/10 would buy again

Undeniably masculine. Unfortunately, the raspberry falls out in favor of the leather notes, which left me with a sharp and unpleasant opening. Once developed, this fragrance lasted 8 hours on my skin while providing a smooth but woody scent that I enjoyed. If the opening notes were better, this would be a 10/10 for winter.

Another Macy's sample. There's a brief fake/candy raspberry in the open. Otherwise, the composition is smooth: a complex, aromatic, fruity-herbal leather.

That smoky lavender dry down ruins the fragrance for me. A very cheap synthetic lavender and it lingers for hours on clothes but the opening was absolutely superb.

This is very clearly Azzaro's take on Tom Ford's Tuscan Leather. I know one is designer and one is niche but I can't fathom where all the downvotes for Tuscan Leather are coming from. It has the strong raspberry note in the beginning and the dense leather in the drydown. I'm not a huge fan of the Wanted line but I think I would choose this one over most of the others because it's not nearly as sweet and juvenile-smelling. Original, absolutely not, but a solid fragrance nonetheless.

This is solid! The opening to dry down is enjoyable. While I wish the raspberry note stayed longer, the dry down mixes the leather, woods and cardamom well. While it is leather based, it does have a texture of suede, which modernizes it I feel.

If I were to try to get somebody to appreciate leather in fragrances, this is what I would use. I normally dislike leather myself, but my God is it great and addictive here. The aromatic and fruity facets of this play into the leather SOOOO good. I personally like it way more than any of the big Tom Ford leather fragrances, I tried them multiple times because I was confused on rather or not I was missing something. Those never provoked or inspired much emotion or thought besides "Couch" and "Cocaine" from Ombree and Tuscan respectively. Decent performance, in line with the other heavier Wanteds, but not beast mode whatsoever relative to other cold weather fragrances.

Azzaro is such a joke of a brand. Release after release, it's all the same: loud, sweet, mass appealing, and completely devoid of personality. And this is no exception. It’s just candied leather for kids, that’s all it is. If you’re seriously complaining about THIS leather being strong and rubbery, you probably haven’t smelled many fragrances besides JPG, YSL, or Rasasi. This cologne is all sunshine and rainbows.

Amazing rasberry and leather fragance

This fragrance opens with a blast of raspberry, but it doesn’t last very long. I don’t get much of the other listed notes, as it dries down rather quickly to a smooth, leathery scent. It transports me to the men’s department at Macy’s.

This fragrance is not it. What a departure from the Azzaro line. It's like they were trying to get down with the fruity leather wave and fouled this up beyond belief. The opening starts off promising with a nice raspberry note then abruptly transitions into something to the effect of a fresh out the box L.L Bean, Bean Boot (timeless footwear iykyk). This fragrance is not well blended and is truly disappointing.

Way too sweet, definitely try before buying

Disappointed by this flanker personally. Does not really smell like the rest of the most wanted line. The raspberry note to my nose is basically nonexistent. Additionally the leather note is so dominant and overpowering it is basically all that you smell. If you are interested in very leather forward fragrances this might be a great buy for you but for me personally the leather is way too rugged and harsh. Smells like an old leather couch.

Addictive scent that gets compliments in cold environments. One of my favorite night time fragrances

This is the perfect night out fragrance. The raspberry is to die for, and the leather gives it a smooth, but also smoky depth. Very attention grabbing, it’s loud but doesn’t overwhelm. I get some touches of lavender and spices as well which really help round everything out. It doesn’t have anything in common with the other Wanted releases besides the sweetness, but I think this is the best they have to offer. This is the first leather fragrance that I truly loved- I was not at all a fan of the note before. This scent however has changed that, and now I’ve come around to really enjoying leather scents. Don’t let it scare you off.

Out of all the fragrances I smelled in my life I thought all of them were good. But. This fragrance has got to be my ALL TIME FAVORITE. The opening is so silky smooth and the raspberry note makes it sooo sexy. As a man myself I think it's a serious lady killer! I think it's very versatile and can be used in 3 of the four seasons of the year except summer. I love this fragrance and I will MOST DEFINITELY be buying more bottles.

This is an absolutely gorgeous masculine fragrance. Compliment machine and a beastmode fragrance. Price point is very reasonable as well

A friend gave me a sample of this, and I really liked the scent. I remember walking around the block with my neighbors while their kids trick or treated and my buddy's wife said I smelled amazing and my other neighbor said I smelled like a wh**e. I never bought a bottle cause though it smells nice I can tell Id get turned off and nauseated by the smell after accouple wears.

#1706 in my “Tour de Fragrance” Got this spray sample from scentwithsense.com. This is a nice, long-lasting masculine scent with good silage. A cold weather scent that’s a little generic to me, and like many lavender men’s fragrances, leans to the barbershop vibe. Unlike many raspberry/leather scents this is not at all trying to be Tom Ford “Tuscan Leather”, which is definitely in its favor. Rasasi “Yuqawam” really has the "Tuscan Leather" clone market locked down I think. But it’s pretty much same-same as Arabiyat Prestige “Noire Absolu”, just a tad less woody, but which costs about half the price of this Azzaro. Also, this Azzaro is similar enough to the Gisada "Ambassador Intense”, a scent that I have had on the shelf for several years, that I’d say if you have the Gisada, you’d not bother with this, and if you don’t have this or the Gisada, you should get the Gisada. They cost roughly the same, but Ambassador Intense is a year rounder with the same high quality, fresher on the citrus, and has an incense note that adds a lot of interest to the scent for me. That said, this is a great scent, and if there were a good discount coupon on this I’d be in for a bottle.

Never heard of Azzaro before getting a sample. Looked cheap. Much to my surprise it smells amazing. I bought a whole bottle and it has become one of my favorite and most complimented fragrances in the collection. I prefer this to Sauvage Elixer. Much better value, more unique and mass appealing with similar masculine profile and performance. All around great fragrance.

Man this fragrance would be PERFECT without the leather note or if it was toned down. The opening of this fragrance is on another level, but once it dries down and the leather comes out, it goes from like a 9.5/10 down to a 7/10. I still think this an excellent and unique fragrance, but the leather just takes over and makes it less appealing.

This is SOOO good! Off the top you get this very mass appealing leather with raspberry and a touch or orange . It's a fantastic opening. The raspberry does fade away somewhat quick but it keeps the citrus fruity vibe. You get light sage and cardamom then full dry down you get the clean designer leather some orange with a smidge of bergamot clean wood clean vetiver and what I feel is more sage from the mid . It smells great! If they would have found a way to keep hints of the raspberry to stay this would have easily been a fragrance of the year candidate which in my opinion it still is. If you are looking for a mass appealing leather leather fragrance that is fruity but not overly sweet definitely check this out . I really like that it is just sweet enough. An intense leather version of this would be mind blowing. I do not agree with the ombre leather comparisons. Similarities...... they are both clean leather fragrances. That's it . Ombre Leather smells like an expensive leather couch ( I love ombre leather) . This smells like a designer mass appealing leather. Aside from that they don't cross paths anywhere else . This can be worn by anyone over like 25. Definitely not a gym fragrance. Too loud for an office setting . It's more of a night out fragrance. Or you can just be a beast like me and wear it anywhere lol. Performance is pretty good. 6 hours easily. 4 sprays is good. Projects for a good 2 hours . I obviously love this and give it a 9/10

This is a good one, a very nice raspberry and leather aroma, same deal as the rassasi y but I would say this elixer is much better. Will have to wait for next winter to enjoy it, but no worries as I have a couple of new acqua di gio's and a few more scents to look forward to the coming summer.
